I hate to beat up on struggling businesses. It was inexpensive at $67.00 per night so I wasn't expecting much. The room was pretty beat up but I didn't care about that. My only complaint was the bed. The mattress was pretty worn out to the point it wasn't flat. The pillows were undersized but thick. There was only a sheet on the bed with no comforter or blanket to be found. Luckily, it was a fairly warm night. So, other than the bed, it was about what I expected.

Nothing There was no working fire alarm. Hair in the bathtub, like the bath tub was never clean. The pool had no water in it to be able to even swim in. There was no breakfast not even coffee in the pots during the breakfast hours. After checking into room I was not able to get a hold of anyone in the office for the rest of my stay. The dresser that the t.v. was sitting on had drawer missing out of it. The security lock on the entrance door into the room was broke.

Listen its a room and a bed. Thats what your paying for. Other than that the wife was afraid we were gunna have bugs or something else attack us.

It is great for a one night when the road is long in, you are tired.The biggest complaint is the bed.It was old and sunk in in places and not very comfortable.Best thing about this property.Is it is immaculately clean?Even though the rooms are old.

UNSECURED ENTRY DOOR: Approximately 1/2-inch gap visible between the door and door frame along the full length of the door. Upper security latch present but non-functional. Room could not be properly secured. UNFASTENED HEADBOARD: Headboard completely detached from bed frame, leaning against the wall unsupported. Fell when bed was moved. LAMP WITHOUT SHADE: Two bare exposed bulbs on a single lamp fixture — no shades present on either socket. SMOKE DETECTOR DELIBERATELY DISABLED: Smoke detector housing remains ceiling-mounted, but the detector unit itself has been removed, leaving exposed wiring dangling from the ceiling mount. This is not a dead battery or malfunction — the device was intentionally removed. This is a serious fire code violation. BATHROOM EXHAUST FAN: Cover completely absent. Rusted, debris-filled housing fully exposed. Surrounding ceiling shows what appears to be mold or significant biological staining. ALSO... • No towels provided in the room upon check-in. When the front desk was contacted, staff directed guests to an unlocked supply closet one floor below and told them to retrieve their own towels. • What appeared to be visible drug activity in the property parking lot.

Carpet needed vacuuming. Handle was broke on shower valve. The sink and bathtub drain stoppers were gone. Pillows were smelly Bedspreads were stained The furniture was old and banged up. Kind of a dump. Try one of the 2 hotels next door instead.

I had wanted a glass in the room to be able to cool a glass of water b ecause we were parched from driving so many hours. There was not even one single paper cup for a glass, so didn't sleep well being parched

There was no coffee pot in the room. The bedding was old with a faint smell of smoke. Breakfast was only coffee and cereal.

Location was just off the Interstate Not the quality of Days Inn. Old mismatched furniture was in the rooms. Parking was not available near the room. Most occupants were living there, broken down vehicles, campers in the parking lot. People smoking outside all around the building. I felt very unsafe.

First room I tried to check into had a juice in the toilet second room no hot water to shower with. Urban survivalist/homeless tweakers we're in the parking lot I didn't feel safe at all being a 71-year-old man not good.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower had issues, the room needed a paint job desparately, and one reason we stayed there as breakfast was offered. I entered the office in the morning around 7:30 and there was no one there even after ringing the bell and one gentleman knocking on the door to employee area. There was no breakfast and it looked like whoever was working there had walked out of their job. I wrnt back to our room to get ready to leave and 45 min later there was still no one in the office and still no breakfast. Not a great way to run a motel. ,

Had to beg for clean towels. No maid service. No one at the front desk. Room had garbage and someone else's backpack at the head of the bed. Room hasn't been dusted ever. Window dirty. No working bathroom fan. No drinking glasses

The front desk gentleman was very nice, but could not find our reservation. Changed room from king bed to queen beds. Poor maintenance. Poorly stocked room: o kleenex, no coffee, no water cups. The room door did not latch properly and a stranger walked ito our room.

Easy access Toilet broken and ran all night. Hair in sheets. Stained carpet, cigarette burns in comforter, outlets busted, not enough towels or wash cloths. There was a sign that said there was no help from 8 am to 11 am.

Where do I start... the first room had bird poop so over and feathers. Clearly it had been vacant for some time. The lady at the front desk was half awake at 7pm and in pot leaf pants. But she was nice enough to give us a room that didn't have a window open... the room was hot so we went to the store for a few last minute things for the following day and upon returning noticed there was no smoke detector, and the light switches didn't work and the power sockets were loose so charging my phone was difficult. No alarm clock or sheer curtains. Options were wide open or blackout curtains. The bathroom light fixtures were mis repair by the looks of it. Very sketchy hotel. But it was late and I needed to be up at 4:30 am. Next time I will be paying more for a bed to sleep in. The reviews didn't seem terrible but I assure you, if you want to feel like you're living in the ghetto this place is just right. I did not get photos of the room as my phone was low on battery and I was exhausted at this point.

