Ok stay. Place is old and shows its age in a beat up looking way

I had an excellent stay. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was large and comfy. I had my service dog with me. The room was large enough to fit her crate (she's a large dog). I had no problems checking in. They did not question the validity of her being a service dog. (Although maybe they should have at least done the 2 questions they are allowed to ask). There was no free breakfast. I think there was a laundry room onsite but I didn't use it. Some of the TV channels didn't work and the bathroom sink didn't work, but those were only minor inconveniences. The person next to me had a barking dog but I could only hear it from outside the room. It kinda seemed like some of the people there were actually living there. They had chairs outside their doors and fabric screens attached to their doors. I'm definitely judging by looks alone I realize. But other than the one dog everyone was quiet. You can hear the traffic a little bit from inside the room but it's nothing terrible. Overall it was a nice, clean, simple, affordable stay.

We did not stay at this hotel because the room was dirty and we were afraid that it was unsafe to stay there. We have asked for a refund from Booking.com because of the condition of the hotel room and property. The hotel receptionist said she would tell Booking.com to refund our money but we have not heard back from Booking.com yet. If we don’t get the refund we will never use Booking.com again Everything

I felt uncomfortable when I opened the room door — everything looked old and overused. The towels, pillows, bed sheets, and other items were heavily worn. The microwave was missing the glass plate. Most concerning of all, we found a bed bug on the bed. Fortunately, the staff were cooperative during the refund process.

The staff was very good and friendly. The pool was closed. We had problems with the remote for the TV. However the staff was very good about taking care of it. I would stay there again.

There wasn’t a remote for the TV. Breakfast was a pastry that wasn’t even a breakfast pastry. Otherwise my stay was good and the clerks were friendly.

nothing room was loaded with bed bus. they were visible on the pillows. A second room in another building was just as bad. The man on the desk was not particularly concerned.

Was given a room that was still dirty. Switched rooms. This is an aged property for sure but the room was clean enough. Tv didn’t work. Discarded items lying around…there is a toilet at one end. You get what you pay for here.

The staff here where great but the property has a BED BUG infestation I have many bites and when brought to the staffs attention they tried to resolve by switching my room but it turned out that the new room also had BED BUGS. When I checked out the clerk was very gracious and did refund part of my stay.

This was rated mid 7s but it's not like a 5. First we had a problem with our room door. Then they moved us after we had all our luggage up on the second floor with no elevator. Then the room smelled and the bathroom was dirty and all outdated. There was stains on the floor and on the walls. My daughter was even afraid of using the bathroom. This was not a decent room at all.

It's old, and a lot of the "working parts" of the room are aged.

I went to the front desk and told the clerk that I couldn't stay there and he refunded my money to expedia. I went back next morning and talked to the manager, who was very apologetic. Still, only if it's your only choice would I suggest staying there.

This is a tired old hotel. In need of renovation. On the outer limits of the city. I think there must be better options available.

There were smell of smoke in non-smoking rooms. We ended up leaving the hotel and staying at a different hotel. The hotel was willing to give refund but then refused to refund us later when we tried to get refund through Expedia.

Very old and run down. The room was supposed to have a queen bed on first floor and we got the upper floor with a double bed. Holes in the wall where they must have moved the toilet paper holder from one spot to the next and never patched. Very run down.

The hotel was wonderful but when I booked it Hotels.com had me pay a resort fee then when I checked in the hotel had me pay the resort fee again so I’m not happy. Also when we were all settled we wanted to go for a swim and the pool was closed for a private party. Otherwise, the room was fantastic and the staff was excellent. I would stay there again if there isn’t a snafu.

I stayed at this motel a few years ago. It has gone downhill since then. No tissue. Bathroom was old. Fire broke out on mountain behind hill Expensive for what I got

This is an old place and a bit dated. But the front desk manager was very nice and accomodating and upgraded my room because I was made to wait because their “system” was down. There is a small Indian resto attached and that was covenient. No other walkable restaurants. Accommodation reasonable at the price point.

I guess for the price point it was OK but they could at least clean the place better it’s just worn out and should probably be burned to the ground or gutted by Indian people. I guess they’re trying to make it like India.

Staff was rude, gave us a room someone was in for the past 5 days. When i ask him to him to not put us back where people were living in, he said he had it with people like me and told me to leave. Place was run down, no hot breakfast as advertised and manager was very rude and unprofessional

It looked like the room HADN’T BEEN CLEANED for days!! W.C. With stains... sink with hairs, very dirty floor. Stains on the countertop. Carpet not vacuumed. Dirty towel. As you can see in the photos … It is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

Room was a bit dingy and dark (low watt light bulbs). Did not seem as clean and kept up as when we stayed here before. The water in the shower and sink were hot, which was appreciated. It was okay for a one night stay and the price was affordable (cheaper than most).

On the first night of my stay I was bitten by a spider. I trapped it and brought it to the front desk. They just shrugged. Went to Urgent Care, was prescribed an antibiotic. Eight days later the bite is still infected and painful. The hotel refused any refund. I left a day early & lost a day's rent.

property was set up right, it does need some upgrade of the exterior like painting, replacement of old wood etc.. Staff was very help full, courtious and kind. One thing that needs attention is the step into the lobby, from the pool area. the first one is a normal height but the second one is more deeper. it caught me by surprise and at some point it could make some one do a face plant into the floor. Very dangerous!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone supposed to have a complementary breakfast. There was no complementary breakfast. Their kitchen was shut down. That’s what the manager told me the shower head was broken the carpet had stains and torn. The only good thing about this property was the TV, the air conditioning and heating unit and the refrigerator, sorry to give a review like this, but I’m telling it like it isis.

