The hotel was in a great location and was very specious and clean. I would have rated it a 4, but the beds were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel. We will be traveling to this area frequently and I am not sure I would stay again because of the bed. My husband and I never woke up in such pain!

Decent breakfast. Mediocre coffee. In our case, the decaf was cold. Great room, nice full kitchen. Easy access to exit door on the side. We love this place. We take walks around the lake in front of the property. Multiple restaurant options within walking distance.

My family and I stayed at this property recently when my daughter had to have surgery. The staff was very friendly and would say, "welcome back" each time we would return. The beds were so comfortable, our room was very clean, and quiet. We will stay again when my daughter needs to see her doctor for a follow up.

Location and size of the room and that it had a full fridge with freezer Check in lady was very rude no real garbage cans around the facility and worse of all I didn't sleep well because the bed was soooo hard I had to double the spare sheets to create cushion to get any sleep shower bench wasn't operable

A beautiful location , parking was included the hotel appeared clean. The young lady upon checking in was very hospitable & congratulatory. I was really excited about this hotel however, while I was resting my husband turned the lights on & found roaches scattering in the kitchen . The following day, we were loading our car and had not checked out yet , we informed the housekeeper down the hall that we were coming back as she was cleaning another room on the other end, she nodded , when we returned to our room she was inside our room , our 2 salmon dinners plus extra side items we purchased @ the restaurant along with my brand new unopened bottle of organic carrot juice & was also taken and when asked she said she didn’t speak english she threw our food away , however when looking we didn’t see it or smell it , however the other bag of yogurts , bottle of wine and beverages that was also unopened was still in the refrigerator ??? My husband speaker was still plugged in and on . We had not checked out of the hotel for her to have entered our room . Be ware of your personal belongings . We spoke to the manager and due to the roaches found he offered our room fees back but couldn’t do anything for us in regards to our food being so called thrown away ( stolen) $75 gone . They had to locate the missing food so we could take pictures & see if the insurance could help get our money back from booking.com all they could offer was $15 credit towards another booking . This service Is definitely not what we are used to or expected, we will not be returning to this location . Such a beautiful hotel…. What a disappointment.

Wide variety of breakfast choices. The pool and firepit were great to have as an option to sit by when we were back at the hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was too firm, making it difficult to get a decent night sleep.

I didn't love that there are no USB ports anywhere. Make sure you bring a cube charger.

Our overall experience was good. The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The only things we didn't really like was the bed, it was a bit too firm for our taste, and the pillows werent the best either. We liked everything else. Ther room was very comfortable and spacious.

Love how roomy the room was . Nothing we really did not like .

I paid for Thursday thru Saturday and couldn’t check in til 11 on Friday not only that they sold my room that Thursday night and I paid full for my room Wednesday night

I had already paid for the room. I check my account I was charged again, the additional charges $200+ have still not returned to my account. These mistakes by the front desk should not be acceptable.

Spacious room, Great location. Breakfast Need a substitute for pork. Not everyone eats pork. There's turkey bacon, Turkey sausages. Hash browns would be great for those who don't eat meat.

My family of five very much enjoyed our stay here. We LOVED having the full kitchen & table. It made eating/playing board games during down time so much easier. The lobby, communiy dining area, and pool areas were clean and welcoming. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely be back! :)

I loved everything about the property. My only complaint is that the one bedroom suite didn’t have a pullout sofa. I used to work for Marriott and that is very unusual for a Residence Inn. I guess it’s all about making extra money with the roll away beds.

Highlight the fact that there’s a property was in the area where I could easily walk to some things pertaining to food. Nice space. My family and I did not feel like we were on top of one another while staying in live resident Inn. I would definitely come back and stay at this Resident Inn if ever need be.

The biggest negative of the stay was lack of attention to detail by maid service when cleaning our room from previous guest stay. Our 15 year old discovered body oil and condoms in the bedside table drawer. Needless to say, not what we would have liked to see. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Nice spacious sweet clean when we got there . They said they would come and clean the room every other day for our 4 day stay but they only came on the 3rd day but did give us new towels on the 2nd day when informed that no one came to clean our room on the 2nd day. Minimal areas to hang up your towels to reuse them. But overall a nice place to stay.

We were setup in the handicap suite… not sure why when it wasn’t requested and we booked a regular suite months in advance. Kitchen in our suite was great. Overall wouldn’t book again.

We were on the ground floor just passed the lobby. In the morning for about half an hour we got to hear the cleaning crew in the laundry room, it was like they were in our room. If we had a quieter location it the stay would have been much more pleasant.