I was mostly upset about it saying this place had free breakfast but that was a fat lie. Just coffee & half a gallon jug of milk in the mini fridge on the counter. Also, the mattress was from the 80's or something. It was a nasty 6" spring mattress that we all slept on as kids in the 80's-90's.

We just needed a place to crash for the night. The lady at the front desk was helpful, kind and attentive. Some young kids were a little loud outside our door. Would make our dogs growl but not bark. The property could use some updates and TLC but then it may become not “pet friendly”.

Quite an adequate place on my way east, and easy freeway access from there.

It was filthy. Bed covers were dirty- something black was smudged on both of them. Poop was left in the toilet. Crumbs were also on the bed. And room reeeeeked so bad!!

They didnt have breakfast for us at all We had no maidservice no help whatsoever i cleaned and took care of ourroom i really think we should get some money back i had to use my money on our hotel rooms for cleaning it and buying breakfast everyday which i shouldnt have had to i only get ssa ssdi

The pool in the back is a breeding ground for mosquitoes.growing over the top of the water that's made on 3 feet 4 feet 28 maybe. Bathroom sink was pretty much clocked up. This place is a total dump I am going to the doches today to get checked out. To mention I didn't sleep all night the night I was there. Because of the bed bugs I slept in a chair all night. Recommend this place to anyone I ask for a full refund. Yes I did not get any sleep whatsoever. The breakfast that they said they have was a joke. When I went in there there was nothing there. Then the manager's husband had to go out and buy some little muffins. Some milk Bananas and apples. Coffee maker that they used was broken. Do you use a little portable one. And on top of that there was people in there waiting in the morning and there was nobody in the office there was nothing to aid. Bad for those other Chinese people that were traveling. Should not be renting this place until they renovate it Department was able to go in there and see this place it would close it down. Requested for a refund not all do a charge back. Going to call the health department and report them as well. Hotel manage

Was given a dirty room with dirt on the bathtub & soap suds on the shower walls, dust in the sink. Got a new room and had dried toothpaste & hair on the bathroom vanity, missing the comforter and 2 pillows. Would not stay again

Nothing worked in our room. The sink and toilet clogged, the bed was uncomfortable, the light didnt work right, there were no tissues and they did not give us enough towels for everyone in our party. We waited hours to get extra towels, had to wait to get the tv programmed correctly, and we had to twist the light bulb to get the light to shut off when ready for bed. Then when taking a shower in tne morning, the shower handle broke off. When going to get breakfast, there was almost no food, and no utensils to eat the cold cereal offerred. The coffee was cold and nasty tasting. There was some Tasters Choice and a microwave, so we made instant coffee. We changed rooms for the second night so the plumbing would work, but the beds were so worn out, we could not sleep due to rolling into the pit in the middle of the bed. We wont be going back there again.

There was 1 apple and 3 oranges, coffee,milk, and orange drink. That was entire breakfast and i went at 615am. Room smelled clean, bed comfortable, shower hot water, and all the employees i dealt with were super professional, polite, and very helpful.

The rooms are so old that the chairs have rips in them, holes patched up on the walls, lamp barely holding together, lamps hiding the patched up holes. Basically it seems they painted the outside to make it seem okay but the rooms from the early 90s have the same trash furniture and paint

Bed was broke and sink in the middle, stained dried blood on the sheets with hair found in the bed and toe nail clippings on the floor with other substances that was sticky. Just overall disgusting. The breakfast wasn’t a breakfast compared to other grab and go breakfast offerings. It was two cereal options or mini muffins. That’s it.

Nothing special about the Days inn. First my card didn't work I had to go downstairs and get another card. I had to walk all the way around to the front to get help. They have no elevator. Couldn't work the faucet its really old and you had to pull up which I could hardly do. The door didn't lock plus there is a big gap between the walk and door. Anyone could peek in. My brother said a snake or rat could have gotten in. and the toilet didn't flush. They moved to another night. The bed sheet has a hole about the size of a dime. Toilet was a little better but still had issues. The faucet was the same as the first room. Also, when I booked the room, it said free breakfast when I asked what time it was served and the clerk just said we are not doing that anymore.

