To start, the signs on the entrance and the main building said "Developer Inn", which was listed nowhere on the listing for the booking. It was very confusing as I wasn't sure at first if this was the actual place I booked my stay. Rooms clearly do not get mopped regularly, one day walking on the wood/tile and my feet were black. Bathtub, walls, countertops, and tv also needed serious cleaning. Sheets and towels were the only clean items, thank God. Water pressure in the shower was good but the tub drain needed to be unclogged, the tub filled with water almost immediately while the shower was on. Our tv remote was broken and did not work, looked shattered by a previous guest. Also the only outlets the room had were taken by lamps, tv, and kitchenette appliances. Overall this "hotel" was really just a half step up from a motel, which I intentionally tried to avoid while booking. It was very close to Disney World and Disney Springs, which was the reason for my stay, and the food in the area was great.

The property was well maintained. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and welcoming! Rooms were recently updated except for blinds in window. They were a little dated. Pool was clean and opened. Breakfast every morning was great! Nothing was bad about our stay!

Breakfast was good. They offer coffee and a variety of juices, plus a make-your-own waffle station. It can take a little time since it gets crowded with guests during breakfast hours. They also serve eggs, potatoes, sausage, and pastries. The location is convenient and close to stores and restaurants. It’s about 20 minutes from the Disney parks and around 30 minutes from the airport. The bathroom needed some repairs. The sink faucet was loose, the water pressure in shower was low, and it took a while for the hot water to run. The rooms felt stuffy and had a strange smell. The floors also did not appear to be properly cleaned, as they did not seem swept or mopped. Housekeeping only comes every two days. TV channel selection was very limited and the TV itself was not a smart TV.

The property was in close proximity to a lot of restaurants and to Disney world. The shower was very small.

The sausage patties were good but I would not be booking this hotel based on a free breakfast, I would treat it as a bonus rather than a reliable option. ( it will keep you going but very basic)

Rooms were great! Nice and clean! The toilet ran all night but it didn’t bother us. AC worked great, actually had to turn off because it was getting to cold in the room for us! Staff was very helpful! Was able to store our luggage for part of the day so we could go do something! Breakfast was good but a little crowded. Eggs, sausages, hashbrowns, waffles, juice, toast, yogurt, cereal etc. Lots of parking options. Great hotel overall! Will definitely stay here again if needed!

Please take your money elsewhere. This place was sooooo dirty. I got there super late, exhausted and had to clean a bit with lysol wipes which is all I had because it was so bad. Dead bugs in the room, on the curtains and floors. The floors were dirty. Like you know when you walk and you can HEAR the dirt under you, like that. The shower, disgusting. Whoever stayed before me shaved and I guess smacked the razor on the shower because it was all there. The string for the curtain wasnt clipped on so I couldn't open or close it more. It was just horrendous. I really was only in the room to shower and sleep but I would never step a foot here again. Oh AND the towels were dirty. Forgot to take a picture of that but I saw them. I used my own towels just used those to step on. Breakfast was blah.

Hotel was very clean for being older. It seems as if it’s well taken care of. The staff was very nice upon check in. Air conditioning kept our room nice and cold all night. The beds are on the soft side. I prefer a more firm mattress but that’s just my preference. The kids loved the pool and playground on site. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a lot of choices. The room you eat in is very small and can get very packed so I would take your breakfast outside or to your room if you can. Overall it was a fantastic stay especially for the price.

I’m still waiting for my deposit to be put back on my card. I left there on 29 April. I just now May 5, 2026. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was terrible. And being there for nine days, our room was only cleaned because I continuously asked for it to be cleaned and it wasn’t until it was almost time to leave that they finally cleaned it. We had to ask for towels every day, and then the pile of towels just piled and piled in the corner for people in the room for over a week. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. Shower wasn’t cleaned. The floors were so dirty that our feet were black. We had to ask for toilet paper we had to take our own garbage out. Breakfast wasn’t anything fancy, but it served the purpose cold cereals, eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, juices, tea, coffee oranges. So better than having to go out and pay for food. Would I stay there again? Possibly, but it won’t be my first pick.

