The staff was great but that was about it. The rooms were really small and I got a suite, and there wasn’t room service that is advertised on website. the most thing that affected my stay was the pool. It’s not a full size pool and it’s not very deep. This isn’t explained on the website so it was a real bummer when me and my two teenagers showed up wanting to spend time in the pool. Also, the pool is on the side of the hotel and they leave a gate open that accesses the boardwalk/beach. Because of this many kids try to sneak in to the pool and staff is not always quick to run them off so it felt a little sketchy for three females. My stay was Monday through Friday and we checked out Tuesday to find better accommodations.

Right on the beach, adequate balcony size, nice pool, outdoor space to relax, the place looks new, ample paid parking, close to the pier and several bars and restaurants, cheesy gift shops abound. Nothing really negative to say and the location is top notch.

Nice room. Great ocean view. They provided a wheelchair for our entire stay. Bathroom small for 3 people, not much counter space.

This was a perfect location. There was a parade going on when I went so just keep that in mind for parking. The room was large and clean and the staff was friendly.

It was a nice I was looking forward to being in Florida from St. Louis and excited that they had a heated pool and when we got there, the pool was down the hot tub was down so we did not get to use the facilities like I was hoping to specially paying as much as we did for the room

We stay here at least 5 times a year. Love the proximity to the beach, many good restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful sunrises to view.

I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere. Dennis was friendly and helpful to us. He answered our questions and gave restaurant recommendations. Everything was wonderful.

Our room sliding door had a huge crack in it. There is an additional parking fee per night. There is no free breakfast. They supposedly offer coffee but it was like warm.

Convenient, The room don’t have everything in it! Ex: no chair on the balcony, no light bulbs in the lamp, no chair in the living area! The restaurant wasn’t open during the day.

Property was under construction and exercise room and bathroom are closed. Construction was also near our room and was disturbing. Staff was friendly but property was not what I expected.

Awesome location with a beautiful view. My room had recently been renovated and it was lovely. Staff were friendly and bartender was great! Construction and elevator was very slow. You could tell where wasn’t renovated yet.

Close to the beach. Seemed everyone was smoking pot all day all night. It was terrible with the door shut or open. Plus the hotel signature scent was just to strong. Wife has asthma. It was a terrible stay for her.

10/10……From check in to check out everything was perfect!!! The room was clean , the bed was comfortable, the separated rooms were great and VIEW !!!! The view was absolutely amazing, We literally slept with the door open at night during our entire stay… The walk to the beach was great , not far at all.. The complimentary towels were nice as well…. This will definitely be my go to when I’m in Jacksonville!! Would have been nice if breakfast was included but it wasn’t a dealbreaker!!!

For the highest rated hotel in the area it probably had the highest level of disrepair I have seen in a Sheraton hotel. I would not recommend this property to anyone nor will I stay there again.

The location is perfect. We love that the hotels suites are all oceanfront. The housekeeping staff was always so friendly when we met them in the hallway at anytime. This property is under construction. I stayed in August and they were working at that time as well, but the construction never impeded our comfort. However on this trip we felt we were in a total construction site after our first night. The noise was overwhelming. I was in Jacksonville for a medical procedure at Mayo clinic and once it was complete I was confined to bed. This was so difficult because in recovery there was absolutely no rest for the entire day. We did call and complain about the noise and we were told we could switch rooms. But again I’m confined to my bed post procedure. My husband witnessed others at the desk also complaining about the noise. We couldn’t drown out the noise, we couldn’t hear our TV even with the volume up to 45. It was difficult and I wish we had a different experience as my past experience here has been so pleasant. Upon checkout when asked and I spoke of the real noise problem, I was told it shouldn’t have been an issue as they weren’t working on our floor. So no apology, that’s incredibly poor customer relations and I am writing to Marriott to make them aware. I would highly caution a guest at this point and to be very aware that it is not a quiet stay right now. You will not enjoy the sound of the waves and comfort of your room during the day.

The view was beautiful. We couldn't check in until 4 pm. There was construction happening on the floor above us. We had to ride the elevator with dumpsters and items that were being removed. The noise was horrible for the first hour and a half we were there. We walked out to the beach to get away and could still hear it. At around 2 am somebody, probably staff, were walking around on the construction floor right above our room keeping us awake. Not a restful night at all. Breakfast was $18 and was no different from the free breakfast you get at a less expensive hotel. When I asked why I was told you could go back for seconds. I can do that at a free breakfast. This was a special trip for my wife's Birthday. We left at 6 am that morning, and will never go back there. Beginning to rethink patronizing the whole chain of hotels.

Wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Very spacious room. Very comfortable beds. They also provide beach towels. The listing says that beach umbrellas and chairs are available. Which is true, however, they use an independent company where you can rent these items, as well as surf lessons, paddle boards, etc. Great experience overall.

There was plenty of space and plenty of room in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating. The bedding was very, very comfortable. There were plenty of outlets for all our "plug-ins". We loved overlooking the beach!