My brother said a snake or rat could have gotten in. and the toilet didn't flush. They moved to another night. The bed sheet has a hole about the size of a dime. Toilet was a little better but still had issues. The faucet was the same as the first room. Also, when I booked the room, it said free breakfast when I asked what time it was served and the clerk just said we are not doing that anymore.

The room was nice and clean, but some of the appliances weren't so great. The air conditioning in room120 leaks and doesn't supply strong cool air. The TV didn't seem like it was responding so well and the fridge wasn't working as it should. Most drinks were still warm. The outside wasnt so clean.

The showerhead was falling apart and lighting in our room was poor. Very hard to get anyone to the front desk both for check in (which we were very late so I understand) and check out (very normal time, this was much less understandable). Expectations were very low but still managed to not meet them. Would not stay here again, even for the very good price.

Under the mattress and between mattress sheets there was food leftovers and trash. The old dirty and stained carpet hasn’t been washed ever, I mean it, never. If vacuumed, they used and old vacuum that didn’t suctioned anything anymore, you how there is some bed wood bases, not allowing anything under the bed, well all around one bed wood base, broken, there was all kinds of debris of candy wraps, finger nails and God knows what else.There was 2 old wooden chairs,didn’t want to seat on any of them, and I questioned myself if could place any of my stuff on top of them, just dirty all around, there is old kind of vintage light fixtures, guys all you need to do is take the time to vacuum and wipe the light covers material, just plain laziness.At the moment there was construction workers right next to the office working on one room, well to my luck, my room was just on the very top of that room, I had to call twice to the office at night, because they kept working even after dark. breakfast, just forget about it, there was some water bottles available, yes fresh coffee sugar and creamers, there was also a half empty milk gallon jug next to the water bottles, some fixtures with what look like fruity loops from years ago. The furniture was old and scarred up. The bathroom was chipped. The toilet seat was chipped. The tub was chipped and stained. The carpets were moldy and smelled. The door didn't close all the way when you left it. You had to pull out it and make sure it shut. It's just a run down. Dope Haven motel

Person doing the check in was not accommodating in request for another room when requested. Claims the computer assign rooms and she cannot change it, even if the room was dirty and under construction. Attitude was "take it or find another hotel". For $75 a night this was not what I paid for.

Dirty, door was open when i got to room. Lock was a chain. Felt like i needed to take antibiotics after just walking into room. Door appeared to have been kicked in at some point. Litterally said NOPE! Turned around and left.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone at this place. I have been to days inn at other locations but this one was a real terrible experience. I booked a standard king room and they gave me a handicapped accessible room, don’t know why - bathrooms were worst, smells terrible, towels were torn, smells carpets were torn on places and smells like yucks!!!!

This property was not well maintained. Doors had chipped paint. Staff was not friendly. I waited 10 minutes while the lady at the desk was on the phone. I ended up leaving without ever checking in even though I had already paid for the room.

I normally stay at Day's Inns whenever I travel. They are always great olaces to stay. This one had the normal amenities, refer, microwave, toiletries and that is a given at about all hotels. Room 111 had shoe prints on the bathroom floor, the furniture was a mismatched, hodge podge of different pieces. Nothing looked original and was worn in many areas. There was no coffee maker and the TV would not work. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep well. There was no counter in the bathroom so jowhere to put accessories. I will not be using this Day's Inn again.

Very disappointed! At time of check in I was told in the morning I could pay $25 for 1 extra hour for late checkout, however when I called in the AM, they said I could only stay an extra 30mins. I had business to take care of and was on my way back & was 5 minutes away and they kicked my daughter and son in law out of the room. It was literally an additional 5 minutes and I came back to them standing in front of the hotel. I was shocked considering the lady I talked prior to check in was so nice and the man that checked me in when I arrived was also nice. However the lady that worked that Saturday morning was awful! She was so rude! Even after I offered to pay & told her what the previous gentleman told me. She insisted that isn't something they ever do, also seemed very smug about the fact I was so upset! Again, she was awful! I also don't understand how you kick a pregnant woman out when she is telling you her ride is 5 minutes away. Very disappointed on top of this because I have stayed here multiple times, it's where I stay whenever I visit Kingman. Now I have to find a new hotel for my future stays. Sorry but kicking my pregnant daughter and son in law out is just something I can't look past. Horrible service!

I had my 14 year old daughter with me and after we checked in, the room was awful. Many holes in the walls, it was dirty, and the mattresses felt like they were older than me. The worst part was the sketchy men walking around. My daughter felt unsafe and I also didn't have a secure place to park my truck and trailer. I told the man at the front desk to undo my registration as we were not going to be staying there. He refused to refund my money, only cancelling my reservation for the second night. I will be taking it up with my credit card company. We stayed at a much nicer hotel down the street. Beware!

