I prepaid for a king size bed two days in advance and they were all out because they let the guy in front of me pay for one the same day. They also gave me a dirty room at first, but changed it once I requested a new one. They did not clean the room while I wasn’t there, even though I was gone from 4am to 5pm and I didn’t have the do not disturb sign on while I was gone. They also charge a $100 security deposit which is absurd

Glass window was cracked. No pillows on the bed. The toilet was loose where it connected to the floor.

I was told by booking .Com it was $85 a night but in fact it was $85 for 1st night $102 for 2nd night and $122 for the 3rd night .we left after the first night because the fan fest was canceled. Because of the death of Kyle Busch which we understand .However we were confirmed at on price and charged another so will not use booking .Com again and will tell friends and family not to use it either.

The staff checked me into a room with previous damage to sofa... informed me that another had been ordered and they were aware, yet still charged and held on to deposit for damages... Exterior of hotel was poorly maintained and rooms have an insect problem...I would not recommend if you have other options

The check in went well and the clerk was very friendly. The room was clean but the couch in the room was in tatters. The breakfast was very disappointing only waffles and cereal and an old pop tart one granola bar and a few miserable looking donuts I will not go back

The room smelled like bleach. It smelled liked like smoke. We were suppose to have a king bed we had 2full. Not happy at all with this stay. No offer of any discount was offered. We will not be back. Not happy at all.

Rooms are disgusting, dirty bedding in 2 rooms, mold on shower curtains, both nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke.

Absolutely NOTHING was good about the stay, the experience or the staff in how they handled it when trying to give them a chance. This is an issue I attempted to resolve directly with the motel prior to leaving this review. Unfortunately, what is shown in the photos is completely misleading compared to what you actually receive. We stayed here with our 8-year-old child who has autism, and there were several serious health and safety concerns. In one of the rooms, there was exposed wiring hanging from a smoke detector. This is a major safety hazard especially with a special needs child who may not recognize the danger and could potentially touch it. Additionally, just four feet from our door, there was dog feces that remained in the walkway from Saturday at 8:12 AM until our checkout on Sunday at 9:08 AM. This indicates that staff passed by it multiple times during routine cleaning but chose not to address it. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told, “This happens quite frequently, and usually I’m the one who has to clean it up,” implying that others intentionally ignore it. Thankfully, our child did not come into contact with it, but given her condition, that risk was very real and concerning. There were also several additional issues that, while less severe, still reflect poorly on the property: damaged doors and walls, a bathtub faucet that was completely detached from the wall, trash left in the second-floor walkway for hours (from Saturday morning until around 5:00 PM), and inadequate bedding only three thin pillows provided for three people on a king-size bed. When we asked for more, we were told, “That’s all we have right now because people keep stealing the pillows.” Overall, the condition and appearance of both the property and the room did not match what was advertised. Most concerning was that attempts to resolve these issues with management were unsuccessful. It left us feeling that guest safety and well-being are not a priority. For your own peace of mind and safety, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Until 2 a.m. there were loud voices and running outside my door. When I walked into my room I was hit with the odor of cigarette smoke, even though the property claims to have strict no smoking rules. The appearance was drab and stained. There was no place to use my computer; I had to sit on the bed and slump over my computer to get my work done. The sink and bathtub were stained. The shower curtain had a big spot of some kind. The bath towels were stained as well. The door had huge scuffs on both sides of it, as did the floor. The bedspread looked stained as well, and I had serious misgivings about crawling between the sheets. I checked for bedbugs and didn't find any, so I did get into the bed. I will definitely never stay in this particular hotel again, and perhaps not any Super 8. I felt unsafe, and the property needs work.

Meeting new people. The room was filthy and reeked of tobacco smoke. Outside smelled like skunk and just not maintained at all. Probation and police officers were there consistently looking for someone. There was constant turmoil and drama with employees doing nothing to rectify these issues.

The bed was very comfortable The floors were dirty. The tv blinked. The toilet moved when you sat on it. If I wanted new towels I had to bring the old ones to the office and ask for new ones. Nearly every day I had to have the room key reactivated. The grass needed to be mowed. There were cigarette burns and yellow stains on the blankets.

The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Homeless people walking around asking for money, random hairs on the towels and bed and I killed 10 roaches. We literally almost slept on my truck cause it was so gross. Worst place to stay. The roaches and the druggies outside bumming money and cigarettes from everyone.