Beachfront with big rooms Parking was a complete nightmare. The ongoing construction was taking up valuable space, and heavy equipment was cluttering the already small parking lot. In fact, a third of the lot was occupied by construction equipment, making it nearly impossible to find a spot.

The rooms were very clean, but I do think that housekeeping should do a little more deep cleaning. There was dust on the top of the sliding doors. You can see it when you pull the curtains all the way back. I feel like guests who stay at the motel shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

This was our second time at this hotel, so that should tell you something. We love that you literally walk out to the beach and that the rooms are all suites. Unreal view of the beach and pier. And towels available throughout the day at the front desk for the beach. Would be back a third time if we go back to Jax Beach. Just can’t beat the location.

The location is perfect. You are guaranteed to have an ocean view regardless of which room you receive. It’s always clean and smells good. My only complaint is that the jets in the hot are Never turned on.

The Four Points is a traditional good hotel, clean and with good service. The location is ideal to get in and out of Jacksonville Brach. Many restaurants are in walking distance. On site parking is offered for a daily fee of $18 but free parking is plenty just across the street in fron of the hotel.

The property was decent. The hallway smelled a bit like smoke but the room was clean and nicely presented with a wonderful view of the beach. The boardwalk is immediately by the back of the hotel. Comfortable stay and front desk staff was kind and helpful.

First time at this hotel, we live in the area and this was an overnight getaway....and we loved it. The room was perfect, great ocean view, clean and staff were excellent.......

I like it. I will take my family back here.

There are many good qualities. The beds were comfortable. The view is nice. It’s very close to the beach. But the sliding doors out to the balcony were rusted, and the doors were extremely hard to open because it was so filled with dirt and debris when the air conditioning came on, it was extremely loud.

Great place to stay!

We liked the friendly staff, the location on the beach, and the very comfortable beds. What we d id not like is the minimal amineties in the room, and the bathtub faucet that needed repair.

Beautiful oceanfront hotel

Nice ocean front hotel. No vallet and self parking was easy and free. Will stay again when in Jax.

I love this location, walkable to many shops amd restaurants. Easy access to the beach.

Little rowdy but thats expected for the area but other than that excellent location and very clean rooms!

This will definitely be our go to hotel. Rooms were very clean. Staff friendly and pleasant. Walking distance to Sport Bars, restaurants and the beach. Didnt have to drive. I look forward to going back soon.

The stay was very good overall. The only issue was a lack of shelving in the shower for my families body washes and shampoos.

The con I had was the elevator was really slow.

The AC unit in the room was so loud. I could not sleep all night.

Amazing hotel with breathtaking views!

Perfect view from the balcony. Clean. Pillows aren't the best but the bed was so comfortable. The young guy that checked us in was friendly and quick to get us checked in which we greatly appreciated since we had our daughter with us, who was just discharged from the hospital and was just ready to rest. The room was perfect!

My stay was amazing, view, sights and quite ess was great. This is a beautiful place, access to beach was steps away. Our suite was big and accommodating to our size 5 family plus guest who came by to visit. Loved the outdoor terrace with fire pit. Room was so comfortable. My only complaints are that new management charges 18 dollars a night to park, I feel this is greed at its best. Rooms are already 200 to 300 plus I just feel guests parking should be included, at least 1 car and instead of continental breakfast there was a 20 dollar per person breakfast buffet. There are several fast food and restaurants around so that was an easy fix. I just feel like that also could have been included. Hotel was worth the rate just don't feel the high price of parking your car was an expense that management should tack on the consumer.

Great place and location to stay for a weekend vacation. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had oceanfront views and easy access to the Beach. Great service. We’ll definitely go back.

Location was excellent. Plenty of walkable stores and restaurants. Close to fishing pier which we visited. Pool and jacuzzi area on the small side. Only one broken umbrella under the brutal sun. Room was "roomy", it felt like a junior suite. Only complaint, when you flushed the toilet, there was a horrible noise coming through the walls, including vibrations. But overall , it was excellent!

After checking into the room I found the trash bin had trash from previous tenants that included a dirty diaper. There was also trash in a recycling bin. The room seemed like it was a rush “cleaning” and wasn’t actually that clean. The inside of the mini fridge had the top freezer portion iced over but the overall temperature was warm and the food I brought that was stored in the lower refrigerator shelves spoiled. I stayed at this hotel a little over 5 years ago and it was great…unfortunately this stay has ruined that and I won’t stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The first was for business and this last stay was with my family. The location is unbeatable as it is right on the beach and the views from the ovine view suites are gorgeous. There are 2 things that I haven’t been happy with both times I’ve stayed and that is that the hotel could use some updates and some of the front desk staff are not very friendly. Other than that, I would stay here again!

Always a great stay. Property is getting older but great. The $18 parking went up from $10, parking fee is because of the influx of beach goers who would take up the hotel parking.

Everything was in walking distance

I loved my stay I will be visiting again soon