I got what I paid for, I was in town for a funeral and did t want to pay a lot for a place to sleep and shower, word of advice, pay the extra cost and don’t stay at this Days Inn. By far the worst kept motel I have ever stayed in.

Room probably had clean sheets and for sure had fresh towels- but clearly had not been vacuumed or wiped down. There were crumbs and pieces of jewelry on the worn carpet. Also the front door had been hastily replaced- we couldn’t get it to close enough to keep the street noise and light out so we propped a chair against the knob and wedged it tightly.

This hotel needs serious repair. Dirty rooms, Rugs. Never going to come back.

Not fit for the homeless. My bed had been made over. Full of crumbs. Smoke detector covered with plastic bag. And left Sink and tub cracked and there was more

Rated 1 star. Non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and fire alarm was beeping. Second room they offered had not been cleaned after the last guest. Hoping to receive a refund since we didn’t stay. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this establishment,

Pot smoking. Loud neighboring guests till 3am. We switched rooms and the new room that we got wasn’t much better. I would not recommend coming to this hotel. They give you a filthy, disgusting room, and charge you extra for everything they possibly can. I’m literally afraid to walk around barefoot on this disgusting carpet. I think this is the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in.

It was satisfactory for the price. Staff was friendly at check in. Furniture and beds dated and ice machine broken, but half the price of other hotels and it was fine for a short overnight stay. Breakfast looked basic but we dont even try for a good breakfast at hotels anymore. Its always hit or miss. We would stay again.

Place was clean bed needs replacing carpet needs a very deep clean!!! The tv stand is very old water on the sink is cold no hot water!!!!

They couldn't give accommodation as water spilling in the room. Also they charged my credit card and didn't refund despite of following up again and again. This hotel is a Fraud.

The rooms are shabby and dirty , I had to switch my room because the first one smelled like smoke

The Hotel is dated and shows wear. But the price reflects that. Nothing hot on the breakfast menu. The room is large with lots of space to leave your suitcases open. You can hear road noise but not unbearable. Fridge & microwave but no coffee maker. Coffee was available at the office. No Kleenex in rooms.

They said daily maid service, but was there for 3 nights and never saw a maid. There were roaches in the room. Couldn’t get clean towels. The fridge/freezer didn’t work. The front desk staff didn’t know where the “breakfast” stuff was.

Property itself wasn't bad for the price. Carpet was icky dresser broke. Toilet kept not wanting to flush.

Stayed here several times and always had a good experience. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, and staff is friendly and helpful.

It was so dirty and so run down. They really need to upgrade the place. Get new carpet, new furniture, tv, new door, new paint and REPAIR the walls. Like come on…. Upgrade the whole place and have a better breakfast!!! They legit had nothing for breakfast. Just a dirty and nasty place. They need to fix everything in the whole building.

Convenient on/off the highway but some nearby places seemed questionable.

You get what you pay for 1- low end low frills - worn towels and sheets and covers - but the staff is attentive.

Good stay for the money

Room is filthy, towels are old, color gray, hotel need to invest on cholox. So bad that we left without taking a shower, just need to get out of the hotel.

Staff friendly. Toilet leaked, carpet and chair old and dirty, paint peeling, outlets not working, furniture old and raggedy.

This property is very tired. Carpets need cleaning, bathroom in sad shape. Microwave missing glass plate.

It was interesting except for a shoe by a beer bottle opener next to a bandaid covered by the cigarette ashes on the floor coupled with a door falling off it hinges and took an act of God to lock it. Then waking up to a lovely sound of the air conditioner panel falling off the unit and the smoke alarm going off while taking a nice comforting shower as the bathroom fan didn’t work. But we made the bonus round because the hot water actually got hot. We were delighted with our surroundings of fine 70s decor-it was really retro. With the 70s Decor and a splash of spackling compound filling all the holes in the wall it was a modern art masterpiece.

This hotel is what i'm expecting, I mean quiet, clean, light and fridge working well etc. I wish all hotel i booked on my roadtrip USA would be the same !!

Sinks wouldn’t drain. Comforters were very old and had cigarette burns all over it. Door extremely hard to lock. Door didn’t seal, could see outside light through it . Plug receptacle were all loose could keep anything plugged in. Too many small problems to mention. Wont stay there again

Our stay on this property was discusting and fulled with people that were rude and not sorry at all for our experiece. Found a bed bug alerted the manager who took there sweet time sending somemore rude and incompetent people to tell me were lieing and stupidthat what we didnt know what we were talking about

I didbt like how im not able to know if a hotels pool is open or not. My family only picked Days Im because on Expedia app it said pool. . Which it was closed. Also on the Expedia app it said breakfast included. Which was a joke. Only ceral and coffee. I believe this is false adversitment.

