    Plenty of parking. Confusing to find and get to room. Pool was decent. Fitness center was closed down with no explanation. Can't cut through the lobby if you arrive after midnight. Paid for a king room and was put in a double queen and told there weren't any kings available. Ac sounded like it was on its last leg. If you want fresh towels you have to take the dirty ones to the front desk and exchange them yourself. Beds were terrible and hard. Nice mirror at sink to get ready. Mini fridge/freezer didnt get very cold. Only cable on tv and it didnt work majority of the time. Bring your own pillows because theirs are pitiful. Staff was friendly. Only breakfast available m-f is cereal, milk, oj, muffins, toast, and 1 waffle iron to use. On weekends they have all of that and eggs and sausage. Wifi did not work at all. And housekeeping is not bilingual, only Spanish speaking. Overall you get what you paid for, very cheap decent hotel.

    Gift store next to the hotel. Very disappointing breakfast. The photos published by the hotel do not accurately represent what is actually offered. Cleanliness is definitely not their strong point. You will find dust in many places, including outlets, light switches, sensors, and other areas throughout both the rooms and the lobby. The rooms generally look like the photos, but they have unpleasant odors and are noticeably dirtier than expected, especially the bathrooms, where we found mold and insects.

    Nothing at all but the night clerk she was amazing. They straight up found something to charge for. We used a rag to clean up a coffee spill and they charged 25 dollars. How you gone charge someone for cleaning up the mess? They are very rude and don't have the hospitality down pact. I would never stay again. Lights sucked, fridge broken with water leaks. The mourning clerk was rude and told me I couldn't take breakfast only for her to let folks do it in my face like she didn't come and talk shit to me. Then acted like because the woman I asked didn't speak English I was the problem but she knew enough to go tell her what I asked. Also the breakfast sucked and it was worst than jail food. They cut up sausage patties and powder eggs half done. The orange juice container was not changed it had particles in it. The places is not clean properly. The staff works together to steal folk deposits. That's the racket the staff has going. It needs to be investigated and them charged for stealing guest deposits. I want this place to be held accountable.

    the room had been renovated recently, but the mattresses are terrible. the flooring in the room was nice but the walls, ceiling and doors were all very worn and had paint chips and scrapes. the TV was staticy as all get out, but then again it was made in 2008 so it's pretty old. the fridge was nice and the Air conditioner was adequate. the headboards were pretty dusty though, not dusting properly. I wouldn't stay here again, the property was just ok, the pool and hot tub that I specifically booked because they had closed at 8pm making it a useless amenity for me. I didn't get to partake of breakfast as I checked out at 6:10 and breakfast wasn't set up yet.

    Once we walked in the hotel room, A.C was off I knew something wasn’t right. We turn on the lights I review the bed by uncovering it and the pillows were disgusting so I sit on the bed and a cockroach climbs on my leg, I proceed to gather my things to leave and again another cockroach on the counter. We leave to the front desk and ask for a refund because who’s willing to sleep on a bed with roaches and the lady at front desk said they can not give us our money back even though it was not our fault! Horrible experience in a hotel ever!

    This hotel was a joke. I checked in and less than 10 mins found 2 BED BUGS. I even took pictures to show them and they said send email to property management to get my refund. Now they told me I could not get my refund for a place I could not stay longer than 15 minutes? What a joke!!! Please do yourself a favor STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Super FILTHY place!!!!

    I only stayed one night and it was horrible. Site is clean, no problem with cleanness, but the room smelled like humid, and the AC was all day turning on and off and the room was so hot I barely slept, I even did the checkout at 7:30am instead of 11am, because I was super hot. I told the receptionist about the night I had and about the problem and her only response she gave me with this unique look was “ok I will tell maintenance “. I was expecting a refund or discount or anything like that, but for a good customer service I atleast was expecting “I apologize for your inconvenience “ but she just looked at me side eye and only said that to me and not even “have a good day” or “thank you for staying at Clarion” I really do not recommend it if staff treats customers like that and AC do not work!

