The bathroom very very dirty a lot hair

The room was ok the pole in the shower is interesting I hit my head on it trying to wash up and there was some kind of red substance on the blanket. But besides that it was decent at best. Would I stay again not sure but price is ok expect there was another fee on top of the 30 of 25 bucks.

Bed was extra comfortable Jacuzzi was a lil old, knobs were hard to turn & it took a long time to fill up. Had to clean it before we used it.

I liked the price and location. The hotel is clean, but it's old and dated. The pillows were lumpy, the mattress is old and it needs to be updated. The furnishings in the room need to be updated.

The property was very clean, the check in was quick and easy and the breakfast was delicious.

1 to 2 nights is good, breakfast is ok, very limited, not much selection, the same food for 2 days. Good beds but shower bath tub has stain and faucet is loose, this place needs some refurbish. The staff are very helpful.

Front desk staff went above and beyond! Breakfast was great. Would stay here again.

Stayed 5 nights. The hotel had a strong unpleasant smell, our first room had a leaking toilet, and there were cockroaches throughout the property. Breakfast was decent, but the hotel needs serious cleaning. It's more like a 1-star than a 3-star hotel.

Flight came in super early in the morning and their GM changed our room so we could get some sleep and not lug around our stuff while we waited for the room we had actually reserved. Much appreciated.

I Left a deposit of $65 US. Then Charged an extra $50 which is still pending and hotel.com and charge me $95.55. cuz I know the room was not destroyed. Yes, I used the coffee pot that was about it so I don't know why they took my deposit

The place did not look like the pictures the owner/manager guy was very short and rude would definitely not take my family or a friend to this location! I definitely will not ever return

On the first night, the air conditioning didn’t work, and they didn’t move us to another room—we had to sleep in the heat with just a fan. The next day, they changed our room, but the bathroom was clogged. When I reported it to the front desk, they handed me a plunger and expected us to fix it ourselves. On top of that, the refrigerator in the room was extremely dirty and even had hair inside. I will never, ever return to this place. Hotels.com should verify the condition of the hotels before offering them. Very disappointed.

The rooms are clean but the hotel is very old, I stay here because it was last minute. The staff is friendly.

Nice location but there were no signs of where to turn in. The road looks like an alley instead of a street. We got in late and it was hard to see. The floor of the elevator was really dirty. The breakfast food was empty. Looked like maybe eggs n bacon. Waffle was there and cereal.

Great room with in room hot tub. The room had some random fixes which showed its age. But for the price it's not bad. There was a couple that came in behind us and immediately left and wanted a refund not sure what they found. Our stay was good typical older hotel and for the price you get what you get.

It was an AMAZING vacation for the 4 of us. Looking foward to next time!!!!

The place is nice; we had a good rest in the comfortable rooms, the breakfast is very hearty, and the staff is super friendly.

Older hotel needs a male over long over due for one. First time I saw a hot tub with the faucet taken off and the water came out of the jets to fill it. It was okay if it didn't have the hot tub in the room I probably would not book it.

The staff was super, the hotel is older and out dated it can use a MAJOR refresh. The room was cleaned ( surface clean ) not deep cleaned. Regards to location and value for your money was very good. The cleanliness of the room and out dated poorly done minor repairs.

Paid for a jetted tub, as I had hurt my back, but it didn't work. Called the front desk and was told no one could fix it until tomorrow, but I was checking out. Front desk said she was "all alone"

This place is a dump. The bathrooms have rust all over them. The carpet was missing a chunk. The upkeep of this place is terrible. I don’t understand how it has 7.4/10 reviews on Expedia. I had originally booked multiple nights, but only stayed one night since I couldn’t fathom staying any longer. Will never stay here again.

Check in was easy. Parking is interesting. Only parking in frons or behind building. There was a truck with a boat trailer taking up all the parking near the door and had an extension cord plugged into the building. There was also a bus taking us spaces near the front. Breakfast sausage and what might have been eggs was frozen and heated, except on Monday where it was just frozen. Weekend seemed to have better control of the breakfast after 8am. The Monday guy seems bothered if he had to look away from his phone. Rooms are a little dated some of the furniture was broken, I reported it right away, Always look around you r room so you do not get charged for any damages you did not create.. I do not completely understand the need to have a jetted tub next to the bed and a bath tub in the next room that was allowed to be a shower only. The mirrors are a little creepy around the jetted tub, next to the bed. Nice location. Decently quiet throughout the night. Ceiling fan was a nice touch, helps circulate the air easily. Bed was ok, couch might have been a little more comfortable than the bed, but lots of pillows helped out.

