My son found open cookies and chips under his bed so that’s shows that they didn’t clean the room properly

Nice clean rooms. They were short staffed but did a great job. The breakfast was good and had a variety of different foods. I did see that you had to pay for parking.

Room was nice size and clean. Water temperature and pressure was great. Didn’t like having to pay to park wasn’t aware til check in would’ve been nice to know ahead. Would stay there again when in the area.

The room was not clean the bed had hair in it the bathroom had a smell of mildew the tub had dirt and hair in it . The bed had stains in it . The a/c would not work the whole night it just kept blowing out hot air . For breakfast that was awful you had workers walking around not trying to help with anything. The workers was not refilling food as they seen it was getting low . There was only one waffle maker working I just feel it should’ve been 2 or 3 . I’m just so disappointed!!!

I did like when I came inside the room how nice and neat it was what I didn’t like how one of the staff asked my lady did she take something off they shelf after we drove hours away with my daughter I get it I understand kids just grab things but…….yea but other then that it was ok and another thing it was a ford explore in the parking lot with bust windows and flat tires but wanted us to pay for parking every night lol kinda of weird

Everything was great. Clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Only thing was the breakfast. Ugh.. waffle makers couldn’t use as there was burnt waffle stuck in it… eggs and sausage were cold.. not kept warm very well. Otherwise great stay.

I would say if you can ask to stay higher up or with no one directly above you. As kids were running or jumping a lot day n night only thing I would suggest

Breakfast has many choices, the room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is required to access an app and pay for parking.

It was not on the website that they charge for parking. You have to pay for the parking through an app you cannot pay for parking in cash and they charge extra fees to use the app that should be something that is disclosed Wi-Fi is limited if you won't full Wi-Fi you have to pay it for it

The room was clean had a little bit of a musty smell, and the refrigerator did not work. But it was clean enough, and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh. finding out that I had to pay for parking was a little bit annoying.

And like all home 2 it had the mini fridge and coffee maker The staff were really kind and courteous. The shuttle service picked me up at the airport and the front desk waited patiently as I dug through my belongings to find an ID. They answer my myriad of questions and intermittently asked if they could be of help showing concern when they saw us again. I also like that the town is not too far away. There is a Walmart nearby and a string of food place around There seemed to have been doing some work on the street in front so entrances to the property and other properties around it from the Main Street was blocked. Hopefully that is a temporary problem only. I love there was a pond on the border of the property but it is not very appealing to look at. I guess that comes with age. I honestly can’t remember if there were utensils and plates but being the curious George I am I feel there may have been lacking something.

The person at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant and made checking in easy. My husband and I arrived very late and were exhausted so we were happy to get a good night sleep. The breakfast which was included was as good as any breakfast in a chain hotel but it was filling. The location was perfect for us since it was a 5 minute ride to the airport. Overall it was a good choice for us and yes I would stay there again.

They use an absolutely predatory third party parking system . Takes a picture of your plate on the way in and you have 15 minutes to unpack and pay the 12$ suprise parking fee before your fines 50$ . Absolutely horrendous business practice. The 12$ is not important but how this all was handled is.

The property itself was nice however I had a HORRIBLE incident occur. I had a serious incident occur which caused me to have a concussion from and nothing was helped or done about it at all! Within 10 minutes upon entering our room the medal pole separating the couch from the bedroom unattached from the ceiling and slammed into my face, almost hitting my 2 year old son. upon checkout we wrote incident reports and wasn’t offered any other help at all. Went to the ER and was diagnosed with a concussion. They were not concerned and I never heard anything back from them at all. Do not stay here!

They had a really nice breakfast with someone cooking delicious little egg dishes. Also, it is dog friendly!

Parking fee. $200+ per night should include parking, not a $10 charge plus $2 convenience fee (more an inconvenience fee).

Checked into two rooms. First room had bugs and they were able to move to another room where the television wasn’t working but that issue was resolved. 2nd room not television signal and the air was blowing as a fan. After a 8 hour road trip this experience was very frustrating and unpleasant.

I stay at this hotel everytime i come into town because it is so nice and always super clean and the staff are always super sweet and welcoming. The rooms are super big and very clean. The bes and pillows are super comfortable and the blankets they use on the beds are always clean unlike most hotels.

Everything was wonderful. Especially Karrington at the front desk. She went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. She even made time for engaging conversations. She is a true asset to the organization.

