B&B HOTEL Jacksonville Airport – Newly Renovated!

Bernice had very great customer service. She was very welcoming. This is a new establishment and have only been open 3 weeks. I loved the location and the room was gorgeous. My only complaint was I they didn't have the breakfast buffet open and that was one of the reason I booked. Be mindful of the stairs. They don't have an elevator but the staff will help with any bags. I can't wait to see what else they do with this property. Will definitely return. Thanks again Bernice.

AC unit was very loud made sleep difficult. But the hotel its self was very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Brewery next door was convenient and have excellent food and service.

Facility not worth amount paid alittle less than average

A dead roach met us on the floor as we entered the room. There was at least one hair in the bathtub (this tells me a LOT about the cleanliness of any facility). When I went to the front desk to advise that we could NOT stay here, and why, I was assured I would not be charged. Now, I have the charge on my credit card, the calls to the facility don't go through, and the calls to corporate go unanswered. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I was not provided breakfast as advertised I was under the impression that breakfast was provided. I had trouble with the lock on my door. When I spoke to the staff about not being informed on the website, that the hotel was under construction, she gave me a tour but no accommodation for the false advertisement and the loudness due to the construction

The lobby was under construction, so it was difficult to find the hotel because there was no sign. Friendly customer service, but the room is ok if you're only there to save some money, don't expect anything better. The place was clean and acceptable for an overnight stay.

Pets were well treated but construction made parking and moving around property a little difficult. Should kmprove with time. Room needed some upgrading such as bathroom door that closes and general improving.

The hotel was undergoing repairs and the photos of the property were misleading.

This morning I cancelled my booking because Windsor Inn is pet friendly and I am alergic to dogs. They processed the cancelation but refuse to refund my payment. Ken Moncada

Remove this hotel off the website the hotel is under heavy construction I couldn’t even find the check in dest nobody was around to help just a waste of time and money!!!

I thought I was getting a real bargain pricewise, but the whole feeling inside and out wasn’t very comfortable. There were people in the parking lot smoking and our car was packed up so we were leery leaving it.

I would hope they would have heaters in the room and not just air conitioners. All in all, I would stay here again, but will carry a heater to be safe. 🙃 I will also call hotwla before booking to ensure all amenties arw available.

The hotel was under construction, and there was no indication that it was even open. I had to stick my head into a door at the side of the property, which turned out to be a reservation desk. Literally just a desk. I was weirded out, but the room was quiet and comfortable.

Friday night. I thought got into chiggers or red bugs while out visiting. Turns out it’s something in that hotel causing me to itch like crazy. They said no smokeingbin the room. I walked outside to smoke and they kept my deposit for that telling me I smoked in the room when I didn’t. They have renovations going on so it’s hard to sleep with the noise. At night the court yard is so lit up that the light comes in though the Shanda’s making it hard to sleep. This plaice was absolutely horrendous

It might be due to renovations thoigh. Therefore, things might be a lot better 6 months from the writing of this review. I also booked under the assumption that there would be a g7m. However, it q closed due to renovations. I wish I would've known that ahead of time. Overall, it was a n okay stay. Had microwave, fridge, bed and working toilet and bathroom.. I think once the renovations are done it's going to be an amazing place.

This is one of my favorite hotels I will definitely prefer Windsor innn hotel over any other hotel they clean always smell good the people in the office are very nice I just love it if you ever need a place to stay over night I will recommend Windsor inn hotel .

The pics look nothing like the actual place! It looked like a run down hotel. The room stunk of old & pee! The heat didn’t work! A window unit that goes in a home was the air conditioning. The staff was very nice & pleasant. But that hotel looked like somewhere you take prostitutes to for 10 min. The shower hardly worked the water was hardly warm. I will say the sheets was bleached good. I’d never stay there again though.

