Clean and great staff. Restaurant served great wings and breakfast also great. Old style grits and r eggs were great. Also decent location being 20 minutes from beach and 10 minutes from the big department stores.

The room was very clean once again as this is the third time staying at this location. Parking was easy and the staff was very friendly. Located close to food and shops.

Good exercise room, but few weight stations. Hated that we had to pay $20 just to park our car in the hotel parking lot, that seems ridiculous!

While I previously had a great experience at your hotel in 2024, I am writing to express my significant frustration regarding a serious billing issue during this most recent visit. Despite my stay being prepaid at $683.00, I was charged a second time. Including the incidental hold, we were out of approximately $1,500 over a busy holiday weekend. It was a major inconvenience to float these funds without a clear resolution or timely updates. I found it necessary to repeatedly prompt your staff to investigate the matter and secure our refund. Furthermore, the management situation on-site added to our distress. The manager on duty informed us she had only been in her role for 2–3 days and was unable to reach upper management for assistance due to a family emergency. Leaving an untrained manager without support during a high-volume holiday weekend was a poor business decision that left her unable to resolve our crisis. While the second charge was eventually released to my husband after our stay, the lack of preparation and communication during the process has significantly impacted our trust in this property. Loved the cute bathroom, shower sliding doors instead of curtain, a MAKEUP LIGHT! Little reading light on bed backbiard so you could read while partner sleeps. I did not eat here.

There is no insulation between two rooms wall. We were there for one night on Friday. Next room people’s were so loud and we can clearly hear all the conversations clearly all night long. Didn’t get sleep at all. I wanted call front desk, but thought next room people might sleep.

Everyone was wonderful. The only problem I had was with the pool they advertise a heated pool and they don’t have one. The water is cold actually is very very cold.

Hotel was nice my room was comfy there were no bags for the garbage cans and I’d rather hotels that don’t have carpet in the rooms.

Finally had another front desk staff understand what I booked. Check in room. Carpet was worn out with big hole in it, human feces all over by toilet. Was exhausted and sucked it up. Kids running through all banging on doors. Woke up from sound sleep. Went to desk. They could have cared less. If you want rest as needed when on a business trip STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

This hotel was fabulous. We were there for a wedding for 3 day weekend. The hotel was very spacious and the restaurant on site was amazing. The patio and outside area was the best area to relax and get away for a bit. It is also close to the town center with restaurants and shopping. I will certainly stay here again any time I am staying in the area!

Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting.

Second stay. Room was extremely clean. The beds were a little worn, but still an excellent stay. The young melanated women was exceptional. She was professional and helpful. Her energy was a great start to our stay.

Outstanding bar and restaurant, food and bar tender were phenomenal. Quiet, relaxing stay. Only complaint was pillows are terrible - bring your own. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and modern.

My previous hotel cancelled my reservation and I was stressed out. Bryce was working the front desk and he was super helpful and nice. I was really stressed out and they helped me to calm down.

Its time to renovate this property. It was just okay. There were not enough luggage carts available for use. There was a spill on the floor in front of the elevators that stayed there too long. The staff was kind and efficient. We needed a pack n play and it was delivered to our room promptly. I found the beverages in Sheraton store needlessly overpriced. $6+ for a bottled beverage is silly. We didn't have a specific problem at our stay but we also weren't impressed. Unlikely to book this property again

The patio with the fire was awesome the bartender made my tequila sunrise on valentines night it was A1 The toilet kept coming on and off for some reason the bed was alright 1-10 I give bed like a 6 other than that I enjoyed my stay

The room was clean and well stocked. The maids on the floor were friendly too. I really don't have any complaints. The only thing I really noticed was they only give you 2 towel sets in a king room. Usually you see 3 sets. The towels were big, which was a plus.

We exclusively stay at the Sheraton Jacksonville when travelling to/from NC to southern FL. Conveniently located near I95, clean rooms, pet-friendly, and the most hospitable, fun, and knowledgeable bartender we've ever met! He always makes us feel welcome and is the bright spot of our stay!

We did not love our stay. We did not feel this was walkable to anything, the 2 restaurants across the street is not restaurants we wanted to go to and not a safe road to cross with kids. We did have a car, but thought it would be walkable to multiple nice restaurants. The photos showed a beautiful pool with large windows what you would think to a garden, instead it’s dark, overlooking the gym and not heated. The outside area with fire pits was unpleasant, the chairs were dirty (not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel). It was noisy with traffic going right past it (not the garden idea from the pictures). We were charged for parking even though the TV says it’s complementary. Did not love the restaurant food, it was ok. Did not try the breakfast. View was not great. Staff was nice, but when my husband asked about the parking shown as complementary they just said “it does not say that”. There were 3 towels for 4 people and we had to ask more than once for towels. The aircon either blast hot or cold, nothing in between. While it was not awful, it felt like a 1-2 star hotel and nothing near 4-5 star, it is well below standard for what was expected. Small things, you would expect better coffee, better toilet paper, a lock to the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel. Great amenities and nice rooms. One thing to note is that the indoor pool is not heated (or it wasn’t when we were there), so the water is freezing! It was too cold to swim in it despite being indoors.