I had an early flight; my friend shared that the morning personnel was nice and how pleased they were with the breakfast selections. Because of the welcoming atmosphere this location will definitely be chosen by us again. A++ on cleanliness, staff, and amenities!!

The front staff was very friendly. The room was dirty- especially the chair at the desk and the floor around that area. I spilled some water and used a towel to soak it up… the white towel was very brown when I picked it up. There was also mildew in the shower.

Very clean, friendly, good breakfast, didn’t interact with staff much so I can’t speak on that , the laundry room was a bit pricey for a tiny washer, and the outside sitting was very cute and comfortable . The only thing I didn’t like was paying for parking $10 a day as a guest.

Overall, my stay okay but could have been better. I stayed for 5 days and never received room service. I had to pay for parking and I am a Hilton Gold member as well. The front desk service was amazing

So, we switched rooms a little later. 2nd room was much better. Breakfast was a bit rugged. Food was not real fresh(eggs, meat). Other dry items were fine. The morning desk person was very helpful and nice guy

When we arrived we were greeted with signs to scan to pay for parking $10 a day plus taxes etc. no where on the their website is that stated. Tired and feeling scammed we arrived at the desk after 3pm to be told room was not ready, check in is at 3pm at 4:10pm we were finally told room 327 was ready. We were awakened at 3am by people above us walking? Running? Jumping? Next day we were gone for the day at 7pm it started again we were afraid the ceiling would fall on our heads finally at 8:30 PM. I went down to the front desk and explained the problem and was assured a call to room above us would be done I returned to my room, half hour later with no relief I went to the front desk again and was told they got busy and didn’t have a chance to call 427 but that they would, I remained at the front desk till the call was made and was then told that they would be leaving and I said OK as long as they’re leaving otherwise I would change rooms, I was assured they were leaving, well, 3 AM just like the night before they came back and we were awakened again, the hotel is getting older and they need to properly insulate the ceilings and floors. Now I realize the hotel cannot control guests but when the front desk tells me room 427 is leaving I believe her however they weren’t leaving they were just going out, horrible stay, we have stayed here 3 times and this is the stay that will have me looking elsewhere.

I came as an adjustment stay before attending a seminar in southern Georgia. I thoroughly enjoyed the facility, and, when I needed to eat dinner, they provided a shuttle for me to a nearby restaurant (I didn't have a car). Everything that I asked for was provided. The pool was also great.

We were unable to use the free shuttle because it started at 7am and our flight was at 8:15am. We also didn’t have breakfast because of our early flight. Otherwise everything was fine.

Large suite but no room cleaning by the staff. The trash wasn’t even collected but why?? I had a package come in and the front deck didn’t even notify me. Check in was good.

Obviously this is not the night I was expecting. The employees MOSTLY were fantastic. It was the other guests that ruined our stay- the issue is that the employees did nothing.... if scared to approach loud combative arguing guests then just call the police to have them removed- But other guests need to sleep at 2 am- and feel safe enough to do so!!!!

The room was very spacious but smelled of dogs. The carpet needed cleaning, neither sink would drain, and the toilet barely flushed. Rooms where dogs or any pet should only be rented out to people who have pets staying with them, because you never know who can be severly allergic to certain animals, and dander sticks around if not properly cleaned.

I like everything about this property.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. This time was for 3 nights. There was one occasion where the desk clerk was snippy but the rest of the time they were helpful and courteous. The room was average clean. Seat cushions were stained and dirty. Elevator very dirty, AC was very loud. It sounded like the startup of a jet engine. And the water pressure was less than average. However the price was good.

The property is nice and the staff is great the only thing I didn’t like about this hotel is the mattress were hard but everything else about this property was great

It was clean and new

The room itself was horrible (room 525). The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The shower door in the bathroom is also broken. The rooms need a remodel. The staff during my check was courteous and professional!!

I liked the room. The food was bad and you can't use the tv to play your games or use your fire stick even though it say on the tv just plug in to the hdm and sign in to the internet, but that isn't true. I was told all the hilton hotels are like that, so I will not stay at any of the hilton hotels.

The room was so small and never got serviced by housekeeping.

Didn’t like the $10 self parking charge. Typical parking lot at motel but in fine print on web site but told to you on check in. Don’t want it as part of nightly rate as I b might have picked another hotel.

