Can see the wear in the corners but nothing significant. Noise from hallway and because its a dog friendly property you often hear barking. Indoor pool is a plus. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast and on the downside it starts later than most hotels.

Breakfast exceeded expectations as well. Alongside the standard assortment of muffins, bagels, pastries, and other buffet items, there were plenty of protein options and a nice variety overall. The red velvet waffle was a standout—something you don’t see often at hotel breakfasts, and it was surprisingly delicious. Small touches like that helped the property feel a notch above average. Room was also spacious and clean. Coming from a few nights at the Venetian, in a newly remodeled king suite, I think I like this La Quinta better.

Earlier check-in times would be nice, waited until 11am to check in because it was policy, Other than that staff were nice.

Staff was exceptional. No complaints. Room was clean and fresh. Too many dogs! They should not be permitted in breakfast/dining area. I understand service dogs. There was 1 service. There was at least 10 other dogs in food area. One was sitting on chair with head and paws on table. Very unsanitary! Not appreciated. For people who have dogs, let them eat in a specific area. People with allergies do not appreciate. We left early because of all the dogs running around.

The room was really comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price. The breakfast was also pretty good. Only complaint if I had to make one was that the orange juice and apple juice tasted like flavored water for breakfast but all the other options for food was really good.

The body gel dispenser in the shower was EMPTY 3 The shampoo dispenser. was EMPTY 4 The hair conditioner was EMPTY When I say empty I couldn’t get a dime size amount out of any. If they want to save money and not give soap bars, at least fill the containers.

This was our first visit to this facility, which appears to have been recently built. So the rooms and interior were in excellent condition and the ambiance was cheery and nicely presented. Our room was very clean, bed was excellent and bathroom was pretty good (could use better lighting). We did not have breakfast. All-in-all this LaQuinta exceeded our expectations.

The staff was polite and professional, as they should be. The property was well maintained, but by the evening, a housekeeping person to keep things tidy would have been helpful, as the carpets and floors in the elevators became messy. Also, I was in room 201 and the door to the stairway near the ice machine was right outside my wall and slammed shut every time someone used it. A mechanism to prevent the slamming of that door would be helpful for less outside noise for guests in room 201. Also, the room was clean, but there were hard water stains on the shower glass doors, and some marks on the wall entering the bathroom that had not been cleaned. Arizona has very hard water, but it is easy to clean with vinegar. A squeegee in the shower would help, as at least some guests would take the time to squeegee the glass following their shower. Again, it's easy for housekeeping to clean, but very unsightly for guests in my opinion to see those stains on the glass.

The rooms AC was off and very warm. It took too long to cool down. There is a huge gap under the door which let in very bright lights from the hallway. A towel helped. The fridge was wide open and not cold.

The hotel is close to the highway. The managers on duty are rude, sarcastic, and do not care about customer service. The breakfast was sloppy and gross. The pool water was dirty. The rooms need an update. Beds were dirty, stains in linen, sheets you could tell have not been changed. Very uncomfortable mattress. Toilet had crap stains in the bowl upon our arrival. None of the soap dispensers had been refilled. The amount of money you pay for a room is sad, I have stayed at motel 6’s that are cleaner than this la Quinta. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I like LaQuinta because it’s the same wherever you go.

So the property itself was nice, but our room had a clogged drain in the shower and it wasn’t very clean for the shower. The wall walls still had hair on the wall from a previous person but pretty much it was just our shower that we stayed in. It was pretty gross cause it just collected water and it wouldn’t drain.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Every staff member I encountered was very pleasant & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. No problem with parking.

Breakfast was good, the usual buffet… but with French toast with strawberries in syrup! Maybe they could upgrade the silverware so cutting food is possible. Loved the beds and all accommodations. It’s a very nice hotel.

The room was excellent. The only issues I had with the room and the stay: The body wash and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. I had to step out of the shower to use the hand soap in the sink. The outside lighting shown around the drapes brightly. I still slept well but someone else might have an issue. Lastly, due to my time commitment I am unable to take advantage of the 7:00 breakfast. I am entirely positive that others that have my same time commitment will have the same issue. Other hotels offer a 6:00 start that I can enjoy with the same price or better.

The manager and staff treat guests differently. If you book through the property and their website. You will be treated like a value guest. If you book through a website like BOOKING.COM the staff treats you like garbage. I had to modify my stay and asked for a refund of 1day. I was told NO because of how I booked my stay and it’s not fair to there loyal guests. The manager was pretty rude when she explained that they only help with their loyalty guests NOT their 3rd party guests.

Hotel staff and management are highly unethical. Although when you book on Expedia and it says “Pets allowed for an extra charge of USD 25 per accommodation, per night, this hotel charges per pet. When you ask staff about this they state “We have no control what Expedia advertises” and directs you to the Wyndham website which states “$25 nightly for up to 2 pets” and tries to convince you that means $25 each. When you email the manager she won’t respond. I planned to inquire about a block of 10 rooms for my agency later this year but can’t afford for there to be anymore surprises or scams. I don’t even trust this staff with having my credit card info, access to my room etc etc. So at the end of the day, management got my extra $25, but lost a booking of 10 rooms for two nights.

