Very delayed post from our stay in March, since this popped up while booking another trip..and I have the time to review, I feel it's time to leave a review.. After over ten yrs of family reunions and with an average of 5-8 rooms booked for a weekend or longer, none of us will be returning. From mold in rooms, to no AC in the breakfast area, clogged tubs where you cannot shower, the list goes on. These issues have only gotten worse over the past few years and frankly, I'm not sure how they are still allowed to operate in the conditions they do… as sad as it is since some of the staff have been the same for many yrs. We will never stay again.

Hotel wasn't the fanciest or beach front. But it fit it's purpose. We had a clean room. Room service was great. We slept well. If your a light sleeper bring some ear plugs or a boxed fan. Because walls are thin and you can hear what ever is going on in the next room. Pool was clean. Fitness room clean. Breakfast was great. Thanks to all the staff that made us feel welcomed and at home. God bless you all.

The room was fine. As expected. I don’t understand why hotels don’t provide more hooks and towel racks in the bathroom!

The bed was super comfortable and the location was super convenient. Staff was nice From the second you walk in the door it smells like mold. The room was definitely musty, and by the time I got home from my 1 night stay my relatively new loofah was growing pink mold and I had to throw it away.

Breakfast was a fun surprise—they had Nutella! I loved all the little touches they offered that I haven’t seen at other Comfort Inns, like the Nutella and whipped cream. We did have a weird smell in our first room, but the staff switched us to another room immediately and made it super easy.

Beautiful inside and out. Friendly staff. Breakfast hot and yummy.

First room we were assigned smelled like a urinal. We immediately walked out. They were super nice and changed immediately with no fuss. Second room Bathtub had mold along the caulking and tub drained super slow. We were there for medical appointment so ended up staying since it was just one night but was not thrilled with the cleanliness of it. Also, pool area should not be a smoke area. We got ran out because one person decided to smoke and I can’t be around smoke even outside.

Loud explosions from the neighborhood around the hotel. When I called the front desk they said there is nothing they can do. So I did not get a good night's sleep.

Overall it was a nice place to stay for a few nights. The pool was not maintained well. I looked and the filter baskets were full including one had a dead frog in it. I skimmed the pool myself and emptied the baskets. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. The bathroom in our room had some black mildew or mold growing on the tile by the door. My husband said they needed to clean better. We were only there for 4 days so we figured it wouldn't hurt us.

Great location near our relatives for Easter reunion. Breakfast food items were plentiful tasty; staff was helpful & courteous to us. no comment, we wish we had time to use the fitness room and the pool. Keep up the good service.

Staff were fantastic and very professional. We enjoyed front desk staff, Brandon and Chris. They made our stay personal and made every effort to take care of all our needs Nothing to report negative.

I arrived at approximately 5 pm was quickly given access to my room immediately upon walking in the hotel has a kind of older that says I need a good Cleaning. The room was musty the air-conditioning smelled when it went on. Everything felt damp as though the humidity was not set right on the air air-conditioning.. I was leaving the next morning around 8 am. I did not even use the shower.. I just felt it wasn’t clean overall.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast met my needs and offered a broad variety for people to choose from. The only problem was a ticking refrigerator and the neighbors had their TV loud until around 11 PM, but it didn't really bother me, but it might bother some people.

The beds were comfortable and having breakfast was a plus. The room felt clean. Our biggest issues was the door to the bathroom did not shut all the way without someone pushing on it from the outside and the handle was broken from people trying to shut it with force. I recommend replacing the door and handle in that room.

My pervious experience with BOOKING 's advertised Breakfast has been the pits. This Comfort Inn was a total +. The variety was incredible including Vanilla Greek Yogurt and fresh muffins.

The room was very "tired". Due to lots of loud noise coming from other rooms, i turned the bathroom fan on to drown out the noise. When i went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the floor was wet and the toilet seat was covered in water (imagine my surprise sitting down on that!!!)... the fan was dropping a significant amount of water.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building is definitely showing its age. Breakfast was just OK. The key card reader for the room was very finicky and it was difficult to get the room door open.

Breakfast was good, but they need more than two people to cook, replenish and clean. Front desk could have been more professional and should not stay seated when approached. Hotel was very convenient, only 1 mile from the Turnpike and close to our relatives in Palm Beach Gardens. Rooms was clean, breakfast was good with many options. Only criticism it was too close to McDonald’s which was very busy.

I walked down the stairs with my belongings to breakfast. One of the staff members unlocked the staff bathroom so I could brush my teeth before I left and instead of trekking up four flights. Apparently, the elevator needed to be reset.

The next night someone snuck a dog in and in the middle of the night was going off like a bottle rocket . All kinds of commotion . I’ll never stay there again .

