    reservation had to be canceled due to owners system being down and could not update that the rooms were not available ended up going through problems for a refund to be able to go to another location that then also turned into a second problem due to the representative, not giving me and giving the correct info as well as as lied regarding what I was getting back for a refund for my troubles of the first incident and turned out it was my own money took it out half which made me have to pay even more at the second location because a refund would not show until 3 to 5 days so I end up paying out my pocket more than I even began to fix the whole situation!! very disappointed

    The bath fan did not work. The heater turned off in the middle of the night almost every night. The refrigerator had a missing freezer door that nade it frost up so nothing will fit in it. The remodel was done by people who are not professional so the quality of tile and other things are shoddy. No common room. No breakfast. Nor returns so I paid for an extra night that I did not stay because I checked out a day early and they would not refund the day I paid extra for. Otherwise, clean. No bugs. Friendly housekeeper.

    Rip off they refused to let me check in because my children was in my car they assumed they was going to stay in the room with me but they wasn’t. They wouldn’t allow me to check in and refused to give me a refund so I had to call the police on them. The police said there is nothing that they can do… this is a horrible horrible place to stay and it stinks

    Once I got to the property I had to wait for twenty minutes just to get waited on, at this point it's already a hour or so past check in. From the start the whole staff was rude not to add they were doing work on the property all day and night. I heard loud beating and banging the whole time I was there. The cleaning lady was the nicest worker of the whole staff, she asked me daily if I needed anything and on my last day there she asked me if I was checking out or staying over and I asked her if I could please take a shower and then get ready to leave. She told me that it was not a problem, this was at about 10:45. By the time I got into the shower five minutes later there was another knock on the door, this time it was a man and he said that I was late checking out and that he was turning off the water to my room so I would go ahead and leave and he was very rude. This was a very unpleasant stay.

    My husband went to the front desk to ask for a towel and two wash cloths. The man behind the desk said there are towels and was cloths in the room already. We only had one towel. He gave him a hard time like he didn't believe him. He said my wife put them in there and asked was he sure it was not there. He finally gave him the towel and wash cloths. I have encountered him before and seems to have a bad attitude each time. We will not come back.

    The discolorization of the bed sheets and pillowcases were enough to make you think it had bedbugs. Stains on the walls. I didnt have a choice. But i went to walmart and bought a blanket and pillow. The towels had stains on them. I also bought me a towel and washcloth. I bought shower shoes because the shower didnt look clean. That didnt last long due to no freaking hot water. I spent $80.46 on a dump.

My family wanted to come see me because of the long trip and couldn't.... For such a busy weekend I see no cars, only mine and one other for three days!!! Did something happen at that hotel? Not gonna reserve another night there and would not have kept the reservation if I would have known about the visitor policy.     Great spot, clean room and linens, fresh paint. Their suite fit all 6 of my family in one room which was nice, most hotels won't accommodate more than 5 per room so this was a major plus for us.

    No towels. Rooms stunk. People going in and out of office (right outside my room) at all hours of the night/morning, loudly talking and laughing. Free breakfast was half a pot of burned coffee between six guests. And two prepackaged cinnamon rolls?? No coffee in rooms. Absolutely the worst motel experience I have ever had. :(

    It was not good at all, old and outdated furniture, refrigerator did not get cold, the staff at the front desk was not customer friendly, they asked me to put a 25.00 dollar deposit down wich was not posted when I reserved the room on line, this 25.00 dollar deposit was for a non smoking room, in which I requested because i do not smoke! When I got up the next morning no breakfast was served, but when I resevered the room it stated that they had continental breakfast, that was a lie , then I had to go back and forth with the attendant who was at the front desk about my 25.00 dollar deposit and he was trying not to give me my deposit back, so after explaining to him I was suppose to get it back he finally made a call and found out that he did owe me my deposit back. Very disappointed with this hotel would not prefer no one to book a stay there.

When I asked about coffee, I was told to make it myself. The front desk clerk, Amos, had the worse attitude, demeanor and customer service I’ve ever seen. The other one however, VJ, was a delight. Unfortunately, Amos, is the owner so that’s a wash. I was charged $74 for the first night, then mid-stay, I was told that price was a mistake and was promptly charged $95 for the next night. Which, of course, I had to pay because I was mid-vacation. The room was comfortable and clean, but the microwave was broken, as well as some of the furniture. The icing on the cake, was the fact that check out is at 11 Am, but after 7 am, they deactivate your key card for the door. This requires you to walk down to the front desk, only to be berated about leaving or paying for another night. There are MANY other hotel/motels to stay at around Clayton county, do not stay at this one. You’ve been warned!

    I usually never care enough to give reviews but this one is a must. Their "breakfast" was literally just cereal, milk, and honey buns. The staff was rude. They only came out to clean the room once during my 3 day stay. Toilet clogged so easily.

    I usually never care enough to give reviews but this one is a must. Their "breakfast" was literally just cereal, milk, and honey buns. The staff was rude. They only came out to clean the room once during my 3 day stay. Toilet clogged so easily.

    It was what I expected for the price.Room smelled terrible,i slept on top of the blanket with my clothes on.When it was time to check out,the lobby door was locked and there were no employees around so I just left the keycard in a little slot.I would have never chosen this hotel if my family traveled with me,I will never choose this hotel again if I travel alone,I will pay the extra for a better class of hotel

    Had an emergency which caused me to leave @ 10:00 a.m. on the second day of stay. Clerk said no refund would be returned for third day. Sofa had burnt holes in cushion and no information was in the room about wi-fi, breakfast or anything about hotel. Layout of room was terrible, with only clothes rack located in bathroom, which didn’t have an exhaust fan so all moisture gets in your clothes.

    This is the worst hotel o ever stayed in!! The service was the worst!! The attendant was sleeping in the room, and did not hear my 2 phone calls, nor my visit to the office. They have a bell, he didn't hear that either!! I needed to stay an extra 45 minutes, they charged me $10.00/ hr. This is the worst!! No other hotel, has ever charged me for an hour of stay!! Do not use this hotel!!!

    The hotel was terrible !!!!☹️ The bed matteres were wore out !! The carpet was dirty ,nasty white socks got to be black ! The hotel would not refund my money so I could go somewhere else the next day . They have terrible customer service. Not a safe place!

Bathroom floor had a leak with water standing by toilet. First morning at breakfast,the orange juice was orange punch not juice and my companion and I chose packaged breakfast rolls that each had mold on it. The husband and wife owners were very accommodating but older gentlemen was very unfriendly. When I went into lobby for coffee one morning he never acknowledged me but when customer came in to pay his bill, the gentleman put on a friendly manner. I did appreciate getting a room right away when checking in.

    Can't have guest here, which is stupid what kind of hotel tells you , u can't have visitors?? Then when I went to get breakfast they were watching me. A lady Came out from behind the glass asking what room I was in. I told the lady then she just stood there watching me get cereal, I mean geesh it's only cereal that they even have so why are u watching me??

    The rooms will Newton clean a king size bed was very comfortable we didn't stay long because of traveling but enjoyed our stay
