We stay here when traveling to FL and it is always a relief. The staff is great and to know you are in a clean, safe hotel is a huge relief. Also using the gym after being in the car for 13hrs feels just right!! Staff is always friendly and helpful

My son is an athlete and needs to swim every day as part of his training, but the pool was closed during our stay. This was never disclosed to me before making the reservation. Additionally, the gym only had four machines, and three of them were out of service. The breakfast selection was also very limited, offering only three options. I frequently stay at Hilton properties and have never experienced anything like this before. Due to the poor room conditions and overall lack of service, I was unable to complete my planned three-night stay and checked out after the second night. To this day, the hotel has refused to refund the unused final night, even though I left because of the unacceptable conditions and poor service. I have never written a negative review about a hotel before, but in this case, I could not overlook the experience.

We chose this hotel to stay in because of the close proximity to the hospital and the indoor pool.. Unfortunately,the pool motor had been struck by lightning and was out of service during our stay,I understand that it was out of the properties control...The staff was great,the room clean,but I'm so disappointed that no compensation was offered for the main amenity being down..

Very clean room. There was a smell when we arrived in our room. I think it may have been the air condition. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who was over the breakfast went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. The breakfast was very good.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast could have had more options and meat alternative. There was sausage. One could not tell what kind. No label was available. Also, while I was excited for laundry. It fell short. Dryer did not dry. My husband fed it 3 separate times. We barely had anything in it. Other than that, everything else was functional and reasonable.

It was a great time. They had about 4 different sporting groups staying there and it flowed very well. We were able to use everything we needed.

My problem is between Expedia and Hampton Kennesaw. We were traveling and needed a place to stay. We used Expedia to find this hotel. My wife entered the wrong date by accident in the car. When we arrived the person at the desk said we were listed for tomorrow not today. He said it happens all the time and just contact Expedia. He even provided the number. We tried twice to get it corrected but never was able to speak to an Expedia representative so we canceled the fitst reservation on the app and entered the correct date. Our stay was fine but we are being charged for the original booking which was entered incorrectly. I contacted Expedia and spoke to a representative who said he would work to get a refund for the original reservation but nothing has happened. This is ridiculous for a company that prides itself in advocating for their customers. I wish someone would look into this for future use of this travel app.

I love this property. It is my home away from home. Every one is always so friendly, the property is clean and the location is great.

A simple fix it just looked like it was getting stripped out.The draw curtains in the room could use replacing if you wanted them open you had to fold them up and clip them with paper holder clip that was already on them. Not a bad stay at all though :)

The staff helped us check in is very very friendly. The room we got in first had some problem with the bathtub. He immediately came upstairs and talked to the technician. Then he let us move to the other room on the same floor. He came up with keys before we got down. We really appreciate what he did. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.

The location is perfect, and property is pretty. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The lighting in this room was terrible they were dim and there was NO lamp, I like to read before bed but the lighting was too dim.

The fire department came and went and said an electrician was coming eventually. You can't get customer service from Expedia that isn't AI so we eventually had to find a other hotel. Of course neither Expedia nor Hampton Inn is willing to give us a refund. Never again.

Everything was great, except that we stood outside from 1:45am until 4:15am due to their faulty fire alarm that the hotel could not deactivate. Therefore lost about 4 hours of sleep. The hotel offered a 50% discount for the inconvenience, but I have yet to see the confirmation through Hotels.com as of yet.

We had a great stay! Check in was easy and Makayla has a wonderful personality! The whole staff was warm and welcoming as well. Breakfast was delicious, had a decent variety of food. The hotel was clean and spacious. Our room was so quiet and the mattress was comfy. The elevator lights need to be fixed on one elevator and a blue light was blinking on the heater all night. Those were the only negatives I had. I would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed breakfast however the food was not restocked frequently enough. The lady may have been working by herself that particular Saturday as I’ve been there in the past and it was great.

Good morning, I checked into the room were we walked in to an oder that seemed like old mop water or something, I had to go back to my truck and get some spray to spray in the room. After we got to the pool to find out that it was closed due to maintenance for the weekend, we had to drive seven minutes to another location to swim. Upon getting back to the room and getting a shower, the covers were not clean on one of the beds (had two large stans, took pictures) and I had to go down and make sure that I wasn't charged for it. Staff member Ricky or Ricardo did a great job in assisting us with the pool and making sure that it was noted about the stans and oder smell in the room.

My kids and I enjoyed our time at this hotel. The only issue is the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. Other than that, it was a positive experience.

Hotel was clean and updated. However the room seemed to have some black mold looking spots growing on the ceiling in the bathroom where the ceiling paint was chipping off. There was several hairs on stuff we noticed. Maybe left before from a rag when cleaned? Other than that breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Lobby and parking lot was nice.