Our reservation was for 2 nights they changed my partners card for one night. Then, when they realized their mistakes, they charged my card which was on file without my permission. Or without letting me know.

Expensive for what you get. Bathtub/shower did not drain. Bathroom was dingy. Key cards would take two to four tries to get them to activate. Hairdryer was old/tired and handle cover would get soft after use. on plus side. the bed was comfortable.

Everything is great. The people at the front desk are very friendly. And the hotel is close to where we need to be.

We were in town for a wedding. Of the 3 days we were there, our room key did not work (4) times. Everytime I had to go down to the front desk to get a new key. I was told this happens sometimes. Then the night of the wedding we came back to the hotel late and of course our key did not work, I went down to the front desk to be told they could not give me a new key without ID. My bad was in the room because I did not take my bag to the wedding with me. I was given a very hard time by the front desk, even tho this was the 4th time now, so you would think they would know. After about 10 minutes they finally gave me a key. Not a very friendly atmosphere here

Decent location. Biggest issue was cleaning. I rented two rooms and both of them had significant amount of mold around the bathtub and on the shower curtain.

Housekeeping was lacking, and the toilet was not running correctly, and when the plumber came to look at it he said I don’t know how to flush it the right way, it was still a problem throughout our 6 day stay. The key locks were not working correctly. I thought the Motel 6 was bad, but this place in Jupiter Florida was not much better. The staff at the desk seemed to watch videos on their phone a great deal. I can’t go back there again and will give this place an average review.

This property needs an upgrade. Ihad to change rooms for the last night of my 3 night stay. The door lock didn't work and it took 10-15 minute open the door, even for a staff member. In the new room it took a dozen tries to open the door. In the 1st room the facet in the bathtub at first dripped and the next day poured waterand wouldn't shut off. The extraction fan in the bathrook clunked. when off. When I was checking out another guest came to the desk to inform them of a broken pipe in the ceiling heavily leaking into the breakfast dining area. At $135/night they should be able to maintain the facilities better!

The hotel is older and not fancy. If you expect perfection, probably not where you'd stay. Save the staff from your complaining. However...we had everything we needed in terms of amenities and the room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the pool, which was pleasantly warm. We also ate the breakfast, which had a good variety compared to other places we've stayed. Most importantly, the desk staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. If I were in the area again, I'd gladly book another stay.

I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. When we arrived the woman looked at me and didn’t say anything. I asked her if we could check in and she continued to sit down and barely acknowledge me. I will never stay here again. The tub and sink are in disrepair and the phone charger is broken. I will stay next door if I come back.

I didn’t like cause there were water bugs and roaches in the room. Stains. I had my 2 kids with me felt very unsafe.

This property was beautiful and we so enjoyed staying here, it was quiet and the staff was so kind, very clean we were impressed so thank you to your staff for making this a great stay

I was disappointed too my room and I didn’t get what I requested which was a queen bed. The girl in check in was very lazy didn’t even stand up and great us. She could have at least said we were not getting what we paid for.

This was a safe convenient area to where I needed to be for a business meeting that I had recently. It is not far from I-95. They have a breakfast and there is a McDs in the parking lot. Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

This was an amazing and beautiful hotel! Great breakfast in the morning. Very clean and staff was excellent too!

The place was clean and the staff was very nice. Would i stay here again? Not by choice, but in a pinch it would be acceptable. Will try the Fairfield next door next time we are in town for the swim meet.

The water in the shower/tub doesn't shut off so we listened to it running all night. The bathtub was rusty, maybe from the constant water running in the tub/shower???? Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent too.

The rooms have a strange smell, I chance the door keys five times, The safe It wasn’t working.

Room was smelly, very noticable going from hallway into room. Dated decor and fixtures, in need of renovations. Lots of people not staying at hotel either hanging around in parking lot, or stopping in briefly for whatever reasons. Stay elsewhere if you have to spend a few more $. There's a Fairfield close by

Spring Training trip, good location, easy drive to ballpark. Nice breakfast bar. Enjoyed our stay.

There was a mouse and a roach in my room - just horrible

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A nice variety of offerings! The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to use the pool, but having that available was nice. The location is also great for our needs.

Property needs to be upgraded and given at least a new coat of paint on the inside the outside.

Housekeeping walked in my room at 8am while I was sleeping.

This hotel needed some upgrades but overall was clean. The staff was very pleasant.

This property didn’t have laundry plastic bag in closet and needs bigger waste basket by microwave. Overall service was wonderful and I love the breakfast ba.

The tub was clogged

Property was clean, fit the bill. However, a bit expensive. The business center was not operational. Wanted some print outs. Lady on the front desk told me the printer in not working, Good Luck, instead of helping. Next Day, Brandon Helped me out with printing and Copying some documents. Kris in the evening, who checked me in was very helpful. Thank you !
