Comfortable stay. The hotel was nice and clean.

Excellent location. Close to many restaurants and across the street from a super Walmart. Breakfast was good. Quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Though this hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful, it was not a typical Hampton Inn level of comfort. The beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was cursory with the cheapest of plastic ware.

Clean rooms, conveniently located close to I 40. Quiet in spite of it surroundings. Great breakfast.

You must have dinner in the pent house restaurant. The food was delicious. The room was very clean. The front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a great. The buffet had lots of fruit and good food.

Great newer clean property, not enough parking in front though

This is a new, clean property with furniture and bedding in new, pristine condition. The breakfast buffet was standard fare but was kept clean and organized and well stocked with a large variety of food choices.

Kingman Hampton is always our favorite spot when going through Arizona. Megan did a great job getting us a room as the computer was glitching— but she did it. This trip we have been on the road 2O days (vacation) and had our best breakfast yet. Good selection— hot and well stocked. We will see you again soon.

Breakfast was really good from waffles, cereal, scones, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes and sausage all the goodies. Parking felt safe. The walls are way too thin and the nighttime help could've been nicer. Over all it was a good stay.

Shower wasn’t clean. Long dark hairs on the walls. Morning staff polite and friendly. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. “To Go Bag” nice for morning road journey.

The property was fine, the problem was there was no parking because 3 trucks pulling trailers were taking up parking spots. I went in and spoke with the front desk they told me to figure it out, I paid good money to stay there and to not have a parking spot was absolutely ridiculous! I had to park at Mc Donald’s. I have stayed at this location every year for the last 5 years while on the Route 66 Fun Run and it will be my last at this location along with everyone else that stays there with me!

Clean room, our room was huge! Updated rooms and common areas - much newer and more modern than pictures online so that was a great surprise! Pool area was a bit dated and run down. Breakfast was decent except for hot food that could’ve been improved. But overall great stay for a family, good location, clean, quiet and great price. Would recommend and stay again!

The property is located at an ideal site for transferring between Nevada and Grand Canyon

We had a spacious room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, perfect for 2 adults and 3 teens. The scones at breakfast are the best!

The beds were wonderful, nice and clean large room. No alarm clock. Breakfast was watery eggs, luke warm coffee and the muffins were terribly commercial. Will give you one more chance along our trip.

Clean, well lit, security cameras in parking lot, snacks and drinks available 24/7, friendly front desk person evening of arrival. The gal at the front desk the next morning seemed annoyed when I told her very discreetly that I loved the room but that I found some hairs in the shower. Also, over $200 for a room for a night in Kingman AZ seemed a bit steep.

If you need a place to stay in Kingman this the place. The staff is incredibly helpful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. They put out a nice breakfast each morning, have free coffee and hot water for tea or cocoa all day/night. There is a small store for drinks and snacks located in the building which is in great shape inside and out. Covenient access to Gas, a dozen or more fast food places and a Walmart super center within walking distance. In all one of the best places I have stayed in a long time.

My top choice in Kingman. Yes, you can get cheaper places but the value is here. Great room, breakfast and even a nice indoor pool/hot tub.

The breakfast was good except no cheese. The only thing I don't like about the rooms is the pillows they are flat and now half the size of normal pillows. other than that this hotel always has friendly service is in a great location.

rooms were great… Ice machine was close… Our grandsons loved the pool and it was nice and warm.. and the towels out by the pool were great too, so we didn’t have to take ours from the bathroom… Breakfast buffet was very nice too… And the person in the breakfast buffet was quite attentive and kept cleaning and bringing out needed items…

Only stayed overnight, everything was fine and we'd stay again.

The run was nice and very clean.

We were given a handicap room (which we didn't ask for) that was next to an outside door, stairwell and employee area - so noisy! Asked for a different room but was told because we booked with a 3rd party app (Expedia) that we had no options even with Hilton Honors membership. Be warned.

Breakfast and cleanliness. Convenient location Super slow checkin both times I came, eventhough the 4 rooms were paid for! Noisy construction workers talking in the halls and rooms til late at night. Limited accessible rooms and lumpy bed and small 30 in tv in room 408 when in the other three rooms the tv was large 45-50 inches. I want a refund for the 2 rooms on 10/2-10/3 because we could not rest due to talking workers and the 2 rooms on 10/5 -10/6 for terrible bed, noisy again and small tv stay. Will not return in the future.