This was a good hotel to stay in for the 3 nights we were in Orlando for Disney World. it was clean, bedding was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was good too. For the purpose of having a good night sleep after walking all day it was perfectly fine!!

Overall, the room did not feel clean or well-maintained, and it did not give me confidence in the hygiene standards of the property.

Took almost an hour to check in because the system kept showing up the wrong rooms and assigning us to rooms different than the front desk person put for us. They gave us a room that already had a person in it. We literally unlocked a room that had people inside unpacking and equally surprised that we were getting into their room. Finally got a room after multiple issues with getting the computer system to assign correctly. Shower was luke warm at best with no curtain or anything to block the wind from getting in so you're rushing to get out so you don't freeze.

We found mold in the corner and somebody had been smoking something that was not cleaned up on the floor. The second room we reserved. The faucet did not work on the cold side, and the hot side was scorching hot. The beds were fine in terms of comfort, but the location is very rundown. In the morning, breakfast was horrible. We sampled everything and nothing we sampled had flavor. It was small and cramped and not enough staff.

There is a resort fee for what? There is only a pool. The room had painted in bathroom and water takes about 10 minutes to heat up. There was plastic bags over the shower head. No hand soap available. Toilet was very hard to flush.

Staff was pleasant. You can tell they have remodeled the rooms. Maybe not the bathrooms though. You could see rust in multiple places. Beds are comfortable but I have a bad back so they could have been softer.

Price per night was budget-friendly. Found some cockroaches in the room, if you are travelling with kids, then try to find something else. Outside in the park area, some people always smoke weed. There is a powerful. smell.

Overall the stay was pretty decent for the most part. My only problem was that the refrigerator in my room did not work. But other than that. The service was excellent imo

We complained to the front staff and they told us it complies with city requirements to meet ADA ratings. We had to cancel the room and go find another place at 10 pm at night. Thank God after taling to Expedia for a hour and half we got a full refund.

When we arrived the check in was ok…..we did end up with a room key that did not work so had to go back to the office for a new one. As soon as we get into the room we found that the TV did not work. I had received a text asking if everything was ok and texted back that the tv was not working. They followed up with they will send someone right away. We waited about 30 minutes and nothing….so I called the front desk and got a busy signal for about 15 minutes. Finally someone answered and said she would send someone to check it. A nice young man arrived and worked on it…..he did not speak any English. After about 25 minutes he walked out leaving the door wide open and did not return for about 20 minutes. Door wide open the whole time (glad I was in the room). I had a translator on my phone and asked about getting a different room. He called someone and then kept trying to fix it. Again after quite a while he called one and the person that had checked us in came to the room. We asked her about getting a different room and she said he is trying to fix it. It was now 3+ hours after check in and every time they came in and out they left the door wide open. I did not feel I could leave with my stuff in the room. Finally the front desk person said we are going to give you a different room. We walked with her down several rooms and she said I will be right back with the new keys, again we waited 30 minutes and no one came. I walked over to the office and she was sitting at the desk.

Loved the lady at the desk. Room had been renovated nicely; looked great but floor needed to be touched up. She appreciated me telling her. Towels and bedding were top notch. Bed slept like royalty. Breakfast was rocking. Good food and buzzing with families. Wife noticed too how many families were around so late on a Saturday night when we arrived after Disney, not very far away. All in all, a blessing for the price.

There was a lot of moisture in the room. It made my son's iphone get moisture in the charger port. The remote and hairdryer were missing. I had to ask for them to be put in the room. The breakfast was very crowded, and it was not refilled quickly.

The room had lots of issues like the shower drain was clogged from thr first night we checked in plus the cable tv only had 2 working channels and the Ac unit was missing the other half of the filter which made the room smell musty and moldy all the problems were addressed and the staff was very slow to fix the problem also no interest in helping fast enough

Tv was static and barely visible. Room condition was clean however the light at the sink was only half lit with one of the bulbs out. The door was not properly adjusted so it scrapped against the frame every time we went to use it. Plenty of space for a long stay, stayed for 6 days and plenty of space for unpacking. Nice area and decent distance from the theme parks.