    The staff was very friendly. The room was very disappointing, this is the first Clarion Inn I've stayed in that was disappointing. The lighting over the bathroom sink was very dull, the room needed a lot of TLC, there were absolutely no pictures on the walls, the door had no security lock on it, and the room was not as clean as we had expected.

    They only do housekeeping during the stay by request. The towel situation is ridiculous. They put two towel sets in the room. You have to walk those to the office before getting more. We had 4 people in a room and could only have half the towels we needed. The facility was clean. The office staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent.

    Hotel was old and a bit rundown check-in process went smooth with front desk. Breakfast buffet was only average. It did have waffles but one of the waffle machine wasn’t working so it cost a great big back up with the breakfast crowd. There wasn’t much other breakfast food available to have coffee things like that so it was not a very good breakfast buffet maybe a five out of 10 room was OK hotel property outside was a little dilapidated. It did have a nice pool area with an outdoor hot tub unfortunately it was very cold so we didn’t have a chance to use that.

    Booked double king room through Expedia but were told upon check in they don't even have double kings. Because we are Choice members the hotel did upgrade us to a single king at the same price otherwise it was going to be $130 more. The hotel is clean but definitely worn in some places. We did not take advantage of the breakfast as it was very scarce. There is no blow dryer. For the price the room was good.

    This property is an old exterior hotel. This property does not warrant charging a resort fee!!!! It is far from being a resort or having resort like amenities!!!! The TV didn't work for the first night and kept going in and out once they got it restored. A/C broke on second day of stay and was moved to a room that clearly had maintenance issues. Breakfast was less than continental. This is one place I will never stay again and trust my better judgment and stay with what I know!

    Very disappointed with my stay at Clarion Inn Orlando. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There were roaches everywhere, and the room was clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The floors, bathroom, and overall condition felt dirty and poorly maintained. It was very uncomfortable staying in a place with such low hygiene standards. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made to cleanliness and pest control. and very poor breakfast

    Stayed one night at this property and it was a great value for the price. Fantastic staff, friendly, helpful, and polite. Great location, 25 minutes to the airport and close to lots of restaurants and stores. Some of the fixtures are dated but the hotel was clean. I recommend staying here and will stay again in the future.

Generally a Good location not far from all attractions. could definitely use an upgrade on the floors inside the room. you kinda get lost coming in for the first time but after that it’s pretty easy to get back to your room. Breakfast opened at 6/7am but they didn’t have all the food ready until about 8 and there is not much variety (we grabbed prepackaged muffins).

    Awful experience from the start. Hotel could not find reservation and spent over three hoyrs between hitel and expedia back and forth. After long process of checking someone in, they put single mother two kids in back of hotel,couldn't even enter room, gentrlemem all around room door blocking, tried call front desk and front desk lady vsry rude and not understanding tried to turn around previous check in issues some how my fault. I left room area within 10 minutes, turned in keys. Lost a whole evening, night on vacation. Hotel refuses to return expedia call for refund, never used room at all, should get full refund. Very bad customer service all around. Worse experience after multiple stays in Kissimmee and lived in Orlando for 9 years not how customer should be treated.

    The staff in the front desk gave me the most far away room as possible and on the second floor., even knowing we had a big suitcase and all our things with us. There is no elevator, the building doesn’t look like the pictures at all, it looks like the building and all the structure has no maintainance. Not enough options for breakfast.

    I did not stay , I left immediately and went to a Holliday inn for the night. To start the room smelled like crap the rug was very dirty and wet, the ac unit wasn’t cooling, and the smoke detector was pinging because the battery was dead . I will never stay there again and for that matter I think I’m not using your services , because your people are not doing their jobs to make sure that the property you deal with are presentable for your clients.     The hotel in it's entirety was disgusting/gross (I can't think of a nicer word, I am sorry). Everything that was promoted in the website was not there. I understand that the terms and conditions of reservations didn't allow for any refunds or partial return of any credit, but wouldn't the fair thing be that if what you promote something and the customer doesn't find it safe enough to stay, there should be some kind of compensation for the customers troubles. After driving up for 5+ hours and getting to the hotel after 11 pm, with my two young children under 10 years of age, everything was so foul that my wife and I decided that it was not safe enough for us to stay in the hotel with our two young children. We had to drive a few hours afterwards to find another hotel to stay at. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone that ask

