    That staff was all super nice. The halls, lobby and stairways were clean. Rooms not so much. Towels had hair on them from other use (not my own). Found a few Easter eggs in 1 of the cubby areas in our room. Could have done a better sweeping/mopping job in the rooms for sure. No elevator and still offer Covid breakfast. Had 6 guests total got 3 bags of breakfast. You have to ask for it even though there is a counter for breakfast.

    I did not use most amenities, so I can only speak to a few. The free onsite parking was a plus, but VERY limited. They did have a water cooler in the lobby with fresh filtered cold (and hot) water which was great. However, they did not have the continental breakfast, coffee, or juice available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was about a 15 minute drive to a parking garage giving us direct access into the city on the path train (20-30 minute ride), so location was convenient.

    Nothing Everything …. The staff was worst to the limits, however the morning guy was little consolation and he was nice. The couple during the day time was awful in talks over the phone and in physical as well. Taunting and quite unwelcoming. It was all mess. The next morning breakfast was given in a small bag with few energy bars in it along with hot water in the name of coffee. Attaching the pics

    Just one man at check-in was mean and rude. Didn’t want to communicate cause he was sleeping got mad cause I woke him up other than that. The ladies and the other stash were great. Just the midnight shift workers call him sleepy mean man other than that great place to stay the night lady was helping us a lot cool young lady I like everything just the man at night he sleep I got him up to check in he mean try tell me $90 for early check-in, didn’t understand that

    The bathroom was dirty had feces on the toilet asked to change rooms. They denied ask for room service stated that room service was unavailable then stated that they had a bathroom in the lobby upon using the bathroom. There was a bloody pad laying in the bathroom.

    Parking did not feel safe. The staff property manager Sam was extremely rude and his hostile interaction with me resulted in me filing a complaint with the hotel for an unsanitary bath tub with slime and gunk in it to Sam’s terrible attitude. I will not be visiting this days inn again

    Location was good, very close to the NJ Transit bus stop in Jersey City, which made commuting quite convenient. Also, one of the reception staff members (a young lady) was very cordial and helpful during our stay. However, there were several disappointing issues. The hotel advertises complimentary breakfast, but it was actually just snacks. It would be more accurate to describe it as light refreshments rather than breakfast. The most serious issue was related to parking security. The CCTV cameras in the parking area were not functioning. During the night, another car hit my parked vehicle and caused a dent. When I later asked the hotel management for CCTV footage to identify what happened, I received no response. Hotels should take responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of their guests’ property. At the very least, security cameras in the parking area should be operational. Unfortunately, I had to spend about $2000 to repair my car. Overall, this became a nightmare experience for me due to the lack of proper security measures. Very disappointing experience.

    The front desk employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. I provided my credit card and ID for verification since the room was already prepaid. Without explaining anything or asking for consent, he attempted to charge my card for use of the in room safe, which was already in the room. When the charge was declined due to my card's security controls, I questioned why my card was being charged at all, especially without my authorization or a clear explanation. Rather than addressing the concern calmly, he raised his voice and insisted it was hotel policy. I pushed back, matching his "energy" because I had just stayed at another hotel under the same brand and have stayed with this brand many times. Charging a guest's card without consent or explanation is not standard practice. His only response was to point repeatedly at a small sign behind the glass that was poorly placed and not clearly visible, using that as justification for an unauthorized charge. On top of that, despite arriving after check in time, the room was still not ready. After waiting around ten minutes with no key, no room, and no resolution, l left. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional hotel check in experiences I have ever had.

    Aside from being outdated and run down, this place was dirty. My window looked like someone had rested their greasy forehead against the glass. The tile flooring was also not mopped as my socks were dirty after walking across the floor. The deadbolt on the door wouldn’t lock and the door locking mechanism was not securely attached to the door. There was no elevator so we had to carry our bags up the stairs and since parking was below the main floor, that meant I had to carry my bags up two flights of stairs. Major security issue was the door from parking lot was open all night long with no card swipe required, so anyone from the street could go up the back stairs and access the building. As for the complimentary breakfast, I didn’t even go down as I didn’t trust it based on the unsanitary conditions everywhere else. This was a cheaper option than many other hotels but I would highly recommend spending a little more money and staying somewhere else.

    The parking is under the hotel and there is no elevator. Handicapped parking is at the main level. There are roughly 6 spots and most are used by staff. The room i stayed in looked clean byt we found a cockaroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Our phones never charged because the outlets in the room wouldnt hold the plugs in. Horrible night. We ran out of there as soon as we were awake