Hope you could read all points. 1)this motel is dishonest and greedy. The overall price already includes all the fee and taxes when reserving online (I have screenshot). But when checked in, they overcharged me resort fees per night while it is double confirmed with hotels.com this fee was already included in the original price with fees amount provided by this motel 2) The breakfast is horrible. They rarely refill, especially fruit. Basically only weekend they provided fruit with bad quality and extreme little quantity. 3) the water pressure is extremely low on the faucet of the basin. 4) the water temperature was low too. you have to push all way down to the "hotest" and you get little bit warmer water to get the shower done. 5) they don't clean the bathtub, they changed the bedsheet, and we found the sheet is dirty.6) they don't provide paper cup for coffee and they only provide small foam cup which easy to break and they refuse to provide the cover and holder.7) they don't have any drinkable water and they locked the only water machine after breakfast. The hot water didn’t work at all. Maintenance came in to “fix” it, but all he did was take the water from cold to barely lukewarm and then he didn’t even put the shower handle back on correctly, so it fell off. Don’t expect a hot shower here. The TV looked like something from the early 80s with a blurry picture that made it pointless to even turn on. On top of all that, they charged an extra $75 on top of the advertised rate and refused to honor the Expedia price I booked under. The pillows felt like sheets of paper, and the blanket may as well have been 1-ply toilet paper. This place is a polished turd, and honestly, that’s being generous. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away from this hotel.

We asked the front desk to change room, and were informed that all the rooms would have the same smell. I had to look for another hotel even without being sure that my reservation had been cancelled. I contacted Expedia regarding the cancellation and the hotel authorized the cancellation in full, but Expedia only refunded a part of the total amount paid.

The area surrounding the hotel is not good or well lit. I have 2 kids and i did not feel safe walking with them from the parking lot to the room. There are homeless people wandering about the property in the courtyard and in the parking lot. When we got to the room we found that the tv didn't work and nobody from the hotel answered the phone despite calling 6 times from the phone in the room. The noise from the surrounding rooms was very loud. You could hear the conversations, coughs, and footsteps of guests in other rooms. It was very annoying since some of the other guests were being quite loud and there was no way to alert the front desk by phone. Overall is was a very unpleasant stay

This place was very nice. More than worth it for the cost. I have paid more to stay in places that were half as nice.

None of the staff spoke English, and that’s not really a problem. I just feel like I would’ve been able to be accommodated a little bit more efficiently in regards to me extending my stay had someone who was fluent in English had been working and it’s more than likely the reason I didn’t go ahead and extend the day so there’s that but besides that everything was just all right, I suppose.

Alex is rude as hell, blaming me for the room key not working when he gave me a key to the wrong room. This was not pleasant and we will never stay at any Baymont Wyndham again.

Room was very dirty, no amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Breakfast was horrific. We had a black bug in our bed. The juice machines were putting out 90% water and so was the coffee Machine.. the food was over cooked and tasted terrible- we ended up at McDonalds for breakfast.

Awful. “Renovated” just means badly painted — . Tiny room and bathroom, shower with mold, smelled of smoke and mildew. We booked two rooms for five people and they put us in separate buildings, then lied about being sold out while an empty room sat next to ours. Breakfast was small, crowded, and terrible. Avoid this place.

The other thing that was funny was the shower knobs on the shower were mismatched. The showerhead was one of those large ones with very little water pressure. Clearly this is run as a budget hotel and I get what I pay for. What's gonna have breakfast but there are too many people downstairs and limited choice. Wyndham brand hotels do not measure up to other brands.

