The towels and wash cloths provided are very dingy so bring your own. I paid $60 for an early check in. The Hotel was not that spectacular to be charging that much for an early check in. I was woke out of my sleep from other guests yelling and screaming. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

The sink was clogged when we arrived. There was a large hole in the wall over the nightstand as well as damage to the bathroom door and shower enclosure. The floors were dirty. The beds were made up with the sheets on top of the blanket (very weird).

It was okay I came home from NYC and fell right to sleep so overall it’s good for traveling

There were people in the parking lot listening to loud music until late at night. The area of the hotel is industrial, so not a good location for the type of stay we had.

Room appeared to be recently renovated. Fixtures in the room and bathroom were new and modern. There were people in the parking lot listening to loud music until late at night. The area of the hotel is industrial, so not a good location for the type of stay we had.

The room itself was OK but I had requested a smoking room and I didn’t get it because they had made a mistake. I was not offered a discount or anything. When somebody booked a certain type of room, they should get what they pay for it I did not.

Not so good. Sheets and towels seems to be not washed well. No coffee maker and no supplies in the room. We requested for a coffee maker but was not provided.

It was a basic place to stay.. It's definitely not a place I'd stay more than a night or two. But for a simple overnight stay where you won't be in the room a ton, it works. Wifi and TV was nice to have along with the microwave and mini fridge I reserved a king bed and it was not available upon arrival so we got a room with 2 full size beds. Little less comfy for a couple who wanted to stay in the same bed. Place was slightly run down (holes in the bathroom door, shower was wobbly against the wall). Had a slight aroma to it so if you are smell sensitive keep that in mind. Area it was in is a little riugh around the edges but its close to a bunch of surrounding places like new york and downtown jersey city.

The receptionist was very unprofessional and unhelpful make me wait like 1 hr to check in and was really confused ?

The property suit our needs well enough, but the room was quite run down and the furniture was old and rickety. They were very low on amenities such as shampoo and soap. The location was ok, but we would not stay here again.

Tv and satellite channels in the room allotted were not working. When I informed the office, the representative confirmed to send a technician to fix the issue but no one came.I had to check out the next day!

We had a nice cozy stay for couple days. Room was clean and everything was functioning properly. Grab and go breakfast was a plus. Staff was friendly. Manager Rupal and front desk guy was very helpful. Overall satisfied.

A nice, cheap place to stay for a few nights. Nothing too great, but has everything you need! Would definitely book here again if needed.

Great value for money, spacious clean room and a great shower! I came here for business and definitely recommend it. The Wi-Fi was good, there was lots of space and working areas for me in my room at the end of the night, the fridge and microwave clean.

We had an issue with our original accommodations and needed a place to stay, but I DEFINITELY would have rather stayed elsewhere. If we had a vehicle we would have stayed in there instead. There were bugs everywhere and no one slept at all the entire night except for my baby who had a cockroach fall right next to his face while he slept. Needless to say we were up all night watching for bugs. In addition to the bugs, the other people staying there were sketchy to say the least. I would not have been surprised if we had come back to find someone rifling through our belongings, which is why we kept all our valuables on us when we were outside of the room. Also there was an incident right next door to our room and the police were out there for over 5 hours through the night dealing with it. If there was no bugs and we had been able to sleep, we would have been kept up all night hearing someone loudly crying right outside our window for hours. I will never stay at another Travelodge after this. I'd definitely advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere and take a chance at another hotel. This one is a hard pass for sure. Don't risk it.

Staff not very welcome . The room #113 Had dried food on the walls. There were no hangers in the closet(really) The only soap provided were nickel size disc of soap We had to pay for toilet paper This place should be closed Do not send people here !

It would have been nice if they had more creamer options for the coffee. and if they could add more drink/ food options for a quick grab and go in the morning. Other than that i really had no complaints at all. They place and staff were EXCELLENT.

I find it unbelievable that this property requires a $50 cash deposit. Yes, it does say this on Expedia but it is not easy to even find it. The property is also very difficult to access due to the divided road. I do not recommend it.

