The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. I didn't like the fact that my credit card was charged a $75.00 hold two times. What can be done to get the second $75 released and returned to me?

Staff Location, lots of druggies and alcoholic hanging around the area, the place smells like wet clothes, then I was double charged, one from booking and one directly from the hotel itself.

On the plus side, hotel was near restaurants, stores and the highway. Hot breakfast items were good. Rooms were reasonably clean but everything was musty. Felt like things were a little bit damp- bed, carpet, etc. so reused towels never dried., Room windows were so dirty you couldn't see outside. Staff was friendly.

They was listening through the TV invading your privacy, everytime you talk it you light up then go off that was sad. Then they double charge for the room with a $75 holding fee still waiting to get that back. The water was going out slow in the bathroom sink I will not be staying there anymore.

The staff was great but there was mold in our bed and no hot water because of a leak .

The location was terrible in back of a parking lot. The manager was racial profiling us the whole week watching us around the whole time we were there.the breakfast sucks not warm enough even ask the manager to warm it up he turn his nose up at us . The only good thing housekeeping was nice . Room had insects in it too.

The young lady who booked me into the hotel is very professional, competent and empathetic. I wish her well in her future as she seem to have a bright future ahead.

The room appeared to have mold or some type of moisture in the walls. The room also smelled horrible. No matter what i spray you couldn't get the scent out.

The room was utterly disgusting. I had a late check-in, so by the time I checked in went to the room and went back to the front desk to complain the receptionist was no longer there. I spoke to an individual on a kiosk, informed him of my issues and that I wanted to check out. He stated that I would have to wait until morning and speak with the manager. The manager however was not there the next morning. The receptionist said she would not be in until Monday. I had photos of the bugs in the room the trash in the corners, the filthy tub and the broken cabinets an utter disappointment.

I called several times Saturday to cancel my reservation and never got an answer. The phone rang so long that it just finally hung up. I was charged for the room even though I was unable to cancel it.

The pros: the hotel is conveniently located off the highway, there is plenty of parking, there is a Publix a short driving/walking distance away, the buffet breakfast is plentiful, the staff (especially Phyllis, Mica, and the gentleman who worked the desk in the evening) were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, check-in and check-out were easy, bed linens were great. The cons: the area of town didn't seem great (it looked like homeless people were half a block from the hotel in the evening), the room cleaning was B+, room carpet was older and had some stains, check-in after 11 PM was through a video kiosk and there did not seem to be an attendant on site at that time of the night, the hotel WiFi was very spotty, gym was quite small with older equipment, our room smelled a bit musty, the room seemed in need of a refresh/patching/fresh coat of paint. We didn't look at the pool. Overall, I think this is a very good value for the price. As a woman staying there with my son I felt a little uncomfortable in the area of town given the front desk didn't seem to be staffed 24 hours a day. I appreciated that the staff were so helpful and offered we could move to a different room given our first room had a musty smell. They were also very accommodating when our travel plans changed and I appreciate the efforts they made to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the attendant was very nice and personable, as was the rest of the staff I encountered. It would have been nice to have another chair in the room other than the desk chair. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience.

Just a bit disappointed for the price I paid, wasn't expecting top shelf anything but there were much cheaper stays in the area compared to this one. There was a bit of an element walking around the parking lot when I got there in the evening, room was clean but some of the linen appeared to have light staining and the plumbing fixture for the shower was incredibly difficult to work. Lastly, the breakfast was good but pretty thin on options.

Very few selections for breakfast and your deposit is ridiculous

Looks much nicer in pictures. Bathroom was dirty. They've implemented a new Kiosk style check in and you don't talk to a human being at the reception desk. It doesn't give you a warm fuzzy about staying here. It's also next to what looks like an abandoned hotel and there was lots of activity at night. I did not feel safe. Would not stay again.

We arrived around 12:30 but front desk advised that we couldn't get access to the room until 1 (which was fine because we were hungry). She checked us in, so all I had to do was stop by and get the key when we got back. She was extremely nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Later the kids wanted to get in the pool, the guy on duty was very nice as well, he provided us with instructions and location but still took the time to show us. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was typical but good; the staff was friendly and kept everything stocked. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

The location was decent for what we needed, however it was beside an on ramp to a major highway, which made it noisy. The staff was ok, not very engaging but got the job done checking in/out. The breakfast was the usual, nothing fancy, very basic. Our room wasn’t the cleanest, the basics were done but there were cobwebs, dust bunnies and small pieces of trash on the floor. I didn’t feel it was worth what it cost.

The hotel claimed to be a no smoking facility, yet there was clearly someone smoking Marijuana in the building. And the elevator was old and outdated.

The breakfast was good and well organized, hot and fresh. The staff when we arrived very friendly and helpful, fresh cookies and warm room. our view was of a bush and a bench just outside the window where folks sat to smoke or talk but it was not disruptive. We were there for a night and the view was not something we were there for.

