This hotel was in a great location because it was surrounded by restaurants and right by the interstate. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing. I would stay here with my family again.

Check in would have been lovely if they allowed me to pay for early check in but they stated I book an accessible room on Expedia & can’t change room type. So I waited 7hrs in a rental vehicle with a surprise from my menstrual which I did express to them. The staff was ok. Room didn’t get clean but I get it it was only two nights. Breakfast was also ok. Grits hit the spot. Parking is limited and must be paid at the end of your stay.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were awesome... My only complaint would be that the breakfast area was very crowded and no where enough places to sit! The food was great and the serving staff were wonderful!!!

This is a wonderful property. The staff was very helpful and gracious. The breakfast was top notch and the evening happy hour was just right. Also, a convenient location.

We just wanted want one night after wedding. The room given on the 4th floor had trash and trash on the table as well. We were given another room 6th floor and the cable or TV was not opperable. The staff said it was the weather. It wasn’t raining at the time but soon as it rain the television start working a little better.

Other than the fact that Saturday night, the people in the room next-door to us were smoking weed, and our room was filled with smoke and the smell of weed when we returned that evening and went downstairs and told the front desk clerk, and asked to be moved to another room and he said that they did not have any other rooms available so I asked to be recompensated for the room Saturday night because I have a 10-year-old that had to sleep in the room filled with marijuana smoke. An hour and a half later he called up to the room, saying that he would have a cancellation. It was after midnight and I was not moving my daughter because she was already sleeping so was my fiancé. he said that he would note the account and when I went to check out, I see that he had not re-compensated me for the room Saturday night nor did the next day staff know anything about it. And when I told the general manager about it she said that she would do an investigation. She is a very thorough lady and very thorough when it comes to the hotel. We stay there often and she always makes it a pleasant experience. But with that being said, I don’t think that I will be staying there again. I have been staying there for 15 years at least going back-and-forth to Atlanta Georgia to visit my family and we always stay at the Embassy suites but not anymore.

Excellent hotel!!

Must be aware that there is a $7.50 parking fee each day, but unlimited in and out. Only downside is that I received a handicap room unrequested. The bathroom was awkward with no door on one side, so no privacy, but we managed.

Great experience. I definitely stay here again.

When we 1st Checked in our room had hair all over the bathroom. They Switched rooms the 2nd night the Toilet had water coming out the back all over the floor. The hotel was full so they couldn’t switch to another room. We paid for parking and there weren’t any parking spots available so that we had to park in the “Free Parking Spots” across the street. However I had to make multiple phone call to get a refund for 1 of the night. Which I feel as if we deserve both night free considering that I had to put the towels all around the toilet to absorb the Brown water

The hotel was fine except they have curtains that don’t close and let in all the light in the area day or night. Our microwave didn’t work so they brought a new one in. Shower was quite small. We had to pay ten dollars a night equaling 30 bucks for three nights and 50 bucks a night hold equaling 150 for 3 nights . All this is separate from the room rental smh. Lots of eatery in the area . Very busy hotel and area.

The staff was nice. The breakfast selection was limited compared to all the other embassy suites. No bacon no pancakes no grits. I asked the kitchen manager and was told they dont serve bacon because it is too much to deal with. What type of answer was that. Same thing for reception hour. No mixed drinks except tequilla sunrise no margaritas etc. the food served peanut cookies and dip for celery and carrots. I Act management and was told they were managed by 3rd party restaurant on site

Having a Ruth’s Chris restaurant on site is a great convenience. The property is located in a very accessible area with plenty of shopping and food options. My only real complaint was noisy people in the hallway late into the night and having to pay for parking.

The electrical outlet in bathroom did not work. Room was not offered fresh towels or any replacements during stay. Charged 7.50 a night to park in the parking lot of hotel which is not secure and not covered.

Very convenient location to walkable restaurants but hotel was not clean in the room. We stayed multiple nights and beds weren’t made and room not cleaned daily. Very disappointing with this Hilton. Breakfast room very small for sir of hotel. Staff not friendly.

He location was perfect. The property was clean. Staff was pleasant. The room was amazing. Everything was great. Except for the morning breakfast. For such a great hotel with a Ruth’s Chris in it, the breakfast buffet was below average at best. And the breakfast staff acted like they could care to be there. Potatoes were way over cooked the coffee tasted like water, the eggs were over cooked. Not what you would expect from an Embassy suites. Do better guys

Breakfast had a good selection, internet was fast and the property and pool are well kept.

