Absolutely nothing from the moment we got there. This man that was working in the Front named Samir was the rudest person I’ve ever met the only reason that we booked it because it was a good deal and it was close by the house where we live, I will never ever stay there again. I’m also gonna write a Google review for other people not to stay there. He was so rude. I don’t know how somewhere like y’all could have somebody like that working there very bad.‼️‼️ SAMIR VERY RUDE AND FACILITY WAS HORRIBLE BED SHEETS SMELLED MUSTY

The staff wasnt that pleasant, the morning guy especially. The washer and dryer is just the size of a regular house hold washer and dryer, no breakfast room in lobby or anywhere. For the price you'd think it would be a four or five star hotel. They want a $30 security deposit for each room. The TV is cable but there is no TV guide. They dont have a list of food places around if you arent familiar with the area.

The big nice comfortable beds and shower is amazing!!! Awesome water pressure and they have a big bottle of shampoo, a big bottle of conditioner and a big bottle of body wash already in the shower. Property was clean, staff was super nice. I asked to switch rooms and they did with no hesitation. My original room was downstairs, two men happened to be smoking outside when me & my daughter pulled up so I called the office and asked to switch rooms and they did. I also don’t like how the water felt “slimy” and the safety lock was broken on my door.

The beds in our room was comfortable. The staff was not very friendly. The overnight staff at the front desk, stated they did not have access to needed items such as towels for the guest.

Very good! For the price, everything was on point! The room was cleand and and the bed was comfortable. Everything worked as it supposed to and security fee was back on my account on the same day I left the hotel! The breakfast options are very limited, but enough to have a "fast breakfast". I would definitely repeat my stay!

You get what you pay for…very reasonable with absolutely NO frills. No amenities (blow dryer) basic towels & pillows. Shower drain smelled like raw sewage when we used it. Very near loud highway but could mask it with air conditioning unit. Bed was comfortable and clean.

quick overnight stay was very affordable and will stay here again. we didnt get to try the breakfast, and when we fly to or from IAH we would choice this place again this place is an outside hotel door opens to the outside parking lot.

I have to say, I was very pleasantly surprised by the Baymont by Wyndham in Kingwood. I paid only 59$ for late minute booking and found a nicely upgraded, clean, and well-equipped room. It had a TV, a refrigerator, and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, body wash and shampoo were out, so I had to use a little Dove bar soap that they provided for hand washing. Regardless, it was a very comfortable room for a price you can not beat!

The full-size refrigerator and freezer was a bonus! Traffic from the adjacent freeway was noisy throughout the night.

Everything was nice and I liked it. There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. I would’ve loved a bathtub though, but I understand that everyone’s moving to showers in the shower was still pretty nice. Love the shampoo and body wash. It smelled amazing.

The pillows were extremely worn and uncomfortable - four small, flat pillows with visible wear. When we asked for additional pillows (even offering to pay), we were told this was “impossible” and that the manager was unavailable until January 1. We ended up buying our own pillows so we could sleep. The photos online are very misleading. This is a former Econo Lodge motel purchased by Wyndham, not a standard hotel as advertised. It is motel-style, right off the freeway, felt insecure, and appeared to have long-term residents. The room door did not fully shut, noise traveled easily from neighbors and traffic, and the property lacked amenities beyond free parking and breakfast. Housekeeping never serviced our room, supplies were minimal, the couch was badly stained, the TV lagged with limited channels, and the water was overly soft with an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was heavily policed with strict rules, so we chose to eat elsewhere. Overall, the misleading advertising and excessive restrictions made this an uncomfortable stay. I would not stay at this property or another Wyndham location again.

Ive stayed here several times in the last 3 months and i have come to expect and receive the same consistent impression. Only 1 bad experience. I arrived and went to my room on the second floor. The key didnt work so i called downstairs and the lady told me that i would have to bring it to her. I explained that i had just climbed upstairs with 2 heavy bags. She again told me to bring it to her. No im sorry i apologize, etc. I drug my things back down and again up with no consideration of my situation. It worked but when i proceeded to turn on the tv it didnt work. I called her again this time from the room phone. She told me that she would move me. I wasnt happy but agreed. She then asked if i had used anything. I informed her that i had used the bathroom upon my arrival. She then informed me because i used the bathroom that she couldnt move me. At that point i let her know that id like to just cancel and leave. She said ok but i would be charged for the 2 nights that i had booked. I stayed but for the next 4 su day and monday nights i stayed at other hotels. I decided to give this hotel another chance. The young lady was not there and the staff that was actually understood what customer service meant--good no excellent customer service was about. I will be returning this sunday and i do plan on staying at this hotel. Thank you for listening!

I unexpectedly needed a room while a family member was in the hospital. This hotel is close to the hospital, has a nicely lit parking lot, the room was nice and clean, it was affordable and the staff was kind and friendly as I had to keep extending my stay due to my family members hospital stay. I recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again if the need arises.