The area surrounding this hotel is a shopper’s paradise, what with a nail salon, beauty supply store, dress shop, and other specialty shops nearby. Eateries are plentiful as well. The Sheraton feels like a home away from home due to its tranquil outdoor atmosphere (view of a pond) and tastefully furnished rooms indoors.

I used to associate the name “Sheraton” with something premium, but this stay was the complete opposite. Maybe it’s just this Jacksonville location, but it was truly disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Our Stay at this hotel was AMAZING! All the staff from the front desk, the bartender, wait staff, and housekeeping were so nice, polite, and very accommodating! Had a small issue with our AC unit in the room making a little noise throughout the night, the receptionist sent someone up right away to address the issue! The next time I visit the Jacksonville area, I’ll be sure to stay at this same hotel!

The hotel was nice. It was clean. It just wasn’t $400+ for the weekend nice. The front desk attendant that checked me in seemed annoyed each time I encountered her throughout my stay. There were no wash clothes after housekeeping cleaned our room. The hotel also wasn’t in a $400+ for a weekend kind of area. Located in an office park like area that’s not well lit. Overall it was a nice hotel and it served its purpose it just wasn’t 5 star great. I honestly thing my initial greeting rubbed me the wrong way and dictated my perspective for the remainder of my stay.

The hallways and elevator smelled like a hospital. And so did the bathroom. It was “ok” not awful but not great.

Suggestions for improvements: A drink station at breakfast. We had to wait 10+ minutes for drinks both days . Just sit out a coffee and juice serve yourself station. It was incredibly frustrating. The waitress even complained about how busy she was. Breakfast was amazing but waiting for drinks while the food got cold was such a bummer. I had to go wait in a line of 6 people just to get juice from the bar. My food was cold when I got back. The baby was fussy and I couldn’t even enjoy my breakfast. Hooks in the room for towels. Only two towels were provided and with no way to hang them- it was annoying to find a place to hang them ( on the cabinets ) to dry them out for reuse. I use one for my hair and one for my husband and baby that’s 4 towels and we only had two. Overall the experience was great and we would visit again. Thank you!

Easily accessible from the highway, gas station and multiple quick places for food across the street and most importantly it was pet friendly. All of my needs were met, and my expectations exceeded. The room was clean, looked freshly renovated and the AC worked well.

I enjoyed staying at the location. It’s a bit tucked away and that was refreshing. Would definitely stay there again.

The shower curtain was 10-12 inches above the tub. And the walk fixtures were coming off the wall. The center of the wind in the room that looked out side. Could not be closed off there was not any curtains in the middle of window.

Everything was great .. I just want someone to check plumbing in the hotel. Bathroom when flush, use sink or use shower .. there is a weird sewer smell. Still getting my 4 stars for awesome service. Staff was really friendly .. definitely will recommend.

Rude, apathetic, unhelpful front desk staff lady. The interaction felt as if we were inconveniencing her after having driven 6 hrs. Same impression the next morning when asking where to locate the back patio of property. It's too bad poor customer service overshadows a great facility. Our stay was for one night, Friday, 6/27. I would recommend management review their customer service standards and ensure this lady is embracing the company's culture

The hotel was very nice. Disappointed that you had to pay for the cookies. Let me explain. I have stayed to hotels that not only off a free breakfast but also one free drink from the bar and a free late snack and popcorn for the kids. So to stay at a hotel with such a prestigious name and have to pay $4 for one cookie was a little much. Also the breakfast was not free.

Would have 5 starred but the first night the room had A/C issues. They moved us the next day and comp’d me breakfast. Overall, good location and staff was great.

The hotel provide exceptional customer service and convenient options. The food selection was outstanding, and everyone maintained a spotless environment.

Friendly staff and clean hotel

Let me start with saying the place was clean and extremely quiet. However issue I ran into was the staff, mainly the staff tha worked the bar and the restaurant area. The hotel staff like the front desk and hospitality were good. But the gentleman that worked the bar on Saturday night was beyond rude and unprofessional. I along with my guest stood at the entrance waiting to be seated as there was no sign to seat yourself. The staff working looked at me and said nothing about seating yourself. It was the customers at the bar who waved us over to set yourself. As we approached the bar and asked if we were to seat ourselves the bartender said well you can, like he really didn’t want to serve us. I asked if it was okay to sit outside. And he shrugged his shoulders and said yeah. The way he’d deliver the answer led me to ask the following question of will you serve us if we sit outside.

The indoor pool was refreshing. Buffet breakfast had good choices.

The overall stay was great. The front desk clerk was amazing not sure of her name. She was able to accommodate my families request for extra bed and checking in.

Absolutely amazing facility. I would highly recommend. If ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly she was the easiest check in I had in a long time I was very impressed I really appreciate her patience.

Nice and very clean but kinda pricey stay to have the door locks not work unless you yanked on the door handle on the inside to be able to even close the door going in or out, lighted mirror didn’t work, and hygiene items in shower (I.e: body soap) was empty.

Ambiance was great. Only thing I'd change is the shower head as it looked like it was coming out of wall and I couldn't adjust it. Walk-in shower floor was slippery.

The hotel is bit dated, but everything is working just fine. Check in was quick and smooth; ample of free parking on site. The room is well equipped with all the essentials and the bed is quite comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

Although traffic was horrible once we arrived we had a wonderful overnight stay great bar and restaurant. Food was delicious. Highly recommend!