Room was pretty decent. the carpets need to be replaced. They felt gross especially getting out of the shower. And were all ripped. Shower head was gross and needed to be soaked or replaced, staff was nice and attentive

I didnt sleep well at all because the hotel didnt look safe & i had males hsnging out by my room at night & when walked out yo leave i was told I have some rims to sell you for your tahoe. I was not told this place was pretty much closed fown to remodeling & the pool was closed & had checkin in a little area that had a few tables & looked like maybe continental breakfast. I have never stayed in a place that i was scared to go aleep :( I went back to the counter & told them i didnt feel safe she said we have someone patrolling the area but i never seen 1 person other than guys hanging out in front of my room talking very loud.

Very well kept. Everything is very minimal. They want to charge 8.00 for breakfast per person for eggo waffles frozen sausage ect….. no iron or board. Tv wouldn’t turn off!!!!!! Microwave from the 70’s

I am a review junkie and honestly it scares me but upon arrival staff was great check in was smooth and so was check out… honestly it’s one of those you have to see it for yourself room was clean I requested a walk though after check out and was granted upon request without a fuss 10/10 would recommend

The hotel is cool. It’s the fact that they lie about giving you your deposit back. I stayed there earlier this month when I called weeks later and asked about my deposit they said I smoked in the room of course weeks later there’s no way to fight it. Next time I go, before I check out I asked the manager to come check my room. She literally looked me dead in my face and told me it smelled like smoke. So from this point on, I’m NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN! It’s a scam to keep your money.

The property was very quiet, safe.I felt very comfortable, the staff was very welcoming an accommodating, and I had a very enjoyable experience. The only thing I would recommend is the to put the name of the hotel on the hotel as it is very unassuming and have the potential to miss this hidden gem when locating it. All around a great experience for an affordable price, would book again

For the price of the hotel it was definitely nicer than I expected. I don’t know how the breakfast was I didn’t have time to try it because of work, but I know that they charge you a fee if you want breakfast, which I thought breakfast was free. Shower worked great. I’m I can’t really complain about it. It was a nice little stay, at an affordable price.

Would not stay here again. Make sure to review before purchasing stay as it says breakfast on the page but that is an extra cost when you are there. I’ve stayed at similar tier hotels with same price point that provide free continental breakfast and was shocked at having to pay extra for their sad breakfast set up.

It was good for the price I paid for one night.

Would not recommend this place they have roaches. Staff is not accommodating and they won’t refund me even though I checked out immediately after seeing the roaches. This is a health issue.

I was pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. My family and i didn't have to worry about getting bit by insects like bedbugs nor itching. It was nice and cold in the room. I don't know what the 2 star ratings for this hotel are about but i received outstanding service! If i ever need to return i will stay here again. I do wish they served breakfast. Some customers may perfer eating at the hotel instead of going out and about. Other than that, great service!!!

Absolutely the cutest motel ever! The staff was amazing. The rooms and hotel area were super clean. I was so surprised. Especially being close to the airport. I will definitely be back 10 out of 10! I just wish i could have partied here in the 70's. The design in the lobby was just up my alley. Vintage and classy. Didnt have breakfast had to leave too early. But i chose safety and cleanliness over food lol. Check them out yall!

Called ahead, and asked for adjoining rooms did not seem to want to accommodate me, however, hotel less than 1/3 full. Requested to park in front of room had to walk with toddler too far. The bar next door was so loud all night long, price was the saving spot, clean rooms too!

Some miscommunication happened but it worked out and overall was good for me

I was driving and trying to find a hotel really fast.The property was nice. The room was clean and I didn’t have any problems sleeping. My only issues were entering the room from outside instead of a hallway. Parking was in the back of the hotel and on the sides adjacent to a wooded area. I asked the clerk could I have a room inside the building because I was traveling alone. She said there was nothing available. It was pretty early in the day, so I’m not sure if she was telling the truth. The room had tile floors and I don’t like walking on cold tile. It was clean though and comfortable enough for one night.

The room was comfortable and convenient. The laundry and pool were not in operation. The property was well-maintained. The front desk staff were excellent.

This is a great place for traveling or just to get away staff is so friendly definitely recommend Windsor Inn.

There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom. There were a couple of bugs in the bathroom.