They have made effort to fix up an old place and is very acceptable except that the old door had a large gap between it and the frame. Was lucky it wasn't a really cold night.

My room was clean but my sheets weren’t change there were so many hair on the sheets which wasn’t mine . I ask front desk to have them changed I cleaner had a attitude and was very rude he gave me the sheets to do it myself.

It is very basic and simple. It was adequately clean. We had to pay what a consider to be too high a price because it was a holiday weekend and there was nothing else available in the area. Unfortunately our sleep was interrupted at 2 a.m. by someone trying and trying the electronic lock on our door and talking loudly (drunk?), which did not open. They had the wrong room number. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone in the room did not work. I had to get up, turn on lights, etc. No apologies or offer of compensation!

Owners were nice, and the room was as-expected from online photographs. It's considered a two-star hotel online, but other than the room being small, I would definitely mark it up as a 3 star. It was very clean, smoke-free room was definitely smoke-free, and the bathroom was freshly cleaned.

In town for a car show and needed a room we could park the car right outside of and could watch from the window...we were SOOOO happy with the room, the parking, the service, everything!!! We will be back!

It was really bad there were bed bugs in the room, my daughter had a bad time really bad time. I get that it’s a cheap place and you get what you pay for but bed bugs is not acceptable! It was an older property. The room/ parking lot was very clean. Just older and could tell with furniture/building. Have done some updates to the room. For the price and location, it works. Very safe area. Check in/out was easy.

the "continental" breakfast was very poor, no place to sit, you have to take the food back to your room. the bath tub was very dirty, almost black, thank goodness we brought our rubber flip flops.

The property itself is a bit run down. The staff is helpful and polite but I wouldn’t book this place if you’re looking for a nice/decent room. The rooms give you more of a motel kind of vibe. Things are a bit worn out in the rooms. Bed springs are loud, the walls are damaged with paint chipping, and the floors are uneven. Like I said, the location is not nice. The staff is accommodating. The area around is super sketchy! Only good thing was that we were close to NYC.

For Breakfast have only Bread, muffins and coffee. The room front door has small openings through which bugs enter the room. Bath Tub and sink are not cleaned properly.

The worst is were is located. You need taxi for everything and around it’s very ugly. For the rest I didn’t expect mothing different. Was ok for our pourpose except for location as i said. They should improve daily ly cleanliness. Its really poor. We don’t care about breakfast but it’s important to say that it’s not really a breakfast.

There were hairs in the sheets, I had to ask for clean sheets, and there were no blankets provided. I had to ask the receptionist for clean sheets and blankets but she could only provide me with one set, therefore, 3 of us had to sleep in one bed. There was no water available only from a vending machine. It cost $150 and was supposed to be a 4 star accommodation. Unfortunately, we had no choice because it was 1.00 a.m. in the morning and it was a last minute booking due to flight complications. When I complained, the receptionist was not helpful at all, did not apologize and barely spoke English.

Parking seemed a bit limited. They have a little breakfast nook by the office, nothing to write home about, but you could get coffee and fresh juice and make toast or eat cereal. I m easy going, plain ordinary room with bed(s). Good bang for the buck.

The room, amenities, staff, features were just fine for an overnight stay. I was attending a nearby two-day conference in the area and this worked out just fine for what was needed. I.e a nice place to spend an overnight.

Not easy to get to. Area was not great. No amenities available. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Would not recommend for extended stay but good for catching a nights sleep before heading out as it is close ro interstate.

Avoid this hotel, while the room was clean, the property itself is in a bad location. Only stayed here because of a flight cancellation, and it was the only place I could get. Wish I had stayed at in the airport. Way overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

That bathroom was nasty. Floor was dirty. And smells. I wasn't happy at all. It was nightmare. I asked change the room and next one had bugs in the bathroom so I asked change another room.

the room was unfinished on the baseboards the floor was unleveled there wasn't enough room service towels or comfortable blankets other than that it wasn't terrible but could be better the bathroom toilet tub and sink was not clean i had to buy bleach to clean the tub toilet and sink the floor needed cleaning also i worked at several hotels motels and the one could have been cleaned way better
