Stayable Suites Jacksonville is 8 minutes' drive from Jacksonville International Airport. Free WiFi is provided in every room, and Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens is 3 mi away. A flat-screen cable TV and a desk are featured in all guest rooms. An private bathroom is also provided. Free on-site parking is offered, and laundry facilities is available as well for added convenience. The Prime Osborn Convention Center is 10 minutes' drive away. The hotel is 5 mi from Jacksonville Air National Guard and 9 mi from the shops and restaurants of The Jacksonville Landing. Please note that cash is not accepted as payment. Credit or debit card must be used for payment and deposit. A damage deposit of $100 USD is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card.     To be clear, this is a motel. You get what you pay for yes; I dont need a nice room w/ amenities HOWEVER, at the very least want somewhere CLEAN. Do not waste your money. It was disgusting. Smelled really bad of smoke, crumbs on the floor, idek what was on the counter & walls (sticky stuff & hair). I litterally had to pay last minute for a different hotel.

    this hotel was extremely poor. it did not feel safe or comfortable at all, and when we got to the room there was no power in the bedroom. the room had no outlets for charging stations. the TV was not working, it looked like a crack house motel.

    The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom was even nasty, I had to go out to the store to buy an extension cord to plug the TV up for it to even work. There wasn’t a microwave in the room like display and every day I had to go to the Front Desk to get my key reactivated because every time I left the room, the key deactivated .

    Some staff seemed bothered, (body language says a lot), TAKE 50 IN CASH FOR DEPOSIT, comfortable bed, ac was working ok had it it in a low setting yet room didn't get that cold, no fridge, bathtub dirty (cleaned it meself), light on vanity not working, small roaches in vanity area, quiet place, extremely close to gas stations, restaurants and highway, they are rebuilding still, hoping a lot these conditions change

    Old and outdated building and rooms. No cable tv service. They had a Roku hooked up to the tv but the WiFi was so bad you couldn’t use it. They also do weekly and monthly rentals to the locals. There was also an undisclosed $140 deposits for possible damages. But I didn’t see one thing in the room that was not already damaged. Bathroom door looked like it has been kicked in with big holes in it. Deadbolt on the door was broken and didn’t work at all. Check in was at 4pm. Office finally opened at 4:10. Then we had to wait till 5:15 because the room needed to be cleaned. The office was also closed when we went to check out. The lady at the desk was nice. But it didn’t help the condition of the hotel.

    This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It was evacuating from St Pete Florida with my son and dog. What should have taken us 5 hours to get to Jacksonville took us 11 with bumper to bumper traffic the entire way. I booked this place online an hour or two before we were destined to arrive in the area. We got there very late and check-in was very shady. All the lights were off and they had to unlock the door to let me in. You think since I already booked online, they would just hand me the key like at most hotels and I'd be on my way. Nope! Check-in process was well over half an hour with the receptionist going into detail about her ingrown toe surgery, and then taking an extra 15 minutes to go actually check the rooms before she gave us the key. It's around 2:30 in the morning and I am exhausted in my diabetic son waiting in the truck needs sleep and food. Get to the room and it was dirty. Hairs all over the bathroom. Literally no bathroom door. We both start coughing and noses running within 15 minutes of entering the room. Clearly black mold forming in corners of the ceiling. We could not stay there. We couldn't even check out because the office was closed, so we just shoved the key card under the office door and left. No sleep and left feeling way grosser than when we arrived. Absolutely horrible experience. Do not recommend this place for families, individuals, or pretty much anything outside of prostitution. And even then, you can probably find a better option

I want my money back. full refund I am going to contact the FTC and the governor. this is twice I have used Expedia and have had nothing but trouble. I will not hold my Tonge this time. I am letting EVERBODY know.

    We were there for about 5-10 minutes and just by the look of the lobby we were thinking it was a bad idea. A lady was ahead of us and she was angry about the service she was receiving and with how the room looked. We decided to stay at another hotel. So we called Expedia and canceled that hotel and reserved another hotel which we were very happy with. My mom did tell me after the fact that the hotel is known for drug dealers and prostitutes and several murders were committed on the property. Not a safe hotel to stay at. They also took 320 dollars from my account and could not tell me why they did this. They just refered me back to Expedia, but it was Stayable that took the money so Expedia had no record of the charge.