If you book through Expedia they will immediately charge you and if you end up in a disgusting unit that you immediately check out of because of the horrid conditions, Expedia will do everything to steal your money. I got a king size bed for myself and my daughter since she sleeps with me. First night my stuff became infested with ants and the tv wasn’t working. The next morning they moved me to a room with queen sized beds. I left my charger in the first room and when I went back the housekeeper said it wasn’t there although it was just 5 mins before. I was uncomfortable sleeping the next night the whole reason I booked a king size. I told them I was unhappy and they only refunded me $30. That’s pretty much the cost of my charger. The food was also cold and gross. The refrigerator for breakfast holding the butter and milk was not cold. Overall experience never again

First room that we were put in did not work. Front desk had to slam his body into the door just for it to open. Thank you to the front desk person for giving us another room. He was super kind and was willing to work with us. He is the reason why I gave this hotel more stars than I should. I paid close to $200 for this hotel when the door to the first room didn’t work, and the door to the second room didn’t work until I had to slam my body into the room. Not only that, the shower missing its draining plug, walls with chipped paint, and house keeping coming to bang on our door to see if we were leaving (which that day was not check out). The only reason I picked this hotel was because I saw breakfast was included through Expedia. Speaking of Expedia, Expedia website showed beautiful pictures of the place and when we arrived, the look of the building did not match the cleanliness we saw in the pictures in which I spent that $200. Not satisfied with this stay for spending that much money.

We only stayed for one night and to the hotel super late after a full day at the theme parks. The guy at front desk was really nice for check in. Upon getting to our room, we noticed that from the renovation it just looked like a lot of it was unfinished and messy. Our biggest issue, was with the towels; we found random hair in all of our towels. I will say though, the bed was comfy. Though it was a decent one night stay, we will not be retuning.

This property is not what you are expecting. It was not well maintained. Mold and rust can be found everywhere.

I’ve been traveling and high-end hotels all the way to low budget. I’ve stayed everywhere and nobody has been respectful to my children or my daughter’s service dog and they were very respectful here and the room was clean and nobody harassed us. We had privacy and respect and there’s so much on the property for the kids to do. normally not a low budget hotel fan, but I would stay here again and again because they made my stay here comfortable and that’s what matters. I accidentally broke the valance opening the window and maintenance. Staff was really nice and fixed it for me immediately. I really care about their customers here and they want people to enjoy their vacation.

Also the tv of any those room is completely blurry all channels I know this is no a expensive or 5 star hotel but we have to moved somewhere for work and paid the best price we found but sometimes whatever we do paid $80 - $90 DOLARS PER NIGHT we have to be on the decent place ..!

Overall room was ok, looks like an older hotel. Some conditions of the room could be improved like the paint chipping and some broken corners. The room I stayed in was 3/5 stars. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean, however there were several bugs encountered such as ants, mosquitoes, and a beetle. The room was on the ground floor and I could see how leaving a door open for long enough would invite the bugs in. However, we did see ants by the doorway able to make their way inside the room from the small space even when the door was closed. Additionally, our sink drain was very slow, it seemed clogged but the shower drain was fine. In the shower there is only half a glass door and you will not be fully enclosed in this space so expect some water to leak out onto the floor. You get free breakfast and free parking which is wonderful and the pool was nice too. The staff was nice, although I tired calling the front desk several times and would get a busy tone everytime. Overall, it was an ok stay

Besides there being no bath soap or small wash cloths in which I always travel with it. Good thing I didn’t go to breakfast. Check out at 11 it was 9:30am and house keeping walked in the room to clean on a one night stay that I wasn’t checked out of.

When I first got there, it took 5 minutes until someone actually showed up to the desk. It was a cleaning lady and she had to call someone to check me in. After they gave me my key, my husband and 2 kids went up to our room and the key didn’t work. I had to walk all the way back and she gave me a different room since “the door is probably dead” to that room. All while my family was under a wasp nest. The room smelled weird and there were ants all over the desk. And stains on walls. It just gave a dirty feel to it. The pool seemed nice and playground was a plus. The breakfast was nice too.

Hated it! Left after one day. At checkin, the desk clerk sent us to the wrong room initially. We had to return to the office to fix that issue. In the room, there was a large gap in the entry door that critters could have come entered, the bathroom was tiny and gross, there was not enough towels, and the AC was super nosy.