The owner is rude. He gave me weird facial expressions when I walked into the breakfast area. The timings on the board said 5am-9am. I went there at 5:40am and was asked by him to come back later. I don’t see any reason why

Two way mirror in bathroom/doorway to bathroom. You could tell a clear difference between the sink mirror and the odd mirror facing the toilet/tub. There were two “fire alarms” also. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was minimal but available. The guy checking us in was a little rude but the check out went super smooth.

We loved our stay for 9 days at this property. Front staff were kind. Especially Kavita, I’m all the way home in California and my son is asking to go back and to visit her. The woman running the front desk was nice and helpful. Rooms were basic but clean. We had a full size fridge in our room, and I loved that the shades didn't let in light in the morning. The hotel was super close to walmsrt, target, the mall, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was good. The only downside was that there was a situation that was occurring our first night there outside between the hours of 12 AM and 3 AM in which the people next to us were having a very heated argument that began in their room with fighting and then moved outside, in which yelling and fighting occurred between the couple for HOURS. Not sure if hotel workers heard in the office, but no one did a thing about it. Very disturbing to hear this occur in the middle of the night. Other than that, our second night was peaceful and amazing. The noise off the highway was a bit loud in our room, but other than that the rooms were spacious and included a full side fridge that was very useful.

Excellent and courteous customer service at check-in and check-out. Hotel property is beautifully maintained and room accommodations were superbly clean and comfortable. Accessibility to nearby shops and food places was perfect and convenient! Will definitely be back!

I was confused and concerned because we checked in and the door to the room was open a little bit we knocked to see if someone was in there and I couldn’t get the door to close or lock I called front desk to let them know and she said we had to hold the door while locking

I liked how clean, comfortable and nice the room was. I did not like that there was only one way in and out of the property and that when the housekeeping carts came rolling by the room (about 10 times in a day), that they were so noisy it sounded like thunderstorms had moved in! It was very hard to rest with that going on.

My room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. I recommend ear plugs for sleeping since the hotel is right off the freeway and traffic loud all night. Breakfast was minimal but filled my belly.

I’ve stayed at other Baymont properties. This one was not the cleanest. The bathroom had an odd smell. The breakfast was not fresh.

The room cleanliness was below average and the shower floor and glass doors were dirty. The white towels were old and dingy looking. The sink drained slowly and made a bubbling noise when draining.

Safe area, There's a Denny's, a Hospital, and Mall with in 5 miles

Clean property. Full refrigerator and microwave. Received texts for check-in that took all information so one could have rapid check in. Still had to fill out everything, so save time and don’t fill out what is sent to you. Location is on a frontage road, so to get to a restaurant you have to do a considerable driving loop. Not a walkable area. Some pictures appeared like the rooms had interior doors, but this is a motel style with exterior doors. The safety glass in the front office wasn’t reassuring as to the safety of the area. Acceptable for what we paid. Have already gotten the AI asking me when I want to check out. Not falling for that.

Used the link texted to pre check in to just able to get the keys. Got there after 9 hours of driving to have to wait to do it all over again. The guy at the front desk talked to me like I was stupid. Finally got the keys got to the room it was clean except for the office chair, had white stains all over it. Gross. When morning came around, walked down to get the breakfast, which was very limited, and the same guy from the night before told us we could not eat the breakfast in our room, we did not want to sit in their little area to eat, so we ate in our car. Why have a hotel room with a full size fridge, microwave and not allow the breakfast be taken to the room. Went down to the front desk to ask if we can check out at noon as this was texted to us as an option to be told by the lady they do not offer that because they only have 40 rooms. Why are these links being texted with information and not accurate? I hope I get the extra money back they charged on my card of $50 cause this was nothing like the hotel I stayed at the night before that texted the same links. Horrible customer service.

They stay was convenient to hospital, family member had an emergency surgery. Close and clean. No frills, sofa in room old and falling apart, curtains were so old they had holes in them. Bed clean and comfortable, bathroom clean.

They should not offer “breakfast” - they have multiple signs saying you have to eat there in front of them, you’re not even allowed to take your cup of coffee with you! Not sure for their reasoning, but some people prefer to have their breakfast in their room.

Very clean room with everything we needed for an overnight stay. But you do need a car.

Stayed here for 4 nights, was due to come back but cancelled our booking as the room was tired, facilities were poor, felt unsafe as we were woken more than once with ppl shouting. The only window giving natural light meant ppl could see straight in to our room. Breakfast was also very basic and unappealing, also stops pretty early. Shame as location was ideal for us and looks nice as you pull up.

Furniture in bad shape. Dirty found cockroachs paid for 4 night only stayed 1 and moved hotel. Included breakfasi is a joke!

I asked for a wake up call that didnt happen. When I went in for the breakfast it was very sparse. 1 baggel, 2 pieces bread, 2 yogurts, empty waffel batter. Maybe I was late.

I was grateful that they held my reservation. We checked in at 2:00 am and the clerk was prompt in checking us in. No issues with registration or the room which was very spacious. The dining room didn’t have plates or utensils and slim pickings.

Air Condition fan was hitting on the housing and could not use.

The property was quiet and check-in was easy. The hotel was up to date.

I requested another room for the second night, but they did not give me it to me Not so many bathroom amenities and my room had a feet smell. Overall really bad experience, I won’t stay there again
