The room was nicely clean, Jesús and the rest of the staff are very friendly, attentive, and courteous and really helpful so you find everything you need. The breakfast is great, there is always someone checking that the items don't run out, and there's a lot of choices for everyone. There are a bunch of stores nearby and every thing I wanted to see from Jacksonville was no more than 30 minutes away.

Parnum and Beverly were very nice the carpet is filthy, they dont change the pillow cases or sheets. there isnt enough towels, no toilet paper and the street nosie is very load.

Blanket on the bed was dirty and stained. The floor itself dipped and was uneven. Fitness Center was not cleaned and not kept up with. Was given room right next to the highway, hard to sleep. Overall experience, terrible.

People out all hours of the night and the staff followed the cleaning staff to make sure I. Didn’t have a dog like a body guard or something very weird place to stay and they are so rude there !!! I don’t like the front desk staff very rude to stay in a crack infested hotel don’t stay there it sucks !!!!

It's a hole in the wall. There's 2 other roach hotels next to it. Wasn't sure which from which. Crackheads everywhere. The TV is older than my son. Heavy equipment laying around the parking lot. When going into the room. The light switch doesn't work for anything.

I stayed in a single occupancy room with a full sized and very comfortable bed. The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I just wish I could have stayed longer!

It was very late and we had didn’t have a lobby/elevator. We had to drive around to the room. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

My room was spacey and clean. The bathroom was exceptionally large. Upon my arrival, the front desk clerk took the time to walk me to my room while showing me around. His gesture was very much appreciated. The ice machine was broken. As a result, I was forced to walk to the circle-K store across the boulevard at midnight, just for a cup of ice.. The rusty, dirty, and old ice machine stood as a stain on the hotel establishment. With reasonable pricing, a clean room is, in my opinion, the magnet that could keep customers flowing in time and time again. Unfortunately...

They have some good breakfast ? They other side of the building with all different kinds of folks. The side by the office is clean and nice.

The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache.

It was peaceful and quiet. No complaints. Small gym but effective. Breakfast was continental style. Again no complaints.

I always look for a Baymont when I travel! The nicest people and good value for the money!

The staff are rude and act like it’s a chore to do anything for you and lock your door every time you leave and especially when you spend the night!!! No coke machine and the ice machine was broken, also you may hear loud noises at 4am people coming in and out all hours of the night talking very loud and a couple was fighting in the room next to me. Also beware of homeless people who are on drugs very shady place and people.!!!

The smell in the room was horrible; supposedly, a cleaning person was going to come by, but they never showed up. They couldn't switch my room because the hotel was supposedly full. On the second night, when we went to bed, there was a cockroach that scurried under the bed. The hotel in general is very run-down. The only thing that was halfway decent was the breakfast.

Clean room. Quiet space with comfortable mattress .TV was good. Breakfast was adequate Pleasant staff. They really made an effort to keep the place clean, which I appreciate.

When we checked in we were greeted by the most obnoxious man that we have ever encountered in a room setting having to put down a 100.00 deposit AFTER the room was already charged to our credit card. We stay at Wyndham hotels on a regular basis but we are considering finding another group to stay in. One thing is for sure, I will sleep in my car before staying at a Baymont hotel again! The couches and chairs are obviously very used and need replacing. Not just covered up. The staff were appropriate and the breakfast was on time and hot. More time needs to be spent on upkeep of the furnishings and cleaning.

It was clean, check in was easy. There is a 100 dollar deposit as an addition to your stay cost. The microwave kept flipping the switch in the room. I also was shocked when I tried to plug in my computer into the wall. My charger didn’t work after that. I was on the side close to the highway so it was very loud if my ac wasn’t running.

If your room is by the freeway expect to be woke up every morning by motorcycles gunning it to get on the freeway. The room was ok I bought an air spray to get the old smoke/mildew smell out of the room. My room was non smoking but the carpet is very old so if that was replaced I'm sure that would help. The front staff was very kind and let me check in 30 mins early.

The rug was very dirty, and had to fight roaches more than once. Excellent location with shopping and food very nearby, seems ok during the day but night hits and there's no lighting and lots of sketchy looking people hanging around near the entrance and around the hotel area. Didn't feel safe being out past a certain time.

The biggest point, the ac barely blew cold air. All of us sweated at night. This is with everything off and the ac on. In the state of FL, ac is NEEDED! Also, my husband was offered drugs, literally right outside of the hotel. Do not go for the breakfast. Not anything continental about it. Options very limited. I have stayed at cheaper hotels and have had a better all around experience. Will not be staying here again. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend!!

Carpet old and dirt. My feet were black from walking on it barefoot. The bathroom floor was constantly damp even though no water was spilt on it. The hot water was barely available and took a long time to get warm... Not hot. :(

The room that I booked was non-smoking as indicated in the app. But when I get into the room it smells so bad with cigarettes, I believe they shouldn’t mislead the client that is going to book. It causes me headache and rhinitis attack esp at night. I approach the front desk staff which he is so nice and sprayed the room as I request but at night still smells so strong. I’m simple and this hotel met my needs. Bed, table, shower. Oh and a tv. Basic cable. Pool (didn’t go but looked clean). Employees were nice and professional. I liked the complimentary dove soap. Slept well.

The room smelled heavily of smoke and it was filthy. The pillows didn’t even look washed. The bed was tiny and weird and the room looked nothing like the pictures. Also because I booked through Expedia I could not get a refund. I could not stay in that room and ended up leaving a day earlier because of this.

