There were families at the pool drinking and smoking cigarettes / weed that were not being controlled by staff members. We asked for sheets for the pull out couch and were told to come grab them from the front desk (since they weren’t in the room like advertised) because there was “no staff available”.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall found it to be clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, several aspects of the stay made it uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, which made it difficult to enjoy or properly rinse off. In addition, the bed was extremely soft and lacked proper support, and the pillows were also too soft, which affected our sleep quality. While the cleanliness is a strong point, the comfort level and bathroom experience need significant improvement. We likely would not choose to stay here again unless these issues are addressed.

The location and room size are awesome. We had no water for a day and a half. I had to go shower for a meeting at a friend's house. Thank god I knew someone in town. LOL. They were very sweet about it and I know it was out of control.

Excellent location, clean, modern and well-kept hotel, right next to Abacoa golf-course, university campus, garage, bars and coffee shops. Spacious room and bathroom. Unfortunately on the morning we were checking out there was a maintenance taking place of the water system at the hotel so we weren’t able to shower (luckily it was the last day).

And he just kept talking and talking to her and didn’t allow me to ask my question. I was held up for 5-7 minutes. When I pointed this out the front desk person said “you are rude”. I was just pointing out that I didn’t appreciate being made to wait while they had their conversation. This is at a hotel where I was paying $800 a night for two rooms. This is endemic of a poorly run hotel. I would seek out better options in Jupiter.

Amazing accommodation. Went to Jupiter to watch the Cardinals about 10 years ago and came across this jewel right across the street from Roger Dean Stadium. Been staying there every time we go to Jupiter. Highly recommend this hotel.

I just ridn’t like weird smell (of old sweat) in our room. I think it has to do with the pillows. Also the breakfast takes long to wait to order in line, then long to wait. It’s not a buffet style.

Had the week end to see the Cardinals spring training baseball game. The hotel just across the street, everything was ok and definitely will comeback to see Jupiter for more than a week end. Great service plus a great restaurants nearby!

The bathroom shower was moldy and floorboards in bathroom not cleaned...ever.The A/C sounded like ahet taking off everytime it went on. I took many photos of the bathroom, I did not go to the staff, as I did not want to further ruin the trip. The breakfast was good, the woman servicing the breakfast area was very nice. The hotel and parking were convenient and the bed comfortable. If interested, I will gladly share the photographs of the bathroom.

We got in at 2am and what a perfectly clean and comfy cozy place to lay our heads for the night. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy and the staff was super friendly. Coffee in room but also a cute little coffee bar downstairs for more specialty drinks. Location was quiet and easy to get to from the airport.

Nice hotel in a great area. The Cardinals spring training facility is across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance. Florida Atlantic University is nearby as well. Very clean, great area. We had a wonderful stay.

They gave us an upgraded king room but as i was sharimg with a friend, this was not ideal. Breakfast was not worth the upgrade/ pay. You get to choose 2 items and a drink. Their in house Starbucks was closed, apparently due to lack of staff. While the hotel is clean and nice, i was disappointed about the delivery of service.