As we waited for his response to tell us what to do next, he never came back; he just left us in the room. We slept in a hot and humid room all night. When I asked the front desk in the morning if they would offer any type of compensation or a refund, they said no. We don't do that. Book at your own risk

My room had the jacuzzi tub, which met my expectations. The room was neat and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The remote did not work for the television.

Checking in was good but we got to the room and me coming from working at a 5 star hotel I examined the room and it was not clean at all. Dust throughout the whole room, hair all over the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. Not a clean feeling for a 3.5 star hotel. Will not stay again.

The new room had its own issues. It did smell good though. In the morning i learned the coffee maker was broken. When i opened the blinds to see what view we had a bunch of ants appeared on the windowsill. I get this is a cheap hotel, but these issues are not those of a facility lacking amenities. These are issues of management and ownership not caring about their facility.

That I was not outside and one of the staff members. The location was right next to the highway which I did not know. The elevator was a death trap. The facility smelled of mold. There was mold under the sink. The windows had built up condensation so bad that you could not see through parts of it. The first room I had smelled of mold, the toilet did not work. They fixed it and I still had to flush multiples times to get it cleared. I requested a new room. That room was just as bad as the first one. There were what appeared to be humidifiers or air filters in the hallway to try to get rid of the smell of the mold. But it did not work. There were derelicts hanging out in the parking lot and surrounding areas. I did not know the area or I would not have booked there. And I was leery to go someplace else for fear that it would be worse. So, I kept my car parked right in front of the camera of the hotel to keep an eye on it when I wasn’t in it. I will never go there again!

Hotel is in a great location. Staff is really nice. It is an older hotel. Room was clean but you can see the paint over job on the walls especially in the bathroom. Room carpet needs to be cleaned would not walk around barefooted at all. But other than that bed and couch super comfortable.

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. Check-in very easy process. My only complaint has to be as soon as you walked into the room it was an awful smell. I had to go buy Lysol to cover it a little.

BEWARE**** This is not a safe place. I paid for this hotel, drive up and it was so scary that I didn’t attempt to go inside. I just immediately went to another area of town and booked another room. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

When checking in, the night front desk clerk offered a late check out of 1PM. I watched him write it down on a sheet, so it was notated for the morning clerk. Again, he offered it first and I gladly accepted since we were checking in so late. However, at 11:30AM the front desk clerk, who I’m sure was a manger if not owner of the hotel, knocked on the door to remind of us a 12PM check out. When I informed her of the late check out, she made me give her an exact time of when we’d be leaving and seemed very rude about it. At that time, we just got all our belonging together and left since being rushed out. It was a Sunday, not a holiday weekend so I highly doubt the hotel was going to be at max capacity for Sunday night. Take your money else where unless you enjoy being rushed out.

From stained sheets to previous guests hair shavings on the shower curtain, I’m not sure linens were actually swapped out between guests. The carpet was damp and smelled musty. Stayed two nights. First off, the breakfast could have tasted better. Not enough food choices. Water was not hot enough to make my tea. The bed hurt our backs. Not sure why. I recently had a troubling experience at this property that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, I was struck by the damp smell permeating the room, which set an unpleasant tone for my stay. It felt as though no proper ventilation or cleaning had taken place. Unfortunately, the situation deteriorated further when I discovered bed bugs. Finding these pests in our accommodation is not only unacceptable but also deeply distressing. When I approached the front desk to report the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the staff member. She seemed incredulous and uninterested in addressing my concerns, which left me feeling invalidated and anxious. Instead of reassurance and support, I felt like a nuisance for bringing the problem to her attention. The noise from the nearby interstate added to my discomfort; it was incessant and disruptive, making it nearly impossible to relax or get a decent night’s sleep. The walls felt thin, allowing every sound to seep through, contributing to an overwhelming sense of unease. To make matters worse, the presence of homeless individuals wandering through the property at all hours heightened my anxiety. I constantly worried about the safety of my belongings and my vehicle. It was unsettling to feel so uneasy in a space that should have been welcoming and safe. Overall, my experience was filled with discomfort and dissatisfaction. I cannot recommend this property based on the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and safety.

I chose this hotel based on my previous stay during COVID. The cleanliness was impeccable. However, this time not so much. The hallway had a wet, damp smell that carried into the room. I turned the AC down to alleviate the smell. The carpet needs to be cleaned and there as dust on the credenza. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful.

To say that its only an excellent value for the price is an understatement. Ive paid far more for far less in the past. The beds were some of the most comfortable Ive ever slept on. The temprature in the room was just right. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was nice and quiet and the shades on the window worked very will. I will for sure be staying here again in the future.

I called the front desk and the lady was very nice and helpful as, I asked if she had some bleach to poor down the drain’s as, I’m a contractor and, that always seems to work, in neutralizing bad orders in drains. Well, after giving it time to work, now it was bleach vs dead tainted pork. Horrible smell and was giving me a headache. So, I went down to the office and I explained that the situation only progressed. She told me to move to another room and I went to smell it first hahahaha drains there were also stinking, but not as bad. I told her I could live with this one being not as bad. Thanks to her for making it a better experience.

