It was nearby the location I need to go There was people smoking at the entrance, the sheets was not clean, bathroom towels was not properly washed

The staff was beyond rude. They talk to you rude and treat you like you are beneath them. They get upset if you book online instead of paying them cash. If you arrive early they won't let you check in until 3PM unless you slide them extra. I went to get Ice and found dog poop near the vending machine. And I reported it and the lady behind the desk said it wasn't her job and that house keeping would get it in the morning, It was 1 am when I reported by the way. So yeah don't make the mistake I did. Book somewhere else.

The place was older and highly dated. Several things were not in service and I’m sure the air conditioner was blowing out black mold because the filter has not been changed or cleaned in quite a while. Room did come with a decent sized refrigerator a small kitchenette with 2 burners. Housekeeping comes early in the morning and if you miss them you can not get clean towels until they return the next morning. They don’t come in to clean the room. Just take trash and towels.

The bathroom was not clean. There was mold on the shower curtain and the towels were dirty. When I spoke with front desk she was very dismissive and told me they couldn’t move my room or refund my money.

I didn’t even stay on these days It was nasty and unclean addicts and Prostitute coming in and out the building

NOTHING There. Was smoking in and all around the building. Our room stunk of weed (drugs) and cigarette smoke. Staff were even smoking at the coffee counter in the morning and other than decaf there was no coffee left. I fell in the bath tub because they put a liner in it but didn’t seal it down so it was very uneven and bubbling up couldn’t keep my balance. The staff had so many friends there that I couldn’t tell who worked there and who didn’t. Had a hard time getting my deposit back from the guy in the morning. We couldn’t wait to get out off there but he held us up for at least 1/2 hour trying to figure out if I should get refund. We left the room cleaner than it was when we got there

Locale Wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of people roaming around outside all hours of the night. Mgmt had a sign posted that read, “No Visitors!” Bottom line…I should have stayed elsewhere, hahaha!

Not clean, horrible experience. Bathroom shower didn’t have good water pressure. Faucet came off. Beds didn’t have good blankets. Loud, people were rude and a lot of drug addicts.

The 1 bedroom suites are nice The Indian Lady( Owner) is absolutely rude, she does not need to be dealing with customers because her attitude is very stank and they threaten to call police all the time when they are wrong, they illegally charge per person which is not Motel 6 policy also a 50.00 pet deposit when ALL MOTEL 6 PROPERTIES ARE FREE STAY FOR PETS! They are just money hungry and it's pathetic.

Floors were very clean when I walked barefoot. Bed was very comfortable. I had to step away from the stress of my home improvements, and I found it relaxing.

They don't clean the rooms all they do is give you new rags and new towels and tissue but they will not clean the rooms I've been there for 2 weeks and not one time did they clean my room or ask me if I need a new sheets or anything

Avoid at all costs. This hotel was sketchy! It appeared to be used as a residence for people in the community. The police was outside yelling over his car system instructing people. The man in the room next to me sounded like he was detoxing. The place needs a MAJOR renovation and a visit from the Department of Public Health.

Last Weekend I left my Bible in my room, on checkout, I called to see if it was still, they told me that it was and that I could come pick it up when I had the chance. I Recieved back with no problems or damage to it. Yes the stay was up to good expectation.

I was quite pleased with the Motel 6 in Jonesboro. The room was clean. Floors quiet and maintained. Bed was not so comfy though.. whew!!! The owners locked the closets at night so the staff can't help you with towels or any other necessities at night. However the staff was pleasant and considerate.

The receptionist was lovely, but the room was terrible. The sheets were not clean (visible dirt on my pillowcase), there was no hot water in the shower, and the door was loose and it looked like someone had kicked it open in the past and it was not repaired properly. It was hard to sleep because I thought at any moment someone might burst in and murder me.

Only thing is that they have no chairs/seat's in the lobby for people to sit to wait on there rides. And no breakfast. And if u stay more then 2days that bed will kill your back. Other then that they are a 8 in my opinion.

This was the closest hotel to the Atlanta airport where we could find an available room. First room we were place in hadn't been cleaned. Front desk clerk was extremely accomodating, switched us to another room. It was at least clean. Walls are paper thin, HVAC can't maintain a constant temp without constantly switching on and off, very loudly. We would have gotten just as much sleep in the airport terminal. Thankfully it was dirt cheap, so I guess we got exactly what we paid for. Hopefully the young lady at the desk (Lourdes?) can parlay this meager hospitality experience into a better job at a nicer facility.

