Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms.

The room never got cleaned during our time staying there (3 weeks). The sinks would not drain, staff would not fix it. They continuously called late at night stating one of our rooms was not paid for, when I had every receipt showing that it was. An overall terrible stay, unclean and not helpful.

To their credit, the receptionist was courteous and transparent enough to show me the system, which simply stated “do not rent” without any additional details. I had not received any prior notice—no phone call, email, or letter—regarding this matter, which made the situation even more confusing and frustrating. I was advised to contact the relations department for clarification, but unfortunately, they were closed and would not reopen until Monday. This left me with no immediate resolution and forced me to find alternative accommodations on short notice, resulting in additional, unexpected expenses. While I appreciate the professionalism of the front desk staff for trying to assist and offering nearby hotel suggestions, the lack of communication from the company regarding such a serious restriction is unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience.

The only thing clean appeared to be the bed clothes, fortunately, but the mattress was concave in the middle and was in really poor shape. The kitchen area had appliances in poor condition, and absolutely no utensils of any kind, cooking or eating. Drawers and cupboards were completely empty. The front desk is not staffed between 10pm and 9am, and instructions at the door to use the white telephone during those hours were very confusing. Because of a four-hour flight delay and difficulties getting our rental car, we didn't arrive at the hotel until 5:30am the morning after our scheduled arrival. We checked in, saw the condition of the room, went ahead and slept in the bed for four hours, then checked out, even though we were booked for a week's stay.

I did not even know they had breakfast. I liked that my kids enjoyed it. So it was fine for them. One of the staff were rude when I ubereats my food. The doors locking after 10 PM and my key card not working to open it. My room was fine but I couldnt get sheets nor any new towels after being there for 9 days. The wifi stopped working properly on my 6th day. Only one key card worked. On my last day both key cards did not work. Trash was everywhere near the dumpster.

We enjoyed our stay here, the service was great and the room was clean.

The parking lot and leading up to the doors were extremely dirty with a lot of garbage around. The hallways felt old and dirty. The room seemed relatively clean.

When I got to my room I went to put my things away and noticed there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I went to go downstairs and saw a room attendant at the other end of the hallway. I told her my room didn’t have any toilet paper and asked if she had any on her cart. She then told me management had not provided them for toilet paper for several days and there wasn’t any in the building. Having worked in hotels myself, I thought maybe she misunderstood because management would never not provide an essential item in a room, so I went downstairs to the front desk. I waited several minutes and saw the front desk clerk go out the back door in the lobby so I walked around and stopped her and asked if there’s any toilet paper. She said no they don’t have any and I looked at her very confused and asked what I was supposed to do as a guest of the hotel and she told me I need to go buy my own if I wanted some it was probably the worst customer service experience. I’ve had zero empathy zero ability to resolve. Honestly as a former GM that GM should have gone even to Costco and got toilet paper so the guests were not without. Also, had I been told that before I checked in I would’ve gone back out probably and gotten my own, but it was the fact that it was never even mentioned Like it’s an every day occurrence

The location is right next to Kennesaw State University. And there's another extended stay down the road. We got mixed up when checking in and went to the wrong one. The room was clean but I didn't feel comfortable enough to get under the covers.

Room was nice and clean. Wifi would not work for me, and calling down to the desk we could not resolve the issue. There was no shower curtain in my bathroom which made showering a challenge not to cause a huge mess. I asked if they had shampoo or conditioner and they stated they were out.

That fact that I didn’t get a room. Couldn’t get a refund. Had to find another room at 10pm. Then had to spend another 300$

Price You have to pay for things that were expected to be included and those things weren’t noted ahead of time. If you wanted any kind of kitchen utensil, you had to pay for it. The unit had a full kitchen with no pans or dishes or silverware. You also hade to pay for extra towels. Even if you turned in your used ones, you couldn’t get clean ones without paying. If this is your corporate policy, it should be on your website and your booking information.

