The hotel itself was ok but there was no toilet paper in the room and the staff said they didn’t have any. I ended up finding a local store and buying some and I left it in the room for the next person. Hopefully they didn’t just throw it away when they clean the room. But where they were lacking in toilet paper, they made up for it in crackheads.

Room reaked of cigarettes and marijuana. Bedsheets were stained. Cockroaches were crawling on the nightstand. Paint was peeling on ceiling. No coffee machine. Room was at least affordable and staff were polite and professional

The first room I got , the heat did not work and the staff act like they did not want to assist to give me another room, I went down to the lobby and let them know when they did the little work to the heat to turn it back on cause. And now, what's on from the beginning, they didn't believe me, like I did something to it anyway when they gave me the second room. It had no blanket.The heat was very poor I dropped it down to 78I dropped it to 75 I put it on 80 up.Or if we eighty 85 I put on eighty two , the heat steel was terrible , no heat , so I decided to wrap myself up with the sheet and it thin covered , they put on the bed , what they call a bed spread and the guy that was working night shift, he had the NASA's attitude. The first night I was there , that was roaches , lots of them and roach powder in the room. There's a lot of drug activity going on there.\nAnd prostitution , I don't knock , no 14 making money , but find another area cause some people be trying to practice safety and they are not trying to go to jail

The room (119) was full of cockroaches!! They were in the wall, on the floor, behind the tv and pictures, in bathroom. The curtains were falling off, and the ceiling was peeling, the bathroom looked like there was mold in the corner, there was a cigarette lighter on the floor in the shower, so it’s questionable if it was even cleaned. If it hadn’t been so late and if we hadn’t driven so long, we would have left for sure!! Definitely will NOT book another Red Roof Inn anywhere!!

I came in early and there's normally a $25 early check-in fee but the guy waved it for me and then he also upgraded my room to a room with a refrigerator and a microwave and no extra charge that was very nice of him.

Honestly you should give me back our money. The place was sorry with roaches and mold and sheets were dirty and comforter had burn holes everywhere. It's a terrible place. Customer was great tho but couldn't fix anything

There was a lot of people randomly hanging out on the street milling about and a lot of police presence in the area after dark. Our room was also not swept very clean, sheets had blood stains and cigarette burns in them. There was also a condom (still in its wrapper, not used thankfully) sitting on top of the closet that was also not cleaned up. On top of all that we tried to check out early because our house move in was earlier than expected and they gave us a hard time and refused to credit us back for the unused nights because we had booked it via Expedia, even though we paid them directly.

We were given one dingey towel @check in had to beg for 2nd towel our 3rd eve apparently towel r forbidden 2 be given out in the afternoon &opting out of housekeeping & having a dndisturb sign on your door peeves employees although I'll bet my life s

This is really a case of you get what you pay for. It wasn’t horrible but the room is severely dated and not very clean. Staff was friendly and it is in a great location right off the interstate.

When checking in no one was at the front desk? Had to walk around until we found someone which took 20 minutes or more. The beds box spring was broke. Had to keep going to the front desk to get a new key card due to it would stop working, On check out again had to wait at the front desk a long time for someone to show up. Just to find out that it was the person standing just outside the door on a personal call.

When wating to chexk in there was almost a fight between the people in front of me and the hotel employee. Our room was suspised to be handicap accessible and it was not in fact it was on sexond floor. The room was dirty wall hole patches in wall and door not to metion the tv was broken. Please dont stay here.

We were just in for a quick trip to the area and wanted economical and nothing fancy. This was exactly what we expected. It is older, retty run down, not the most comfortable beds but a clean enough, no frills motel. I felt safe any the room was clean. A good place to crash, but a vacation destination.

Strong smoke smell. Floor needs scrubbing, fabric on beige chair dirty with hole, desk chair had animal scratch marks in fabric, hole in switch in bathroom, corners not clean. On the good side, painted walls, pictures, drapes and other furniture was nice. Nice lights. Would not stay there again.

Very disappointing. 2:30 a.m. there was a fight in parking area between two women in front of our room. Overpriced.

Smaller than some hotels the rooms still give you a warm vibe and management will do whatever they can to make your stay more comfortable.