In room 3 with out clean towels asked to get sheets changed on bed they said they don’t change beds but every 3 days forth day asked again to change beds again not done we’ve stayed here 3 times service never this bad don’t think we’ll be trying it again & we weren’t the only one’s complaining 😤😤😤

Our stay was fantastic! Its quiet and out of the way of main roads, breakfast was really good especially the cappuccino machine. Staff was respectful, inviting, and very nice. The jetted tub was relaxing (but definitely should have instructions or labeled whats what lol) and its close to the mall and great food and shopping areas are within 5-8 mins driving. 10 out 10 recommend.

I did like them cleaning however the amount of time it took was not reasonable. We would leave and pass through the 1st floor hall to get to our car there would someone cleaning a room and have the cart blocking half the hallway. There was food on the floor in the hallway when we left and it was still there when we returned 4 hours later. Cleaning person had moved on to a different room further down the hallway!.

Staff was excellent and hard working. The facility elevator broke. I had to walk 3 flights of stairs to my room. The area in and around the hotel is seedy. Open air drug dealing not ideal for families.

The room itself was comfortable and located close to amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint we had was the loud music coming from the building in front of the hotel. Easy check in and check out.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The room wasn’t very good. It had a strong smell (smelled like old pet urine) and there were yellow stains on the ceiling between the beds. The carpet was coming up in the room as well. When we checked in we had a room with two queens reserved but they didn’t have that when we checked in (ended up getting a room with a king and a sleeper sofa).

The things i didnt like about the property was the area seem very ghetto and tons of people on drugs walking around. Definitely dont recommended if you have kids

We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites for three nights while exploring the Jacksonville area and coastline.

The building smelled bad and our room smelled even worse. The beds and pillows are old and need to be replaced. The hotel location is considered unsafe by locals. Would not recommend.

Bathroom condition was terrible. I honestly decided to not take a shower. Even the tub had tape in some areas, completely stained and didn’t look clean at all. I would not stay here again. Staff was pretty polite, so you could say that’s a good point right there. Did not had breakfast so can’t tell about that.

Although it was in a business section, it was coupled with 3 star hotels. I’ve been to much better Country Inn’s. They are maintaining it well though.

The room smelled like vomit. Toilet had tissue in it when we arrived. Room was dated also. The location had many shops and restaurants. The location is right off the highway.

If you think you'd enjoy trying to sleep next to the Daytona Speedway then this hotel might be the place for you. All night and all morning long boy racers and the guttural screech of their mangled exhausts as they slide by on I-295 is so loud that you'd swear they were doing doughnuts in the parking lot. If you are not an extremely heavy sleeper I'd avoid this property.

Was very surprised this property is allowed to be under the Radisson Name. Too many things "Off" to list them all. Carpet in all of the building (and room) was old, stained and musty. Room Windows were full of condensation and could not see out. Shower curtian never even stayed closed during showers. Terrible drywall patch repairs etc. Did the job for this trip, but will not be a must return choice for us.

The place was dirty, the room smelled terrible, the bathroom was incredibly nasty, the tub had a whole inside and it was patched with a cheap tape, the beds were gross and the towels were yellow and not clean. The rug had some sort of weird red stain on it.

It was a good stay. The room was very clean, and the beds were made very well. I have no notes about anything in the room except that the tissues were very thin.

We were happy with our stay and the staff was very friendly.

Carpets are stained and walls are dirty. Breakfast was adequate. They were short handed with hospitality staff.

It's was great enjoy the bedroom was neat and clean also like the service there and hotel agent talked to me friendly and got me a room fast and got a early booking.

Excellent breakfast. Respectable room size with 2 double beds. Absolutely dirty carpets in the room. Tub faucets took time to get used to. Ice machine only on upper floor. Plenty of parking in the back. Pool was closed.

I made a mistake and reserved the wrong night. I entered a certain date/time and instead the following week showed up. This hotel refused to help me resolve the issue. Also, I’m done with Expedia after being a gold member for years. Second time this has happened.

Upon entering our room we were greated by a unpleasant odor ( musky if you will) the throw pillow on the couch had stains on it, as did the old carpet that was coming separated from the floor. All of which, while gross I can normally ignore (carpet is expensive) However what got me was the shower drain. There was a ring of pink slime mold around the drain. This is the mold you get from not cleaning the shower for a couple weeks. It doesnt just appear after a couple uses or days. You can promote using "hospital grade" cleaning products all you want. Unfortunately those products only work if you actually clean.

The property is outdated, specially bathrooms. It was OK for sleeping and the breakfast was good.

1st room we get to the room and there was no running water. Toilet was plugged and water had seeped into the carpet. They gave us a 2nd room. Very musty smell. No mystery we were both sick after staying here 1 night. Luke warm water in the shower for just a few minutes if your lucky. Half of the TV channels didnt work. There was literally nothing good about this place it was completely miserable. The 2 people we dealt with at the counter were very nice. That was the only positive from this miserable stay

I've stayed at this property before and it's convenient but i feel like in the time since my last stay (2022) the property hasn't made improvements to there room carpets. The staff and area are the reasons i return.
