Aloft by Marriott Jacksonville Tapestry Park

I stayed one night. The front desk staff were gracious and friendly. My room was clean, bed was very comfortable, it was fairly quiet. I appreciated the DryBar hair products & good hair dryer. Great value for the price of the room!

The check-in process was fast, easy, and such a pleasant experience. Sam at the front desk was so accommodating and friendly! Rooms were clean and feel cozy, bed was comfy, and breakfast was excellent! It has a fun vibe and I would definitely stay here again... Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The truly pet-friendly atmosphere was one of the highlights, making it easy to travel with our dogs without feeling like an afterthought. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and courteous throughout our visit. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep each evening. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

My trip was absolutely amazing. I just felt good being there and there was plenty to eat near by. I stayed the weekend but the end of my trip was where I had to give the amenities a 3/5 review. The pool was not skimmed and there were sooooooooooooooo many bugs in the pull. Many were not even dead. It was gross. I got immediately turned off. I just got out. Someone should be doing that. Thank you.

Free parking was a huge plus, and the bar and lobby area were both really nice spots to relax and unwind. The atmosphere felt welcoming and well put together. My only small disappointment was the space in the lobby—I do wish there was room for a second pool table, because it was always occupied when I wanted to play. But honestly, that didn’t take away from the experience at all. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

The front desk guy was rude. I drove over an hour away from home just to be told my reservation had been canceled and they didn’t have any rooms for us.

Staff was friendly, very polite. The main complaint is the sliding door at the bathroom does completely seal / close because of the baseboard on the wall. Another issue with the blinds some were not working at all.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The staff was always kind and its rare to find a hotel that is larger dog friendly. Our boy is 70lbs and most places max is 40lbs. Everything was clean and stocked as well as very comfy beds. Will return here for our next trip to Jacksonville!

The room was fine. Typical of other Alofts I have stayed at. The lobby / bar area was also fine and typical of the brand. The biggest drawback was the noise. The corridors were loud from people and doors slamming. My room was a first floor unit and I would suggest requesting an upper floor room as the parking lot noise was an issue.

Sam was so helpful and friendly. He was able to get us reservations last minute at a restaurant nearby and followed up on our experience. He made our stay excellent. The shower needs a shelf for products. There was nowhere to put anything.

We had an enjoyable time, very calm hotel, someone (in the hall?) was laughing loudly right when we went to bed, but after just a couple minutes everything was quiet. Comfortable beds, slept well. We prepaid for breakfast. It was very good.

I was there for a family reunion gathering and the hotel was very nice the staff was very nice and pleasant and the room was very nice and cleaned. Very close to shopping areas and local food restaurants.

We had our pug with us - first time for us to travel with a dog. The hotel, unlike most, does not charge additional fees for the pet to stay. They gave her cute little food and water bowls, I assumed for us to borrow, but they gave them to us at the end of our stay. We walked her around the outside every morning, and there was dog bags and a trashcan. There were a couple other dogs staying but we rarely heard anything, so the floor and the room were quiet. The hotel room was different than I’m used to. There was no dresser, instead there is open shelving. The lights were controlled by switches by the door, and there were no individual switches except for the reading lights over the bed and there maybe a desk lamp. The room had a closet area and a room safe - we didn’t use the safe. The room was big enough for the three of us and the dog. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were nice thick towels. There is a Starbucks within a couple of minutes walk from the front door, and we got coffee there nearly every day, as well as complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. I heard the to go breakfast is chef-made fresh in the lobby but we didn’t get to try it. My husband and daughter did appreciate the gym.

I was there for 2 nights. I didn’t realize your hotel was pet friendly. There were two rooms beside me with dogs and it was hard to enjoy watching tv with them barking. Not sure if you put trash bags in your trash cans, but there weren’t any in the cans. Overall if it wasn’t for the dogs it would have been a great stay.

Very nice hotel and room. Busy lobby with young professionals. Free shuttle takes you to the Town Center for shopping and dining. Several restaurants outside past parking lot.

I asked if they might have contact solution, and rather than, "sorry, we don't" I was treated like it was a dumb request. And while they claim to be dog friendly, other than the one helpful person who offered us a dog bowl and bed, the rest of the staff acted like we were second-class for having a dog with us.

Modern, sleek, clean, pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and loved the artsy aesthetic. I’d only suggest softer sheets and separate lighting for the shower area that’s disconnected from the sink area since those are 2 separate room areas (and the those in the bed area can still see the light).

Room was very clean and large. Bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and the made to order breakfast was great!

The only disappointment I had was with the breakfast; my ham omelette was not good.

Michael was very helpful and explained everything in detail, excellent room, very spacious and clean. The only thing is that the elevators had urine, but overall the experience was great definitely will be booking again😃

We always stay here while traveling in Jacksonville, FL because the hotel is so clean, the staff is friendly, and our dogs are permitted to stay with us. We have stayed at ALOFT properties in Alabama and Tennessee as well and love them all!

It was fun for me and my teen son. We played pool in the lobby.

I had the room on the 1st floor right next to the outside side door. It was a noisy room. Something by the fire alarm on the wall made a clicking sound and the hallway was super noisy. Not sure if there was a big group of people together or what but it was super noise and the walls nor the door blocked any of the noise. I could hear the live music coming from the lobby at times too.

Wasn’t bad. We liked having food options within walking distance. The bed seemed comfortable when first laying down but overnight it killed both of our backs.

I planned a weekend getaway here and it was clean and they even have quiet hour from 10pm - 7am just what I needed.

Loved the room. It was big, roomy, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel has a great funky vibe, perfect for the ideal IG real or Tik Tok dance. They have a giant connect 4!!! Would highly recommend.

My favorite Aloft! Checkin was quick and friendly. If I had been in a drinking mood, the bar was open. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything I needed for an overnight stay.

It was clean, no problem. But the "new age meets thrifty" style was a bit put-offish. Kind of like staying at a pay-as-you-go university dorm. Room doors need to be rethought. Seems like you went for sound proof but forgot that when they shut they are loud enough to make the hall shudder. We'll probably skip a second visit.

It is dog friendly which we loved, you see so many fur babies!! Overall, we were comfortable, and felt safe. There is a lot to do around the area as well.

The rooms have everything you need for comfort, what i loved about the bathroom is that it had a sliding door that went into the wall which gave you privacy if someone else wanted to get dress, use the sink etc... Let's talk about having a hot shower!! It was almost like being in a sauna, soooo relaxing. The bedding was clean and comfortable. I can go on and on. They also have a laundry room on the fifth floor! It was a great experience and we'll definitely go back.

I typically stay at hotel Indigo tapestry park but wanted to give aloft a try. Based on my experience I won’t stay at Aloft again. The front desk staff is very stiff and unengaging. The hotel is very loud and just not very inviting. I travel all over the US and abroad this just wasn’t a very good experience.

It was great stay. the location is perfect. Will definitely come again.