    The beds were really dirty had pee, blood stains, and black mold. There was blood on our wall. The pool wasnt even open and looked really nasty like they dont maintain it. Our door didnt shut all the way so you could just push it open. We only got 2 towels and we tryed exchange them amd not only is it $10 for them to wash 2 towels and bring them back to you we brought them our towels and never got them back!!! So we just went and bought 2 towels for $10! And when we tryed to go down and talk to the staff in the morning about our towels the doors were all locked and everyone was sleeping!!! Our bathroom tub was nasty and the elevators were broken and there were rooms you could tell have been kicked in bc there dead bolts and stuff on them and door handles layimg everywhere. Oh and the best part the blanket that was on my bed had white stains on it amd i covered up with it😭😭😭!!!

    Well the manager at the front desk is extremely Rude lets start there they offered me a free room cleaning for an inconvenience then didn't actually clean the floor when that was i asked for when she offered me the service for free, the rooms look NOTHING LIKE THEY DO IN THE PICTURE AT ALL THEY ARE LYING TO GET PEOPLE TO BOOK ROOMS HERE AND THATS NOT FAIR TO PEOPLE WHO WORK HARD FOR THEY MONEY ,THE TOWEL RACK IS JUST HANGING ON THE WALL ITS NOT REALLY IN THE WALL GOOD SO U CAN'T PUT A TOWEL ON IT THE FLOOR TILE IS PEALING UP IN SPOTS ON THE FLOOR THE BED HAVE MAJOR DIPS IN THE MATTRESS CAUSING BACK TROUBLES THIS ONE WASN'T AS COMFORTABLE AS THE WEST LOCATION AT ALL AND THEY TOLD ME THIS WAS THE BEST ROOM THEY HAD SO U TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THAT PICTURE

    Well the manager at the front desk is extremely Rude lets start there they offered me a free room cleaning for an inconvenience then didn't actually clean the floor when that was i asked for when she offered me the service for free, the rooms look NOTHING LIKE THEY DO IN THE PICTURE AT ALL THEY ARE LYING TO GET PEOPLE TO BOOK ROOMS HERE AND THATS NOT FAIR TO PEOPLE WHO WORK HARD FOR THEY MONEY ,THE TOWEL RACK IS JUST HANGING ON THE WALL ITS NOT REALLY IN THE WALL GOOD SO U CAN'T PUT A TOWEL ON IT THE FLOOR TILE IS PEALING UP IN SPOTS ON THE FLOOR THE BED HAVE MAJOR DIPS IN THE MATTRESS CAUSING BACK TROUBLES THIS ONE WASN'T AS COMFORTABLE AS THE WEST LOCATION AT ALL AND THEY TOLD ME THIS WAS THE BEST ROOM THEY HAD SO U TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THAT PICTURE

    The place exterior needs more work for increase safety. The staff was outstanding. The room was a 3.0 out 5.0 hotel rating. The flooring and bedding were above satsfactory. The components in the room refrigerator and table were unstable. Microwave work.

    I got to the front desk to check in to no staff, had to call a number, be put on hold, and wait for over 10 mins for a staff member to show up, after showing up, could not figure out how to put a $100 hold on my card for the room, after calling a manager to figure it out 25 mins has went by, I get to my room and is absolutely the worst room iv ever stayed in, only reason for not leaving is it’s pouring down rain and a bad storm and I’m on a motorcycle only seeking shelter for the night, tv don’t work, no covers on the beds only sheets, box springs showing and black, just all around dirty, i have plenty of pictures if needed

    They call you the day of your reservation to let them know at what time you'll be arriving, then when you arrive, they have you wait for someone to come, not a front desk available. After waiting 15 minutes in the car, a VERY UNFRIENDLY lady arrived on her phone. She walked in front of us and did not acknowledge us at all; she opened the door and got in by herself. I walked behind her, the place looked and smelled terrible. I stood in front of her for about one minute while she was texting. I said hello, 10 seconds later she replied hello still looking at her phone, she said nothing else, we left. This lady was so unpleasant, the customer service was no help, don't stay here!!