Stay was okay. Breakfast was okay. Room smelled like sewage at times. Charged 10 dollars per night for parking, but parking was free at the hotel next door. Room service was every 2 days.

They will shuttle you to restaurants or stores if you need to buy something. I have never had this at the hotel before it was absolutely wonderful.

Not worth the price at all. We got there late like 2am and checked out at 7am. Yet they still charge 10.00 to park. That’s absurd. There should be no parking charge unless you’re there for more than one night. 10.00 for 5 hours of sleep is bull. But the shower SUCKED. There was barely any pressure, I couldn’t even wash my hair. I felt I wasn’t going to get all the shampoo/conditioner out of it. I saw other reviews about it before but didn’t think it’d still be a problem. It’s a bad problem. The breakfast was crap. No good cereal. No good food. Only good thing was waffles. For the price they are charging this should be a lot nicer. I would never stay here for more than 1 night. Home2suites are usually very nice. This one needs water/pipes fixed and a new breakfast with pancakes better cereal and sandwiches (not biscuits). Needs to get rid of paid parking.

Stayed for a week, through the weekend. Nice, comfortable, spacious room. Comfortably slept 2 adults, and 3 kids aged 16, 5 and 4. Didn’t feel like we were crowded in the room. Room features were good, would definitely stay here again.

Pros: starting from exterior, extremely clean premises, love the fire pit outside -that was my main hang out, great amount of parking for a great rate ($10 a night), free breakfast and personally I enjoyed breakfast every rising especially with my girl Sarah! Coming up with the cute breakfast sandwiches was excellent, loved how close it was to places, shuttle to the airport and the local stores was so nice and a major 5 star experience, shoutout to Gernisha, Crisqin and Brandi for having outstanding customer service, the coffee was the best I ever tasted loved that coffee/tea station was 24 hours. Gym was spacious and nice, the rooms were HUGE! Major plus and honestly I loved the living room and kitchenette the most, shower was nice and hot and the beds were extremely soft, I really enjoyed my stay here Only con: housekeeping needs to do better transitioning into the weekend especially the duration we were there we would of loved if it would of came the 2nd day as we had to wait till almost 4pm the day prior to leaving, also wifi was kinda eh not working at full speed Other than that great hotel to stay and I would definitely recommend/come back again

Overall cleanliness of property was clean. Room didn’t look vacuumed but I didn’t complain about it and carpet didn’t look clean but the room was set up nice, bed was very uncomfortable so it wasn’t a restful sleep but hotel has potential.

Plumbing problem no hot water for shower and toilet trouble...no compensation for this. Also stayed alone and when I went down to pool to relax, it was noisy. Upon return to my room, toilet seat was up which was strange because I'm a woman and my room had not been serviced because I was to be checking out.

I had a fantastic stay at Home2 Suites, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spotless and cozy. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I’ve been to better HOME2 Suite. The front desk person at night was never at the desk after 8pm. She was outside on her phone chatting. Explains the reason I couldn’t get through the night before after nine calls and she put me on hold. Garbage disposal didn’t work. No lotion, conditioner for hair. Pretty run down.

The property was right outside the airport, which made my departing trip easy to access the airport. I did have to worry about traffic or delays. The property was clean and the staff were professional. The breakfast was also good. The refrigerator in my room was off the next day. A staff member stopped me on my way to the office, escorted me back to my room, and fixed the problem. The breaker was tripped. I had food in the refrigerator from the night before, they accommodated me for my food by taking off the parking fees.

Hotel was quiet. Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean. Bed was alittle hard for us. Conviently located near major highways and a outdoor shopping center. Close to restaurants.

My experience was Horrible!! “Hotels.com” cancelled my PAID reservation, for a reason, I do not know. Didn’t find out, until at check-in desk. You all took my money. I couldn’t get anyone on this app, to help, with the situation. I had to re-book another hotel/reservation. I’ve been trying numerous times, unsuccessfully, to get help. The lady whom was working Guest services stated, they’ve been having a lot of issues with this company. You guys are a FRAUD. Refund my money, please.

My daughter and I were here for 4 days and 3 nights and experienced a problem-free stay. The suite was spacious and clean, the grounds were quiet, the staff was pleasant, and breakfast was tasty. There are tons of restaurants and stores nearby and just a hop and skip to the airport.
