Been great for me every time I’ve stayed.

This was an okay place to stay. Tiny breakfast area. Decided not to eat there. Seemed a little worn out.

The pictures were deceiving.

1 night, but repeat stay. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Have booked again for another repeat stay next weekend

This property was close to my cycling event. The room was nice and clean and I would stay here again.

I did not care for breakfast at all, the biscuits were dried out, gravy was luke warm, coffee was awful. The young lady working breakfast was the only positive. She was friendly, helpful and pleasant. This hotel is ok for an overnight stop. The room was clean, and although the smell was nice, it was a bit overwhelming. Most the breakfast items, including the bread looked stale. They did have yogurt, juice and water bottles available, and of course the waffle maker. Poor water pressure in shower.

Traveled with family (1 night) very clean and comfortable room. Room had a mini fridge, microwave and a hairdryer. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard. I have already booked for future trips to the area.

Jordan was amazing…. Tv was not able to change the channel… stuck on the shopping channel Tv not working properly.

NA The air conditioning unit is not working well. Or not working at it's proper operating mode. It is not cool at all. It feels better in the hallway. I have not been able to sleep at this Sleep Inn due to air conditioning malfunctioning.

Because of rain, our tournament game times kept changing and we ended needing rooms additional nights. Jordan was amazing! She had an answer for everything and helped us be able to add nights without having to move rooms.

Great location to where we were going. The staff was kind and courteous and even called because we left without getting our deposit back. The hotel was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed for our short stay.

The staff was unable to provide answers to simple questions about my stay and room choice. I accepted what was offered and moved on but the rooms are in need of updating, age has imbedded dirt that cannot be cleaned without a major cleaning. The hotel is average at best. It would have been better if staff communicated

Had a great sleep in this hotel just off the interstate. Room was pleasant, and basic breakfast was perfect for getting back on the road (they also had water and fruit, which I took for the drive). Very happy with our selection.

Friendly staff. Room was clean but smelled like they tried to coverup someone smoking previously. Breakfast was a no-go. Extremely limited. Coffee maker did not work for 2 days. Made see-thru coffee with no taste and nobody at hotel noticed except guests. Ate somewhere else. Do not stay here considering breakfast. If breakfast is not important cost factor, then is a clean motel and quiet.

The breakfast was probably the worst out of the whole experience. The biscuits were hard as bricks. Nothing tasted fresh. We left there and went to Waffle House to get coffee and breakfast. The coffee there at the hotel was watered down, just was not good.

The rooms and common areas were extremely clean and neat. The staff and everyone we encountered were all very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t wake up early enough to catch breakfast but it always smelled good. Parking was decent and we were able to find a space every time we returned. I’d definitely stay here again 😊

It was a great place to stay for a basketball tournament. The location was convenient to anything that we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable along with a large bathroom. Noise did not seem to be a problem. The parking lot was not very big but did not have a problem finding a spot to park. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the price. Was very impressed!

Overall stay was very good. The free breakfast is basic. They have cereal, self serve waffles, yogurt and coffee. There is 1 washer and 1 dryer for guests which cost $3.50 per load for each and only takes quarters. Would have liked if they kept enough quarters on hand to provide for laundry. The property was very clean and quiet. Good location. Would stay again if in the area.

They also put me in a room for the physically disabled so I had a shower that a wheelchair could be walked into. When I took a shower, water went all over the bathroom floor making it slippery. The bathmat Input down was drenched and there were no edges of a tub to put soap, razor, bath gels or washcloths. The breakfast was adequate but the only hot items they had were waffles or biscuits and gravy. There was no protein like eggs or meat. Same menu both mornings. I was staying there for my son's graduation at KSU, and looking forward to peaceful and quiet sleep. That didn't happen. If I were staying on an upper floor maybe it would have been better.

The hotel was very clean. I always wipe with Clorox wipe when I get in. And there was nothing in the wipe. My only problem was the bed. It had a dip in it, like they don’t flip or turn the mattress, not very comfortable. The coffee was good and that’s always a plus.

They moved us into another room after we found roaches crawling around our original room. The roaches were disgusting. The overall state of the hotel is very worn and rough. We were told that because we booked the hotel through booking.com that they would not be able to give us a refund so they moved us into another room. If you have a roach problem in one of your rooms, there's likely roaches all over the hotel. We managed to snap a picture as one was crawling on the mirror. I usually have decent luck using booking.com but this was gross and I wished I had stayed elsewhere.

Older building that has had renovation updates. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good parking, breakfast was pretty basic, good value for cost.

Very comfortable bed and pillows and very clean, really all you ever ask for in a one night hotel stay while traveling 16 hours south to north on I75. Enjoyed the mild lavender scent throughout the hallways and bedroom, but if you’re scent sensitive that could be an issue. Limited free breakfast options but knew that going in.

clean except the bathroom floor, where the bottom of the bath mat was very soiled when wet from my shower. needed mopping more than sweeping I would stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond to assist me while dealing with a broken down vehicle.

