Celebration Suites At Old Town

It was convenient and I was able to Park right in front of room.

We did not eat breakfast there. We had our own food. They called me the night before our arrival to offer us an 'updrade' at no extra cost. We were given an additional room. We discovered that both rooms they gave us had A/C issues.They didn't bother to tell us up front, just made it seem like we were getting an upgrade as valued customers. The rooms were nice and clean. Just HOT in some areas.

I really appreciate how convenient the property is. We can easily hop from one bar to another, catch a show, ride a roller coaster, stroll around, and check out the shops. It was such a fantastic location overall. We absolutely love being here. And the best part? It’s right next to the brand-new Mary’s hamburger joint! The beds in the suites—the bedroom couch, Murphy bed—were incredibly soft. There was no firmness at all. You could practically roll right in the middle when you’re with your spouse. It’s funny, but not in a good way, when you wake up with a backache.

Close to everything, including food. More than enough space in rooms. Upgraded rooms are nice and they're clean. More ice makers would be nice, but other than that really great location next to Old Town gray car shows cheap drinks and the hotel has a nice little cafe

Location and family friendly Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about the property. I loved everything about it and felt it was an excellent fit for our family.

We always enjoy our "Anniversary" time there... Especially when we're in Building C, So we can watch everything going on over at Old Town, and We don't have very far to walk to enjoy the evening.... The parking situation is always "crazy"... If you move your car, to go out somewhere to eat....sometimes you can't find a spot again.... As much as your staff try to protect your parking lot.. We watch all different people move the "cones" to park their cars there while going over next door for the night out... Nobody ever checks the dashes of the vehicles parked there... They just ride around in the golf carts..

The front desk was so friendly, except for one security guard The night we got there we were outside in "hall" you could call it. Its outside between rooms and there are benches. I talk loud so I admit was loud. We had just gotten there and visiting our friends in another area. We weren't drinking or partying. Security came buy and told us to keep it down so we moved down a bit in front of room on another bench. The security literally stood on top of steps and took a picture of us! Not even trying to be discreet. We did absolutely nothing to support this. I'm not one to complain or cause a scene, but I felt violated and it was unnecessary. Meanwhile the room we were originally outside were smoking weed all weekend

Room was comfortable for my family of 6. Having the pool right out our back door was great! And we loved the close proximity to Old Town and Fun Spot! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

I am a snob and usually only stay on Disney property. I booked this in a pinch and was actually worried given the area it is in, but it is great! The AC blows cold. The water pressure is strong, and the staff is friendly. I will only stay here when in Orlando. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot. There are a few drugged up homeless people at the 7-11 and at the corner of where the office is. But.. sadly it’s something we would probably see everywhere.

I hate that they put us toward the back

We did find roaches in the cabinets the person who was suppose to help with checking in was riding in a golf cart with some guy we waited like 20min till she came back

It was extremely close to the fun spot to where we were heading too. So it was nice to be able to walk there and have fun and be so close
