For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment. Cash is not accepted. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, and USD 15 per day thereafter. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are available at this property and are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of USD10 per hour will apply for early check-in and late check-out. Any damage to linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet or towel) caused by guests will incur a charge. Smoking in non-designated areas will incur an additional charge of USD 250. Please note that additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night.     They charge you more than what your booking says. The pool is closed indefinitely, they dont serve any type of breakfast...not even coffee. The fitness center has 1 bike and 1 treadmill. They dont even have enough keys for the rooms. Staff had to keep letting us in our room because there was no keys available. Drugs and prostitution are rampant. Someone got shot in the hotel. Hallways and Laudry room are filthy. Not worth the money I spent

    NOTHING. Wait the lady that told me when I was walking in that there was drug addicts all over Inlike that! EVERYTHING! Booking.com have all these properties list on they website beautiful pool clean rooms. But it’s far from the truth look at pics and half of they pools are not operational and they rooms stink and dirty. And then when you ask for a refund you get the run around for weeks

    The room was dirty and u kept. Tv remote was missing. Drawer was missing in the kitchette. Lobby/entry was unclean. Unruly children running around disturbing the other guests. Reservation was not honored properly.

    Pictures are not what it looked like, when we got there THEY DID NOT HAVE MY HONOR MY RESERVATION, they gave it to someone else, the pool was down and they had no key cards so front desk would have to walk with u everytime you need to get it your room!     The Hotel was closed when I got there. I couldn’t check into the Hotel, all the doors were closed, nobody was in the lobby, I had to go to a different Hotel to sleep for the night until the morning, I had extra expensive that they didn’t tell me about it. The worse experience.

    I liked the price however the property was not maintained well overall. I reserved a two bed however the key pad didn’t work & staff couldn’t open the door. So I was given a 1 bed. The room door key didn’t work at first with the second room. Had to wait awhile to get into room. The microwave was old & damaged, unusable! The stove top was old & worn. The refrigerator was leaking water. The Bathroom vanity was missing a door & drawer. The room was pretty clean however I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. The hallways spelled like smoke. The pool was closed due to gate not working. The tenants were loud & disrespectful! I was not able to get any rest the one night I stayed there. I checked out after one night! I will not rent there again. I’m waiting on a refund!

    My kids had a great time in the pool Had requested 2 rooms close to each other. One on first floor the other on 3rd floor. Had to move room because the first on was dirty.     All of the rooms had letters taped to them announcing the hotel had been sold although nothing was said to us at check-in. That should have been our warning. Once you entered the room one could easily see the hotel had not been maintained properly and/or up to standards. The furniture was old and very marred. The kitchen appliances were quite old and non-working. There were no utensils/plates, pots or pans. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The restrooms in the lobby were absolutely disgusting! The men's room was not even in working order. These restrooms remained in those conditions OUR ENTIRE STAY of three days. The breakfast was quite minimal as they offered only pre-packaged muffins or Nutra-grain bars. The pool area was laughable. There were only two chairs for use. The pool water level was quite low. The maintenance man was working on the pool our entire stay. Plus they were power-washing the parking lot adjacent to the pool blowing all of the dirt right into the pool area!!!! WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! After this experience, I am not sure I will ever consider staying with another of your establishments!!

    The only thing good about this day was some of the employees and that's it!!!! Things I didn't like about to say was no TV for 3 days, no remote control for the 3 days, I kept having to ask and ask and ask and ask and still on the 3rd day going on the 4th day still nothing, no TV, no remote. Next, when I booked online they seem to have problems with the reservation and would not stop all day everyday knocking on my door stating they could not find my reservation both times!!!! This is not a place I would recommend ANYONE to stay at especially if you want any type of service at all!!! Yes, there were a select few employees who were amazing but, WITH NO TELEVISION, NO REMOTE, NO WIFI 50 % OF THE TIME, NO ICE MACHINE, ETC ETC....I'd DEFINITELY recommend staying elsewhere.

    This is not a good place to stay. The lock for the outside door was broken. Smelled like cigarettes and marijuana real bad inside the hallways. Dirty room and no toilet paper in room. Front desk staff was not accommodating.

    The pictures of this property were old or not updated. The hallways and room smelled terrible. Rust was on the refrigerator, drawers were broken and bathtub was severely stained. Trashed was piled up in the stairwell and the most concerning issue was people were literally sleeping in the stairways. I went to go down the stairs on the morning of checkout and could not walk down the stairs due to people laying and sleeping all in the way.

