    It was a great experience for our 1st time staying here. The only issue we had was that we couldn't get our TV to work. Even the young lady at the front desk offered to switch us to another room and even when we switched rooms the tv still didn't work in the new room. Besides that the room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Very friendly front desk staff. Will stay here again.

    Limited parking and you are not guaranteed a spot even if you book here I wasnt notified of the card reader not working at the pool when I checked in. Oatmeal toppings were not labeled and neither were the beverages in the pitchers Friday bfast 6:30-9am Scrabble eggs, turkey sausage, spinach and cheese quiche, sausage sandwich bagel, Bagels, cereal, nonfat white and chocolate milk and 2% white milk, Med and decaf coffee, oat milk available, Boiled eggs were uncovered in the fridge, yogurt, NO FRUIT, condiments, NO WAFFLE MACHINE. Breakfast area was clean and organized just not labeled properly. No straws for coffee. Room had a weird odor like the carpet and the sofa needs to be shampooed and cleaned. No ice machine. Fridge started leaking water underneath the 2nd day I had the ice machine turned on. (Staff was notified) Loved the size of the luggage carriers and how they are easy to use. Small elevators. DISSATISFIED about the room being locked before 12 noon. I was unable to get back into my room at 1130am to get the rest of my things inside my room and was shocked if I had small children inside with me keeping them safe inside the hotel instead of inside my vehicle while loading my personal items I was unhappy about this incident and staff should take into consideration about this matter. Room odor, dirty bathroom tiles, cracked tile, open access to power box. Loved the size of the TV and the personalized greeting

    We have stayed a few times becuz it is close to our grad student. Somehow everything this trip changed, u had to pay for parking from a sign $5.00 a day & 2 cars were broken into!?! When u empty bathroom trash cans don't leave them empty on the bathroom counter u r supposed to clean. When u take dirty towels, put clean ones back immediately. Good Luck, cuz things have changed.

    I am currently fighting with Hotels.com for a refund, Marriott said they can’t give me a refund because I didn’t book my stay through them. Terrible customer service with Hotels.com so far. Pros of this hotel: pool and spa were a lot of fun for the my kids, pretty courtyard, central location, nice breakfast, relatively cheap price. Cons of this hotel: bed bugs, buildings smell, some rooms are worn down, too close to the highway (loud at night), very loud HVAC system. Don’t book this hotel, not worth it. No offense to the staff, they are trying their best I think.

    I told the front desk about this, and they said they knew about the problem and that someone was coming to fix the fire detection later this week. This means they knew about it, and sold us the room anyway? The desk told us they couldn't refund us, but would compensate us with Marriott points- I still haven’t seen those... Disappointing stay!

    Hotels.com has a picture of the room under studio as having a door between the bedroom and living room but our room didn’t. When I questioned at desk they said that was 1 bedroom suite only. Your site needs to change their pictures

    Loved the location!! Great price for the area. The pool area is nice. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some doors are out of order, the breakfast staff was a bit over barring as well, also no ice makers and our suite freezer never created any ice either.

We stayed in a suite with 2 king beds (there were 4 women), and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great but the living space could have used more chairs for just hanging out. We had a bad experience on 2/21and 2/22 in the am at breakfast - the staff person kept loudly telling guests to close the lids of the warming bins, then the next day she came up to our table x2 asking if we needed anything but essentially telling us that we needed to move along. She was rude. On Monday morning 4/23 the staff at breakfast were helpful and nice.

    The next morning they offered her a different room… And when she was moved to the new room, her and her husband were greeted with a large pile of dog waist in the middle of the new room. Literally, a pile of dog crap in a hotel room that was supposedly cleaned. Since the rooms had been prepaid through Hotels.com, the front desk, staff suggested that I call Hotels.com so they could request a refund. When the agent at Hotels.com contacted the property, she talked to two different people at the hotel, one being the manager, and they both declined the refund… And instead offered $20 in snack vouchers, and some Marriott points. I can’t imagine what type of conditions qualify for a refund… But I would hate to see what it takes to have that hotel really care enough about customer service to offer a refund… I guess feces on the floor isn’t a big deal to them.

    The room had some issues. I notice the shower tiles had mold on them, that I wiped off...the floor molding in the shower area had mold on it and it looked like no one had ever cleaned behind the door. The shower head was a rain shower so you couldn't really adjust it that well. When I first turned it on, the water was spilling out the open area onto the floor and I had to get towels to mop it up. It was a very old place. When I came in the side door, there was a strong mold smell. The breakfasts were great each morning and the maintenance staff was quick to fix my tv that kept loosing a signal. The last two days it went out again and I didn't bother to contact them because they had been to my room three times by then.

    Check in was perfunctory and not too helpful. The property has several detached buildings. When I tried to get in the door I was advised by the staff to use, the electronic door didn’t open. I had to move tho e car 2x to find a door that worked. After a long walk to get to my room, I opened the door and found the heat roaring up to 78 degrees. I had to turn the a/c on to make the room habitable. The room was very basic and had scuffs on the walls. Not terrible but not very comfortable overall.