Room was wonderful and clean. Breakfast was ok. Air worked very well and kept the room cool. The clerk at desk remembered me from my stay in dec and remembered that i wanted a downstairs room. Will stay there again when i visit again

Nothing It wasn't clean. It was loud all night. There were sketchy people all night long walking around. It's next to the interstate.

Whether or not you need room service of any kind they will attempt to enter your room, even if you are there asleep! One or two members of staff put forth effort while the rest don’t care if they’re rude to you and no efforts to help if they over charge you. Attempted to charge my card 3 times for the full stay, and after being overcharged by $80 they refused to do anything about it.

Mediocre at best

Police had 7 people handcuffed outside my room around 1-2am and commotion went on forever. Next morning management started questioning me like I had some kind of involvement! WOW nice job making a bad situation even worse for you!

Room was extremely sparse. A victim of the modern refurb trend. There was no trash can, and practically nothing useful in the room. There was wet toilet paper on back of the bathroom door. Over all unpleasant experience in a not so great part of town.

It was disgusting. It smelled like a YMCA bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned in six months, and there were roaches – yes roaches plural – on the bed and nightstand. I went straight back to the office, requested a refund and drove the rest of the way home rather than stay the night.

I was escaping an ice storm and just wanted a place that if it lost power, being a business, it would get restored quickly. It had a frig and microwave. No coffee maker. Also no machines for snacks, drinks, nor ice. TV was fine with copious channels. Acoustics were lousy—the door knocking next door sounded like it was my door. New mattresses- very comfy. The 3 rating is for pluses and minuses.

I was given a room on the 1st floor, asked for 2nd as a female staying alone but the staff member said they didn’t have availability. Next - bugs. Fleas, to be exact. I caught three of them crawling on me, one of them actually bit me. Pet owners - beware, your parasite free pet will take them home. Now the worst of the worst. Thin walls, you feel like you’re sleeping on the streets. Some teenagers were up at 3 in the morning, chatting, laughing, making out right outside my room. As a result - no sleep. I could only fall asleep by 5 am when my alarm was supposed to wake me up at 7:30 am.

The room was hot and had a smell. Once it cooled off, the smell was not heavily noticeable. The facility looked as though it was being renovated in areas. The biggest complaint I have is that they tried to charge me for a direct booking two days after I checked out.

Several listed amenities were either unavailable or falsely advertised. The pool was closed, the laundry room was not open for use , and breakfast was disappointing—only waffles, no juice, and a communal tub of butter that anyone could touch, which is unsanitary. They also required a $100 deposit, but instead of charging and refunding correctly, they charged me the deposit and now I’m seeing two separate $100 refund attempts. That money is still out of my account and hasn’t posted back yet, which is frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, not worth the hassle. Poor management and misleading amenities. Would not stay again.

The room smelled smoky when we entered. There is no pool. Breakfast is just a few granola bars and pop tarts.

I traveled with my daughter and choose this hotel based on reviews. However, the area although easy access to road is in a sketchy area. Room was clean. Our biggest problem came because the people in the room next to ours was smoking weed as well as people below us. So at midnight, my room began smelling of it. I contacted the front desk. They had no other rooms available and no security on premises to handle it. So I was left in a room with my child smelling of that. The manager did offer a refund but had no means of handling that situation.

The room was dirty, looked like it was cleaned after last guest left. Toilet, tub, floors, sinks, fridge all were dirty. Clerk did change bed sheets for me. I did check the mattresses and rhey were clean, looked new. I asked for a discount a d was told no because i didn't let clerk knkw asap which was a lie because i dis let her know minutes after i got to room. I was tild manager was out of country and couldn't be reached. I tried to upload photos but it wont let me, i will never book here again

The website said the pool would be open and it was not. It is not what was advertised it is an one night dirty dive.

The new owner gave me a renovated room that had not been used yet. It was amazing! It was appointed with a new king size bed, new linens, new curtains, and new towels. The tub surround and new shower curtain were pristine. The new shower head had options for water flow and had great water pressure. The new mattress was so comfortable and had four pillows for personalized comfort. The new counter and sink with storage cabinets in the room is genius! It more than doubled the useful space in the room. I will definitely look for this hotel next time I'm in the area.