The girl at the desk was very nice and thorough. The facility itself was not in great shape and that was disappointing. Breakfast was limited. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible and we felt like the room was not in great condition. The area around the hotel was decent and we felt safe.

No bedding in the room for the pull out bed so I had to go downstairs and wait 10 minutes to get assistance on that along with sheets and a blanket while we were ready to sleep.

We were unable to stay here as there was no parking. We were advised to park across the street in a shopping plaza that had teenage kids racing their vehicles several of them on top of the roof screaming and racing around. It was unsafe and we may have been towed by plaza owners.

Location was decent and thats all Most horrible smell in my room. I was sick for two days. It burnt the inside of my nose and didnt let me sleep. Front desk claims it was cleaning supplies. Straight bleach smells better. Then ordered a room with a pull out couch bed, called ahead and asked for linens to be taken to the room because we were arriving late and were tired. No linens and the bed was literally falling apart. The mattress was old and filthy, my son took a blanket off the queen bed to lay down on the pull out couch and it fell through. The spring that hold the mattress up were missing. They did bring a roll away bed. But we got there at 1 and were dead tired and wanted to sleep asap considering we need to check out in the am and drive, but didnt get settled till 2. Thankfully my kids slept but they were both nauseas the next day and couldnt eat. I got no sleep and thought about going to the er how bad my head hurt, but just wanted to get home. I figured take my chances and drive tired and sick because if i went to the doctor, where we would sleep that next night

The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is a good spot. Easy to get to as well as getting back on the hi-way. The inside matches the outside CLEAN 4.5 stars. The breakfast could have been better. It's time for new mattresses. The washer needs to be deodorize and cleaned out.

Convenient from expressway and clean and updated hotel and room. Deposit of $50 put on credit card for damages if incurred. It’s been 7 days and still haven’t seen refund. Other than that it’s a very good stay.

Concrete dust has a high silica content and is very irritating to your lungs and eyes. I have also developed hives over my hands and arms likely due to coming in contact the dust on the desk. In addition to the issues with check in and dust there was no breakfast or business center available. No compensation was offered. I will say the hostess was polite.

Room layout was great with a sofa for relaxing and staff is always nice. We stay here often when traveling to Kennesaw to see family and this hotel always provides a good overnight stay at an affordable price.

Breakfast used to be more robust. It is a paltry offering now, just a couple of overripe bananas and a few apples, some cereals, some yogurts, and a pancake or waffle station. The treadmill is in disrepair. Many of the buttons do not work. The belt is slippy, so feels quite dangerous at 3 mph or higher (and the increments are in 1 mph increments due to broken buttons). We had a live cockroach in our bathroom one day. The beds are very comfortable. With a little TLC, this would be a good budget hotel, but, as is, we’ll be tempted to look elsewhere.

Staff were excellent! Older facility, very clean. No eggs or meat for breakfast, but if that’s your thing Waffle House is nearby. Single elevator not working and one in our party had very recent surgery. Staff offered to help, but this was frustrating for all!

We were given a 1st floor room! Time, it took 30 minutes to resolve this. Should have been a non-issue. This was the only issue we had. Room was clean & comfortable.

It appeared clean but worn and lumpy. It is not the worst place I have ever stayed but next time will probably look for a more updated facility.

From the moment of walking in the door, Front desk clerk was friendly and outgoing. Laughing with us and making jokes. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet for the night. Able to walk over to the Waffle House to eat as it was late when we arrived. Would definitely stay there again 10/10

We've stayed here several times when visiting family in Kennesaw. Basic hotel with a little wear but always seems clean and staff are nice. Generally some of the better hotel rates in the area so a good stay for the price.

The hotel was spotless, in a quiet location, and very relaxing. The bed was soft and extremely comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a clean and peaceful stay—I would definitely return

For an overnight stay it was great.

The hotel was clean, nice, quiet area. Our second time to stay there because we liked this hotel. The beds were nice, well made, plenty of pillows, but mattresses are a bit firm for all of us. I have started keeping a small piece of foam in my car for the firm beds in most hotels. The only issue that will probably keep me from coming back is that the rooms are heavily scented with some sort of air freshener that you can actually taste on your lips after a time being in the room. I am sensitive to smells. My adult children noticed it too but didn’t have as much issue with it as I did. I mention this for others like me who can’t be in a room that is heavily scented like that. Otherwise it just seems like a room that smells especially good. If not for tasting the air freshener, I would stay there every time I’m in town.

It was way too noisy and just looks old and outdated. No breakfast left if you sleep past 7am. The night clerk looks like the clerk from Road Trip, just thought that funny. I wouldn't stay there again if it was free.