    Checked into the hotel and was told by the front desk lady there was no rooms downstairs. I requested that when I booked the room. She gave me a room key for a room on the second floor. My son and I took all of our stuff to the room. The hotel smelled like weed throughout the whole building. When I opened the door it smelled like cigarettes. I paid for a queen size bed and a pull out couch. There was a broken recliner and a bed. I then went back downstairs and told the lady, which looked like she just woke up and was high, that the room wasn't what I paid for. She then looked at the computer and mysteriously there was a room on the first floor! The hotel was really dirty and the people were that were staying there looked like they were on drugs! Pool wasn't maintained. Will not stay here again!

    The hallway to our room smelled heavily of smoke both when we arrived and left. The key card worked fine but we couldn't open the door without body checking it due to the strike plate not being attached to the door jam properly. The lamp between the beds did not have a lamp shade which would have been a problem if the lamp worked. There were also wires hanging out of the bottom of the ac unit. The room looked clean (don't look under the beds) and pest free. The bathroom was also clean but did have pet damage on the door from a previous guest. The "gym" had 3 pieces of simple equipment. The laundry was out-of-order. The building is old and shows its age. There was no wifi available. If there was we were not given any sign in info. During check-in, we had to pay a $100 deposit in addition to the room cost. Which we were not made aware of before checking in. We were told we will get back after check-out.

    I have been here for 2 weeks and my room is huge, quiet and clean. Towels and linen shower curtain are fresh and the bed is a bit lumpy, but I'm old. Front desk Ms. Tish is super friendly and helpful. A great value on a budget. Outside door to outside doesn't function so anyone can walk in.

    Absolutely nothing. It was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at and left within the hour. The staff were rude & nonexistent after 11 pm. The room was moldy and disgusting. Blood in the shower. No sheets on the bed. Broken tv. It would’ve been better sleeping in my car.

    The smell of marijuana everywhere, fans are going inside to dry carpet, room was dirty, smelly, the picture on the wall was Brocken. Non-living condition. We left right away. Outside drunk/homeless people. Orbitz first refused to help us with refund, saying it was not refundable. We went back to the hotel and made them refund the money. Orbitz later apologized. We had horrible experience with the hotel and Orbitz service.

    Friendly Staff, Bedding was clean, No Bugs or rodents. Just About Everything! Paid for a Deluxe King Suite and Got 2 Double Uncomfortable Beds Instead (fun sharing a double bed my wife). They Stated Booking On Booking.com Doesn’t Guarantee The Room You Booked/Paid For. That Was A First. We Always Get What We Paid For. The rooms are old, outdated, smelly, & stains everywhere. Bathrooms are gross. Drains do not properly drain in the sink nor bathtub. Beds are worn out and sunken in. Thank God we are only here for one night. The building smells like marijuana. FYI. Bring your own towels, wash clothes, soap, and shower shoes. The kitchen was gross. You definitely get what you paid for, hence the low review rating. We learned our lesson and won’t be cheap ever again for a one night stay. We could have gone elsewhere easily, but the only reason we stayed was because we saw this beautiful little girl get off the school bus and walked down the hall to her hotel room. It’s so sad she has to live in this particular hotel. We figured if she is living here full time, we can survive one night. Praying for her and her family. The sign says they are switching to new management so hopefully they turn this dump around, make it better, or it needs to shut down permanently.

    Don’t let the location fool you!!! Very outdated and in the need of renovation $100 deposit but tub was ragedy plugs falling apart, dripping faucet all night in the kitchen . Peeling cracked sofa, old fridge and dish washer falling apart. Beautiful location of property but need to work on property before renting but if u a single person not picky and just want a place to lay you get it for a good price. You pay for what you get

    Room was outdated ,Woman was on the stairs doing drugs , then when returning upstairs she was passed out in the stair way had to walk around her ,felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. Hallways are confusing ,elevators felt very unsafe and unstable. Room had bad smell dirty feeling carpet , hallways had what looked like blood stains on them . Suite did not have a couch , unstable flooring. Just overall bad experience

When my daughter went to ask for more towels, she was told she couldn't have any. When i went to ask, i was told I needed to bring back the dirty towels. When I did that, i still wasn't given enough washcloths.

    Room was big They have NO ICE in the whole hotel. No coffee pot in the room. They display an offering of assorted dishes, including a coffee pot, but when I asked for them they said they didn’t have any. After looking, I was given a box with 2 bowls, 2 plates and 4 knives. No spoons, forks, cups, etc. The house keeper was playing music and singing loudly out of the rooms she was cleaning. They must not be used to people actually sleeping. My mother works overnight and was trying to sleep during the day. Thank God we had headphones. The woman working the desk when we checked in really seemed to get annoyed with me when I was asking for ice and dishes.

    There were NO supplies in the kitchen, not even a coffee pot. Not a single chair in the room to sit on to eat. No place in the bathroom to put toiletries, no table or stand, and the one hook was broken off the door. The bed linens didn't fit and I wasn't confident they were clean. The kitchen sink was open underneath with broken Ptrap plumbing visible. The kitchen counters were worn and dirty looking and the stove elements dirty. Worst room I've ever had.