    Cleanliness and efficiency was a plus to the welcoming and well-thought of layout of the entire area. Definitely a great destination to visit. It said indoor pool in the description but it was outside in an area. The pool was amazing or atleast it looked like it. If it wasn’t for the wintry temperatures I would have went in before leaving. It was the only sad thing about my trip and it was going to be the main attraction during my birthday trip. :(

    This is our second time to stay in this branch..The first time was great but last wknd was good..For both times, we have our chihuahua with us as they allow pets in the facility.We requested for ground floor room the very end accessible to the exit door but around 2 am , there were guest arriving and our dogs were startled and started barking, moreover once the dogs are barking , the guests that arrived whistled so the dog bark again then the guest whistled again..It’s like taunting. After that front desk called us and said we need to control our dogs..We requested the end room for easy access and also less people coming in and out and less bothersome to others..In all these years that we have stayed in a motel that are pet friendly, this was the first time we were reprimanded to control our dogs..If your hotel had problem with dogs barking when awaken by other guests then you should not allow dogs to begin with plus you should have let new guests know that there’s a dog in the end room ..There should have a designated rooms for guests with pets because it’s not fair for guests in front of our room to hear barking when they arrived.Why didn’t you put the new guests that arrived early in the morning at a different wing of the hotel? How exactly do you control the dog because at that very moment we cuddled them and reassured them that it’s okay but they are PETS. They bark when startled.Will never stay there again.

I don’t like accessible rooms, I didn’t pay for an accessible room but that’s all they so called had left. And I paid for my room. They hold $50 per night in incidental fees. You pay $5 a night for parking. Comfy and but I won’t book here again in fear I’ll get a room I don’t want. The only part of breakfast that was good was the eggs and bacon and coffee. I didn’t see any toast options the 3 days there.

    The stay here was another watse of money and watse of our discount of 181. The property looked as if it was okay,until we started to relax. Pool was green and unswimmiable. We tried to watch a movie on the lay out couch bed it was broken. Left out to go working at the Jazz fest. Was accused of smoking in room. Had to show at that time we was not in room , was in uber heading downtown, showed time stamped videos and pictures. I have to record everything for work. So this was not a good place to stay. Only good thing was the breakfast and the employee that cooked it Ms.Cleanya was her name. She made it worth staying. We could enjoy amenities. They were not in working condition

    The first room they put us in reeked of urine! Because this hotel allows pets, it was clear that pets said soil the carpet and I just sprayed air fresh to clean it up. There were dogs in the breakfast area and dogs all around the property. Well, I love dogs and even own one, I do not want to stay in a hotel room where dogs are previously been in and sold on the carpet!

    It was nice to have a kitchen available, however with no pots or pans (not that we needed them), and the stove top was questionable as to whether or not the burners were still connected. We also had a coffee machine, with no coffee pot. The sofa was torn and the cushions were collapsing. One of the dining chairs had been scribbled on with a pen, and the closet door in one of the rooms had something splattered across it. In addition to this, we did back up to a major highway, and the noise from the cars all night kept me awake the first night. Overall decor is outdated, brown and just very tired.

    I booked a 1 bedroom suite for a one night stay for 2 guests. I was very disappointed with the pullout couch . It was in very poor condition and the mattress was stained. There was no bedding provided for it, so did not use it. Since I was traveling with my daughter we just shared the bed. We got in late and had to leave early so had no time to address this. Otherwise, the hotel, free breakfast, cleanliness, and staff were very nice. Staff was excellent I suggest the pullout be upgraded, linens placed in room for it's use. Two guests doesn't always mean a couple sharing a bed.

    Room was spacious, little outdated but clean, comfortable and with all the amenities required. Staff was the highlight, friendly, helpful, attentive and breakfast buffet was BEST I’ve experienced at any of these types of hotels. The dining area was clean, well stocked, fresh, spacious and one could comfortably maneuver the buffet area. The options were wonderful from fresh fruit, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, cereals, muffins and more! Excellent value! The staff was the star from the hotel manager that greeted us to the buffet staff to the maintenance man who was so friendly and helped us into the pool area. Everyone was happy to make our stay perfect even without asking, just genuinely hospitable people. Bravo team! Even with an outdated hotel the stay was amazing and I’d gladly stay here again.

    Several entrance doors didn’t work with the key card so access was inconvenient. Room deadbolt lock didn’t work either. Front desk service and the breakfast were good.

    We stayed for four nights. Upon check in we were told house keeping was doing daily cleanings to include towel changes, removal of trash, vacuuming, and remaking of beds. house keeping came only once after the first night we were there then not another time at all during our stay. Two days in a row I went and informed the front desk to which they simply gave me clean towels but never even apologized. Our trash cans were full, and everything was dirty. Not to mention that the night we arrived house keeping had left a pile of trash and dirty linens in the hall right in front of our room that stayed there for over 24 hours. One of the towels in our room upon arrival was dirty to the point it looked as if if had been run over and had brown stains on it. Simply put extremely disappointing for what Marriott used to be.

    Blake was amazing at the desk, no question or request was minimized. He exemplifies customer service in his demeanor and actions. The residence inn was clean, quiet, and comfortable and somewhere I would stay again!

    Great breakfast and super cute set ups with the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms only bad thing was we had a tub and the shower curtain didnt cover the side and so the water leaked on the floor and the shoeer hwad was reallt old and had hardly any pressure( not even enough to rinse a razor).

    Place was great for the price. We did have a room with a leaking sink. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, but overall our stay was quiet, location was convenient, and the process was easy. Our loft room had adequate space for three guests.
