Came in town for a concert. The hotel is the perfect location being 5 mins driving from the venue. With a warm welcome from from Mark he got us a quick easy check in and made sure we were all good for our stay. 10/10

The location and the staff, they are nice, approachable and kind. They gave us also 1 hour extension prior to check out. The toilet is literally dirty. No refilled liquid soap and tissues.

Artarshia was very friendly and very polite at check in. She has a wonderful personality that put a smile on my group face. The other staff was fantastic also and very helpful. They all deserve a honor for their great work ethics. At both hotels we cross paths with different employees everyone deserves five stars.

I stayed there 4 days and 3 nights my room wasn't cleaned no new wash clothes or towels the TV was off and on just horrible. The TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV curtains had holes in them. Very disappointed to be a hotel apart of the Hilton and costly.

The breakfast was shockingly good! I wasn't expecting that. I think they were blueberry muffins that were great!!! The staff was polite and friendly. Room was cleaned spotlessly. I personally am not a fan of carpet in any hotel, so that would be suggestion for them on their next upgrade. Remove the carpet and replace with LVP floors. The more Homewood Suites we stay at the more we look at them for future stays. You are getting consistently good stays.

This hotel was better than we expected-very clean and spacious and the sofa bed was actually comfortable which was a huge plus! Just as a heads up, they don’t provide dish soap or a sponge in the kitchen area which would have been nice but I’m not counting that against them as everything else was great. Another heads up, the way the pool is situated it only gets a few hours of sunlight in the earlier hours of the day so if you’re there during spring break like we were it means the pool is cold! Overall this hotel was great and we’d definitely stay again!

We've stayed at this property before. It's as we come to expect. Rooms are comfortably large enough with good finishes'. The kitchen is quite modest but has always allowed us to do what we need to do there.

Very clean and quiet, breakfast was ok. I had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths. They clean your room every 4 days.

Proximity to hospital and a great pizza place for supper, spacious rooms, very comfortable.

We were in town for a show and arrived shortly after the check in time. Our room wasn't ready until over an hour after check in and I biasica6had to sit in the lobby until then. This had us running late for the show.

Well, if you don't mind waking up everyday, and seeing your bank drafted daily for 100+ dollars. This is the place for you! It started before our trip. I had an option to pay online or at the hotel. I selected pay on arrival to hotel. Well that didn't happen. The next day they took 238.00 out of my checking. I had to use a card to reserve it. So, I called up and the man at the desk couldnt confirm what the 238.00 was for. The total was 538.00 for 2 nights. I told him that I just used that card to hold the room that I selected pay at hotel. He said not a problem, when I arrive on Saturday he will fix it. Well Friday they took another 100. Once there on Saturday, same guy was there. I get to the desk and he prints a receipt. I said I told you I was gonna pay with a different card when we spoke on the phone and you said it was fine. He looks at me and says it's fully paid. I was so mad. Wake up Sunday another 100.00 gone. Said it was on hold and it will be refunded at check out Monday. Well. Its Tuesday and I got back a whopping 53.00. I will never stay here again.

The parking and incidentals fee is steep.

Carpet was stained. Animals had been in the room previously. I am highly allergic and had a terrible night because no one mentioned it. Kitchen was in sufficiently stocked with silverware and no mugs. Small cups that were useless.

For the price the hotel needs to be better kept. They was a swatch of pant on the wall in the hall. The shower wasn't cleaned entirely. And the bed covers, linens not to what I would think was Hilton's standards

Great location for convenience, but you could hear every car that went by. Didn’t bother me all that much, but train tracks are nearby so we could hear that as well. Upon arriving no one was at the front desk. Someone eventually showed up and asked if we have been helped. When stating that we haven’t, instead of helping us, a staff member (who seemed rather annoyed) got on the phone and called whoever is supposed to be at the front desk to come back to check us in. Check in process was not informative at all (was not told where anything in the hotel was located). I also was not made aware that parking in the parking garage was not included in the hotel price ($21.50 extra per day, which came out of the $214.50 deposit paid when checking in). I received two room key cards, but only one of them actually worked. The room looked clean upon entry and first glance. However, once we got settled in we realized there were dishes still in the dishwasher, bathroom door had splatter on it, lots of hair on the carpet.