Coukd have been great. Cage free scrambled eggs ( not powdered), really tasty little spinach quiches ( good enough im going to replicate them at home) and lots of interesting toppings for oatmeal.there was also sausage and the usual cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs. But the food was all cool, not warm, let alone hot. Coffee ran out and wasnt replaced for 30 minutes ( I timed it). Oh so close! Not sure why they couldnt keep it warm!! Would have made a world of difference!

Residence Inn consistently offers great accommodations for our family of 5. As our kids are growing up we are finding these rooms give us the space we need and the cleanliness and comfort we desire.

Residence Inn consistently offers great accommodations for our family of 5. As our kids are growing up we are finding these rooms give us the space we need and the cleanliness and comfort we desire.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was attentive and courteous. The entire hotel property was immaculate. I will definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in Jacksonville.

Easy check in, very comfortable bed/pillow, but plastic like furniture was not comfortable. The cleanliness level was questionable. Lots of grime on kitchen and bathroom handles. The room was showing its age.

I love the Residence Inn the only concern I have is that my shower did not have warm water it only had extreme cold or Extreme Hot I could not adjust it in the room to get warm in between. That needs to be looked at right away.

The property was clean and well kept. The room was very clean. The whole staff at this property was superb. The checking in lady was very professional, helpful and friendly. She stored our suitcases until check in time, and check-in was a breeze. The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast lady was very helpful. I am sorry that I did not get everyone's name. Kudos to the team at this Marriott! Thank you!

The staff were amazing! Room was spacious and cleeeaaan! There are some renovations going on in the lobby which didn’t bother me, just showed they take pride in the facility. Conveniently located off the freeway with zero freeway noise and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Stay there all the time. Great rooms and centrally located to my family.

There was an issue with my booking through Expedia but Indeanna at the front desk was so helpful and kind. She was able to resolve the issue immediately. I am a Hilton Diamon Member and my experience at this Marriott hotel has completely blown any of my Hilton stays out of the water. Amazing customer service, fantastic amenities, and an outstanding hotel.

This property has a very helpful & friendly staff. The room was recently renovated, so it was beautiful. Convenient location made it easy to access our hotel as well as shopping centers and restaurants. Pool and fire pit areas were also very nice.

Was in town for my son track national meet the location was convient. House keeping didn't do a great job cleaning our room prior to our check in, we had serval issues with something not being cleaned. The staff in the lobby was great and she helped as much as she could.

Hotel was very clean and the updates are great!

Breakfast was great. Fourth floor remodel is fantastic.

Excellent room- lots of space and storage. Clean. Check in was late due to family emergency but smooth and professional. After that, sometimes no one manned the desk or even looked up. If I asked for a clean towel (because I did not seek room clean for 4 days), I felt like I was a nuisance.No “lounge” service at all despite advertising they had one. Apparently there was no one to work it.

The night shift manger was very rude and intruding!

Really didn’t feel like a Marriott hotel. Out of 4 days bar was only one. Staff was ok. Room was a little outdated for the price. Felt like being in a Comfort Suites.

Nice facility.Not quite as good as the Marriott we stayed at in Dania Pointe.

Overall ok, but amenities were definitely below average. Limited food options, bar shut down without notice, lack of coffee during breakfast, overpriced snacks, paper thin walls with very loud guests and animals. Would not return

Tori, the desk attendant, on the other hand was wonderful. She was sweet and thoughtful as we checked in and went above and beyond when we asked if we could have a top floor room as we were going to bed earlier than most people. Outside of Jill, the place is wonderful and a great value

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was wonderful., consistently kept the room clean. Bar could be better (Not opened on the weekend). Pool was closed. The pull out couch was damaged and could not be used.

Shower was broken.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was clean and nice but I want to mention the pillows were garbage. I called guest services and requested new ones and never heard back from anyone. We ended up buying some at a store.

Normally love staying here but this time we had a little issue with bugs

It was great stay as usual. I’ve been coming to Jacksonville for 10 years. I was one of the first people to stay at this location and have been back multiple times each year. I would’ve stayed here more, but some of the trips the prices for here were considerably higher than similar hotels. This however is my favorite.

Property was absolutely beautiful. Our room was great, the bed was perfect, not too soft, not too firm. For an overnight trip, this hotel was a great choice.

I have stayed at this property twice in 2 years and they always have exceptional service. Hotel is very quiet. Complimentary breakfast is amazing!