We were very impressed with this hotel stay. It was very clean and comfortable and everyone was so nice. We will stay there again.

I generally prefer to have an egg product as part of the breakfast. There were waffles and a pancake wrapped around a sausage link on a stick, but no eggs. The rest of the breakfast fare was fine, nothing special.

The rooms were very clean. Parking was easy .

Infuriating! We checked online to see if the property accepted pets, and saw that it did. Once we arrived, we were told they did not accept pets, and were sent to a much less desirable property down the road. Property was unable to refund us, since we booked with hotels.com.

I paid $113 for the room, this was a $60 almost roach motel at best.

Broken light in bathroom, AC leaking on the carpet, condo hear dripping as we slept , had to place towel u see it, fridge was warm

Noisy. Could hear the kids above us. And also the people moving in the hallway. And see light all around the door jam.

Bed was comfortable which is rare these days. Most places I have stayed lately the beds are too hard. It was very clean and quiet. Didn’t hear our neighbors. I asked for top floor so as to guarantee not hearing anyone above us. And even though the interstate is close the traffic noise didnt bother us when sleeping. Would stay there again.

For a lower cost hotel, it's terrific. Rooms are comfortable, area is decent around the hotel, easy access to the freeway. Breakfast is pretty lame, that's the biggest downside. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Have stayed here a few times now for baseball trips and will again

The property and room were clean but there was a smell of harsh cleaner permeating the entire room which made it hard to sleep and relax.

They will ask for a $50 incidental deposit when you go to check in, they don't make this apparent thru Expedia or any other booking website

The staff was helpful, AC was cold. Free breakfast was there, minimal to no protein options, but it was free and it was less than $$$/night. I'd stay again by myself if money was at issue, but wouldn't stay with my wife here again. Nearby Waffle House and other restaurants were a plus.

The elevator was making some crazy sounds up to the third floor; other than that our stay was okay; the second night the streets were kinda busy so you could hear like motorcycles revving. The sheets were clean but in the bathroom, there was no body wash but we brought our soap to shower with

The property is actually really nice and clean. What I didn’t sit well with me was that I paid a no refundable fee for the room. When I got to check in, she needed an additional $50 “just in case something is destroyed,” but that wasn’t on the website. Give all information because you never know a persons financial situation. Fortunately I could afford it but it needs to be made very clear there’s a holding fee.

The room had plenty of space. Things were a little outdated, but everything was clean. Quiet location, and blackout curtains are much appreciated. They do need to fix their drink vending machine, as it seemed all or most options did not work. No other issues, staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was ok we were on bottom floor and the people above us had kids running and jumping till 2 am then it started again at 6 30 am didn’t sleep but a few hours other than that just a ok stay breakfast hardly any options have stayed here a few time in past but this was a awful stay please considers others below you when putting a bunch of rowdy kids right above someone this wasn’t just walking around this was like booming and running and jumping off of furniture it was a all out wwe wrestling match and this went on most of the night ,probably won’t be staying here again we also have 5 hour drive back home with no sleep not happy at all

My stay was disappointing. The inn is in great need of renovations. Carpet was disgusting. Their idea of what constitutes a suite is a few extra feet to squeeze in a couch instead of a chair. There were no drawers so we lived out of our suitcases for 9 days. Breakfast was pathetic. Waffles that tasted and felt like cardboard and cold cereal. The staff, however, was extra friendly and helpful. I woukd not recommend this place.

My stay was Amazing. Liz and Jack were very courteous staff. My room was clean and priced very affordable.

Wasn't expecting a lot but it was clean and affordable. Staying in area to visit family and it worked out well. The women behind the desk was very helpful and friendly. There was a family above us with kids and it was a bit noisy but thats not the hotels fault and to be expected when staying in a hotel. All in all when we come back to visit we'll probably stay here again

For a budget hotel, this property is a pleasant surprise. Because of the economical price we splurged on a King room, it was quite spacious and well set-up. The bed was very comfortable and the room nicely decorated. The reception staff was welcoming, courteous and helpful. It's a budget hotel so breakfast is not fancy, but they had a waffle maker, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cold cereal. It was fine for us. For a one or 2 night stay while travelling along the I-75, it's worth it!

This place was just okay. We asked for a room on the top floor but was told they couldn’t provide one. Our bathroom needed an update. The tub was very old and worn! The breakfast was very minimal.

Did not get deposit. Was told on my last night at 1am after taking a bath that we needed to switch rooms because the floor below us flooded. I do not see how that is our issue especially without being notified until our last night

I was really surprised at the high rating this hotel received. The hotel is a 5/10 at best. Breakfast - so not worth it. People everywhere were complaining about it. I decided just to spare myself and grab something on the road. The rooms need a lot of work. You can see that the place is falling apart. Will definitely not be coming back.
