The, lobby, the room and the breakfast area were neat and clean. The breakfast was very good. The desk attendant was polite and helpful. My only complaint here was the very noisy AC unit.... which sadly is typical of this class of hotels. In this day and age, I find it somewhat disturbing that these hotel chains can't find an AC system that doesn't rattle and vibrate and clunk.

Location was great. Easy off and on the highway with plenty of places to eat. Rooms were clean and comfortable and modern. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. At checkout we had to wait at the desk because two of the employees were very loudly arguing with each other. We were very uncomfortable standing there waiting while they shouted at each other.

Close to home just wanted a night out with Hubby. The bed was trampoline-ish, but the thick comforter fooled us when sitting down for the first time. Room temperature wasn’t working!!! Toilet kept running!!!!

Well let me tell you. The bed looked liked someone peed in it. the other looked like poop was on it. 180.00 and these rooms are not cleaned. I could not believe what this was like. They did move rooms but when you pay 180.00 for a room it should be clean.

We’ve stayed here before, the staff is great and super helpful. It’s quiet and location is close to our family that we visit. We booked a suite but it actually wasn’t the space we needed and changed our reservation to two queen rooms, 326 and 328. 326 had a little bit of a Smokey musty smell to it but 328 was awful. I’m not sure if it was mildew or someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in there the day before but the smell was not good.

The sausage and eggs were good. Some of the pastries were good. The hazelnut coffee was good Bacon would have been nice.

I’m currently in my room, after a very long day and all I want is a good nights sleep. However, no chance of that - the walls between the bedrooms seem to be made of paper and the guy next door is talking on his phone at the top of his voice. Incredibly I can even hear the voice on the other end of his phone. Stay away from this hotel if you want peace and quiet!!!

Staff didnt address me when I checked in. She was on the phone and just signaled for my driver's license. Did not ask me to confirm or sign anything. Did not show me which was to the elevator or explain anything to me. Place needs a make over bad. Got woke up in the middle of the night by a puppy crying nonstop next door. My wife called the front desk and they said they would call and see what the problem was..we heard the door shut and I looked out the peep hole only to see a staff member taking the dog out of the room

Would definitely recommend this hotel. I felt safe and worry free about my stay here the hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is delicious and the pool is outdoors which allows you to enjoy the Florida sun. The property is peaceful and quiet at night and the safe is amazing, super friendly and welcoming.

That being said, I would stay there again, hoping not to experience these issues again.

Wedding party and out of town guests stayed and hotel allow my daughter a block of rooms for reservations at a discounted rate. They upgraded the bridge and groom to a suite at no charge and decorated their bed with flowers in shape of heart & choc kisses

The front desk staff was great. The housekeeping staff was was awful. I called housekeeping the lady that works in there told me to called the front desk and hung up on me. The day they were schedule to clean the room since it's every other day the person that was supposed to clean to clean only put new towels and trash bags in there. No bar of soap, bed wasn't made room not vacuum, but they went into my person bag. Also there were roaches in my room. Not to mentioned I had an allergic reaction to the linen that was on the bed the first night nor was the linen on the bed clean. Never once seen a pet in there until my last visit. I could wait to check out of there.

There is a leak in the roof and ceiling needs to be patched. Popcorn ceiling has been removed and there may be a chance it had asbestos. It looks really bad and I can’t believe they are renting this room in this condition. The hall has leakage and ceiling needs repair as well. Front desk clerk was wonderful.

Our room and sheets had a strange smell we couldn’t figure out. Two days later I had to go to walk in emergency for bed bug bites, never in my 75 years have I ever had a bed bug bites, disgusting.

It was fine except the hot water wasn’t hot and there wasn’t any decaf coffee made. The pot was empty. The ceiling in our room was falling down. It smelled like mildew or mold. We stayed at this location several times but never again.

The AC didn't keep the room cool and was set on the lowest setting. I reserved a room right by the door because my wife has a broken ankle and that was changed to a room much further from the door and even after attempting to check-in on the app still had to go to the front desk because the app didn't work. Overall would not stay there again

Location good to my family event ,however shower chair for room was not good and collapsed twice ,also when i checked out somehow i was inadvertently extended too longer in the week otherwise we survived. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was good.

My trip was good the rooms was nice and clean.Only thing I can say that kind of made me feel bad was the elevator did not have air conditioning in it and if anything would have happened with the elevated it would have been a real hot in there. My family met another family there in the pool and also an older lady came and joined us in the pool we had a great time laughing talking and playing a game with the ball.

My daughters and I brought my grand daughters to Jacksonville for a family function. The staff went above and beyond to help us in any manner they could. Honestly this was the BEST STAY I have ever had!!! They all need a raise and a bonus!!!!!

Loved everything. Especially liked the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion bottles that were provided. The breakfast was amazing! The towels were soft and fluffy. Staff was so inviting. Really enjoyed staying here. Definitely will be back!

We were in town for a family member's memorial service. Several other family members were also there. Everything concerning the hotel, from check-in to room cleanliness to the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Owners are stretching the life of things to make maximum profit at the expense of guest comfort. You've already scraped daily housekeeping and blamed it on covid! What a joke! Your greed will catch up to you!

The property/my studio was very clean. The check in/out process was smooth with the staff being very friendly and helpful. The hot complimentary breakfast the next morning was a step above any I have ever experienced. When they said HOT breakfast they certainly meant it and went above and beyond. I will always look for this company any time I need a place to stay while traveling. Thanks you guys I am a very happy customer your place is worth every dollar spent to stay.

Easy, quick and friendly check in. Very nice property, clean and quiet. You can tell they take great care to ensure the quality. Bed was comfortable, and I always appreciate a place where my dog is a welcomed travel companion. Definitely the nicest Hampton we've ever booked.

From check in to check out this hotel made my stay very comfortable. Cleanliness, friendliness and kindness makes being away from home a little easier. Thanks!

The furniture in the room looked worn and tired. I put some canned soda in the fridge and it froze and burst. The bed was okay. The tub had a dripping faucet that was annoying until I put a washcloth under it to soften the dripping noise. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and close to the venue of the Clinton Anderson event we were attending.

There was no hot water and a screaming child and loud parents at midnight so I checked out. A waste of 159.00 for a 4 hour stay.

The place was easy to find, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and the surroundings were quiet.

It was a perfect stay for the night while heading to the in-state rivalry game. Gators vs Seminoles. Go Gators! - The breakfast was perfect and everyone was very friendly. It was clean and cozy for the night. The walls and door is thin and you can hear everything out in the hallway or from outside. But we still slept well.

Very clean and nice. Within a short walk to a Winn Dixie and several take out restaurants, as well as a Cracker Barrel. Good breakfast. Everything neat and immaculate. Would stay again.