WORST BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE—— overflowing trash cans, plates and utensils missing, juice and milk empty, hot food empty. Girl working front desk directly across from breakfast saw all the grumbling and issues and didn’t bother to help. I finally asked her to get some milk and told her the breakfast attendant was struggling. The girl doing breakfast was wearing her headphones hanging out in the back kitchen. People had to knock on kitchen window and get her attention. Overalll frustrating

What stands out regarding this property is the cleanliness of the room and the very Pleasant staff. What we disliked was the fact that there was barely any Lighting in the room and only between the two queen beds and bathroom and a small Hall light. There was no lights on the other side of the room and it was rather dark in there. The TV would not turn on or turn off and the staff was not helpful in knowing how to correct this issue. The AC worked great and the room was definitely clean . I guess the biggest Factor is the fact that the lighting is extremely poor in the room and very low and limited and the TV not working . Otherwise I would have given it a five-star rating. pleasant staff.

Staff was friendly and the facility and room were clean. Breakfast was subpar. The coffee was cold both morning we were there. Heat your coffee up to serve with breakfast. We left our room Saturday morning around 7:00 and didn’t return to our room until 10:00 that night and housekeeping never came by the clean and replenish towels and washcloths. Disappointing.

Rooms were much bigger than normal. Even though it looked like a busy traffic area, we had a quiet and good night of sleep.

Nothing worse than being short more money than we planned when we get charged up front for incidentals? And told we will get the money back after the trip. Awful. Why? We never buy anything and waiting to get our money back for things we didn’t or don’t purchase just seems shady. The property is in good condition and clean. The breakfast is good. I just want to point out that the lady in charge of the breakfast service is extremely grumpy when speaking to guests. She talks to them in a loud and unpleasant manner.

The carpet was dingy, the shower walls were unclean stains, the plaster in the bathroom was peeling,the room is extremely small for two people and there needs to be a microwave oven. Additionally, the whole refrigerator moved every time we opened it. Also the lighting in the room was extremely poor and the room was dark. I did not enjoy my stay there and it wasn’t worth what I paid

We felt the area was nice and safe. There is plenty of dining close by. Unfortunately, the pool was "down" our entire (7 day) stay for no apparent reason which was a big disappointment for my daughter. Overall, good experience but no pool for the kiddos was very disappointing.

This was a convenient place to stay off of 75 north. Check in was fast and easy, the room was clean, and the free breakfast was nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price, only 2 lamps in room, kinda wierd

Overall, it was good. The AC didn't really keep the room cool enough after being outside.

Front desk was extremely nice upon arriving later in the evening. Our room was nice and clean. King bed was good for me, a little too hard for the hubby. Bathroom very clean and nice, decent shower pressure and products provided in the shower were full. Breakfast was good. Make your own waffles, as well as bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, yougurt, toast, bagels, muffins, juice, milk and coffee. The only negative about the room was the air worked great but was extremely loud.

Our one night stay was great! Had everything we needed and more. Clean and quiet.

Just outside the busy Atlanta traffic. Lots of interesting things to see and do nearby. Pleasant, quiet, comfortable room.

Maintenance and upkeep could be better

I really loved the outside of the hotel and the inside lobby and breakfast area. Comfortable beds and room was very nice. My only complaint would be that the bathroom needs a upgrade. The toilet in our room was moving every time you sat on it. No shampoo in the dispenser. My real complaint is the $75 charge for dog. That seems outrageous to me.

Overall the property was great. Easy check in and easy check out. Very clean. Very pleasant staff. However the beds were not very supportive and our shower water never got warm. Which was a huge letdown.

For some reason the 3rd floor was freezing in the hallway. The AC was blowing full blast and I mentioned it to Kelsey but nothing changed it was freezing all 3 days we were there. I also asked her for a 2nd chair so my wife and I could sit down in the room. A 2nd chair never showed up. The breakfast was good..

Pros The checkin last night was very nice - efficient and friendly. The breakfast this morning was good. The property was very easy to get to - right off the 75 Cons There was no coffee at all at 9 am! Despite the fact that breakfast goes until 10, all coffee urns were empty. It was finally remade after I asked two people and waited 10 minutes. No coffee with breakfast. And it was awful. My bed was uncomfortable and I had 4 lumpy pillows of varying sizes and firmness. There was no top sheet on my bed altho my husband had one. Thus my terrible sleep. And my frustration at having no coffee with breakfast. The property is very worn with chipped paint. I have photos. There was construction right outside our window first thing this morning. So it was a very bad stay and we are paying the price for it today. We expect better from you and will not be staying at this hotel again.

This was ok for one night, however I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer….pillows were extremely flat so my daughter and I didn’t sleep well at all. It was also pretty loud, thin walls.