Room could have been cleaner in a few detailed areas (stickiness on hard flooring, random shard of latex on bedroom lamp). There was a non-working phone by the bed when trying to contact staff to ask for replacement for broken hair dryer, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. But the suite layout and furnishings were nice and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. The dining area layout for breakfast and happy hour was very amenable to our large mult-family gathering. It was nice to be able to walk to various restaurants nearby too.

We were greeted warmly and check-in was a breeze. We were surprised that we had to pay for parking. If that is on the description, we missed it. The room was what we expected. Well appointed and clean. The "reception / breakfast area is woefully small. We ate at Panera for breakfast because there was a long waiting line. Had breakfast on monday morning and it was very good.

The staff was friendly. The room wasn't very clean. Breakfast was good and the gym has what I needed. Check in was delayed because our rooms weren't ready. I wish the "kitchen" had some supplies. Staying for a week in a suite and there's nothing available and the mini fridge is MINI - without a freezer. Limits the ability to keep things in the room during our stay.

Location We stayed in room 705 and we could not shut the blackout curtains and it was like a beam of light coming through so bright it was like daylight in there. You really need to be able to shut them. Both my husband and I started itching as soon as we got into the bed. We couldn’t figure out why as the bed looked clean and we didn’t see signs of bed bugs. Typically I’m the only one sensitive to laundry detergents but my hubby was itching too. We actually only slept maybe an hour total. I would have left to drive back to Huntsville if we didn’t have an obligation in the morning in Actworth. We were there for a funeral on Fri and had to help with things on Saturday. Nice hotel but those two things greatly affected our stay.

Apparently if you order room service your not allowed to go containers and the hotel staff refused to ask them to provide me the containers.

They say it is the wind making the sound but when you crack the sliding door it stops immediately. That is a pressure problem that needs to be fixed. The power went out for an hour just 2 hours before check out. No call or door knock giving a later checkout time.

The omelet station and attendant gets 5 stars.

I like everything except bed was a little hard for me but I adjusted bought my own pillows. The staff gave us a suite because our reservation was wrong which was a plus. The breakfasts won me over you won't be disappointed. Just don't understand why they have a bed tax on the bill? But maybe for future buying in the event ..will stay again.

I don’t the lady name that checked me in on the 30th but she had the worse attitude ever. Everyone else was wonderful except for her.

There was a girls basketball tournament going on so definately not quiet, and hard to park, but hotel was great as usual. Would be nice to have an outside pool. Cook to order breakfast was great. Had grandchildren with us, all was perfect.

I had to park offsite two days of my stay but the bigger problem is they charge $7.50 per night to park and No Reference to the additional charge until youcheck in. We had 2 rooms and they both had issues. In both rooms, the AC could not keep up or cool down the room. In one room, the drain wouldn’t drain in the shower so we lifted it and it was covered in mold and gunk. In the other room, there was fresh blood on the sofa and carpet that was very obvious but had been left uncleaned. The staff did come try to clean it after we said something. The curtains in one room were broken and wouldn’t even open. We stay here all of the time because our daughter goes to KSU and we’re very disappointed this time. We won’t be back at $250-350 a night.

Great hotel, clean spacious rooms with living room and workspace. Great customer service from LeRoy at the front desk. So many restaurants around the area to choose from and Chris Ruth’s steakhouse right at the facility for high end dining. Definitely staying there again.

Property was wonderful! But I am 100% sure I booked a room with two queen beds. Ended up with a king and a pull out bed. Not a big deal but I did not get what I booked.

- Great complimentary breakfast - Full amenities - Courteous staff - Clean facility The bad… - Room door not responding to card key. Had to switch rooms - Noisy neighbor during day time and then left their dog alone in the room to howl all night. - Hotel now charges for parking. Parking Instructions with QR code only available at front desk and not in the rooms. - Additional parking area is a bit of a stretch from the hotel.

I have never left 5 stars for a hotel but this Embassy Suites deserves it! An absolute A+ experience; kind, clean and comfortable. The hotel is very modern, the room was immaculate and the bed was SO comfortable. I stayed in a 2 room with a king bed. This will be my go-to hotel in this area!