I liked the shower water pressure and the night light at the bathroom door. I did not like the hard bed and the smell in the room. The room was not very clean.

The included breakfast was simply coffee served in the lobby, we were in the very front so road noise was noticeable but not so bad as to keep us awake. The hotel was clean, pool area looked nice and the surrounding area seemed quiet and safe.

Room was clean, bed was comfy and towels were very soft. Check in girl was super friendly and helpful. The room furniture was needing some help along with shower curtain bar. Room had smell of cigarette smoke but room was by the designated smoking area. Maybe moving that area further away from building would help that. Otherwise was a good stay.

Kitchen it's too loud. The old carpet is frazzled at door entrance someone could trip and fall. The parking lot has lots of pot holes and is crumbling. The surrounding building is unoccupied and is in such disrepair. plugged

Quite a good size bathroom and we like the wood floor as it looks clean, it’s high up on a hill and it was quiet,it serves it’s purpose for our visit to Route 66 and London Bridge, wifi works fine and the only thing that’s rather disturbing is the aircon is pretty noisy but thank goodness after midnight the temperature drops a lot outside so we just switched off the air conditioning and it was fine to sleep

The place may have been lovely, couldn’t stay there because there was nowhere off street to park my u-haul with a car in tow. I should have checked it out before I booked. Live and learn.

We were so lucky to have had Jessie to check us into our accommodations. Very personable and knowledgable of the area. The view was beautiful. The room was spacious,clean, and just what we needed.

It was overall a pleasant experience. The only problem was that the pool looked as if it hadn't been skimmed in a long time. There were too many dead bugs floating in it.

Front desk person was great. Room was dirty. There was a used bloody bandage stuck to the bathroom wall. Woke up to a cockroach on my head. Got dressed and left.

Really nice reception people. Fast and friendly service. Lean comfortable room-little dated - cigarette hole on comforter and shabby towels but otherwise great for quick stay over. Expected coffee maker in room for price but otherwise good choice

The whole room stunk like cigarette smoke and sewage. Roach and gnats in room. We had to keep our flip flops on in the shower because it was so filthy! Photos cannot fully convey how gross this room was!

This property was very scary at night. There were people sitting outside their room just watching me (a single woman) unloading my stuff. The area was scary. Everything was dirty. Bugs in my bed. Door was nasty. Refrigerator was dirty along with tub, sink, floor, pretty much everything. I didn't want to touch anything. I didn't do anything but sleep there with my linens I had to dig out of my Jeep. I text my family and sent pictures to let them know where I was, in case something happened. I would have gone somewhere else and complained more but I was so worn out. I was moving from Florida to Nevada and been driving all day. It was one of the worse places I have ever stayed. No amenities.

We booked a handicapped accessible room. When we checked in we were told they only have 2 handicapped accessible rooms and both were booked up weeks ago. They were rude to my husband telling him this. They are also listed as pet friendly so my husband wanted to maked sure they were since the sute said they were, and because the site said they had handicapped accessible rooms but didn't when we git there. They claim Hotels.com didn't tell them we needed one, didn't tell them we had a pet and didn't collect the pet deposit ar time if booking. They then charged us an additional $200 deposit for them not knowing we had a 10 lb dog when the site said pet friendly and never asked if we had a per at time of booking. Beds were hard, pillows were flat, the toilet leaked and bugs looking very similar to body lice were crawling on bathroom floor. My husband risked it and slept on top of the bed with our small dog. I sat on the hard desk chair wide awake afraid to move all night because I wasn't sure what critters lived in the bed. They have us by the short hairs because we booked the room a week befire arriving and we were traveling home and just needed a place to rest for the night and didn't want yo stray too far from highway route.

We were traveling with our elderly mother so the 1st floor was a great help. There were a vast amount of extended stay males across from us. For the most part they were both quiet and respectful. It had the geel of a halfway house experience. Again we never felt unsafe. There also seemed to be a spiritual element to this motel...it was different...and we were grateful for the experiences. .

We were in town for the Kingman 'fun run' and car show. After hours of walking around looking at cars-classics, hot rods, corvettes and more, it was great to get to our room. The room was bigger than expected with a microwave and small refrigerator. There are stairs to get to the rooms, even "ground floor". We had a nice view of the mountain. With the exeption of loud people in the adjacent room, the location was quiet & relaxing.

The room had a roach problem, the inside walls are dirty, the bathroom faucet is broken, signs of mold, duck tape holding baseboards and toilet seat, toilet rocks and dirty, smoke smell on a non-smoking unit, security door (entrance) repaired multiple times and need it to force it in order to closed it properly, the digital bolt was rebuild had trouble using key card room #242. The employee lady in the afternoon was excellent and extremely helpful check-in on 4/9/22 between 6-7 pm.

It was a quick stop and clean room. Ground area could use a little cleanup. Jesse at front desk was awesome.

If we weren’t so exhausted from the trip I would have gone to another hotel. Very outdated bed and furniture, little bugs in bathroom, and cold water didn’t work in shower. There were many rooms taken and we were late getting in, so maybe we just had the creepy room because that’s all that was left. I don’t know. Staff was very hospitable.

The heat didn't work properly. Set it 90 deg. I don't think it got above 70 deg