What I’ve noticed in every hotel I stay in is how dirty the door handle to the bathrooms and around the door are never wiped clean. It’s the little details the cleaning staff misses. Then you have the thin walls. I heard the guy next door snoring. Cheaply made hotel but the front desk staff was friendly and inviting.

I was just staying for one night, passing through on my way back home. The hotel room was newly remodeled and clean and quiet - just want you want when you’ve been driving all day. The lobby and corridors were also newly remodeled so everything was nice and fresh. The hotel is in a good location, just off the freeway with lots of restaurants nearby, a grocery store across the street and a couple of gas stations close by. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was included and it was typical for a hotel breakfast - nothing to get excited about but certainly not terrible. Again it was just what you’re looking for when you are getting up and hitting the road. I would definitely stay at this hotel again based on my experience.

The girl that checked us in was very nice however, when we got to the room, the heater had a noise to it. Also, the walls were very thin to where I could hear the next-door person, cough and talk to his kids.

I travel in Kingman for business and always stay here. I can count on the cleanliness, the staff and the room comfort. The area also feels good and is close to everything I need.

Room was wonderful breakfast was amazing best hotel breakfast ever. Staff warm and welcoming. Only complaint is that information on website doesn't include pet charges which didn't used to have an extra charge. A real burden on a trip if you have to travel with pets which is already a challenge.

It wasn’t perfect because they ran out of some stuff for breakfast but the rest of the experience was excellent. Quick check-in, clean room, friendly people. Close to good fast food restaurants. Will stay again.

The room was nice, however was treated as though I was bothering staff when checking in. La Quinta also has an overly extensive online check-in process which includes scanning my ID, estimating time of arrival, signing hotel policy forms, and providing detailed credit card information. And although check-in is until 12:00am, and having given an estimate online of 11:00pm(only half hour increments provided), arrived at 11:05pm and was treated poorly at check-in also having to duplicate providing ID, having them scan my credit card, and signing the same hotel. Policy form I had signed online. When I mentioned I had already provided my credit card online for incidentals, while handing him my credit card, he seemed annoyed with me like they hear this all the time. This is my first time staying at a LaQuinta. Due to the non-welcoming nature of check in and spending unnecessary time checking in twice, this is also my last time staying at a LaQuinta.

This La Quinta is beautiful, bath facilities & towels were great, however, after checking into our room one TV did not work with either remote. Desk clerk came up to our room & repaired it. Before leaving for dinner rearTV was turned off, when we returned it was on again. Neither bed lamps worked unless entry ceiling light is on. The indoor pool was great as well as the complimentary breakfast!

Room was fine, bed was comfy, no light over area where coffee machine and fridge made them difficult to use. Breakfast was very poor, limited food options and paper plates and very flimsy plastic cutlery, coffee was burnt too

Just love it here. Everyone friendly and helpful. Very safe here . Veronics the manager goes over the top to see that everything is going the way it is suppose to go. She is wonderful with her staff.. very very clean in the rooms and lobby and bathrooms thats in the lobby. And the pool area. I give this hotel a A+....! I stay here at this hotel at least twice a month...at at least 5 to 7 days at a time.

Customer Service was great. Receptionist read us with a warm smile and was very helpful. The rooms were a little small, but very clean and comfortable with the exception of empty containers of hand wash and shampoo. When we requested them from receptionist there were guests from two other rooms requesting the same. We could hear the guest above us walking back-and-forth all night and the walls were thin enough to hear the neighbors alarms going off and talking to each other. Breakfast was just OK. Homemade oatmeal would have been lovely, but there just dry packets. When we left there was another receptionist at the counter and she was just as friendly as we left.

We only complains we have are no hot water for shower this morning or even washing face at about 7:30 a.m.. horrible fan with the bathroom light that you could not shut off! Other than that the room was nicely appointed with a giant smart screen TV. Probably the biggest we have had in a hotel room with an easy to understand remote. Bed was comfy and everything was immaculately clean

We were traveling from Texas to California and spend the night here. We didn’t get to see the entire hotel since we were exhausted but our room nicely organized and clean. The complementary breakfast was okay enough to get you going. Overall it was a good stay

Overall a good stay. Good location within walking distance of several restaurants. Plenty of parking. Far enough from I-40 you don’t hear traffic noise. The rooms are clean and modern, although the towels are showing some wear and tear. Good water pressure in the shower. On the down side, the coffee in the lobby is weak, and the only decaf available is instant Folgers. We were disturbed by the TV in the adjoining room late at night and again early the next morning, so be aware the walls are thin.

Laundry was out of service. Breakfast was not kept stocked.

