It was clean, easy parking, friendly staff.. The smart TV in the room wasn't very smart haha, it wouldn't allow any of the apps to work? So that was actually annoying. Regular TV fine, but it wasnt connecting the wifi to the TV only the cable connection.

Overall it was a pretty good stay. Nothing is perfect. Coffee maker in room was hard to use. Hurt myself trying to get water in it. And was 4k cups but 1 packet with cream and sugar and nothing hardly in those. Eggs were pretty great for breakfast. Bacon also good. Sausage was good even though seems a little shilled really. I didn’t try the other stuff. But there was a pancake maker. If you like that stuff. Wasn’t sure about location but that turned out to be pretty good too. The front desk was pretty nice. Pool was def not what I hoped. (No real deck area to layout which is what I wanted.) But it rained anyways. So didn’t matter. There was a cute cat that apparently stays there outside which I happened to love. Was it a 10/10. Not really but served its purpose and I slept good. Notes for next time: make sure all coffee supplies (for room and front area) are there. Thank you for the stay! Hope this helps for futures guests.

I like the guy that took me in to the hotel. He was nice and her good customer service. But when I went in the room, there was like these little blue things on the sheet, like from somebody's sweatshirt or something. And in the bathroom, it was missing the adequate amount of shampoo conditioner wash. When I went in for breakfast. That's when I had the real problem. The food was cold. It didn't look anything nice and it was charged 1499 and you had people going up with bags filling up their bags with all the good fruit. I took a picture of my banana. It had black all over it. It was disgusting and it wasn't worth the money at all.

My wife as you will know reading my reviews is very particular, things need to be clean!! She always takes a bleach wipe to clean everything! This room was clean! No complaints except there was a smell in bathroom like someone used it, Blamed each other but it wasn’t us. The trash was overflowing near the elevator but it was not a huge deal!

My room was almost as though I was at one of those fancy hotels on the Las Vegas strip. For the price that I paid and the stellar service that I received was nothing short of amazing, I will be revisiting soon.

Everything was good except the water pressure in the shower. IT WAS TERRIBLE. The water barely coming out of the shower head. The water was so low that is was almost hitting the handle.

The hotel and it's staff was great the only downside was the broken ac and it didnt get cooler than 72 degrees in our room. We did not mention u til until the next morning since my husband was sick and did not want to move rooms or have someone in our room to fix it. The location of the hotel is fantastic and we would visit again for sure!

I would definitely stay at this property again. I left my smart watch and they called me to let me know they had it for me. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was so helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at this property and did not experience any difficulties with the check in or check out process. All amenities were great, my only report would be to make sure all the lights are operational in the room, as one of the lights beside the bed wasn’t working or probably needed the bulb replaced. Additionally, I would recommend looking into getting a chair for the table that is just a little more supportive for the low back, as I felt the chair kinda would instantly give backwards if you sat against. Otherwise, great stay overall.

Unfortunately the hotel is very loud with guests motorcycles at night and too early morning. We were on the fourth and heard it very clear, with the kids in the next room as well. Otherwise great breakfast and clean hotel.

The hotel property inside is good, the room was excellent. More of an industrial area good for a layover going elsewhere.

I frequently stay at this hotel. In the past, my biggest disappointment was that the pool was always dirty. I was happy to note that the pool was clean this time. The only other improvement I would like to see would be access to Netflix and Prime on the television.

The front desk staff was wonderful and got me checked in smoothly. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Why three stars? I’ve seen cleaner pools in Haiti. Looks like it’s been a while since it’s been cleaned. Pancake maker was broke. My main light in my room was not working. Came down at 6 am and had an employee sleeping on the couch with a blanket.

Relaxing stay with family, everything was clean from entrance to room. Breakfast area was organized neatly and friendly staff.

Really a great place but my sister-in-law’s room had a broken toilet handle and it did not flush. She called downstairs and no one ever got back with her.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was well-presented, great variety, clean area and delicious. The room was clean and had the extras that made the stay great, I.e., docking stations, bottles of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and etc.

Accomadating staff. I have issues with my fee5 and was using a cane. The staff saw this and worked with me to get a room close to where I was parked to minimize my walking.

The room was comfortable and very quiet. We stayed 2 nights and was surprised to have our room cleaned daily. Breakfast was good especially the cinnamon rolls! Area was a little concerning with security guards at Zagsby’s to walk employees out to cars and schizophrenic lady causing a scene to Burger King. Both within walking distance.