The Bath was dirty and with Mold. And the Room Stinks and the Carpet. Outside in the hallways Smell like Airwick but inside the room Bad.

We checked in after midnight and all went straight to bed. Next day, my elderly mom with heart failure was first to shower. There wasn’t a bath mat visible. My mom entered the tub holding the railing and slipped/fell. The tub was slippery. She is badly injured. Went downstairs for a bag of ice. The man at the desk provided only a bag, said to get ice on 2nd floor. They didn’t ask if my elderly mom was ok, or offer to call an ambulance. We were on a short Disney trip for MNSSHP and instead of doing Disney we spent the night at a clinic. Next day we checked out and realized the bath mat was hidden behind the corner of the shower curtain, NOT in the shower. The hotel provided no resolution for this incident. Thankfully hotels.com was very helpful/understanding. The hotel itself is ok if you’re just in need of sleeping somewhere. However the humans working at the hotel are not helpful. They definitely don’t match the Disney-vibe, they barely match the human-vibe. Pick another hotel to stay at if you can.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in, we were bitten up by bed bugs and we even took pictures and videos of the bugs on the bed. They bit my daughter on her face and I will never stay here again

I have stayed at many Comfort Inn and Suites, and this is by far the worst one. The air conditioning didnt work continuously, breakfast was terrible, and the carpet smells like mildew. The property was quiet and clean on the outside, and the staff were friendly. But I won't be back at this property.

The hotel tries to sell you a credit card upon checking in. You have to physically turn it down on their computer system while standing at the front desk. There is no room cleaning service unless you personally request it. You learn this after a day or two of not having your room attended to. Upon asking about it, I was referred to a small notice in basically fine print on a wall beside the check-in desk. When I pointed out that no one would see or read such a small notice when they checked in, the person just shrugged their shoulders. It's the type of hotel no one would go to a second time.

Nice place to stay for our way down further south

Staff was very nice and attentive. Properly a little dated and could probably use some updates. Breakfast could use some more options. All and all a nice stay and worth the price.

Very nice hotel would stay again.

Less than positive: The bath area is a little clumsy. The tub is very narrow and I was concerned about slipping— thank you for the safety bar. The sink area outside is nice but the electrical outlet is far from the mirror over the sink. This was inconvenient for the hair blower and other hair accessories without the mirror view. A wider mirror would work. Always enjoy the breakfast!

First night found several cockroches in my rom room #211 and next day got injured while taking a shower in the bathroom and was bleeding for 45 minutes.

Great hotel

Bad smell and very dirty even extremely dirty

surprising and unexpected reaction from a hotel employee. Especially since we had just gotten there. She told my wife that she would need to go down to get them.When my wife went down to the front desk to ask for the towels she asked why she was treated rudely and the representative engaged in another argument with my wife. She was yelling at her in what sounded like spanish language and my wife took the towels and walked away. It was very uncomfortable walking past the front desk until the next morning. We will not be staying at that hotel again.

We only stayed one night but it was clean with friendly service. Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast. I would stay there again.

Average hotel

The staff treated us with so much respect and very helpful.

Carpets in rooms felt sticky, I had a jetted tub room and the jets did not work, but since only staying one night and used the tub late at night, was not worried about it. Needs update but overall was a decent stay

I booked a room with a Jacuzzi when we got into the room. The rug was flooded with water, but Jacuzzi didn’t work then that night they booked us in another room and told us they were going to give us another Jacuzzi room the next day, which they did that that Jacuzzi did not work also the breakfast is were horrible, but I must confess the front desk people that work there was trying to accommodate us because Management was not on the scene. We finally left the hotel unsatisfied.

I did not like it, this hotel had bed bugs

We needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night last minute but unfortunately there were some guest who were causing issues arguing with the staff which sucked but the staff handled it somewhat unprofessionally if you ask me. It took forever. Then our room was kinda dirty but overall fine if you just want somewhere to sleep. Probably wouldn’t bring your kids here

Old building, shower wall with mold, a/c noisy, corner of floors and dirty wall.

Our room smelled strongly of mildew. I was taken back by how intense it was. After getting settled in, we found and killed several roaches. The hotel served its purpose, but I definitely will not be going back.

I liked that it was low priced but the condition of the room was not so good. Room was clean but needed some maintenance help. Wall by the toilet had rust on the corners. 1st room they gave us the toilet didn't work. Second room was better. Staff was friendly and helped us.