    It was the most inconvenient and horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. The moment we walked in the lobby reeked of weed and smoke. The grounds outside were cracked, dirty, and clearly not regularly maintained/cared for. When we tried to check in we were told there would be a 30 dollar early check in fee even though the room was already cleaned and prepped. We walked in and the room was dim, the bathroom tiles were cracked, and the "amenities" such as shampoo and soap were limited and in small quatities. The room was at least clean (at least with what we could see with our naked eyes). The bed was creaky so whenever me and my bf would get intimate it was likely very audible to other guests (we know cause we could hear others as well). Back to the bathroom, the toilet took forever to flush and we woke up one morning to the bathroom being completely flooded. The next time the toilet flooded (yes this happened twice) it was as 2 in the morning and insteas of the staff offering to quickly mop it up (or even offering a mop so we could clean if ourselves) we were told to just move rooms. This forced us to pack all our belongings and move to the second floor (no elevator by the way), both me and my bf agreed that this was entirely unnecessary seeing as it was just the bathroom that was the problem. The new room's bathroom at least had a properly flushing toilet and ceiling fan. However, one of the lamps was not working and since the room faced the road it was extremely noisy all nigh

    This is a poorly maintained property with rude and inconsiderate front desk.     The room was nice but the rest of the hotel was horrible. The breakfast which was included consisted of a frozen muffin, cheap fruit cup and a cheap granola bar. All in a paper bag. For one night it was more than $150 a night, and definitely not worth it.

    The check-in window had bullet proof glass. Behind the clerk stuff was piled from floor to ceiling. The smell of smoke in the entry was horrible. I am sooo surprised a Wyndham hotel like this would be allowed to have the Wyndham name and I'm surprised that Expedia even lists it. Very disappointed in both organizations. The place is disgusting. We didn't feel safe. We honestly should have left. Now... we spent the day in NYC so maybe it happened there, but we have bug bites this morning we noticed leaving the hotel. Do not stay at the hotel. Wyndham we expect more from you!!!

    First day the toilet kept pushing our piss around the room because it kept flooding. Also the staff strategically bangs on your door at 9:30am to offer house keeping, to egg you to be awake for an on time check out. Essentially they wake you up two hours prior to 11am. Then once 11am hits, they will call your room at 11:01, and every 3 minutes afterwards. The inclusive breakfast comes with a granola bar, cup of water and a stale muffin. You’re better off sucking on rocks from outside. Like I mentioned earlier, I was in 4 different rooms. Every single sheet was plastered with food stains and hair. They don’t actually change sheets, just make the beds for the next family to come in. In between days if you’re there early enough or up early enough, you can also just spectate them at 9:30am. They enter every single room with garbage bags, but there’s no carts full of clean linens. They walk in throw trash out, and leave the rooms for the next family while never changing the sheets. I’m not one for rumors but if you have the misfortune of having to sleep here with no choice, I urge you to just watch for this. It will make you laugh on how true it is. All in all, this is not a get what you pay for hotel. A shelter would have better conditions, and that’s being generous. Every shower was a biohazard. Just not worth it.

    The online pictures are deceiving. The lobby is run down, there is safety glass between you and the check in person making you feel like you are one turn from seeing a robber, the rooms are dirty, half of the outlets in our room didn't work and the bathroom needs work (mirror cracked, half ass tile work, outdated). I would call this a 1-2 star hotel - basically a place to sleep and then get out.

    To my shock, she later informed me—without any courtesy or professionalism—that while I’m away at a conference, she would move my belongings into a smoking room. I explained that I am a non-smoker and specifically requested a non-smoking room, but her response was, “That’s none of my business.” This level of disregard for a guest's comfort and personal property is unacceptable in any hospitality setting. No guest should be treated with such hostility or threatened with having their belongings moved without consent. I expected professionalism, but instead encountered behavior that was petty, retaliatory, and unbefitting of the hospitality industry. This experience has left me disappointed, especially as I am attending an important international conference and expected peace of mind during my stay. The breakfast is not a big deal just orange juice, muffin and a oatmeal bar must be considered snack and not breakfast; and it is located in a very busy street and transit coming all the time overnight, so if you're looking for a quite place to sleep this is not a good place. I also wanted to add that the bedding was stained and the shower towels had an odor and the hallways smelled like cigarettes because there was an ash tray in the hallway that was never cleaned while I stayed in the hotel. At some point we ask for more towels and the front desk person was not happy to give us more towels. Overall a disgusting experience if I’m honest.

The room is horrible with foul Odors, ripped bed sheets, hair on the bed sheets, a floor with wet sticks to the shoes, the bed with frame making a noise, and, most importantly, the power switches not working, and safety issues. We asked for a change of room but were denied and left the room within 30 minutes since the kids, and we were unable to stay in this horrible place. There is no parking and properly available to pull the luggage

    The noise on Route 1/9 was intolerable so a good night's sleep was impossible. There was no elevator so we had to lift bags up the stairway.

    Most importantly the person who checked us in was little rude and unprofessional. He asked me my email and number so that he can sign me up for rewards. When I said no his tone was judgmental and he said you don’t want Macy’s gift card, free nights and all. If someone says no you do t need to judge them make them feel uncomfortable. Also hotel info says free breakfast. The breakfast was given in paper bag, one small bottle of apple juice, one small muffin, and one energy bar. All poor brands, even Costco food is 100 times better and probably cheaper.