    Easy to get to When walking on the floors there were many spots that were soft in the hallway and the room. The room had a smell to it. I had to get some spray to get rid of the smell. The pillows are very cheap compared to most hotels I have stayed in. The bathtub looked disgusting. We didn’t even shower while we were there.

    STAY Away from this place.     Caution: this did not seem like a motel that serves interstate travelers. Night clerk responded after hours and checked me in despite a crazy person trying to break in the front door and two cops outside responding. Would not recommend.

They couldn't fix the key so my only option was to not leave the room until checkout. The room was disgusting. Not cleaned at all. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

The girl was very nice but it was terribly inconvenient. The telephone in the room didn't work either. Also no soap or paper towels in lobby bathroom. The kitchen in the room had NO supplies.     I would no recomend this place to anyone when I was given the room keys I was given room 132 and I went to the room I opened the door and to my surprise people were in the room they gave us a room that was being used after that I was given an empty room and noticed all of the furniture is old scuffed up and a big stain on the bath floor the drawers were sticky no breakfast options only coffee and muffins no ice maker and the mattress was really really hard

I was moved to a new room and the new room also had a dirty bathroom and the pillow cases were dirty. I am very upset. Extended stay is not wanting to give me a refund.     I did not like the selection of items for breakfast that there was not any eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal and milk, fresh fruit, juices, or hash browns. I did not like that there were no cook ware, utensils, ice trays, and other kitchen supplies already available in the kitchen. I did not like that I requested ice trays and never received any. I did not like that I had to report the bathroom sink was clogged, and a light bulb needed to be replaced in the bathroom and lamp on the kitchen table. I did not like that I had to take towels downstairs to change out. I did not like the bathtub and feel it was clean or appealing to take a bath in.

    People live here and you get what you get with that. When we checked in, there were a couple of russian guys at the front desk checking in with "escorts". The hallway to our room smelt like straight pot. The bed was awful and i slept in the recliner for the two nights we were there. The staff was very understanding and friendly and gave me a partial refund for the inconvenience. The parking lot needed a good cleaning and people had their laundry out on their cars overnight. Lots of food choices nearby

    BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT come to this hotel. I was traveling with my wife,3year old girl and newborn boy. Pulling into this hotel the first thing I noticed was the junkies standing by the door trying to get a free room although the outside did look clean and up to date. Checking into the hotel it was a hassle just to get 3 towels! Walking into our room the god awful smell of urine almost made me take the kids to sleep in the car being it was so late and hard to find another hotel. Walking into our room in the beggining our keys did not work so I had to go back down the elevator that is very sketchy to get new ones. Walking into the room I was greeted with a cabinet hanging. I told my wife to just take a shower it will not be forever it is just too late for a new hotel. After 30 minutes of no hot water still u went down to complain. Ofc no one knew anything about this. After the front desk told me it should be back on it still wasn't an hour later I went to go back down to get it fixed. Ofc no one is at the front desk and I have to call on the phone. Another lady appears and tells me she is going to flip the switch on the water heater bc of the previous lady who did not know how to fix it. After the nightmare of Luke warm water I look up to black mild all inside of the hotel. Buyer beware this is not the end. They moved me to a different room which is "upgraded' to be even more filthy!     When I arrive to the property, the girl at the front counter, notified me that the room that I had reserved was not available so my arrangements needed to be adjusted to what they had which was not what I had reserved. Then upon entering the room, I noticed that the lights and outlets did not work. Additionally, the back door had no lock on it so anyone could access the hotel at any moment. The hallways were full of trash. When I brought the nonworking lights and outlets to the hotel concierge attention, they told me that there was no maintenance person on for the weekend and that they would have to see if they could come and fix the lights and if they couldn’t fix the lights that they would switch my room. That never happened. My room was never changed and maintenance. Never came to fix the light.

    The Staff is kind and professional they are great about linens and towels and anything that you need for your room. They charge $100 deposit but if you do what you're supposed to do and leave the room in good condition like it was when you came in then they return your deposit.

    The room has a musty, wet smell. There was no trash can in the room. The electrical outlet was missing the cover where the tv was plugged in. The bath tub was so dirty we put a towel in the tub so we could stand in to take a shower.     Broken door locks, smell of drugs throughout entire inside and outside, no presence of staff after 7pm, room absolutely disgusting, stains on walls, stains in shower, broken room amenities, loud rooms from people who appear to live there, people coming and going that aren't staying there, not enough parking lot lights.     Checking in was easy, but when I got to my room around 7 or 8 PM (I can't remember the exact time), I dropped off my things and left. When I returned, I noticed a terrible odor in the room. The front desk basically said there was nothing they could do about it because I booked through Expedia. It was late, and I couldn't find another hotel due to the time and the difficulties I encountered getting to JAX. The staff member didn’t offer to come up to the room or help in any way; she simply said, "Well, that's on you." Additionally, the computer chair was stained, and the bathtub was awful. I have photos for proof. Overall, I will not be staying at an extended-stay hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone I know. I did notice the gym had ceiling tile and it was just nasty. lucky it was close to my job, I shouldve just slept in my car at that point.