    Room had Roaches, though mainly stayed under couch and fridge. No desk so had to sit on bed hunched over the bedside table to use my laptop. Fridge and microwave were nice. Was not happy that they charge $25 per turn down service which I was not about to pay so I had to use the same sheets for a week. Was told there was an elevator, which there was, but 2 days after I checked in they shut it down due to "people inflicting property damage" I am slightly handicapped and all they had at check in was a 2nd floor room, so having to use the stairs the rest of my stay was hard.

    I didn’t know the place was also home for people down on their luck! we were traveling with teenagers and booked 3 rooms and I was quite uncomfortable to leave my girls alone in that environment! I was so lucky to get two rooms at the airport hotel! In the future you should not put this kind of motel on your site! This place and the whole area was unsafe!

    Dont stay at this hotel. My room had roaches slept on floor because the bed frame was broken and they wouldnt come fix it, they charge $100 deposit and when you leave they will take pictures of another room say its destroyed and keep it and split it between themselves, the pool dont swim in it it had feces smashed in bottom. Its not worth the money oh and the room doors you can just push them open they dont even lock. The only comfort i have is that the rude black girl upfront will have alot of bad luck from here out for lying about my room and keeping my deposit, God doesnt like liars i hope itll be worth it keeping my money because i literally bought a broom and mop to keep the room clean when i first got there i mopped the floor and it wasnt cleaned beforr i got there because the mop water was black when i was done. Keep my money lady and keep your karma.

The room was nasty, the sheets are filthy and the staff is very rude...I will never stay here again and i would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel...I will be requesting a refund they charged me for a 24 hour stay but we were not there for 24 hours again we weren't able to check in until 4pm and check out is at 11am...This is a scam for them to take your money I paid for 24 hours not 14.

I have a medical THC card and cigarettes leave a stinky odor, not THC. These people are scammers. Do NOT book here. Also the property is sketchy and there’s nothing but druggies circling around! Book somewhere else!

    The room smelled like smoke. The floors were dusty or just dirty. My were black. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable . You pay what you get. Should be a 60 dollar room.

    The property management didn't mention or inform us about check-in time restriction of 9 p.m. and didn't allow us to check-in late night. Left us stranded with kids and didn't refund money also. Worst staff and inhumane. The staff members didn't even allow to use the restroom for kids at first request.

    To be honest, direct, and blunt,....I wouldn't in my life ever come to this hotel ever again nor would I recommend anyone to come here. There service here is ridiculous,...no room service, no phone in the room in case of an emergency, only 13 channels on the TV, no bathroom door for any privacy, had to place the microwave on the bed to heat up food bc it wasn't an outlet for it anywhere,etc. And when I contacted the front dest and told her about everything, she didn't insist on the matter of the room condition. Like she really didn't care. But it's ok, bc it's very unprofessional for her not to look into the matter of my concern.This is very horrible. Stayable Suit, you can count your days because people gone know about this and it's unfair to have to visit an very nice town here in Jacksonville but have to sleep/rest in a uncomfortable hotel. My first and last here at Stayable Suit in Jacksonville FL.😡😠👎

    I didn’t feel very safe on this property. The adjoining door to the room was blocked with a table. Not sure why. The room smelled of very strong bleach.

    Went down for a weekend poker trip. Didnt do anything in the room but sleep which is all i needed. The hotel is a few buckets of paint and a few tile scrubs away from being perfect in my opinion. The strict rules keep people in line so I don’t see anything being a problem. I can see on the doors that it USED to be kinda ghetto ( if i may) but seems to be under new management or something nowadays.

    Horrible. I need my money back they booked more rooms than they had available and I asked for my money back they said I had to pay my first night even though they didn’t have a room available for me to stay in. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, I had to sleep in my car that night and they didn’t do anything to help me.

    I got there at after 12 midnight and no one was there to let me in. I hadn't read the fine print so didn't realize this wasn't a standard hotel that would have someone present at the front desk 24/7.
