    The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The pool was very comfortable and my kids love it and the room was very clean. Having only booked the weekend. Should’ve stayed longer.

    On the plus side, hotel was near restaurants, stores and the highway. Hot breakfast items were good. Rooms were reasonably clean but everything was musty. Felt like things were a little bit damp- bed, carpet, etc. so reused towels never dried., Room windows were so dirty you couldn't see outside. Staff was friendly.

    They was listening through the TV invading your privacy, everytime you talk it you light up then go off that was sad. Then they double charge for the room with a $75 holding fee still waiting to get that back. The water was going out slow in the bathroom sink I will not be staying there anymore.

    The location was terrible in back of a parking lot. The manager was racial profiling us the whole week watching us around the whole time we were there.the breakfast sucks not warm enough even ask the manager to warm it up he turn his nose up at us . The only good thing housekeeping was nice . Room had insects in it too.

    The room was utterly disgusting. I had a late check-in, so by the time I checked in went to the room and went back to the front desk to complain the receptionist was no longer there. I spoke to an individual on a kiosk, informed him of my issues and that I wanted to check out. He stated that I would have to wait until morning and speak with the manager. The manager however was not there the next morning. The receptionist said she would not be in until Monday. I had photos of the bugs in the room the trash in the corners, the filthy tub and the broken cabinets an utter disappointment.

    The pros: the hotel is conveniently located off the highway, there is plenty of parking, there is a Publix a short driving/walking distance away, the buffet breakfast is plentiful, the staff (especially Phyllis, Mica, and the gentleman who worked the desk in the evening) were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, check-in and check-out were easy, bed linens were great. The cons: the area of town didn't seem great (it looked like homeless people were half a block from the hotel in the evening), the room cleaning was B+, room carpet was older and had some stains, check-in after 11 PM was through a video kiosk and there did not seem to be an attendant on site at that time of the night, the hotel WiFi was very spotty, gym was quite small with older equipment, our room smelled a bit musty, the room seemed in need of a refresh/patching/fresh coat of paint. We didn't look at the pool. Overall, I think this is a very good value for the price. As a woman staying there with my son I felt a little uncomfortable in the area of town given the front desk didn't seem to be staffed 24 hours a day. I appreciated that the staff were so helpful and offered we could move to a different room given our first room had a musty smell. They were also very accommodating when our travel plans changed and I appreciate the efforts they made to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

    The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the attendant was very nice and personable, as was the rest of the staff I encountered. It would have been nice to have another chair in the room other than the desk chair. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience.

    Just a bit disappointed for the price I paid, wasn't expecting top shelf anything but there were much cheaper stays in the area compared to this one. There was a bit of an element walking around the parking lot when I got there in the evening, room was clean but some of the linen appeared to have light staining and the plumbing fixture for the shower was incredibly difficult to work. Lastly, the breakfast was good but pretty thin on options.

    Looks much nicer in pictures. Bathroom was dirty. They've implemented a new Kiosk style check in and you don't talk to a human being at the reception desk. It doesn't give you a warm fuzzy about staying here. It's also next to what looks like an abandoned hotel and there was lots of activity at night. I did not feel safe. Would not stay again.

    We arrived around 12:30 but front desk advised that we couldn't get access to the room until 1 (which was fine because we were hungry). She checked us in, so all I had to do was stop by and get the key when we got back. She was extremely nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Later the kids wanted to get in the pool, the guy on duty was very nice as well, he provided us with instructions and location but still took the time to show us. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was typical but good; the staff was friendly and kept everything stocked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

    The location was decent for what we needed, however it was beside an on ramp to a major highway, which made it noisy. The staff was ok, not very engaging but got the job done checking in/out. The breakfast was the usual, nothing fancy, very basic. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, the basics were done but there were cobwebs, dust bunnies and small pieces of trash on the floor. I didn’t feel it was worth what it cost.