Convenience of location. Rooms needed maintenance, roach in bathroom. Just overall maintenance. Needed repairs. They just put lipstick on a pig and called it done. Probably will not stay at another Motel 6. Gave them a 2nd chance and they failed twice in less than 3 months.

I was sorely disappointed. I was giving a handicapped assistance room. Everything was low for wheelchair accessibility, and the toilet didn’t flush. It was really embarrassing

I came here out of town expecting a deluxe suite with the sofa, kitchen area..upon checkin i was told the rooms mentioned online are not their suites! I couldn’t get a refund and had to pay an extra $80 for the upgrade..which didn’t even have a sofa or chairs or anything in the room. (staff was only able to give me a discount and charged me $70) I should have been given the upgraded room due to those circumstances. I had to go grab my own chairs to feel comfortable for everyone. On top of that, someone got shot..there was bullets outside that the staff was cleaning. We heard a girl screaming they trying to kill me..that was scary. I wish i could get a refund on this stay. I had my kids with me as well.

Terrible! Hard to find. Signage not good. Off in a little corner. Pull in and there is all kinds of weird characters hanging outside the building! Scared to get out the car! The man checking people in and the lady who checked me out were ok. Nothing special. The rooms should be fumigated! I killed two roaches crawling around. No hot water either day I stayed there! Beds look like they were barely hanging on if you don’t slide off the frame first! Only one light in the actual room work! Had to turn on the bathroom light to see good! No housekeeping! The overall experience was great. The room was ready when I checked in, the front desk attendant was courteous and knowledgeable and my stay was good. A few little issues along the way, but the front desk staff worked with me and for that I am grateful. Would definitely come back and recommend if in the area again.

This is 11pm after running from Hurricane Milton and finding out our room we reserved was not available for a "pet friendly" hotel. Pay $30 more for an empty disgusting room and $150 pet deposit that we did not know of until check-in.Hurricane evacuees getting taken advantage of, as if it isn't bad enough!! Have never been treated so inhumane in my life.

I booked this room for a relative that needed to be in the area due to needing treatment for cancer. The relative got sick in the room and was told they had to leave. The person that was with her was cleaning the room but they were still told to leave. This was very unprofessional and rude. They were also told that they had to go and clean the sheets. I tried to explain the situation to management but he would not listen. To do this to anyone is terrible especially to a cancer patient!

I booked this room for a relative that needed to be in the area due to needing treatment for cancer. The relative got sick in the room and was told they had to leave. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had . The individuals staying there were fighting . Children running everywhere. People look sketchy . I will never stay there again .

The appliance in my room had a lot of rust. The furniture, The loveseat had a big rip going through it that was held together by clear Tate their refrigerators was dirty and a dead bugs dirty microwave

I checked in & was met with the presence of drug activity outfront of the building. I should of known that the night would become worse. As I heard the voice of a screaming child for well over 1-2 hours. I was amazed to find the furniture and decor so cheaply and bland. But when I turn the covers back to the bed. I quickly realized that the sheets and pillow cases was flithy & nasty with female makeup on them. Needless to say that I had a very uncomfortable night sleeping on top of the bed covers. I quickly cut my 2 days stay & checked out the next morning from the hotel from hell!!

I you need to sleep for a few hours I think this motel is a good choice - if the smell of cigarette and shady area is not a big deal for you

It was a pleasant stay this isn’t my first time the rooms are always clean a nice place to stay

We didn't like that they took money off our card. We didn't like that they had both rooms so far apart. We didn't like the pillows they were so small. We didn't like the people hanging outside all night.

Everything was coo just the handle in the shower was broken water still worked just had to play with it.. told front desk and they didn’t do anything about it.

Housekeeping service could've been better. They refused to provide fresh towels upon request unless we paid for them, and they refused to collect the soiled towels. The room had a mildew smell, and we couldn't detect where it was coming from. It may have been from the bathroom or the HVAC unit. However, the room was clean upon arrival, the exterior is okay, It's close to the highway, and nearby restaurants which was a plus. Overall, it's a okay for a quick night's stay.

Gross brown stain on sheet, no hot water, did not even have extra sheets for us to even swap them out. Offered us another room but it was smaller.

Banging doors all night. Couldn’t sleep. Checked out at 4am