A couple below us were fighting through the night! Strange people were knocking on our doors all through the night. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! And I really feel that my money was wasted because I didn’t even stay the second night that I paid for. But didn’t even bother saying anything because I knew they wouldn’t refund my money! Don’t get me wrong. The room was very nice and all the staff was very nice but it was a little noisy outside. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and the hotel next to us was pretty rough looking but I was so tired that I slept really, really good. Nothing wrong with the hotel. I stayed at. I felt a little unsafe going in and out of the room, only because I was by myself, and there were quite a few people hanging around outside that looked a little sketchy.

The customer service was absolutely top-notch—some of the best I’ve ever encountered. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This property is serviced by a man wearing an ankle monitor, which indicates that he is out of jail on release for a serious crime. That he has access to people’s rooms is incredibly concerning. The hotel is run down and is poorly maintained. It is situated right next to the highway, which makes it noisy.

This property is serviced by a man wearing an ankle monitor, which indicates that he is out of jail on release for a serious crime. That he has access to people’s rooms is incredibly concerning. The hotel is run down and is poorly maintained. It is situated right next to the highway, which makes it noisy.

The towels were old and thin, and incomplete sets. Instead of soap, body lotion was provided in the shower, and if you wanted body wash, you had to squirt it in your hand at the sink before getting into the shower. Another member of my party staying in a different room didn’t have any soap; only body lotion at their sink and in the shower. The hair dryer in my room didn’t work, and when I asked for another, a worker wearing an ankle monitor offered to come in my room and fix it for me. When I pointed out his ankle monitor, which indicates that he was on supervised release due to involvement in criminal activity, he told me he is one of the owners and that he works there. It’s a terrible look for a business that people depend on for security to have someone working there who has an obvious problem with the law. I wouldn’t have booked that hotel if I had known that they would take risks with security. I really wish I had chosen someplace else to stay. Anyway, I got a working hair dryer, for what it’s worth. Also, the bed and pillows were good.

It was clean and reasonably priced. They ran out of food on their breakfast with an hour left in the breakfast slot. The exterior of the property is dirt and in a bad area. Overall it meets the expectations for the price.

The only thing they should extended is the time for the breakfast the last thing you want to do on vacation is get up early to catch the breakfast.

The hotel is an older one that needs renovations, but does look OK. It’s literally right next to the highway so that makes it hard to sleep. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking but yet it smelled like smoke. The door stuck and had damage on the inside from someone opening it too quickly, the carpet had an iron stain, the tub was patched up and not well. Will never stay there again!

The kitchen was very clean Our room was spacious but the carpet was very old. We got the room with a leak problem. We discover the leak on the 3rd day of our stay. The front desk offered to move us in another but we declined cuz the room has a funky smell and decided to stay another day

The hotel room was disgustingly dirty. The carpet had too many stains to count that I did not walk around unless I had my shoes on. The bed smelled horribly. Was scheduled to stay there for 3 nights but after the first night I checked out and paid to stay in a much better hotel room. Never again will I stay in this hotel chain.

The outside of the hotel needs work. It looks extremely run down and ghetto. For the price, i guess i got what i paid for. Now the inside of my room was neat and clean. No complaints there

Things i liked: -the mattress was super comfy -never saw the roaches others have stated. -loud AC unit drowned out the noise from others outside as well as the freeway noise Things i didnt like: - TV didnt work....thats enough to piss anyone off. Recommend the owner have room audits prior to booking to ensure this is available. - Entry door needs cleaning Other than this, its a bit shady around this hotel but the area has nice shopping and dining. I can sleep anywhere for one night. This was my one night

I rented a "non-smoking" room, but it was filled with second hand smoke. I requested a different room, but was denied, even though I could see many empty rooms. The person at the desk said it was smoke coming through the air conditioning from the outside (not true). My toilet was plugged, so I reported that as well. I was told I could get a plunger out of the closet by the office and try to fix it myself (which I did). I would not stay there again.

Carpet turned your feet black after you showered and had to rewash your feet before going to bed !!!

Room isn’t bad. Bed is comfy until it felt like something biting your legs. Bed mites or fleas. Then from 1 am til around 3 am a group of people yelling, talking by my door and had someone knock on my door two different times. And knocked on door next door and woke the guy up also. The highway noise is loud in the room so ear plugs is a must.

Our room smelled like cigarettes and our hot water didn’t work. Each time we got back too late for us to want to complain. We just dealt with it and decided to just not stay here again. I noticed everything looked dirty. The outlets were gross, hair dryer was dirty looking. The staff was friendly enough but just wasn’t the nicest hotel.

The property management goes above and beyond for their customers.

For breakfast there were several options. It was definitely adequate.

It was ok, the tv didn't work and the microwave did not work. They did however fixed the tv and brought a new microwave to the room Also you could tell they didnt know how to clean because you could see the residue from spray cleaner on everything but they did not wipe it clean, it just dried on everything.

Room was dirty. Smelled musty. There was a leak in the bathroom and rug was wet. Area is sketchy, not a safe place.

Worst of the worst. Dirty. Took despoit and refused to return it. Breakfast was terrible. Run down.

The hotel is extremely outdated. Definitely not worth the $160 I paid. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, there was no water pressure in the shower, hair all over the bathroom floor. There were uncovered wires coming out of the wall. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall Im very dissatisfied with this hotel.

Also, that I had to walk down stairs and around the corner. In order to get iceas the ice machine was locked off on our floor

Very friendly staff, great location and spacious room. TV is a little bit out of date and no way to hook up my Netflix but overall ok. I am an extended stay so prices could be a little better for people who are staying long-term.

I didnt like the fact that a group of kids were outside throwing a football and repeatedly hitting my vehicle with it.