We didn’t like the plumbing. Our shower drain was very slow to drain and our toilet clogged. They had no plunger on property and we had to use the bathroom in the lobby for a while before a technician could come to fix it the next day. Fortunately the clog resolved itself but left us scared to use the toilet. Our room was missing a remote control to the tv. They advertise free shuttles to the parks but it’s only two of four parks and only at very specific times that are late morning and early lunch times. Can’t rope drop the parks. Don’t plan on using the shuttles. We stayed with our older kids and generally had a good stay.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. I saw cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the bathroom was not cleaned well even after housekeeping visits—the toilet was often left dirty and there was a persistent bad smell that made it very unpleasant to use. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here again.

1st room horrible bedding. 2nd room given was 1 bed and we paid for double beds for four. 3rd room the floor was dirty, door was not flushed, sink stopper broken and not enough towels. Phones in neither room worked and no regular coffee, only decaf in the room. The breakfast wasn't that good. They had coffee in the dining area but no creamer, hard danishes, cinnamon buns, and watery oatmeal.

The stay there was overall good, but there are definitely some challenges. Most of the workers don’t speak English, and the rooms are all far from the lobby, meaning you have to drive from the room to the lobby. Our first room had a weird, moldy smell, with low pressure shower, and stains on the towels, but they changed us to a different room that was slightly better, so that was good. The breakfast was very pleasant but with little variety (for me it was just enough: eggs, sausage, bagels, tasty pastries, and coffee).

I like the convenience how close everything was. The lady in the front very rude, not helpful at all, didn’t do any good customer service. My family and I felt unwelcome.

Nice quick place to stay

The room was musty and humid. There were water bugs and the bathroom was in poor condition. The paint on the tub was peeling. There was still hair in the shower from previous guests, not enough towels to cover the # of guests. Pool towels were not cleaned and scarce to come by. The breakfast buffet was edible, but not the largest. The pool itself was in decent shape and the water was warm. The beds were very comfortable and that was the best part of the whole stay.

Front desk was great getting the room and explaining everything great experience near everything.

The first room we were in had ants everywhere. Upon putting our clothes on we had ants all through our clothes. Called front desk 8 times and left message on answering machine. Nobody ever called back. Next day moved us rooms. That rooms floor was so dirty we had to put bedsheets on floor to walk on. My socks were black from damp bathroom floor and walked to bed and around room a few times. Took socks off they were nasty. Guy at front desk said what do you expect we are by a lake. Tub had paint peeling all through.

The front desk worker was great checked us in very quickly and tried to assist best he could but we had no hot water and when we called they told us just to let it run for 5 minutes to get warm and we did and it worked… for 2 minutes and then was cold again the tv also was ridiculously blurry and sounded like someone took a bat to it the bed sheets were half put on but that was fixable so no big deal otherwise the room was fine and the front desk assistant once again tried to help we just needed the room for a night so it did what it needed and if I had to I would stay again as most issues are fixable but overall not the best experience

Roof had mold and there were bugs crawling all over our room. The landscaping was all overgrown which makes it look rundown. The only plus was the beds were comfortable and the location is convenient to disney world.

Exceeded expectations. Room had everything inc fridge and microwave and safe - breakfast was included - walkable to a CVS, close enough to the parks and airport and great price. Highly recommend!

Room was dirty bathtub had mold and paint will peeling up out the tub was late when we got there didn’t notice the tub until the morning told front desk that we wanted another room they said ok told them I wouldn’t be back until late that night they send me a text stating that if I wasn’t there by 2pm that I would have to stay in the room I explained to them that we were the park and I had already cleaned my stuff out of the room long story short I had to leave the park to get the new room and it was not ADA compliant so I just left and drove back home with my kids worst place ever it was a nightmare

It seems to be a motel that house homeless families. Too many kids running around making noise, homeless adult sitting around, some on their bikes going back and forth. The room was not clean enough, no new sheets or towels were giving the next day. As for that breakfast they offer, well, I have no words. All I can say is the pictures are deceiving

Breakfast was great. The first night was fine. Then the chaos began. Truck drivers outside starting their trucks pressing the gas then shutting it off. People fighting outside the room. The hotel was comfortable and the guest service was good. They clean the room every two days, however they did not clean the bathroom, so we had to put the towels in evidence so they wash them. Aside from that, it's a nice place.

