MOST of the ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful I wish I knew the two ladies names I was referring to. I asked for sheets for three days in a row and just got some yesterday.

Exceptional unexpected full breakfast. Pleasant staff and uncomplicated check in. Dining area kept clean throughout the breakfast service. Quiet accommodations, and access walkways were well lit. No assigned parking. The pool gate was still locked mid to late morning. Couldn't seem to access local news on the TV. Outdoor common areas could use a little attention ... lots of dirt (vs grass), litter, sticky tables ... Also, $100 security for a senior citizen and 14 year old granddaughter seemed excessive, however it was returned promptly enough. Why do in room coffee condiments include only a tiny packet of creamer??

It was relatively quiet. Not enough towels. Staff were not friendly.

Breakfast and location were great!! The floors were dirty and the amenities hadn't been filled. Barely had enough for two.

Location of hotel. Desk attendant was knowledgeable about spider and moved me quickly to 3rd room. Had to be moved three times. First room 420 smell like an ash tray( very smokey). Moved to 2nd room 120 which had the largest spider I'd ever seen. I try to kill it and it had a 100 baby spider (sac filled with baby spiders. At 12:10 am moved to 3rd room 140 with dirty linen. couldn't sleep bc I feared spiders. Would like full refund due issues and inconvenience. Also did not stay 2nd day. If it wasn't so late the first night I eould have left then.

EVERYTHING was poor quality, as if someone might have said "let's get something together and rent rooms. Cleanliness is certainly not a priority. Reservations were for 2. We had towels for 1. Wednesday I asked for more towels and could not get them.

Aesthetics and decor Too warm in kitchen/eating area Glass and trash in parking lot not attbesss to for days! Bait & switch on breakfast menu They started off exceptional! Although at first it was bacon OR sausage instead of both options Now no meat! At ALL!!! Only multiple starch:bread choices mainly (toast, bagels, French toast sticks, waffles, biscuits, pastries) with eggs,, potatoes and a couple other condiments NO MEAT/full hot and balanced breakfast no more! So weird!

the towels, bed sheets were dirty the room was just nasty. I changed rooms and both rooms were exactly the same. meaning all rooms are just not cleaned properly.

The property needs a upgrade It wasn’t clean outside the property needs work as far as room they need a real upgrade

Didn't get the complimentary breakfast. Had to ask for tissue cause only one bathroom had tissue. I still have not received my deposit back and it's May.

The location was good for me! I’m pretty sure some guests are using this facility as their home and I had a bad experience late in the night a lot of loud profanity from the guests next door!

This is our new go to for accommodations. We love the area as it is safe well lit and very clean. The breakfast each morning is. Good too Pleasant staff, and lots of food options in the area at nearby restaurants!! These are a little softer for my taste, but still comfortable and at a height that I prefer During my stay, there was some issue with water coming through the ceiling, as if someone left the bathtub ready or some other pipe bursting I’m hoping they give us a discount because I was getting dressed for court and almost fell not knowing that the water had been cooling all around the toilet up upon me exiting the shower because the shower was on, and I didn’t hear the water coming until I was already in the puddle. This slowed my family down from getting dressed and being timely to the early morning appointment we had and there were no maintenance guys on site yet all we could do was gather as many tiles as possible to try and stop the water from coming outside of the bathroom into the area. We need it to use near the mirror. My husband never got his shower and everything had to quickly be put by the door which interrupted our flow, but we made the best of it.

No towels, junkies everywhere, kids were harassed by hotel cooks because they cant tell whos staying at the hotel and whos just lingering around and some staff have attitude problems because they cant control the environment

Value, Bed, shower, pool PILLOWS! Sink was clogged and bathroom was dirty, Homeless people hanging around, Junk Vehicles in the parking lot

The grounds need some TLC! Cigarettes buts everywhere! They need a designated area for smoking and trash for the used butts!

Friendly, helpful staff. Prompt service dealing with minor issues. Breakfast area was clean & staff were prompt addressing issues when they ran out of food items. Nice breakfast selection for the price of the room. All dispensers in room empty, no trash can in room, 1 washing for 2 guests in room. Leaking toilet. Did not clean room or bring clean towels, amenities during stay. Had to ask. Oh, didn't like told there was an additional charge billed for damages, etc. Was concerning, due to trash can missing ? & wash rag missing prior to entering. Room.

I liked the price but didnt get to stay I didnt like that I booked this room enough in advance that I should have been secured in a room. But I was prompt online with a question of did u want to pay wheb I arrived or now so i chose when I arrive. When I arrived in between the expected time of arrival I was then told my the lady at the desk she canceled my reservation because she wasnt able to charge my card but I was told to pay when I arrived. So got no room, no guest caring from the desk employee, no cancelation notice until I arrived.

Price good, breakfast good, Dirty all around. Sheets were dirty, just bad.

Proximity to I-95 Doubled as a shelter for homeless. Woman in charge of breakfast was ill-mannered and confrontational.

Absolutely nothing initially I would’ve given the staff a kudos but after changing into a third room and seeing roaches her attitude became dismissive when a refund was requested. The grounds, cleanliness, just overall everything was horrible
