Diese Suite hat mich doch sehr positiv überrascht. Die Einrichtung ist modern und mehr als ich erwartet habe. Schlafzimmer, wohn und essbereich mit Küche. Dazu ein geräumiges Bad, alles sehr sauber! Genügend Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Ausserdem Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Habe mich wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder gerne!!

The property is clean, extremely well maintained, and very quiet and pleasant. The best part of this hotel is they will remember you, and basically treat you like family whenever you come back. It's a very welcoming place.

The lady in the front office was amazing. This not like a regular hotel so make sure dishes are washed and garbage taken out. But it felt like I leased a small apt. It felt homey. I would highly recommend this location.

Very nice place. Location is good. The only thing was the ceilings must be thin because I was on the first floor and you could hear every step above on the 2nd floor. It was tough to rest. I would stay here again but only on 2nd floor.

It is our home away from home when we visit family in Kannapolis. We enjoy having a small apartment where we can prepare some light meals, and we can come and go without worrying that people will be coming in while we're gone to clean, etc.

We were only there two nights. Our room was very clean and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable. For the two nights, there was no housekeeping since it is an extended stay suite, but we had everything we needed. The location was near restaurants but away from direct traffic. We would definitely stay again.

It was a great place to stay, sleep and work while I was not visiting family. The staff was exceptional, very caring and willing to help. The kitchen/living area is a great bonus to have while away from home to help it feel more like home. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Cleanliness and attention to detail was immaculate! The manager was very friendly and accommodating for our needs in the suite as well as any travel needs we had. The location is amazing with food and shopping close by and not too far from Charlotte! I would highly recommend this suite to any business professional or travelers!

My suite was the cleanest hotel accommodation I might have ever stayed in. It was comfortable and spacious and exceeded my expectations in every way. The set up was perfect for me to relax on the couch while working in front of the tv, but I could also have been Working at the table and be just as comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again Without even looking anywhere else

We loved our stay here. Caroline was extremely welcoming and helpful. The suite was spotless and beautifully presented. All your cooking needs (utensils) are supplied with a large refrigerator, cook tops and microwave available. On site laundry is great and reasonable priced. A number of good restaurants are within easy walking distance and a Walmart is across the road. A home away from home.

Carolina the manager was a lovely person. She helped us with anything we needed. She made staying there a lot easier. The room was lovely. The bed , kitchen/living room made staying there a lot more comfortable than staying in a hotel. Very clean. Bed was great. Everything we needed for the stay was available.

Nice clean room! Across the street from stores and choices of restaurants. This was more like a 1 bedroom studio with a kitchen.

It is only 10 minutes from our son's home and there is a lot of shopping located very nearby.

I guess I was not meant for the Bed & Breakfast feel of places like this. When I stay somewhere I prefer a little anonymity. What I got was certainly the polar opposite of that. That aside, the space in my room was amazing, and it was the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The location is convenient to I-85 and all things Kannapolis. It is close enough to Charlotte that services like Uber are readily available. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance, most of them major chains (i.e. Wal-Mart, Lowes, Dunkin Donuts, Sam's Club, etc.). I don't think I would stay there again, but I certainly would not dissuade others from doing so.

This isn't for families. Gave a 4, because I would stay on business. Felt safe. Searched for a room using 2 adults & at the last minute had to bring our child. Confirmation said we could have up to 1 child. We arrived, were welcomed & then informed that "no children" were permitted. It is an all adult facility. This statement always upsets me. My children are not pets I can board somewhere. She let us stay, but told us that the guy next to us gets up at 4 AM, so needs rest. This made us feel like we had to walk on eggshells. There's no staff after 12 pm on Sat & not at all on Sunday (this is referenced on the site). We were traveling 7 hours and would not be in until evening, but the supervisor/grounds keeper kept in touch with us the entire 7 hour drive to the facility. She gave us a short cut and was very very friendly. This is an extended stay facility; like an apartment complex. We could hear walking above. It has a full kitchen. Had I known in advance of the list of 17 rules and steps and list of charges if you did not complete the check out list before you left (Wash dishes, set thermostat, take out trash, wipe counters, put furniture in place, etc), I would have been sure to get a full service hotel. We just weren't up to all of this due to a funeral. It was too stressful added to what our family was going through. If it was not for the nice staff, I would have cried on arrival. A lot was not disclosed when booking. Booking references family-friendly. I cannot agree.

I was catering a wedding in the area and needed a space that was more than just a room. The suite was comfortable; however, one night while relaxing on the couch watching a movie, I heard someone putting a key into the lock of the front door. I jumped up as it opened and one of the staff members was standing there. He entered the wrong unit by mistake.

Hotel was lovely. The room size was amazing for the price. Everything is so cheap to buy in the area and the locals are friendly. Caroline would have bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and made sure we had the right resources for our travelling. We stayed for a music festival and if we do it again next year, we will definitely stay here again:)

Also, check in is only from 3-7 pm and had the desk clerk not called my cell at 6:45 to alert me to it, and very kindly stayed late to allow me to check in at 8pm, I would have arrived there with no room to stay in. The info on the limited check in was in small type on page 3 of the hotel.com printout. This needs to be better spelled out or someone is going to be in for a big surprise. One last thing, they "bombed" the room with cheap fragrance that was so strong it caused an allergic reaction in the other person I was staying with...they really should reduce the fragrance level...other than these 2 issues, it is a nice place.

This was a great room, a good vale and the staff went the extra mile to make sure I was able to get in my room. These are suites, not a hotel, so their office isn't open 24/7. Check for the hours on the day you arrive. I didn't and inconvenienced the staff, but they helped me with no complaints. Good place to stay in Kannapolis!

Just what we needed. Caroline was friendly,accommodating and professional.This is the 2nd time we've stayed at an affordable Corporate Suites. Both properties are excellent locations and a great value. Will stay there agIn when we travel.
