Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Airport

Arrived late and was told breakfast would be set up in the area off the lobby. In the morning nothing was set up. It was all behind a counter. I went to order coffee and nobody was at counter. After 10 min somebody came out appearing like they were preparing a to go order, and said he'd be with me in a few minutes. I left after another 10 min waiting.

We didnt really come prepared for a Hotel.stay nor did we stay for breakfast. We'd had dinner and a few drinks and didnt relish the drive home to

The kitchen condiments. I had a refrigerator and microwave in the room is a plus for me to include a coffee maker. There was nothing really I did not like.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and shower was clean and very well maintained with plenty of towels and wash cloths. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel while traveling and it will continue to be our hotel of choice. Highly recommend.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. I have to say a special thank you to Chintal 😊. He was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Chintal is the man and thank you for all you do.

Courtyard Marriott is usually my go to hotel when traveling but lately they haven’t been up to par. This one by the airport in Jax, however, still checking all the boxes! Incredibly helpful and friendly staff at check in (who actually accommodated my room request!) Sparking clean top to bottom. And as comfortable as you expect Marriott to be. The beds, linens, amenities, always top tier!

We only stayed overnight for an early morning flight. The standout was the checkin. Chintal was very friendly and personable and made us love the property. Room is clean and has everything you need to make you feel at home.

I stayed this weekend May 15 2026. My room was terrible and wifi was not good. Furniture was dirty and dated. I was in town for a funeral. I would have left asap if I could and gotten my money back. It was stains on the floor and lamp shades. The TV was old old. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I made videos. I wish I could post them on here. Don't stay here unless you're desperate.

Everyone was extremely helpful, and friendly from check in to check out, went above and beyond to make my experience very pleasant and enjoyable… any questions I had were answered courteously, thoroughly and with patience …. Pool and Hot tub working, breakfast daily, the location was great, close to shopping and easy to find from Airport, parking etc., I so appreciate them and have no doubts about staying here again … even though along this strip there are multiple hotels, this hotel is a great choice …. Recommended

The only problem was there was no driver for the morning shuttle. I will say the lady at the front desk immediately called for an uber. She saved the day!

Nice location near airport. Short 2 night stay but good snack bar and starbucks inside. Room was spacious and clean.

Early check-in was a savior for me to make a 5pm wedding.

The highlight was the front desk staff. They were attentive, swift, and kind!

I liked this property but our room air conditioner made a terrible noise that kept us up all night.

We got there late (9pm) and left early (3am) so not much of a review as we didn't use anything other than the shower and the bed. But both were good. Check in was easy, staff was very friendly. Seemed very safe. Room was very clean and place was quiet. We were out in the parking lot about 10pm organizing golf equipment for flight out in the morning and it was very quiet and safe, good lighting. Gas station is 150 yards away, lots of restaurants 3 minutes away and about 3 miles to the airport. For what we needed it was perfect.

Breakfast is not included. The specialty coffee drinks we purchased from the cafe were terrible.

Hotel employee who works the front desk in the evening waa incredible. The internet kept going in and out and the television picture had a blue tint. When I complained tge response was they were experiencing tv issues in several trims. There waa no fixing it

Everything was great. Free use of laundry room which was located right next to mine. Charged me again after booking.com has charged me in advance. That caused a lot of issues.

I was there for my cousin's wedding and stayed four nights. The staff was AMAZING! The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Room was a tad small, but we got a nice balcony that made up for it. I would definitely stay here again!

They told me restaurant was thier bit when we got thier it was closed 8pm. No breakfast just muffin and coffee.

I didn't like the carpet. It had a dirty smell. Please take it up and put laminate or something.

House keeping Cleaned with bleach The pool was GREEN! Kids could not swim. Air conditioning in the rooms you cannot control yourself. A manger has to approve of the temperature being changed, which no manager was on site to have this adjusted. Online it says breakfast provided. No breakfast unless we purchase from their bistro which only has 4 breakfast items. Very disappointing stay. Will not book this hotel again.

They also had a washer/dryer available at no cost. My only complaint is that the pool was not very clean (although it didnt stop us from using it), and I wish there was coffee more readily available. We would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The lobby is very welcoming and comfortable. I liked that there was a bistro right there on site. My overall stay was just very nice. This will probably be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Jacksonville.

Great stay. Room 230 did smell a bit musky like wet carpet. But won’t affect my survey. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here in the last year. It didn’t smell like this before.

We saw the room advertised as pet friendly so we had to stay in a flood zone and had no other options but to hunker down in our flooded house, we have asked for a refund but have not heard back as to weather or not the hotel will honor our request.

I’m also grateful for the laundry room and the availability for the detergent. I’m happy about the free onsite parking. The lobby was very nice with plenty of comfortable seating. I didn’t try the Wi-Fi, so I can’t rate it. However, the floor of the bathtub needs grip. It’s very slippery and dangerous. The pillows are a bit too soft, but that’s just preference. The thermometer worked fine and was quick to respond. The lady who checked us in was professional, delightful and polite. All-in-all, a great experience.

Service was great, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable! The pillows were a little too soft for me, but that wasn't a deal breaker. I had a very good experience here and will keep the Courtyard in mind for future Jax business trips!

Very tired. Room 215 needed a deep clean. AC barely worked. Stained wallpaper, frayed lampshades. Needs an overhaul.

The Burgandy was great. We really enjoyed it. Very nice. Very clean and staff was very nice and attentive.

We did a late check in and just stayed one night to break up a long road trip. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean and quiet.

Front house staff were kind, and very helpful for checkin. They even checked in with me when I was on my way out to dinner, asking if everything was good in my room! Great hotel, and crew.

No sofabed which i usse to help with my back issues. One of the main reasons i slected this hotel. Tv did not work. Maintenance got it working but then it would not completely turn off. Tub was very slippery. Hard for us older folks to stay standing

This property exceed my expectations

When wife and I went to shower there was NO cold water coming through the shower. water was hot enough my wife ended up blistered on her chest from the water. Also for an accessible shower it was great until you stepped out of the shower. water was all over the floor as shower curtain wasn't long enough to help corral the water and keep it in the shower. Got out and since I use a cane or wheelchair depending on how the day is going I slipped in the bathroom and hurt my left knee.

We booked a room with a sofa and king bed. There was no sofa.

This hotel was superb! Carpet was so clean we didn't feel like we had to keep our socks on. Safe, quiet area and parked right out front. Check-in was quick and easy

It was great! Shuttle came quickly to pick us up from the airport, it was late after 11pm. Hotel staff gave us recommendation for late night food and it was delicious. I think this hotel should offer continental breakfast.