    This hotel is nasty asf…I made them switch me 4 different rooms smh…The pool has ducks swimming in it, just nasty! The floor was filthy, my socks were black! The bathroom shower curtain was worn and dingy! The linen was dirty and stained! My towels had holes in it and all the face towels were ripped up! Every room they switched me to smelled like mildew or cat piss…The ceiling was caving in, and to top it off these mfs got roaches! Crack heads were roaming the parking lot! This place needs to be condemned… and to have a nerve to charge $12 a day for resort fee is crazy. There is no resort… and you have to pay $100 deposit!

    The pool looks bigger in the photos. When you get in it is the size of a puddle. Also, the “continental breakfast” was the worst I’ve seen. Cheapest, bottom of the barrel food. There was one of those make-your-own waffle bars that people like. Terrible coffee. A couple packaged muffins. Fake orange juice. And that’s all. No protein or fruit or any real food. I would not stay here again. It’s a place to sleep and that’s IT.

    I knew it wasn't good the minute she said no buffet during the week only on weekends, doors in lobby slamming because they couldn't change the door closer, was supposed to be the best buffet in Orlando, horrible. Coffee, packaged muffins, white toast, waffle and coffee. Room was even worst, 32" TV, phone didn't work, sink clogged, only thing that work great was the refrigerator until that awful noise it made. Luckily it was just one night.

    The Experience: • Hidden Costs: Despite booking through a third party, there were unexpected additional fees at check-in. • Poor Service: Check-in took an eternity. To make matters worse, we were assigned the furthest possible room, and after hiking there with all our luggage, the room key didn't even work. • Cleanliness Issues: The room was not well-maintained. I found a quarter on the floor, which is a clear sign that the carpets aren't being vacuumed diligently. The closet was filthy and only contained one hanger. • Worn Out Decor: The furniture was stained, the headboard had cracks, and the night lamp was literally rusting. The Room: We were given a minimal amount of towels, and the overall feel of the room was "worn out." We were incredibly relieved that we only booked for one night. Bottom Line: Even for a budget stay, there should be a baseline of cleanliness and functional service. If you're looking for a bargain, keep looking—this isn't it.

I sat and waited for 4PM When I went to the counter , the receptionist is telling me she isn’t seeing a reservation for me I gave her the booking confirmation number, nothing Waited for 45 mins until another staff member came and I got through. At the room , the carpets smelt musky , the ac was noisy and smelt dirty , my throat and eyes were inflamed the entire time I was there. The cable didn’t work I waiting 25 mins for someone to come to fix it And when it did work, it had poor reception , it was only cutting off and coming back on with a loud sound. I had to request every morning for room service as they don’t clean rooms unless requested. For breakfast, it was basic, bread , scramble eggs , waffles , cereal, no fruits , The reception area is dirty , the chairs are stained with mold. The walls are thin, I can hear when the other guest are closing and opening their doors , taking a shower , walking in the hallway , and the janitor strolling the trolley , trucks being started On my 5th night there I was stopped by staff asking if I’m a guest here , like come on, you’re seeing me everyday When I had to check out I was then told I was short charged for the resort fee , sigh I’ll never ever be staying here again, nor recommending it to anyone This hotel has turned me off so much that I sometimes think I don’t want to come to Orlando again.

    Another issue to me was the policy since I booked it thru a third party website like Expedia at checkout they could not provide me with a receipt of my check out. I honestly don’t under since I have stayed at other hotels with Expedia as well and I get my detailed receipt. I didn’t feel comfortable since I felt almost like oversaw and ignored at the moment I asked for the receipt as well. Also, they hold 100 dollar deposit that I still don’t see it reflecting in my account and that was the point of getting some sort of receipt to see the details in the numbers.

    If you kept the lights on, the bugs stayed away. As soon as you turn them off, there are dozens of roaches all over the bathroom and bedroom area. I also booked this hotel because it said it had a breakfast buffet. I don't know when they last cleaned the floors. My white socks were black after walking across the floors just a few times. One day, they only had store bought pastries, toast, and cereal. Today, they only had toast and cereal. I don't know why there is a resort fee because it didn't appear to have a shuttle bus let alone a breakfast buffet which is what the fee was supposed to be for...