Everything was great until the 8 am text that they hoped I enjoyed my stay// I did until they woke me up!!!! That was followed by a email that I can check out on line— and what time did I expect to be leaving!!! Why??? Why do I want to be woken up and then queried about my plans. I will be gone at 11– leave me alone until then!!!! Beautiful room and hotel— but being woken up before I wanted to be was too much!!!

a lovely hotel and stay

I am picky about hotels but I would stay here again! Room was clean and in good repair. There was some minor wear around baseboards in bathroom but not noticeable unless your weird like me. This hotel dogs accept pets and there was some barking would be nice if they seperated floors. The doors do not muffle much of the hallway noise not sure if that can be changed. Brekfast was organized and the seating area was nice, typical hotel breakfast with decent coffee.

The hotel was really clean, and we were given a very nice room. One thing that was seriously missing was any kind of a night stand on the left side of the bed. There was no lotion provided. Our room was very quiet, even though we were right by the elevator. The parking area for trucks and vehicles pulling trailers was not fenced and seemed a little sketchy. But we would definitely stay here again.

As soon as I walked into the room I noticed a piece of a snack package on the floor and a Cheeto. Fine if I was traveling alone but I wasn’t. I had my pets with me. Made me question if the floor had been vacuumed or cleaned. It has been a long travel day so I cleaned the floor and settled in. After a couple of hours, I couldn’t find my cat. I looked under the bed and saw that the box spring liner was torn up. Yes, I could’ve asked to switch rooms. At that point it didn’t make sense to move since my cat was already hanging out in the wooden frame and it was 1am. Considering I had to pay a pet fee for both pets, I would at least expect safe conditions - clean floors, no exposed wood and possible nails. I spoke to the manager about both. She noted that they have spoken to the cleaning person. No accountability taken for the bed. In fact, the blame was put back on me and that I should’ve communicated it and they would’ve given me a different room. At 1am, I had no interest in packing up my belongings and moving my pets. Travel is hard enough on them. Do better La Quinta. I will never stay at this location again. I will be contacting La Quinta corporate.

We stayed in a dog friendly room, paid an additional 50 dollars for our stay and the room was stinky. The floors and carpet need a good shampooing or deep cleaning. Now my pups stink!! Ughh...

During our cross country drive, my son got sick and had to go to the ER; therefore, we had to spend the night in Flaggstaff AZ. The hotel would not refund our money, even though we had Medical proof. I was very disappointed that the hotel couldn’t find any compassion to assistance me. I understand rules are rules, but a little understanding and genuine concern for another human being’s misfortune would have been nice!

Very clean and like new property. A spacious lounge stocked with fresh fruit is a nice welcoming space. Rooms are in excellent condition and the bed is comfortable.

We were just passing through Kingman. We stopped after a full day of driving and we just wanted to relax and go to bed. There was one person working at the front desk when we arrived (it was about 9pm). She was lovely. She seemed unflustered by the business and rush of travelers that were entering the hotel at that time. We got to our room and it was nice and spacious. At a closer glance, there was a visible large stain/yellowing on the over sheet that covered the bedding. We removed it from the bed. The refillable hand soap on the sink was empty - we had soap with us but it would have been better if there was soap available. We took a quick trip to the pool and hot tub. The area there was clean as were the pools but a little dark because it appeared some of the light fixtures lacked lightbulbs. When we went back upstairs to take showers we discovered that the refillable shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all empty. That was disappointing. We went to sleep and let the front desk know on our way out at 5am. Hopefully they were able to service the room for teh next guest.

Really nice stay... and apparently, very popular. There were 3 families in front of me to check in and by the time it was mine turn, there were at least 6 people behind me. Perhaps, more than one staff member is needed in the evenings?

Skyler at check in was exceptional. We had to stay here last minute as a water line was down in our neighborhood. Everyone we encounteted from, housekeeping to the breakfast attendant were very kind and friendly. My kids enjoyed the breakfast of french toast and waffles too!

I've had so-so experiences with different LaQuintas in the past, but this one was of the caliber of a Springhill Suites but a whole lot cheaper. I'd definitely stay here again.

My only complain was the pillows are not that great other than that 10/10 highly recommend will be staying again in the near future

I have stayed at this hotel twice. My first experience was so good that I stayed again on my way home. However, on my second stay, I asked the front desk staff why the dog charge and tax vary from one La Quinta hotel to another, and a staff member said it was ridiculous-CRAZY!. Crazy to ask? To a customer? I felt offended and didn't ask anymore. I will never come back to this hotel again.

I loved getting the text message asking if we needed anything. One bummer was that all the dispensers (soap, shampoo, conditioner) were empty and the front desk couldn't refill those.

Maddy, the receptionist was beyond helpful. My daughter and I were traveling with infant twins and two small dogs. This property felt like a five star haven!

The floors in the elevator were dirty, hallway carpet smelled like dog pee, room and bathroom were questionably clean, the bed was not comfortable, breakfast was so-so. Reception was good and wven brought up my pillow I forgot when we had to change rooms due to a loud, barking dog across from our room. Not really worth the money.