    I did not like anything about the hotel. I didn't like the customer service. Did not care for the cleanliness of the hotel. Our room smelled of mold. The hotel claimed to be a no smoking facility, yet there was clearly someone smoking Marijuana in the building. And the elevator was old and outdated.

The staff when we arrived very friendly and helpful, fresh cookies and warm room. our view was of a bush and a bench just outside the window where folks sat to smoke or talk but it was not disruptive. We were there for a night and the view was not something we were there for.

As we waited for his response to tell us what to do next, he never came back; he just left us in the room. We slept in a hot and humid room all night. When I asked the front desk in the morning if they would offer any type of compensation or a refund, they said no. We don't do that. Book at your own risk

    So...for the price it's fine. If your stopping overnight while traveling as I was it's ok. I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. It's a shame that these hotels are not better taken care of. Cleanliness and updating furniture, carpet, bathroom etc..is not a priority anymore. The woman at the front desk was very kind though. I did not try the breakfast so I can't comment but there is one available for free. I just wish hotels would start doing better.

    That I was not outside and one of the staff members. The location was right next to the highway which I did not know. The elevator was a death trap. The facility smelled of mold. There was mold under the sink. The windows had built up condensation so bad that you could not see through parts of it. The first room I had smelled of mold, the toilet did not work. They fixed it and I still had to flush multiples times to get it cleared. I requested a new room. That room was just as bad as the first one. There were what appeared to be humidifiers or air filters in the hallway to try to get rid of the smell of the mold. But it did not work. There were derelicts hanging out in the parking lot and surrounding areas. I did not know the area or I would not have booked there. And I was leery to go someplace else for fear that it would be worse. So, I kept my car parked right in front of the camera of the hotel to keep an eye on it when I wasn’t in it. I will never go there again!

    Hotel is in a great location. Staff is really nice. It is an older hotel. Room was clean but you can see the paint over job on the walls especially in the bathroom. Room carpet needs to be cleaned would not walk around barefooted at all. But other than that bed and couch super comfortable.

    Just not the best. The carpets need replacing. And the whole building just smells musky. I will say the sheets were clean and fresh so there is a plus but the bed was hard as a rock. Not the absolute worst hotel I have even been to but it’s second from the bottom.

At that time, we just got all our belonging together and left since being rushed out. It was a Sunday, not a holiday weekend so I highly doubt the hotel was going to be at max capacity for Sunday night. Take your money else where unless you enjoy being rushed out.

    Initially I was given a room that had mold or mildew and lime stains inside the double-paned windows... in addition, there was a brown and yellow fungus growing (it was about 2 ft. long and 1.5 inches high). If you would like pictures, let me know how to send them. The staff was very courteous and apologetic; the second room they showed me had mold/mildew, but no fungus. The third (and acceptable) room had normal/clean/clear windows.

    From stained sheets to previous guests hair shavings on the shower curtain, I’m not sure linens were actually swapped out between guests. The carpet was damp and smelled musty. Stayed two nights. The TV didn’t work the first night but was fixed quickly. When I returned on night two the TV wasn’t working again.

    To say that its only an excellent value for the price is an understatement. Ive paid far more for far less in the past. The beds were some of the most comfortable Ive ever slept on. The temprature in the room was just right. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was nice and quiet and the shades on the window worked very will.     I called the front desk and the lady was very nice and helpful as, I asked if she had some bleach to poor down the drain’s as, I’m a contractor and, that always seems to work, in neutralizing bad orders in drains. Well, after giving it time to work, now it was bleach vs dead tainted pork. Horrible smell and was giving me a headache. So, I went down to the office and I explained that the situation only progressed. She told me to move to another room and I went to smell it first hahahaha drains there were also stinking, but not as bad. I told her I could live with this one being not as bad. Thanks to her for making it a better experience.

    Our stay was fantastic! Its quiet and out of the way of main roads, breakfast was really good especially the cappuccino machine. Staff was respectful, inviting, and very nice. The jetted tub was relaxing (but definitely should have instructions or labeled whats what lol) and its close to the mall and great food and shopping areas are within 5-8 mins driving. 10 out 10 recommend.