    RECOMENDADO!! Todos sabemos lo costoso que es hospedarse en New York y una opción es quedarse en new jersey. Pues la verdad tenía miedo hospedarme acá porque leí malos comentarios en exceso y déjenme decirle que me siento mal por esas personas que tuvieron mala experiencia. Pero fui desde 26 de marzo hasta el 30 y tengo que decir que el hotel está en remodelación. Paredes pintadas. TODO LOS PISOS están siendo cambiados o mejor dicho ya se cambiaron a porcelanas NUEVAS. El ambiente muy limpio. El staff te limpia y ordena la habitación TODOS LOS DÍAS. Lo único es que el hotel ofrece “desayuno” pero no hay. Solo café. (Al menos en mi tiempo de estadía” otro punto es que si te molesta el sonido. Pues el hotel queda justo en una calle principal. Y puedes escuchar los autos pasar toda la noche. Pero si solo te hospedas para dormir y llegas cansado. El sonido no lo notarás. La verdad SI RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. Nos dieron toallas, jabón. Hicieron la cama. Todo limpio. No tengo ninguna queja. Las camas son cómodas. Buena iluminación, hay nevera, microondas y TV que funcionan muy bien.

    That being the fact that they’re under construction, it was a pleasant day, quiet, relaxing as I requested the area in the room that I was in was clean was renovated could use a little better tub, maybe a mat inside the tub over all the experience good

    We got people screaming down the hall two out of three nights. And a police visit for an attempted suicide. I do not know why the police was not called when the screaming started in the hallway. Beds extremely noisy. Overall the experience was not a good one. Some positives and lots of negatives. Doubt I’ll ever stay there again.

    The only reason we booked this hotel is because it was the closest one available to where we went for New Year's Eve. We wanted to stay safe and not drive anywhere. The whole hotel looks old and dirty. Even the tv remote was covered in filth. But worst part is the ROACHES! There were cockroaches crawling all over the bathroom. By the time we got there it was too late to ask for another room. But by the looks of other reviews, it wouldn't have mattered. The bugs are everywhere! I told the manager at check out and he said that's the first time he's ever heard of a roach problem. Big lie! Look at the most recent Google reviews. He offered a 10% discount. But I'm sorry I spent even a penny on this filth pit. I can only hope none of the vermin that we saw or didn't came home with us. Do no stay here even if it's the only option!

    The experience didn’t improve upon entering. There was a strong smell of smoke and other unpleasant odors, and the place was visibly dirty. The entrance was cramped and stinky, with signs of ongoing construction. There was no elevator, so we had to use the stairs to reach the second floor. The stairway was grimy, with walls and surfaces showing neglect and construction debris. The room itself was disappointing—far from clean. Several lights didn’t work, and I personally saw cockroaches in both the main room and the bathroom. The shower drain didn’t function properly, leaving a puddle while bathing. On top of that, we had to reset the door lock on the second day. I’m writing this review for two reasons. First, I want to warn families like mine not to be misled as we were. Second, I feel compelled to point out that this place, labeled as a Days Inn by Wyndham, charges prices similar to high-end hotels but offers the experience of a budget motel. It might work for a single person needing a one-night stay, but families should think twice. That said, they are undergoing construction, so hopefully, things will improve in the future. :)

    The place looks like a $50 per night motel, not the $150 per night that we paid for. The beds were small, the room was terrible. There’s was a small coffee machine and a couple of small muffins in the morning. The place was being renovated so I looks very bad at the time. Highly recommend to stay away from this place at the price that the charge per night.

    The room was unacceptable. Cigarette burns all over the bed, horrible uncomfortable squeaky mattress, everything in the room was worn and dirty. The whole building smelled like cigarettes and mold. The manager refused to refund our money even though we stayed somewhere else. The room cost over $300.

    The lobby was disgusting and in disrepair. The room was beyond gross. There were roaches sighted. The bathroom was filthy with pipes sticking out. The sheets had cigarette burns in them, mattress was smelly and sprung. Walls were dirty and the room had a smell of backwoods rolled blunts.

    I’ve seen places like this on TV but never have I ever encountered such a dump in real life. I stayed a total of 2 hours before giving up and checking out. It was unclean, unsanitary, unfriendly, out of date. If this place was free I still wouldn’t stay here

    It qas siaguatingly sirty. We had no where else to stay so had no chooce. The front desk people could not speak or understand English, so trying to communicate with them was nearly impossible. The bathroom had urine all over the toilet and seat, there were ling dark hairs all over the shower and in tub. Floors were dirty and lights in bathroom were broken. Matress was stained. There was mouse dropping behing the bed. The next morning as we were packing up to leave, there was a roach crawling on the wall. i tried to make them awaare but they did not understand me. i would rate this a negative 100 stars if i could. This hotel should be shut down.

    Noisy, not clean.. saw a cockroach and a mouse while I was there for just 1 night. They were renovating so it was quite noisy - add that to the traffic noise right outside the window and you have a recipe for a bad night rest.. won’t return again anytime soon!

    Horrible , bed bugs , roaches and mice running around dirty stained rooms , cigarette burns on all bedding , says breakfast included and there was nothing at all ! Mold in bathroom and paint peeling off walls , demanding a refund of my stay ! Can not believe Sunday would put their name in this dumpster fire ! Do not stay for any reason !