They offer a huge gravel lot right next door tha was convenient. Walmart and lots of food options within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

My supposed ‘suite’ was poorly laid out and had a smaller tv, smaller bathroom, and ugly sofa and desk…than my friend’s standard King room! This room was also in the farthest corner and faced a construction site that started-up at 6am Saturday morning! Not impressed.

The key lock to our room did not work so we had to have the desk clerk come to our room each time. The desk clerk said this also happened to the man who stayed there the night before. This was very inconvenient! The morning clerk was not aware of this and didn’t believe us at first. A note should have been left ! Also the room smelled horribly of smoke. Even the bedding stunk. Desk clerk said that was because the room was close to the smoking area. Clerk should have offered some type of discount or even a free bottle of water. Very disappointing stay at full price!

The bathroom was out of hair conditioner, and the shower curtain didn’t cover wel,l allowing water to run all over the floor after each shower. Other than that, everything was nice and clean. The people at the front desk was super friendly and we will return.

The breakfast bar was always fresh and I appreciated the rotation of foods on the hot bar. I also appreciated water, cocoa and coffee being available 24/7, as I was up at all hours. My bed was a bit firm BUT, the staff provided me extra pillows and I slept on a row of pillows. The hotel is conveniently located, and was safe.

Very nice hotel, however, our room has the smallest TV we've seen in a Hotel during our 4-week roadtrip. Hampton can definitely afford 42-inch TVs

The location was easy to find. We had no troubles checking in and our accessible room was very spacious. It did not have a walk in showers however and the hotel its self was having construction. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

There was convenient parking, a friendly receptionist at the desk, and a nice room for the three of us plus one cat. We had breakfast in a conference room because the normal breakfast area is under construction. The hostess in the breakfast room was very helpful and kept things neat and clean.

Typical Hampton Inn in terms of property elements. Pet friendly, although no ground floor rooms available to make that easier. Close to various fast food options for dinner and breakfast (if departing hotel early in a.m.). Very convenient access to I-40 and local EV charging facilities. Recommended.

The only thing that was different is that they are doing construction/remodeling and the front door is on the back right now. It makes the parking limited unless you want to walk a long ways. It was really hot and stuffy in the pool room. Other than that it was good. Good breakfast!

They are renovating which is great- they let people know. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We did have a guest whose dog was across the hall and wouldn't stop barking. It sounded like the hotel staff was trying to deal with it- not their fault!

The hotel is being renovated, it definitely will modernize the hotel. We had one of the updated rooms, spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool deck and hot tub definitely needs updating yet. The staff were friendly and very helpful! The 24h coffee service in the lobby is convenient. Shopping and fast food restaurants are within walking distance.

Window coverings did not block the light. They put us next to the noisy street.they blew me off when I called reception. Door to room is hung poorly, i can see the hallway. Heater is noisy and adds to the noise. Never again for $200 a RIPOFF

The facility is clean and attractive They've done some up-dating but, strangely, they didn't include USB charging ports. it's close to shopping and reasonable options for dining and fuel.

We stayed on the newly renovated 4th floor. It was a great room. Lots of space. Beds were great. Even though work is going on with renovating other floors, I didn’t hear anything. One down side was pool/hot tub area was also where they are staging construction materials. Doors to outside were wide open and it was cold there. So we didn’t use that area.

A disappointment compared to other Hamptons we’ve stayed at. Mattress and pillows felt old and lumpy. Found a cockroach in our room.

Asked to be put in a quiet area, baby cried all night, neighbor next to us coughed and spit all night, kids screaming and diving in pool and hot tub, bed was hard as a rock and the sheets were very ruff. The bathroom was clean and so were the towels but the felt like sand paper. It was not a good night. Quality was Motel 6 level maybe a 1 star.

This may be my last time staying at a Hampton Inn . The beds, in my opinions are just awful. People, but a good one bad bed can make or break a night.

We stay there at least once a month and enjoy the stay. Breakfast today was Bacon, Eggs and potatoes with lots of other options.

This place was not a good experience. The bed was hard and the room was so hot even with the unit turned off. The ceiling/floor is paper thin and the people were stomping around above until after midnight. The place is also getting remodeled and there is boxes and and stuff everyone in the way of the guests. They do not mention this in the listing. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this was by far the worst.