I had a very restful and a good overall stay. The breakfast was Awesome the staff is great. The room had a bit of a musty smell. A little Lysol spray will take care of that.

When entering the hotel you are greeted with an OVERWHELMING smell of bleach!! The elevator was very sketchy as it took forever to open once you got to your floor. When entering my room I was greeted with a foul smell. After 20 minutes of being in the room the bad smell started to give me a headache so we walked over to the walgreens and bought some air fresheners for the room. That helped a lot. The drawers in the stand the tv was on smelled like someone had kept cats in it, as it smelled like cat pee. The hair dryer on the wall didnt work. I do not recommend and I will not be staying here on my next trip into town.

Only if you come just to quick stop and go. Not recommend for family.

It was a comfortable stay. Staff was nice and they were even kind enough to allow us to check in way early than the usual time since we had a day trip and didn't want to carry luggage along. Hot breakfast and free parking. I usually never like hotel beds, but found their's surprisingly comfy.

Convenient hotel, however, taking advantage of a "resort fee" that seems to be applied and almost all hotels in Orlando. What is it that a guest is entitled to with this fee? It just seems a rip off that hotels are taking advantage of.

Front desk service was very nice and location was great, but hotel is very outdated. Room was dirty. Hairs all over beds, headboard had nasty looking stuff all over it, toilet was dirty and tub was dirty. Would not stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

The location was great, the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast just perfect. The only thing that I didn't like was the coffee.

The only complaint I have is the person on duty in the morning whom gets the breakfast area ready for breakfast made you feel uncomfortable because she sat Right in the dining area watching us to see what food you helped yourself to. We ended up leaving and ate breakfast elsewhere.

It was very misleading when booking the hotel that part of the amenities was a hot tub included. It should not be listed if there is no hot tub on the property. As well the pool was dirty it had trash at the bottom. The staff is friendly. The area is convenient to stores and restaurants in the area. My only big complaint was booking a hotel with a hot tub close to the parks. I’d highly recommend updating the ammenties to where hot tubs are only subjective to the speciality rooms. I wouldn’t include as an amenity. Room is nice enough to lay my head down for the night.

Very clean and quiet

This hotel was clean and did not have musty smell. Cont. Breakfast was good and had variety of choices. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The front office staff was very helped and answered questions. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfy and the hot tub was relaxing. They had a nice hot breakfast bar in the morning as well.The only issue was there wasn't much parking when they got full.

The smell of mold and musk was unbearable. Asked to move rooms. Told it was booked to capacity. Parking lot empty. Asked to speak to a manager. Was told to call back another time. Checked out early. Charged another night stay. Worst customer service.

The staff is going to charge you an extra 100$ just for putting a Visa card in as a placeholder for your room. Nowhere on the website is this policy stated. I started to cry and left the hotel to compose myself when the front desk threatened to remove me from the booking entirely. This is on MY BIRTHDAY!! Then when attempting to purchase an extra night, they called me the next day after already taking my money and told me the room was unavailable. Mind you I bought the extra day IN-PERSON! I didn’t receive my refund until days later. The staff are inept at their job. Be ready for extra charges and lack of customer service. I remained respectful with the staff, but they have no respect for paying customers.

The place is pretty worn out, the lobby furniture was stained. Over all not as nice as I would have expected. She needs some work done. The staff was very nice except we wore looking for someplace to sit as a group, the pool was being painted so we tried to sit in the breakfast area and we were not permitted by the staff. We went out front and sat on curb. I would not use this property again.

Quiet clean and close to lots of places. Was perfect for our stay.

Great custoer service

No water and the vending machine only takes dollar bills. Checked in about 1am after driving 18hrs. Ask for a wate, the lady at the desk said there was a machine around the corner. Go to use it does not take credit cards. I had cash but nothing smaller than a $20. She wouldn’t even break it so I could have some ones. Overall terrible experience. The room was one of the worst I’ve seen in a while.

My room was clean and perfect.. Love the little Jacuzzi in my room.. Breakfast was good too. Hotel is very close to Oldtown. I Would definitely comeback

I was a good stay, comfortable beds, hot water. No complaints here.

The entire hotel was dirty, old, noisy, hard beds, hair all over everything, including our ice bucket, dirty shower/bathtub, dirty disgusting carpet. The only decent part of this experience is the front desk lady was very nice and helpful and the area isn’t too bad.
