Everything was ok. However the couple just near my room was terrible. The listened the music and doing noise until 3 am in the morning. It was terrible. Unable to sleep.

The hotel is a non-smoking property yet the lobby a dn hallways smelled like smoke because just outside the lobby there are two chairs where they allow people to sit and smoke. Also, other guests are smoking in their rooms making it very unpleasant for others, and the staff did not do anything. I left the hotel early never stayed the night becuse my room smelled like smoke. I would like a full refund.

If you are looking to be close to the beach this is the perfect location. This hotel was so nice and quiet. There was plenty of parking and the breakfast is always a plus. The coffee was available all day which was also great. No complaints about this hotel. Most definitely will be staying here again.

We had 4 rooms for the night. We arrived early knowing the rooms wouldnt be ready but we were able to use the pool. We were told the rooms would be ready by 2 they were not ready until almost 4, this was annoying as people who arrived after us we assigned rooms. Other than that the hotel was very nice.

Customer service/support is the worst I have ever experienced. Tried to change bookings, denied. Asked for at least changing travel dates, also denied. Very very unfriendly and would not recommend.

Breakfast isn’t healthy

Bed was so very very hard my wife could not sleep much at all all night; Breakfast food was inedible; Cut my finger trying to get a plastic knife out because they were so tightly packed it was extremely difficult to pull one out and when I attempted it cut my thumb and it was bleeding heavily; Completed an incident report that had a witness that saw what happened; When hotel manager called me back after I asked him to He was extremely rude and he totally showed no empathy whatsoever; DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!!!!

Great hotel in a very nice area with lots of stores and restaurants around. Will definitely stay here again. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming as well. Enjoyed the surprise welcome gift too. Room was great and bed comfy.

I reported a little issue with towel to the Guest , SONIA and she responded very positively. I had an issue with towels, but that is being resolved. They need to replace some old ones.

We had an excellent stay at the Jupiter Hampton Inn. The staff was very attentive. We enjoyed our breakfast having coffee sitting out by the pool. We will certainly continue to stay at handsome ends on our next travels.

Hotel is smaller which for me was perfect as it had a very cozy feel to it. Very happy I booked this spot and if I am in this area again I will stay here for sure.

Having a room with a balcony was so cool! It’s difficult to find that in hotels theses days. I think the breakfast could be a little better but the coffee was excellent

Very disappointed with how adding an extra day played out. My wife booked it at about 11:45 when she checked in on Thursday to add an extra night and accidentally booked for a Friday in June instead of the one intended in April. I had to follow up with the hotel repeatedly over the next 5 days to cancel it (60 days in advance) but they would not provide a refund. Our mistake, but I have not had this experience anywhere else. Total lack of empathy, consideration or customer service.

I was not aware that they charge you 25$ a day for security deposit for your length of stay. They don’t refund it for 5-8 days. So, I paid 75$ as I was there 3 days. Had to get the manager to get our room cleaned. Unaware that they clean every other day.

The mattress was hard and lumpy; the breakfast food was mediocre; and the maid service never showed up to do my room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no sign on the building and it did not show up on the gps. The room was dark and needed more lighting. The tv didn’t always turn on. At the breakfast they were out of milk, eggs, yogurt, etc. Very surprising for a Hampton inn.

The weather

Nice property with spacious rooms—but slightly on the darker side inside because of the way the property is laid out. It’s on a busy road so expect some road noise, but it’s also convenient to beaches & attractions.

Breakfast excellent. Pool excellent. No jacuzzi anymore, but jacuzzi photos are still shown online.

We stayed 2 days and the room was never cleaned, the shower was broke. The security door near our room, did not lock and my wife was afraid to sleep. We did call the front desk and they did send someone to fix the shower but he was unable to fix it. The front desk did give us fresh towels for our 2nd da.

I wouldn't have minded having to perform my own maintenance, however, I did mind having to pay an extra $50 to check in early to a room that was clearly ready was ridiculous. I did relay my displeasure to the front desk who acknowledged my inconvenience but was otherwise useless/powerless. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Best stay i have had at any hotel. First you are greeted by the friendliest front desk staff who ask you if you would like complimentary water, coke or snacks. Room not only looked clean but also smelled fresh and clean. Breakfast was good and the fresh chocolate chip cookies at night were a tasty bonus. Zeke the general manager was great!

Our group had 2 rooms. Unfortunately both rooms smelled musty. One room was not cleaned properly, particularly the bathroom. We were then given another room. BUT, all staff was very pleasant and helpful. The common areas were clean. The grounds were kept up nicely.