This was a last-minute day to surprise a close friend having a party in Kissimmee. This hotel was perfect for my needs, not on the strip, but in its own area residential area, I will be booking my stay at at this hotel. The breakfast was just right and the staff was very friendly.

No WiFi for the entire time we were there, 6 days total. I believe there never was Wifi and it was false advertising to attract people or, they kept it down to save money. Everything was for them to save money. Toilet paper not refilled, only 2 big towels for a family of 4. I asked a cleaning person for 2 extra towels but they were never delivered. On the day our room got “cleaned” one of the new toilet was dirty with brown sport all over. The room smelled awful, got to buy some room scent at Target, it was that bad. Our socks were black under because the floor was so dirty. I called the front desk twice during our stay, left a message, nobody ever called us back. I forgot to mention that when I first arrived for my vacation at midnight with my 2 kids in the car, they said my reservation was canceled and that I had to call Expedia. Expedia was apologetic and helpful, the front desk agent wasn’t. He gave us a room that smelled so bad with an order control machine that was loud and no light in the room. I went back to front desk and they changed our room but again, last thing you want to do past midnight with 2 children. Coffee was not refilled, neither the cups. Breakfast station took forever to get refilled, I once waited 25 minutes for the scrambled eggs to be refilled. Just everything was bad. I learned my lesson booking a cheap hotel. Never again even if that means not going on vacation as often.

Booked for a quick stay in Orlando for a good price. We had one adult (myself) and three teens. The beds were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked but rattled horribly. The mini fridge leaked water all over the floor the first night we were there. I told the front desk the next morning and the guy told me someone would stop by. We returned late that evening and no one had come by. We had to leave soaked towels on the floor overnight to ensure our things didn’t get wet. I informed the same guy the next morning and he apologized for the inconvenience. The breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, and cereal.

Bedroom was comfortabke, except HVAC needed cleaned. Bought aur freshner to get rid smell and cleaned. Staff was wonderful. Pool was nice. For price, not baf situation. Didnt mind giving TLC due to great price and location.

Overall hotels is pretty nice just to sleep on, my room was nice the o my thing is that as soon as we went in it smell really strong like humidity we didn’t change the room at that time because we check in late and we were really tired but the next day when I tired to change the room because it was smelling even worst the we’re not able to give me a new room.

Then to find out theres no internet...said they were changing carrier. Then i get to the room and the sound on the tv didnt work on half the channels. (Never fixed or responded to after the first discussion) Furnishings were definitely low budget. The bath/shower didnt have a curtain but rather a 1/4inch glass pane (not a slider) that limited access to the tub to the point i didnt feel 100% safe entering...the handicap rail was too far in to reach. My shoulders almost reached both sides of the enclosure. Little room to turn. Water pressure was negligible only reaching 1/3 of the shower basin. Lots of calking missing, dirt in the corners if the baseboards, looks like there were 20 coats of paint. Low maintenance done. I will say the bed was comfortable, there was hot water. For what i ended up spending i should have stayed at a better rproperty . My bad, but there bad as well. I asked for price consideration due to tv and internet but none was given. Worse insult, they lowered the online price on my 2nd day and wouldnt honor that. Never again.

There was no WiFi for two hole nights , Lord , and they charged me 30 dollars for the resort fee what’s that ,

For a lower cost hotel this is an excellent hotel. Better than Comfort suites. Great breakfast until 10;00 am and they continue to refill up to the end! The only reason it did not get an excellent is they do not have WiFi.

Poor renovation makeover in the rooms, mainly in the bathroom. The bathtub floor was cracked, the walls were all patched, and the mirror frame was loosing a piece.

Family trip was amazing. Hotel was prefect. Really enjoyed the breakfast, made it easier to get our days started with the kids. We had a 6day 5 nugh stay with them we definitely would recommend others to stay.

They have no working wifi and no cable tv. breakfast is good, our room gets cleaned twice during our 5 night stay.