No toilet paper in the bathroom. Stains on sheets from bed bugs being squished. We didn’t find any living bed bugs, nor dead ones, though.

Friendly and courteous staff. Unfortunately the property is beat up and the rooms are not in good condition. The travel lodge next to the hotel is in much better condition for similar price.

Do not stay here! Room is filthy. Was put next door to farm workers that tell you not to park here or there. When I got into my room maintenance was still trying to fix something in the shower.

The refrigerator was not working. The bathroom vent was not working, The microwave had burn makes all over on the inside. Lighting in the room was poor. TV, would not turn on with remote, when turn on manually it had no signal, had to manually set the input button to get a signal every time the TV was turned on.

The property needs updating. The room and bathroom were dirty. Like hair leftover from previous guests.

Let's just say, you get what you pay for. Old hotel. Mold on the ceiling. Old furniture. Pool is not open. Gave it a try, but definitely not staying there again.

Hotel Website indicates Pool, NO POOL was available. Carpet stained and dirty. Sink cracked and dirty. Towels clean but had holes on them. Doors did not look secure, light came thru the cracks.

We booked Expedia for non-smoking room. Days Inn Hotel was advertised as non-smoking chain. We were given smoking room & told if we wanted non-smoking we would need to pay more. Room would have been impossible to clean, given extent of smoke smell - not cleaners' fault... is clearly fault of owner(s). Was told that staff had notified Expedia of smoking rooms, but Expedia will not update website. We think we deserve a refund

It was good experience. There is no easy way for pedestrians to cross the wide street to get to shops on the other side.

The room was very out dated and run down with stained carpet.

The room was dirty, stained chairs, peeling paint, AC that could only be turned on or off by plugging it in and could not adjust temperature. There was no security lock on the door, so we used a chair and wedged it under the door handle. Would never recommend staying there.

The office staff was very friendly. However, the room was in poor shape. Torn carpet, dirty carpet, no knob on the cabinet for dresser, also there was no pool even though the site listed a pool ( one reason I had booked this hotel was for the pool). Overall I felt that the standard of the room was not worth the cost.

Read the reviews! We rented 3 rooms and all had mold in the bathrooms, walls and carpet were dirty, chairs were worn and filthy. Light switches and door handles filthy. The only good thing was no bed bugs. However I'm really surprised by that. Also the rooms posted look nothing like the pictures and they have a pool but it does not have water!

The only problem i had with this place was their poor advertisement of the hotel. It had listed a laundry room and free breakfast with your stay. If i was staying there from the beginning and was staying in that area it wouldnt have mattered as much. But the fact that my family has been on a almost 2 week long road trip by that point so we needed to wash some of our clothes if we could and a free breakfast would of been nice. There was no laundry room and the breakfast was just muffins and juice. From what i remember free continental breakfasts use to include a lot more than that. Either way it was more inconvenient than upsetting. They should fix what they have listed online though so people dont think they are getting one thing and found out after paying that its not what they expected.

The carpet was so dirty didn’t dare remove shoes. Counter sink wa dirty around drain that did not drain. Bathroom tub walls door dirty. So disappointed. Booked because it had the Wyndham name did not even come close to the reputation of Wyndham!☹️🥺

Disgusting. Photoshopped pics. No pool as stated. Questionable looking people hanging out in parking lot. Room filthy. Property smelled of incense and pee. Bugs in the room. Stayed maybe 5 minutes. I need a refund. Most disgusting place ever.

This property was terrible. It smelt and was not updated.

So this property is starting to age. The wear and tear is apparent on the furniture and the general condition of the room. However, everything was clean. The staff was very receptive. Everything in the room worked. We came to sleep while travelling on a long roade trip. I don't think we would have slept any better at any of the nearby more expenses motels. I would stat hete again.

This property is inexpensive for a reason. The door to my room had large dents in and the paint is pealing. Inside the room is mostly clean although there was a chair to a table that was so stained I wouldn't sit in it. The chain for the door was broken. There were several places that had walls patched that were unpainted and painted over with the wrong color. The toilet tank cover was broken. It was just in a general state of disrepair. The "continental" breakfast consisted of a small blueberry muffin (ONE PER PERSON), a small bottle of water, and a small juice. I was very surprised to see a property with the name Wyndham attached to it was in such terrible shape. I used to be a Wyndham tiimeshare owner and all of the properties I visited were immaculate.

I don't think the room we had was a non-smoking room, it faced the back area, the pool was discusting, and nothing to eat in the morning by 7:30.
