The coffee/hot water bar was not maintained throughout the day, so we had to reheat our drinks in the microwave in our room.

The A/C in our room did not work at all. Was very hot and did not sleep well two nights. Reservation was screwed up when we got there and took 20 minutes to fix it. We won’t be going back there

The only problem was the bathroom sink counter was very gritty. I had to wash it down before I could use it.

This stay was disappointing because Hotels.com stated that the suite we booked has two QUEEN beds and one sofa bed (family of 5). We specifically select, and pay extra usually, for queen beds due to having older children. When we got to the hotel late at night after 14 hours of travel, we noticed that they were double beds. Beware if you are picky about bed size. Breakfast area was under construction so it was served in a small conference room, therefore, space was limited, selections were few. Other than that, everything else was great, location was nice as well.

The bathroom had a terrible pungent smell coming from the bathroom. Smelled like a mix of sulfur and standing water. And the couch had large stains on it. I told the front desk and they said sorry. They did not offer anything.

We never stayed there as they had water and electrical computer issues so they canceled our room and sent us over to Fairfield Inn which was ok. They canceled us there.

The only reason for it losing a star is because as a big guy (6'5"/315), I need good water pressure and lots of water to shower. Otherwise what should be a 5-10 min shower turns into a 20+ because there isn't enough volume to effectively rinse me. I also vehemently oppose motion sensor thermostats.

The staff was extremely nice switched us to another room that had the same problem, we were then switched to another room that did have similar problems. We did end up staying because we had no other choice as it was late in the evening however, we were very dissatisfied with the room itself. Staff was very friendly though.

Ms Martha's grits was on point.. I grew up in Georgia but have lived away for the last 25 years with the Army. Those grits reminded me of home and it was nice to have that special personal touch you don’t find at other hotels. The rest of the staff was very helpful and hospitable.

Location is great. Restaurants are nearby for convenience.

The staff were nice and check in was easy. The room smells of mildew, the bed is sunken, there is some kind of goo in the carpet and the toilet leaks onto the floor.

We didn't like that the pool wasn't available. We travelled for sports and that is usual our highlight after winding down and it wasn't an option. That's one of the reasons you were chosen.

It was a good hotel, right price, and convenient to where we were going. We’ve stayed in Kennesaw several time and this was a new place for us to stay. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful but it just wasn’t my favorite place that we’ve stayed.

The location was decent. The overpriced rooms. The poor customer service. Nobody is attending the desk. They are always in the back room. When they come to the desk, they have poor attitudes. If your front desk associates hate their job so much, they should pick another career outside of customer service.

We chose this hotel at random, but because it could accommodate our family of 5 in one suite. The hotel was like new and in a quiet and safe area. Also, very convenient to I-75.

We were able to check in early, and when we were able to return home earlier than anticipated, we were able to adjust our reservation accordingly. Great facilities, AMAZING staff! Cannot say enough good things. So grateful for our experience. Everything was wonderful.

Probably the people that work there like Martha who's at the breakfast buffet everyday asking if you're doing all right. The location is great, staff we encountered were friendly. Good value Beds weren’t great- sagging Hallway in lobby and leading to room looked like there was blood spots (someone’s bloody nose maybe?) when we checked in along with trash outside a couple rooms and it was all still there when we checked out.

Check-in was made super easy. The room was clean and neat. Checking out was as simple as dropping the room keys off at the front desk.

The room was great. I enjoyed having a sofa in the room. The kitchenette was also very nice. But most of all was those grits!! They were the best grits I had ever tasted. That I couldn't stay another night so that I could have had the grits again...lol

Carpet was wet. Was stuck in an “accessible” room so the shower didn’t have a lip and the shower head was 5 feet high. Something wrong with A/C….1/4 of the carpet in the room was wet for 2 days.

While the daily cleaning looked wonderful and there does seem to be areas that have fresh paint, the color scheme, hall/room carpets and lobby/dining furniture are due for a redo! The breakfast was very nice although tailored for the early crowd all weekdays and over by 9. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea are available all day and the workout room was small but supplied with all machines mostly functioning (TV and heart rate monitor not working on elliptical but I’ve seen worse). Service was friendly and housekeeping well trained. We didn’t mind that we needed to ask for it each day we wanted it bc we’d rather not be bothered early. It’s a quiet hotel that is very near Kennesaw University. My husband hated our air conditioner bc IT was noisy, my issue was that it didn’t cool the room effectively, it was a lot cooler and less humid in the halls. Overall, the hotel has wonderful, well-trained staff, clean rooms, but definitely needs a facelift. My guess is that it’ll start after the summer of family and sports team guests slowdown. A fresh color scheme all round with easy clean fabrics will be welcomed by the hardworking staff and patrons alike.

Convenient to freeway but far enough away that you don’t hear it’s noise. Being across from KSU there is a great deal of morning, evening, and most of the day traffic. Ask for odd numbered which don’t front the streets. Their hot breakfast could be better. Overdone scrambled eggs and bacon cooked to a crumbly nature. Very nice place overall.

Our stay at Spring Hill suites was not good. We were given a room on the 3rd floor yet the elevator was not working. Then, to top it off, the ice machine on the 3rd floor was also not working so whenever we needed ice, we had to walk down the stairs to get it. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Bed was as expected for a hotel. The sofa bed was a trundle, which was perfect for my two boys (7 and 10) to each have their own “bed”. Breakfast was typical for a hotel free breakfast, but was well stocked and clean. Location was perfect for us to travel to Truist Park (20ish minutes) right off the interstate. And only took about 30 to get into downtown Atlanta with normal traffic. Lots of restaurants near by. Great deal for the price if you don’t want to pay the high rates and parking fees for being closer to downtown areas. We would definitely stay again when coming in for a family trip.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room esp being a suite needed a thorough deep cleaning. Sofa was pretty stained and and a possible spill of some pink liquid was on the carpet. Clearly fresh spill, because I was able to blot it with towel and came off easily. Also, the extra bedding was shoved into the bag and look used. Cleaning staff could be more efficient but check in staff ..amazing.