The Hotel was excellent! The only thing that I noticed was that the trash near the elevator on floor 6 was not emptied during our entire stay. It was full and smelling. That’s the only complaint that I have, overall the hotel was great and I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

A group of us stayed for a basketball tournament. We had a great time, no issues.

Is a pretty property. It's safe, clean, and the staff are wonderful. However, parking is not free. That, I didn't like.

If I’m ever back in Kennesaw, I will be returning to this hotel.

Good but parking was $7.50 per day, paid at beginning of stay and then there was no parking left one night. Breakfast lines were super long. Need a grab and go option or let people serve themselves

Immaculate lobby, the Steakhouse on site is very high quality. Free breakfast in morning and free drinks at the bar and snacks at night make for a luxury feeling experience.

They use an outside company and use that as an excuse for not making it right. At check-in was told I had to pay with the QR code - that is every where - before 8 pm to make sure I didn't have an issue. 1-Ruth Chris patrons don't have to pay. 2 - Neither do people attending events at the hotel. Both take up all the parking. The hotel had events my entire stay. Got back at 11 pm and no parking. And I paid as instructed ahead of 8pm every night. So exhausted, circling a lot with 8 other cars, and had to go in where several others were having same complaints and issue. All of us were told we could go park at another lot not near the hotel in an over flow lot that did not seem secure and wasn't mentioned at check in, OR as paid patrons for the hotel, we could "wait" for the event people to leave by continuing to drive around or "hang out" to wait on an open spot. Never saw parking security or validation. It isn't gated or secured. There doesn't seem to be a legit reason to charge for parking here other than an extra cash grab, and their other policies for not charging others is unfair. People, as myself, wanted a parking refund since we weren't able to park in the main property where all the parking notices are at

Every stay is a great one. The manager and his staff is always there to provide top tier customer. I have stayed at this Embassy multiple times and every time they do not disappoint. Thank you for the southern hospitality!! My mom and sisters we all truly had a wonderful time … THANK YOU!!!

Great property! Hotel and breakfast was fantastic, never stayed at a hotel however that charged a daily parking fee. That was surprising.

The hotel was clean and up to date. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The breakfast area was clean and there was several options to choose from.

The check in lady seemed as if she would rather be anywhere else in the world than there and also handed us a bag with just 2 bottled waters. the countertop had bags with snack sin them but I guess a queen suite doesn't qualify for that? The room was great and we would definitely book it again and the attached restaurant was AMAZING. The check in staff needs to learn customer service from THOSE people, great dinner there. Other than that it was comfortable, breakfast was nice with friendly cooks and servers, and the room was very comfortable. They only had a blanket for the sofa bed, I would definitely expect a full set up for that and next time will ask about it. For the price of the room, parking should be free

Room was not clean and our 2 year old found an unmarked pill on the floor of the room.

Hotel was nice but you could tell needs to be updated. I will say the lobby is beautiful. However when we got to the room, we were greeted with missing carpet at the tile/carpet transition and could feel the staples if walked over it barefoot. Then the curtains would not shut easily. Had to use a good amount of strength to shut them in the bedroom. Then in the living space, the one side would not budge at all. Lastly, the bathroom doors… couldn’t lock them because the frame and door was not aligned in either bathroom door and same thing with the closet. The closet door would not stay shut. Just needs some work.

Overall it was a nice room. Unfortunately there was a fire and we were forced to evacuate at 12:30am. I am a disabled veteran with a service dog. Asked for a refund and was denied because the hotel would not talk to hotel.com. Almost 200.00 wasted.

Our family was driving through to and from vacation. Choose to stay both times at the same location due to convenience. First time, found someone else’s dirty socks under the ottoman (had to move it to set up the sofa bed). Second time, had to request clean linens for the sofa bed as there was dried cereal on the sheet. And only a flat sheet was available…no mattress cover, no fitted sheet. (First time staying there was a mattress cover and a fitted sheet but no flat sheet.) disappointed as the location, breakfast were great. Oh, you have to pay for parking ☹️

Beautiful work

Breakfast staff was very rude. Also wasn't informed of the $75 pet policy (it was nowhere on my external booking site, and I read through it all) until I was checking in.

The property was beautiful. The staff are friendly. They even message you to see how things are going. I would say the dinning area for breakfast is a bit small. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