    $12 fee assessed immediately, none refundable just for checking in. There were two chairs in the room with rusty legs and look like it has never been cleaned. The carpet less flooring was a bonus but seems to have missed cleaning since last guest. Surface tops seemed to have had build-up grime that needed more than a quick wipe. Beds were nicely made, staff was respectful and accommodating. Toilet was leaky. I could not allow myself to comfortable ring in the new year at facility. After 10 minutes I had my kids put all gifts back into car and we drove the 2 hours back home. We were too uncomfortable to stay.

    Room, card reader door lock didn’t work. Staff had to replace with new lock. Tv didn’t work. The refrigerator was making a loud noise, like the condenser was going bad. Had to unplug. Had two beds, one bed had a huge lump in the mattress. Staff was friendly.

    Great location and great price, I guess you get what you pay for. I stayed here twice. Last night and a few weeks ago only because of the price. Surprisingly I stayed in room 232 both times. The bed closest to the door is wore out. Went to sit on the edge of the bed and can hear the springs popping under neath me in the bed and the mattress sinks down to the flat form/box spring. The curtains get blown around by the ac unit and have to constantly push them back. Also the tv stand in the room has visible water damage ( this is how I noticed it was the same room aside from the bed ) and the fridge does cool off but it is noisy rattles … overall great stay just wish they would fix these few things in the room. Just wanted to give my feedback. I’ll still stay here again but I’ll be sure to make sure next time I’m not in this same room again unless it’s fixed with the beds and tv stand and the noisy fridge. The tub and toilet and faucet and sink are all updated too

    Staff were terrible, they said it was a breakfast buffet not even. The room floors where filthy with dirt and I had to catch a plane at 7 in the morning I went to the office at 3 am to let them know to give my deposit of a 100 dollar because I was leaving they told me I couldn’t get it that I had to wait till 9:30 I told them impossible I got a plan to catch she ask for my credit card withdrawal 100 and gave me the 100 cash still waiting for my 100 to come back to my debit card

    The rooms had a very bad smell, and there were not enough towels provided. We were a party of four people and were given only two towels. Housekeeping service was not provided unless it was specifically requested, and even then it was inconsistent. When we arrived, the room was dirty. The bed sheets were torn and stained, which was unacceptable. When we requested additional towels, they were often unavailable. Breakfast did not last for the full service time, as food items ran out early and were not replenished. The hallways were dirty, and the room walls had visible damage and maintenance issues. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and inadequate service made this stay very disappointing., and inadequate service made this stay very disappointing.

    The bathroom was absolutely revolting. Questionable stains, hair where it didn’t belong, and a shower that felt unsafe to stand in without shoes. Towels were thin, dingy, and looked like they’d been reused one too many times. Sleeping was impossible. The walls are paper-thin, the noise never stopped, and between the smell and the filth, all we could think about was getting out of there as fast as possible. This place should be shut down until it’s properly cleaned and renovated. Calling this a hotel is generous. Save your money, save your sanity, and stay anywhere else.

    The room was very dirty, looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned, the fridge as well had so many stains we couldn’t stay there so we switched rooms. The second room was very stuffy, we had to leave the door ajar for about 45 mins to get the stuffiness out. There is no bin in the room, the bathtub the handles etc, were all rusty. And oh the breakfast, awful! They only had one type of cereal as breakfast and bread!

    The first room they put us in had not received room service yet, we asked if it could be made up for us and they moved us to a different room that had trash on the counters and half the rooms outlets didn’t work, to include the AC window box. We opted to not stay there for the night, and they still made us pay for the night stay despite not being at the hotel longer than 15 minutes.