Breakfast is typical continental of good quality and choices, coffee always available in reception. Located on a road just a block away from the Juno Beach. There is only one lift, and I couldn’t find internal stairs. A bit of a limit being a two floors hotel.

Friendly front desk attendant, quick check-in and spacious quiet room. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked with friendly staff. We didn't use the outside pool or sitting area due to rain but both looked inviting and relaxing.

We often stay at this property as it’s conveniente to access the beach, some of the state parks in the area, and the Loggerhead SeaLife Center. Staff is very friendly, safe location, several restaurants in the area at walking distance.

It was a great spot for an overnight getaway to be really close to the beach, but also to have the king room with jacuzzi tub. We found the room to be extremely clean. The room was laid out great with a tv that swiveled so you could watch from the jacuzzi or in bed. The balcony was a nice addition as well, but we didn't really use that. Check in/check out were simple and quick. Would definitely stay here again!!

Parking is far and confusing. Rooms really nice but bathroom would be so much better with a glass shower enclosure, plastic curtain horrible and let the water escape to floor.

This is not a non-smoking property. Plenty of people were smoking all night long. Mostly the staff, but then the guests were as well. And that was acceptable as well as being out late at the pool. Lots of noise

Made a reservation for 2 beds. The manager changed our room for a king without confirming with us beforehand. We needed the 2 beds and made the reservation for 2 for that reason. When we got to the hotel, we could not be moved to a different room because they were overbooked.

My wife and I came to the Jupiter/Juno Beach area for a quick getaway and to celebrate my wife's birthday. We got a great deal on hotels.com, and were wonderfully surprised at the spaciousness of the room; its cleanliness and comfort. The staff found out it was my wife's birthday, and a gift bag with some goodies arrived at our room! The only drawback was the volume on the TV ... but we weren't here for TV ;)

Every other place I had no issue with credit card. It was booked one week ago.. He had whole time to pre-auth card .. And issue could have resolved, but he called last moment before time of checking… He made customer mad. Told him we will be coming to hotel. He canceled anyway. We found indirectly that he is lying as he was overbooked.. and wanted to kick out guest. NEVER go to THIS place.. My card worked everywhere without issue.. He is at fault. After questioning him about doing unfair practice of Desk Agent , he got mad as He couldn’t answer and he was at fault and wasn’t properly answering phone. He lack Customer Service skills. Any negative reply by owner , I will Disagree to his message…

Was perfect stay with convivence to our tour spots in West Palm and a perfect beach in few mins walk to have fun with kids.

We had a great stay here when we were in town for a baseball tournament. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and our room was perfect for what we needed.

I booked a room with balcony view. Not only did I not get a balcony view. I got a room with obstructive view when I asked for a room change they said that when we booked through third-party rooms types are not guaranteed. My weekend of relaxing was spent in a cell like room.

Property is fine. Not necessarily best value we have experienced in the area. But the breakfast was certainly the worst. Really terrible. Struggled to find something edible and had to eat from paper plates and paper bowls with plastic utensils. The receptionist Trinity had a comical amount of attitude.

Everything was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Air worked great. Just visited to see sunrise on our anniversary Saturday. Very nice. Coral Cove Park was pretty dope.

I thought it was beach front but it’s on a major road that you have to cross, then walk a block to the beach. Room was kind of damp. Carpet should be replaced. Staff interactions were great. I enjoyed my stay, nice to be able to walk to beach, dunes and sea turtle rescue. I overpaid on Expedia, booking a month in advance. It was $60 a night cheaper in person and they had rooms. But Expedia wouldn’t refund me the difference. So I wouldn’t book on Expedia next time.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location, with nice restaurants very close by. Great staff. Room very clean and spacious, comfortable bed. Will stay here again when the opportunity arises.

Great area, Juno beach is a blast, close to beaches and restaurants, but awesome stay at Hampton as always, really like the room and breakfast and customer service from staff.

The property is very nice, clean and overall great but I booked a room with a jetted tub and was given a regular room and was told that when rooms are booked thru a third party the selected rooms are not guaranteed something I was never told when booking the room, the trip was an anniversary celebration and not having the room that was booked was a BIG disappointment

Hampton Inn was clean, quiet and convenient to our destination. Enjoyed the fitness room and the use of the very clean pool. Room and bed were comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent every morning!

I did not like the breakfast and was very dissatisfied. Hampton always has a hot breakfast and this particular one's food was very cold. The cooked food was not hot at all. Sausage was not brown it looked like frozen sausage that was just thawed out. I unfortunately will never stay at this one. Also, there was no open parking spots we had to park on the curb and my husband is handicapped.