    The hallway smelt entirely of weed on the second floor, carpet was filthy and flooring sent as if it had putts underneath carpet. The room itself was fine but you could hear just about everything going on in the hotel. Couldn’t fall asleep till almost 2am from footsteps being heard all night to doors opening and shutting.

    Waiting to transition into new house. I chose the extended stay to try to save money on lodging in meals. I chose this extended stay because it was not far from my job and also convenient with shopping and in a busy prominent side of town. Lobby was nice and clean. Rooms need and upgrade and better upkeep. It is just temporary. When I had to stay another week it was a little frustrating trying to know we were in a small space to try to cook something and you had to open the window so the smoke alarm wouldn't go off. The beds are very soft and needed new mattresses even on the sofa bed.

    The room was at best average. A lot of suspicious activities going on there. The AC worked great as well as the shower. Also made use of the iron and ironing board. We were told they lock down the hotel at 11 so if our key wouldn't allow us in then we had to call someone from outside? Weird.

    When cleaning up a few things off the floor , we then realized the floor looked as if it wasn’t mopped . The painting of the tree was also upside down . To get in the building the doors was fully of nasty fingerprints and dirt . I have allergies towards pets with fur , while walking down the hall , getting on the elevator and making it to the room my throat tightened and I began having an allergic reaction to the smell of pets .

    This is the WORST extended stay I have stayed at. The fact I had my son with me and we basically had to sleep in the car until I was able to get my room switched was UNACCEPTABLE. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy….or even a dog off the street. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY !!!!

    Whoever is the proprietor of this hotel needs to have his franchise revoked. Not only was it dirty, smelly and unsafe, the bathroom didn't even have a shower curtain. I wish i could get my money and my time back. EXTREMELY disappointed with this property.

    After long day of travel we arrived at the hotel just after midnight . There was a phone out side of the lobby . I reached the clerk named Jarvis he told me they don’t check any one in after midnight. They did not give me a room. I was left scrambling to find a place for my children and I to stay. Then at 1am I saw I was charged for the stay. I never got a room! I’m my whole life of traveling I have never heard of such a rip off scam! No where in the welcome letter from the property does it show that you won’t get a room if you show up after midnight.

    The property I live at had a power outage which led reasoning for the extended stay at your business. It was close to my job which was a plus. The front office staff was nice and professional, no problem there. The room floor was so dirty that it turned my feet black. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean my room that should have already been cleaned. The let out bed had urine stains and no sheet, Iwas disgusted. The beds were very uncomfortable and the springs were digging in my back, which left me with lower back pain. The corner door that led out to the parking lot in back was broken to where anyone from the street could just walk in. That is a safety hazard. It was not worth the amount of money that I paid, which was close to$600 for 6 days total. I hope to be accommodated for this. Thank you.

    I just didn't like smelling of 'the green stuff' everytime I stepped outside of the building and returning. The smell also filled the hallways. There should also be a notification on the website mentioning your $100 deposit upon check-in. That was certainly an unwelcoming surprise.

    Overall, the room was clean and functional the electric outlet by the bed, which supplies electricity to both lamps and clock-radio was loose and nonfunctional. The only lights were in the kitchen and bathroom. The free breakfast consisted of only two kinds of muffins, Nutrigrain bars, and instant oatmeal. Pool was clean.

    Do not stay here!!!! Bathroom door knob broken Towel rack hanging off wall. Room 242 smelled like feet People hanging out in the halls accompanied by plenty of garbage. This was my first experience staying in a homeless shelter I did not feel safe at all.

    The reservation was for a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed since the reservation was for 3 people. The initial room assigned did not have a sofa bed. It only had a queen bed. I had to go back to the desk and ask how 3 people are going to sleep in one bed. The receptionist then assigned me a room with a queen bed and sofa bed.

    My stay was not pleasant. 1. First thing in the morning maintenance knocking on my door asking if I need toilet paper at 8am. I just check in a few hours ahead why would I need toilet paper?     The breakfast is just muffins. If you need anything even a blow dryer or pots and pans, you have to ask. Couldn’t take a bath because there no drain plug and the Matts are dirty too. The staff was friendly. The rooms are big. You just don’t get the room you book on Expedia.

    There were bugs or ants in the kitchen areas before i checked out. The staff only gave me limited cook wear stating it was because i was a short stay. I complained the next morning on her because i never had the issue before. The room bed was comfortable but the couch was old and the recliner was broke.