    “Terrible experience, would not recommend.I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. There was a noticeable moldy smell that lingered throughout the space, which was extremely off-putting.     The staff was all very friendly. I Only have a couple about the property. At first glance the room looked clean. After being in the room for just a little while my grand daughters feet were almost black because the floor was so dirty. Seemed as if the floors hadnt been mopped in a while. We took pictures of my grand daughters feet because we couldnt believe how dirty and nasty her feet were. You couldnt walk barefoot anywhere or else your socks/feet were disgusting. The pull out couch was very difficult to even pull out to use it.other than that my suggestion would be to leave more than 2 towels for guests.

    This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! DO NOT BOOK staying here unless if you want to walk into your room and be welcomed by an odor-filled bed-bug infested room. And staff?! Front desk will encouraged you to contact the third party for your refund when you decide to immediately walk out, as that’s NOT a place meant for your family. And expedia will have a difficult time contacting their GM to approve a refund. So you’ll be denied a refund even though you never STAYED IN THIS DISGUSTING FILTHY PLACE. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!     Original desk person was great after that everything went downhill. Got into the room carpet was disgusting and sticky. The smoke detector needed a battery TV didn’t work. Second night the clerk was very rude. Kicked me out of the hot tub at 8:30 when it says on the wall that the hot tub area closes at 11 the next day tried to use the hot tub. It was full. Water was hot. The same clerk told us we could not use the hot tub at all. That was at 6 o’clock in the evening. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Also, the free breakfast during the week is absolutely horrible. Will never stay here again.

    The numbers on the doors are small so it is hard to know where your room is. Only one light in the room worked. Dresser drawer was stuck open. Musty smell in the room. TV had less than a dozen working channels and some of them had a loud clicking noise making it hard to hear the dialogue. No light in the sink area. Two dead bugs in the bathroom

    Well located..rooms are awful our stank we located the smell to the sink and bath drain and asked for bleach to be put down which helped a bit had to go out and buy air fresheners for the room.The staff are pleasant and freindly the skirting boards in the room thick with dirt and saw a few small bugs and at one point an anole that had came in probably from the huge gap under the room door.The pool edge was dirty all round and the lobby clean but dated.Hate giving bad reviews but this place is seriously unloved.

    Dirty hotel, rude staff can never get any help from them. The owner Sam Devnani accused me of fraud and defamation my name due to resort fees that were not disclosed to me during check-in by the employee and Sam is saying I knew I was supposed to pay it up. How would a customer know what he is supposed to pay if their employee does not disclose it? I have a case through the Better Business Bureau and several other agencies for harassment, accusing me of fraud and defamation of my name.

    This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I am a very patient and understanding person. I never leave reviews, but I definitely need to address these concerns. During my stay I witnessed drug use, selling of drugs on property. The hotel staff were always confused my key card to my door would never let me in and they said they would always get it fixed and never did so a staff member always had to come up from the office to open the door for me and they always told me they had it on the maintenance list to do and it was never taken care of while I was there. on top of all that I extended my stay. Maria booked me in my hotel room and I get harassed at 6 o’clock in the morning about a resort fee that their employee failed to tell me about before giving me my key card to go to my room and of course the key card did not unlock my door, so Maria had to come up and unlock the door with the master key. The owner Sam Devnani accused me of fraud and defamation of my name, saying that I did not pay the resort fee that was never told to me by the employee that booked me in on my extended stay and they’re saying that it’s my fault that I knew I was supposed to pay how would a guest know they’re supposed to pay something if the employee doesn’t tell them during check-in? If you’re bringing your family, I highly recommend a different hotel if you’re just a man and you want a cheap disgusting hotel it’s perfect for you. Keep protecting on you at all times.

    Informed on check in you will receive no housekeeping during your stay. Room was filthy. Breakfast was as cheap as a hotel could possibly make it (Ex. Instead of OJ, they have Tang). TV horrible, full of static, with almost no channels. $100 deposit and will charge you if you have a dirty towel, negating what towels and wash cloths are actually used for. Soap and conditioner are refillable for use by multiple guests (disgusting) and were empty any way. Door had light coming all around and was filthy inside. No smoking on the property, yet people were smoking everywhere both cigarettes and weed. Unsavory people hanging about everywhere. The definition of a Flop House.