Would recommend more food options on the menu. Otherwise, it was a good trip

Evening check in staff was lovely, made apologies for the last minute notification that there was no breakfast service. Breakfast was not provided. It was Christmas morning with no alternatives available. The lady at the front desk was unapproachable and then disappeared, not to be seen again. Kitchen facilities in the room had no electric at all. No coffee maker and the disposal in the sink was inoperative. Very slow drainage.

I had arrived late evening, and at that point, I'd only been in the living room and kitchen areas. Our room had been given to someone else after I had already been charged on 10/18/2025 the desk attendant tried to say you only pay when you check in which was not true my card was charged when I booked…They did find us a room but it was a king and sofa bed after I paid for a double with a sofa bed for five people also we had driven 5 hrs after work to have to wait another hour for them to find us a room and I had never heard of 1st come 1st serve at a hotel just unacceptable I personally will not be back. Marc the receptionist was very warm and welcoming stellar. However, there was a situation I was basically kicked from my room on a no payment claim on a already paid for room. Which proved inconvenient post nfl game recovery with family as facilities and were urgently needed and could not be accessed. Despite paying in advance weeks ahead of reservation.

Room very nice though no grab bar in shower/bath. Bed very firm. Ice machines disabled on two floors. Elevators go to two different towers but not identified (had to go back down and find another bank of elevators, neither indicated limited access on floor). But would definitely stay again.

Staff was fantastic; however, it is a very basic hotel. Room decor was plain. Suite was small with an undersized living room and nearly room to walk in the kitchen. Sleeping area had a large open space that would have been ideal for a sitting area. The whole suite had an odd layout.

The hotel was centrally located and easy to get to. The parking was $20 per night, the breakfast was excellent with many items to choose from. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It was a great experience!!

Road into Jacksonville while on a solo road trip. Came across this hotel on a last minute search. The staff was so friendly. This was during the Men’s NCAA championship. They gave me suggestion on where I could go to a sports bar to watch the game. Didn’t want to drive so I chose a bar across the street from the hotel.since this is about the hotel, won’t go into detail about the bar. Only thing I will say is “I didn’t know they still allow smoking indoors. Back to the hotel. Everything was great. Loved it.

The room was not very clean at all. The kitchen floor was sticky. The bathroom wasn't clean. There was trash under the TV left over from previous occupants. There were food crumbs on the nightstand. I was not impressed with that. I did like the setup of the room though. It had a lot of space to spread out.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my kids (3) only to attend Disney On Ice. The rooms felt old, and the shower looked grimy. I requested 2 connecting rooms 2 months in advance but when we arrived I was informed that 1 room was on the 3rd floor and the other on the 6th... The same night we returned to the front desk to request another room because the room on the 6th floor was very run down and uncomfortable to settle into. Luckily the lady a different lady was now on and located a room 2 doors down from our room on the 3rd floor...That was the only thing good about this hotel...After seeing the rooms I didnt bother to find out if there was breakfast...

The same night we returned to the front desk to request another room because the room on the 6th floor was very run down and uncomfortable to settle into. Luckily the lady a different lady was now on and located a room 2 doors down from our room on the 3rd floor...That was the only thing good about this hotel...After seeing the rooms I didnt bother to find out if there was breakfast...

Great room! Like a mini apartment. Small kitchen with appliances. Not much silverware or utensils. Enought to use and wash for next use.

The aminities were great. Gym was well equipt and Pool was great! Breaksfast had a variation of options and the lady that served breakfast was so friendly. i wish i would have asked her name. Rooms were really clean no complains. More then enough parking.

A dip in the hot tub and enjoying the outdoors. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff and helpful when needing something. Workout room could be improved. No circulating air or fan. Nice treadmills with TV monitors, but very limited,2 channels. What happened to cable tv? Empty water and cup dispenser. Spend the money to make it nice. Otherwise, a very nice place to rest and relax.

Was there 5 days. Despite saying housekeeping comes every other day, they never came. Also, charged me for parking despite telling them at check-in I had no car. They did refund the amount, but it was charged before I checked out.

Everything was great. It was clean, service was wonderful. My only dislike was that we had a reservation for a king bed suite but we got a handicap room and we are not disabled. Because of this we couldn’t take a bath in the room because they had it shower only. Not sure why we got that type of room. Other than that it was great!

Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. A higher commode would have been nice, but not a big deal. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable room but found out or toilet was not working. Room was not the quietest with some background noise like a motor cycling on and off. Had kitchen space and fridge

The property was peaceful and clean for my friend and I during I stay for the Jhene Aiko concert. The bathroom was clean and spacious and very comfortable similar to an air bnb. It did not feel like a hotel it felt like home.

For the breakfast would like to see more meat other than turkey sausage and sausage. When you do egg paddy’s have stuff to make breakfast sandwiches. We never saw room service to take out garbage and leave new towels.

The breakfast was rather disappointing and our room was not made up, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Property located in convenient location to EverBank stadium and the transportation was a pleasant surprise. Could be cleaner for sure and a bit dated, but the bed and pillows are comfortable. We would stay again.

Great hotel on the south side on Jacksonville with parking. Clean and comfortable but pool is in a weird spot. I would definitely stay again.

I didn't like the shower curtain in my bedroom it was not clean and a foul odor was comn from it also the bottom fridge wasn't working at all only the freezer worked

It was for one night so I put up with it but breakfast wasn’t great old tiered fitting and sullen staff. One woman was asleep with her head on the desk at 9,00pm when I went up to my room !!

We booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the venue we were going to that night. The front desk staff was great. My only comment / complaint is the limitation of the continental breakfast. I don't eat meat and there was only protein options with meat. There were bagels and muffins, but I was looking for something with protein like plain eggs. Nor was there decaf coffee which I can only drink. I will say the kitchen attendant (reluctantly) went to their sister hotel that was connected and retrieved both scrambled eggs (which were not great) and a really good cup of decaf coffee. I was unable to get a refill on the coffee as the attendant seemed annoyed he had to get me the other items previously so I refrained from imposing again. But over all, I would stay there should we be in the Jacksonville area again.

Not walkable to them. Hotel room is excellent…clean, spacious…would stay again. Not impressed with Continental breakfast…limited selections.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that we stayed 3 nights and my bedroom was not cleaned once. When I asked they said it was not on the list and they had too many check outs to clean (not my problem).

Parking and breakfast included! Beautiful and big king suite! Comfortable bed, super clean!

Short business trip, everything was perfect.

Not a whole lot!! 20 bucks to park no restaurants in the area in the room, just average no amenities in there!

We were impressed by the size of the suite, especially for the price! It was clean and quiet. If we ever need to stay in Jacksonville again, we’ll definitely choose this hotel.

No housekeeping once during a 6-night stay. Toiletries low, toilet paper low, etc. Hotel showing its age. Not kept up, not clean.

Everything was great except the fact that I was told and promised a bath tub. I almost moved to another hotel. When I booked the trip, I specifically asked for a tub. Other than that it was a great stay.

The guy who serviced the bar was outstanding and wanted to make sure we were safe getting to and from our venue. The room was clean!

The staff were friendly and helpful during check in. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. There were only 2 towels in our room, 5 of us, we requested additional towels but never got them. The A/C never cooled down below 70, even after turning it down to 68/65/50. The staff running the breakfast bar was fantastic, friendly, and took pride in his job.

I love the area and my suit had master bedroom seperate from the main area, my only issue was i could everytime someone flushed the toilet on another floor because i can hear going down pipe in bathroom wall and that went on of course all day. Other than that my stay was great.

The property is close to every thing. Staff was super nice and our was very clean.

Needs a facelift desperately. The rooms were old and run down, the tub was peeling and the room smelled like spray paint fumes. Will not be staying here again.

Construction everywhere. Woke up on a SUNDAY with hammering above our heads for the next 4 nights.

When I arrived at the property I was given a different room and I didn’t receive the one I booked . The room I received was not clean at all the tub was stained with dirt. The free breakfast was not tasty .it tasted overcooked. Overall it was not the best stay and I feel it could have been better if I did receive the room I initially booked at first .

The staff were friendly and very engaging.

Front desk help was good at times but not helpful at other times depending who was working. When I asked about a place for breakfast the desk person never looked up from what she was doing and recommended Panera. I could have done that myself but I was looking for a more local place. We found something on our own.

1.The pillows were HORRIBLE. 2.Our room was never cleaned so we had to go to the front desk and get our own fresh towels and was told it was our fault for not asking to have our room cleaned! Seriously??? 3.The a/c unit barely worked. 4.Then to top it off, they hit us with a “$20/day Self Parking” charge that I found on my final bill that was emailed to me. Apparently it was a “misc charge” that they take from your deposit now. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