I am so happy we found this place we were staying at the motel 6 in Canton which slowly took a nose dive in quality the last few months and the stay here at AES has been a breath of fresh air and it's so clean and spacious! Beware of the German roaches if u decide to stay at motel 6 in the near future when u leave they may travel with u...GROSS!!

The room was very spacious, I'm a family of five and we had plenty of space, the price for what you get is prefect even though the pool was not open. The room size and cleanliness made up for it. It's pet friendly and i only heard a dog once and i think they were passing my room, so it's insulated. And did i say clean? If i had time i could have soaked in that tub for sure. You guys were great though, thanks.

The hallways smelt like skunk weed and there was a dog turd in the elevator. If you don't have back probably you will after sleeping on their bed. They do not have a hairdryer in the room. You will have to go to the front desk for shampoo good luck with that. They also only give you one little bitty bar of soap.

Floors were greasy, not enough pillows or linens for four people. Pull out sofa was unusable, I tried to dust off the mattress but it was stained and thin. Full size bed was old and gross too.

They called and cancelled one of my rooms the day of so I was left scrambling trying to find another place to accommodate us. It was really bad.

I was here for a funeral and had the studio and it does have a nice little kitchen area it's a nice room that has all the amenities for a decent price. I wish it had a coffee maker but other than that it was great. I had to buy my own little one.

My room was clean, no bugs and the area felt safe. Air conditioner was on point! Location was great for shopping and dining. The only thing that made me crazy was the FREE WiFi. It was terrible and even when I bought extended WiFi it wasn't much better. I would suggest updating that and also the decor.

The breakfast is an “grab & go”. There were a lot of people loitering when we arrived, which made us a little uncomfortable. Even though the room was clean, the carpet was wet and we could not walk around barefoot. The sink in the bathroom had a huge crack in it and there was an overall stench throughout the room.

We selected this hotel because we were traveling to a baseball tournament at LakePoint for a week and wanted to be able to cook meals. We also wanted a pool for daughter to be able to swim. I picked this hotel because of those two things. The hotel was horrible and not as advertised. It was more of a low rent apartment. The pool has not been operational for years. The hallway smelled of what ever foods were cooked and was not clean. The fire alarm went off which scared my daughter and caused her anxiety to go through the roof. We left the property early and went to a Marriott which my family was much more comfortable at. The hotel staff was friendly. I do not recommend this hotel at all great if you are looking for a low budget apartment not for a family traveling you feel like your invading on the tenants.

At check in I was greeted by Stella and her headphones with “we have no studios available”, no hello or smile or anything. She told me she’d have to upgrade me to a queen suite since the original rooms had to be cleaned still, which is obviously fine but then she said I’d have to pay the difference. Every piece of info I had to pry out of her as she awkwardly stared at us. Once I informed her three times that I reserved two rooms that were available online at the time, she just walked away for a few minutes. She came back, saying nothing for a total of 5 minutes, other than to ask me my signature for the rooms then handed us keys. The rooms smelled terrible, every surface was sticky, the blanket was essentially a second sheet, there was no hair dryer, no coffee maker, and the “complimentary breakfast” was a packaged granola bar.

Staff was friendly and check in was fast, Hotel had a very Smokey smell, carpet in hallway was dirty and chunks of carpet was ripped out. Black hair on towels and bed sheets. Would not stay here again.

Would stop at desk to get toilet paper and they seemed to be out each time. Ended up buying our own. Asked for replacement towels and had to wait over 2 hours for the towels.

I did not actually stay. I reserved the room for my brother’s family. They are all variously disabled, and my sister-in-law had to have surgery in Marietta with a next-day followup. It would have been a lot for her to have to make 2 100-plus mile round trips in 24 hrs so I helped with getting them a place to stay. It’s my understanding that my brother complained about some aspects of the stay. He was not even there—he ended up “not being up to going”. Thanks for providing a safe and accessible place for my relatives to accomplish what they needed to do.