The tv's are like 24" and the cable didnt work, just scrambled screen. Counter in bathroom is all chipped up. Bed was ahhhh alright i guess. Im just saying if im paying over 100.00 per night, i expect much more and modern. This has nothing to do with the staff, they are dealing with what they have. Radisson needs to get in gear with modifications because their name represents a higher class than they are presenting. Ty staff for all your efforts !

Our room was right next to the outdoor pool and they allowed to people to party and play loud music out there way past the times the pool was supposed to close. Oh and it’s right next to the on ramp for the interstate so you hear all the vehicles accelerating on to it.

    The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The room wasn’t very good. It had a strong smell (smelled like old pet urine) and there were yellow stains on the ceiling between the beds. The carpet was coming up in the room as well. When we checked in we had a room with two queens reserved but they didn’t have that when we checked in (ended up getting a room with a king and a sleeper sofa).

    The building smelled bad and our room smelled even worse. The beds and pillows are old and need to be replaced. The hotel location is considered unsafe by locals. Would not recommend.

    Bathroom condition was terrible. I honestly decided to not take a shower. Even the tub had tape in some areas, completely stained and didn’t look clean at all. I would not stay here again. Staff was pretty polite, so you could say that’s a good point right there. Did not had breakfast so can’t tell about that.

    The room smelled like vomit. Toilet had tissue in it when we arrived. Room was dated also. The location had many shops and restaurants. The location is right off the highway.

    If you think you'd enjoy trying to sleep next to the Daytona Speedway then this hotel might be the place for you. All night and all morning long boy racers and the guttural screech of their mangled exhausts as they slide by on I-295 is so loud that you'd swear they were doing doughnuts in the parking lot. If you are not an extremely heavy sleeper I'd avoid this property.

    Was very surprised this property is allowed to be under the Radisson Name. Too many things "Off" to list them all. Carpet in all of the building (and room) was old, stained and musty. Room Windows were full of condensation and could not see out. Shower curtian never even stayed closed during showers. Terrible drywall patch repairs etc. Did the job for this trip, but will not be a must return choice for us.

    The place was dirty, the room smelled terrible, the bathroom was incredibly nasty, the tub had a whole inside and it was patched with a cheap tape, the beds were gross and the towels were yellow and not clean. The rug had some sort of weird red stain on it.

    Excellent breakfast. Respectable room size with 2 double beds. Absolutely dirty carpets in the room. Tub faucets took time to get used to. Ice machine only on upper floor. Plenty of parking in the back. Pool was closed.

    I made a mistake and reserved the wrong night. I entered a certain date/time and instead the following week showed up. This hotel refused to help me resolve the issue. Also, I’m done with Expedia after being a gold member for years. Second time this has happened.

    Upon entering our room we were greated by a unpleasant odor ( musky if you will) the throw pillow on the couch had stains on it, as did the old carpet that was coming separated from the floor. All of which, while gross I can normally ignore (carpet is expensive) However what got me was the shower drain. There was a ring of pink slime mold around the drain. This is the mold you get from not cleaning the shower for a couple weeks. It doesnt just appear after a couple uses or days. You can promote using "hospital grade" cleaning products all you want. Unfortunately those products only work if you actually clean.

    1st room we get to the room and there was no running water. Toilet was plugged and water had seeped into the carpet. They gave us a 2nd room. Very musty smell. No mystery we were both sick after staying here 1 night. Luke warm water in the shower for just a few minutes if your lucky. Half of the TV channels didnt work. There was literally nothing good about this place it was completely miserable. The 2 people we dealt with at the counter were very nice. That was the only positive from this miserable stay

    The staff was nice, the breakfast was very good... but the appearance of the rooms could use a little upgrade. The carpet in the hallway was FILTHY!!! The bedding had stains. A convenient location for truckers on the go.
