The aesthetic is nice . Towels had hairs on them. WiFi was down. Shower head seemed to be clogged and the shower vent wasn’t working so the room was just a bit muggy and humid .

The coffee served in the room was pathetic - don't understand they can even call that coffee! Does not even compare to weak tea. If they are paying for that coffee and tea service it is a waste of money! The bar is closed in the evening!

Even numbered rooms are in the front side of the hotel and are noisy do to facing the interstate. Not good for light sleepers.

The hotel staff were amazing. They were understanding and accommodating. Special thanks to Everett, Nicole, Shawn and Christian. They all went above and beyond. From helping me find things to do with the children, to making my stay comfortable and making sure my needs were met. I would definitely stay here again! I loved everything!

The front desk staff and the Bistro staff were very friendly and customer focused. Breakfast option are limited compared to places that offer an "all you can eat" free breakfast, but the quality of the food was good. Everything we ate was very tasty. The ambiance of the hotel was great. The lobby has lots of sitting options and televisions so your small group can gather comfortably. It's clean and modern and comfy. The only issue I experienced was a squeaky bed. I think the bed sits on springs and every time I moved, my bed squeaked fairly loudly. Other than that, all was perfect!

The room was clean and the whole property was comfortable with everything I needed for a short stay. Breakfast is not included, they don’t offer free breakfast buffet style. There is a ‘bistro’ where you order and pay for food and options are a bit limited.

The staff was horrible we called and asked for tolerance paper and the front desk lady told me she wasnt bringing it and hung up on me. I called back and she kept hanging up on me three times. Rude and unprofessional never will stay again.

The Hotel was clean and the front desk receptionist was very friendly. The only thing that was not good was the breakfast. Bought a cup of coffee, 1 bowl of oat meal and 1 egg and ham biscuit for $30.00. I guess this hotel is for rich people.

All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Lighting in rooms could be better for working.

This was a staycation we had planned for my better half. I reserved the balcony room because she has always wanted to stay in one of these rooms. I reserved the room put in my info gave cc info. When we arrived at 3;05 the lady checking us in told us that our check in wasn't until 4:00 pm. Regardless of the fact that my itinerary clearly says 3 and I know that is the check in time at this hotel due the fact I have stayed here before multiple times. The very first thing I said to her was I reserved a balcony room suite and I want to make sure I have the room I reserved. She said oh yes your reservation is here and you have the room we just have a titanium member in that room and they decided to do a 4 pm checkout. We went and sat by the pool to wait for our room. She then informed us about 30-45 minutes later that the guest who had stayed in the room the night before decided to stay another day so we would not get the room I had reserved and paid for. Instead she downgraded us to a horrible room that we did not want. This truly ruined our experience. We staycation often and by far this was the worst experience we have ever had. I felt embarrassed, humiliated, insulted and discriminated against all at the same time.

Booked this last minute so didn’t know what to expect. Sadie greeted us and got us checked in and off to our room quickly. Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. We could not get WiFi to work so Sadie came to our room to check things out. Very much appreciate Sadie’s customer service attitude!

How long should a customer wait at the counter to purchase their breakfast and not even get acknowledged “we will be with you in a moment”. It is understandable when a business is busy. No one ever came and cleaned our room or emptied the trash cams for the two days we were there. Also, upon inspection of the room when we got there, the bathroom door stopper was faulty, and the cabinet door to the fridge/mirowave was off the hinge.

Then their machines went down that program your room card. On day 2, my card stopped working. They couldn't fix it. Everytime I left, they had to escort me to my room. 3rd night, while waiting to get an escort or my key fixed a gentleman wanted into a room he was NOT on the reservation. We arrived early and expected just to check our luggage, but they had a room available and let us check in early. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. We used the pool and hot tub. Had an early flight the next day so went to bed early and the room/bed were super comfortable and quiet.

One working elevator took forever. Room should have been cleaner. The corners had thick dust. Toilet did not flush well and was noisy for about 2 minutes after flushing. Cob webs on balcony. Stains on couch. Will stay elsewhere next time. Had to pay for parking in the regular parking lot but saw people parking there and walking to nearby businesses so it wasn’t very protected. Check in was good but must have been training a new person. Was not given any information about gum or restaurant so I left hotel to eat and workout elsewhere.

The Hotel was close to our family gathering it was also in close proximity to the airport and I was able to go to the stores, kroger, cracker barrel with no problem.

We have stayed at this property on three occasions and have been happy with each stay. Rooms are great and so was the staff. My only major complaint would be that the air conditioning unit was wall mounted and very loud.

It is a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional working areas. The one drawback is the breakfast. Plan on eating out. It isnt good, or reasonable. Everything else is really nice.