At check in the desk clerk seemed to be speaking with her teeth locked together, it took both of us to decipher what she was saying. The room was spacious and clean. We had to ask several times in order to get all of the kitchen "stuff" that we needed. No dish drainer though. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

The staff was very nice. However, the room was not very clean. When the air cooler had been running all day, there was a strong odor of cat urine. The bathroom was really gross, I was glad I brought Clorox wipes.

Rooms smelled like old cigarettes and the hall like pot. Rooms were old and dark and need a remodel. Good location and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Needed a quick rest. Smelled kinda funky and had cockroaches run across the night stand. We hurried up and left after seeing that. Front desk said she may try to give us a discount.

Budget hotel at a not so budget price. Room was basic, floor didn’t seemed mopped, bed base/frame uneven and felt like it would break at anytime. Fleas in room. Expensive stay for what you get. Good location, staff okay.

Upon arrival hotel was sold out and was denied a room. Front desk refused a refund as they said I should have not booked through a 3rd party app. Cannot get through to a live person to fix this with hotels.com. Charge is currently under dispute with credit card company. No more 3rd party bookings for me

Reeked of cigarette smoke in the halls, needs to be updated, the desk and dresser in the room was raggedy. Pet friendly...dog was barking!!!

It's been very quiet and I work alot so that really helps with my sleep and you really can't hear all the pets that are here. Awesome

The hotel was conveniently located to great eateries with a good variety. The staff was top notch: accommodating and friendly. One issue is the side door card reader did not function properly. Multiple guests warned us of this issue. The only "temporary fix" was to leave it cracked open, which made it unsafe for other guests. Also, not a fault of the hotel directly but there was a lot of dog feces on the property. The hotel had trash bins and bags available but might need signage to remind dog owners of taking responsibility and the health hazard of leaving dog waste.

Staff was friendly. My initial room smelled like someone was smoking in it. The staff quickly got me moved to another room.

Our stay was very pleasant. The only problem we had is our keycards wouldnt open the door on the staircase on the end of the building. I'm an amputee and always find the most direct route but this backfired on me. I had to walk all the way around the building to walk the length of the building again to unlock door to take luggage in. It wasnt just our cards... noones worked it.

When we arrived the hotel was over booked and THEY cancelled my “GUARANTEED” reservation from Hotels.com. Neither the hotel nor hotels.com helped to correct this error. We had to drive another 100+ miles in 3 hours to find another place to stay. SO unacceptable!!

I have a pretty big dog and they did accommodate us well with a room on the end of the hall.

Roaches in our room and also moist carpet.. We made an complaint the manager on shift when we checked out said she’ll reimburse me, but it never happened they still charged my card. Never again tho!!!!!

The floors in the room were stained and everything had a strong unpleasant smell. A dog pooped on the sidewalk close to the front door and it didn’t get cleaned for a long time. There was no ice machine. The front doors were not automatic, which made it difficult for people carrying lots of luggage or in a wheelchair. The one elevator broke down one night, stranding a person in a wheelchair in the first floor.

It was fine for an overnight stay. They are renovating so there is some construction going on. There is a residual smoke smell, but like I said, it's ok for a quick overnight stay.

The faucet in the bathroom would splash onto the floor creating a puddle, simply from me brushing my teeth. It’s an extended stay hotel however I definitely wouldn’t recommend longer than 3 days. Ehh

The room was filthy. Found a dead roach on the floor. Pubic hair on a wash cloth! There was also numerous human hairs on the soiled sheets. Disgusting to say the least! Also not a safe part of town. Plenty of hoodlums and cops cruising the street. Still waiting for a refund. I checked out almost immediately. Ac unit also didn’t work.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room as well as the building. The staff was friendly and courteous.

When I walked in I noticed that the toilet had been used not cleaned or flushed! Trash in all trash bins. And someone left a sex toy in the kitchen cabinet. All things proper maid service could have canceled out before me having a very uncomfortable stay. And that’s me not going into detail! I will never stay at this place ever again in my life and I won’t recommend to anyone!
