It was a very nice hotel to stay at, and was very clean. The staff was very cordial and the beds were comfortable.

Cost was alittle more than expected but they did offer free breakfast and had a convenient store in the lobby.

Staff was extremely helpful. But drainage in bath tub was terrible. I had to get lots of heirs out before I even take bath. Water was not draining at all.

There was nothing wrong with our room. Everything worked well. The coffee in the room was delicious and the bed was very comfortable and clean.

Our room was not serviced for the next day. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels. We had been gone all day no reason for not having it cleaned up.

The room was clean and comfortable. George at the front desk was kind and helpful. We took advantage of the breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed it. The gym is awesome! Highly recommend this hotel!!

A little above average hotel. I would stay there again. Nice they have A small bar and A small kitchen for Breakfest and dinner. Just so you know breakfest is not free. There advertising on hotels.com said it was. 20.00 egg omlet is not what I would call free. I had A pasta dish for dinner but the hamburgers looked really good that people where getting.

Don’t be in a rush for dinner or a drink it’ll be a while considering one server was doing 3 jobs and dealing with irate customers. The food was good but don’t expect them to have everything you might want, same with drinks. We did not go to breakfast because of the issue the night before. Also, all throughout the night you can hear noises from up stairs and in the hallways.. I was on the bottom floor but my baby was quieter than everyone else.

This is a good spot if you're staying for 1 night, the bathtub drain was clogged and I could get is drain smell all night. It looks nice on the surface but I'm sure the cleaners only clean on the top. Definitely needs deep cleaning. The beds were ok. This was specifically the room I stayed in not sure about the others.

Only criticism is I had to call several times to get a shuttle from the airport. No one would answer the phone. They did finally call me back. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and wanted to make sure my stay was great. (Morning shuttle was efficient and on time.)

Front desk was very friendly as was the shuttle driver. The airport shuttle was a great added benefit to our stay. The room was pretty run down, filthy carpet, bathroom could use a deep clean, and mattress was worn out.

I was met with not being able to check in at 7:00pm due to computer issues. Nothing was offered to reconcile the situation but wait. Didn’t get a room til after 9:00pm. I would have taken a free breakfast voucher or discount for troubles. Nothing was offered.

This was THE WORST hotel experience we have ever ever had. We can't say how disappointed we were. The computers were down - which in and of its self is understandable - but they told us there was nothing at all they could do. Waited hours. No help. No concern. No assistance in finding another place to stay. All that after getting off a plane.

Our toilet wouldn't work, and our fridge didn't cool. The rest of the room was fine. After they fixed the toilet, they gave me attitude for asking that the floor be mopped from the spill-over. Their "bar" didn't have wine or beer and their mixed cocktails were weak and not made correctly. This location has some work to do!

Well, room and staff where good, but killed 3 roaches the second night. The room above me had music so loud, they had to take care of. Never had any problems with Hilton until now. I will still stay in the future.

We had no mention on booking.com that there was a pet fee. The fee was the same regardless of how long of a stay. The $75 fee was more than half what we paid for the room. A nightly charge would be more acceptable.

During my stay the hotel did not have hot water. The staff were friendly but didn't communicate the issue very well. The hotel was clean and in a great location for me. It accommodated my Great Dane which was a HUGE plus!

Everything was excellent the only downside was that the kitchen wasn’t able to keep up with the guests. I had to order out to get dinner. Not a huge deal.

I was very tired coming off a 13 hour drive, my back was hurting, I used the hot tub, only to be scolded for being in there a few minutes after 11. When will guests be treated like adults?

I had to go to the lobby to ask for them. The windows in our room #405 were dirty on the outside so made it difficult to see out properly

Was looking for a place close to the airport and this was perfect! The hotel was quiet, beds were comfortable, everything was clean and just a great place to relax and unwind after a hectic week. Would highly recommend.

Next I appreciated the ev charging onsite, but the lack of upkeep and maintenance of them is very obvious, since two out of four tesla chargers actually worked and most of the charging cables were either unraveled on the ground or laying over another charger next to the one it belongs with. Hopefully this can be resolved in the future.

We checked in late, just before the kitchen closed at 10. I really needed something clean and fresh to eat and I was so impressed with the salmon, veggies and mashed potatoes.

Room was good but all of the electric vehicle chargers were offline. I picked this hotel because the website said they had chargers.

The only thing I didn’t like was the food I bought for my son and my self. The food did not taste good at all. Wasted money buying breakfast there.

Property was in a great location. However not as clean as I had wished. There was a funky smell in the hall and room.

There was no secure WiFi. There was snot on the inside of my shower curtain, the sink was dirty. The lotion container had dried old lotion around the spout. The water bottle refill filter was expired. I had a hard time finding information about dining. The website connected to the Hotel Information QR code in the room did not have the dining page set up.

Both the evening and morning staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

The elevator carpet in both elevator's were filthy and smelly . My stay was great. Room was nice and clean and comfortable. The front desk people were very nice and courteous. The breakfast bar was good.

The room was not bad, it was a good sized room. The floor when you walk in was a little dirty and seemed slippery. Only one elevator was working at time we were there. The elevator carpet was really worn and dirty, it needs to be replaced.

Property is definitely worn down. We had 2 rooms, my mother-in-law room the phone didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work. Our room the paint was peeling in the bathroom in several areas, one of the lights didn’t work and the carpet was stained. On the elevator there was a musty smell. For the price paid the value was not there.