    staff at this property was horrendous!!! and there are no amenities in the Lobby. We were greeted by a very rude employee who when we asked if there was at least somewhere we could changed our clothes told us to go to pizza hut. All receptionists were rude, nobody to help with reservations or questions. Rooms were not cleaned and no new towels were given. There was no tissues and only one soap. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

    I booked a quick overnight stay and I would classify this as more of a motel vs hotel. Not the cleanest but not horrible. The floors were not mopped properly and the pillows (minus pillowcases ) were yellow. ( I travel a bit and I always check the linens and pillows. ) The clientele was much to be desired. Rude and entitled patrons . The clerk behind the desk even had to tell a few them to quiet down as it was a place of business. Which they did not. If you are looking for a quick , cheap overnight stay I would say ok.

    Breakfast hours are very short, closed by 9. The room had garbage in the bins when we got there, very little toilet paper. A stovetop and microwave but no kitchen materials.     The rooms in progress of upgrade I was told. When I checked in I asked for a room that did not have any pets, I was told due to so many homeless people staying there it can’t be guaranteed. Red flag , the microwave did not work , Maria who was awesome came and switched it out. We had bites and skin was itchy , I thought it was mosquitoes, come to find out the room had bed bugs . I actually caught one of them to show the front desk the room is not up to state standards. I am still waiting for the GM to return my email. Basically awefull stay I had to check out early. The sheets were stained, upon further review the mattress gross. The shower was clean and renovated. The front young lady could only do so much in her powerful and apologetic (Rochelle). She messaged the GM also and I am still waiting. You can skip the location until the health department deem it clean. Bed bugs 👎

    The place was one of the worst I’ve stayed in yes it was a last minute booking but it was horrible for 1 they make u put down a $100 deposit for all rooms u book $100 individual per room which btw is not mentioned on the booking or anywhere in the confirmation emails all the rooms ac systems were leaking onto the walkways and on the top floor it would fall down to the first like waterfalls the tvs were no lie from the early early 2000s if I can see each individual pixel in the tv crying for help its time to change it up a bit not to mention over priced these rooms are worth $40-$50 at max they stink like mold and dirty water definitely will never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anybody else

    This was just a roof over our head, tolerable considering the price. Not glamorous at all. Pool was nice. Breakfast limited to carbs but did include sausage. No fruit or yogurt. Someone was smoking weed right outside our door late at night which permeated our room.

    Let’s start with what was acceptable. Staff I interacted with were pleasant. The pool and hot tub looked clean, but I did not use it. It said no smoking within 15 feet of the property smoking is going on on the property around the pool in between the buildings, etc. The parking lot looks like it should have been repave 10 years ago. I could put my entire hand under the door to our room and that door led immediately outside not to an enclosed hallway. The room itself was large. The bathroom was extremely small the heat/air unit was under the window and I had to put stuff against the curtains so all the air conditioning did not blow just up in the curtains. The room was I think 75° when we got there early in the evening and it took most of the night to cool it off by turning the AC completely down as low as it would go. There was a place for a hairdryer, but the hairdryer was missing. There was a closet with one shelf in it that needed to be repainted or just taken out cause it looks so awful. There was an iron and ironing board. I do not know if the iron worked or not. There was a refrigerator that seemed efficient and it had a freezer. There was a microwave, but I did not use it. Breakfast was offered however I had stayed at this motel previously when it was called something else and they’ve just put a sign over the old sign. I was so upset when I realized that I had booked it again. I was on the second floor. There is no elevator.

    The hotel was clean and quiet. Because it was so hot and humid, the air conditioner had trouble keeping the room at a cooler temperature. A ceiling fan installed in the ceiling would be a great improvement.

    The room was ok. Looked to be fresh tile and such. A/C worked. good. Walls were dirty and Carpets were not vacuumed. TV didn’t work. We stayed 3 nights and requested fresh towels for the last day. Never got fresh towels. We were in town for an event so we were only on the room to sleep, shower and change clothes. Also, the price isn’t the price… when you get there they charge additional $12 a day. Because they can I guess. Wouldn’t stay here again.

    Very good place to stay. Specially the bed is very clean and the quiet A/C has the constant fan option that I like. Breakfast OK includes self made Waffles. Staff friendly and helpfull.
