    Rooms are clean and not bad for an extended stay. I was impressed with how clean it was. At first time I entered I was worried. Once got to my room, I was super impressed. Don't be fooled by the Lobby, it's safe and secure for sure.

    Hair dryer was not working and they didn’t replace. They have two stove tops but pots, pans were not available. Fridge, internet are good. No mirror in the room. But for the price it’s not bad

    It wasn't a bad stay. The A/C unit was very loud and the remote only turned the channel of the television. It was a non-smoking room which had been smoked in by the previous renter and the was damage to the bathroom door. I could stay again if in the area.

    Room was dirty lobby and rooms had terrible smell. Our neighbors up stairs stomped and banged all night until 3 am no one in the front to handle the situation overall terrible experience. Lady in the front was very nice and kind while she was working

    I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean, and I even found dead roaches, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff were rude and did not handle the situation professionally. Cleanliness and customer service should be basic standards, and unfortunately this hotel failed in both. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

    No Continental breakfast ONLY coffee. No housekeeping ONLY once every 14 days. Kitchenette only comes with sink stopper NO dishes, pots, pans or silverware. No extra towels for cleaning dishes YOU bring. VERY BASIC , bed, fridge, and 2burner cooktop

    Review – WoodSpring Suites (Irving, TX) What we liked The building itself was actually decent and the room was generally fine. The property seemed fairly clean and the basic accommodations were acceptable for a short stay. What we didn’t like The major issue we experienced involved a serious lack of privacy and professionalism from one of the employees. Early in the morning, around 9:00 AM — about two hours before checkout — an employee knocked on the door asking if we were leaving that day. My wife, who is still recovering from medical issues and was resting in bed, told him yes, we would be checking out later. A short time later, the same employee came back again. After knocking, he opened the door and walked several feet into the room without permission, standing in the middle of the room asking again if we were checking out. This happened while my wife was alone in the room and still in bed, which made her extremely uncomfortable. Later we realized he had come to the door multiple times within a short period, repeatedly asking the same question even though checkout time had not arrived yet. This was completely unnecessary and felt intrusive. I went downstairs and reported the incident to management. The manager briefly apologized, but there did not appear to be any real action taken regarding the employee involved. The situation was concerning because guests should never have staff entering their rooms without clear notice or permission, especially when someone is alone. Because of this experience, we left feeling uneasy about the level of guest privacy and safety being respected at this location.     The hotel gave the room to another customer. Mine was no longer available. The lobby smelled strongly of marijuana. I had to go to another hotel and pay separately. This hotel is not a 3-star hotel. I am seeking a refund.

    2. TV On - The TV was on! 3. Staff was no Help - I got the lady at reception to come and look and she just said they have a new maid that is learning. I told her the TV was on when I walked in and she said they leave them on sometimes. She left, no help. 4. I tried to change the channel on the TV, the remote did not work. I took it to the lady at reception. We verified the batteried were good and the light on the remote were working. She said she would come up in a few minutes an look at the TV. I went back to the Room. 5. No Soap - I waited 15 minutes and decided to wash my hands after playing with the TV remote again and again in an effort to get the TV to Work. There was no soap. 6. Toilet Dirty - Since ther was no soap I started looking around the bathroom and noticed the toilet had not been cleaned. Yes, I have pitures!

    The location, and facility were very clean. The staff was nice and attentive. I arrived after 10 pm to check in, and the doorbell to access the building wasn't working, so someone who was staying there thankfully helped me get in. Other than that it was phenomenal.

    why did show the Hotel has a vacancy and charged before, when I reached hotel my confirmed room was filled up and did not got the hotel room and has to vacant, I have to search for another Hotel and Taxi at night 8pm with my language outside the Hotel. Refund also no sure, totally idiotic Booking.com website and fake hotel room purchased. no value, time waste, stressful to book hotel from booking.com

    Absolutely awful experience. The room had bed bugs and they had no other rooms to move us to. The only thing they told us was that they sprayed often. We requested a refund and they would not honor it. I never got my money back from the visit and Expedia was no help either. Do not recommend.

    My stay was okay. The rates were low, so I got what I paid for. Checking in went great, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room overall was okay, the floors were very clean and the shower/tub was very clean. Some of the cons, the couch and curtains were dirty. There was some confusion later on in the day because they assigned a woman to my room. I came back from getting food and her stuff was at my door. They kind of sent her on a wild goose chase. She said that was the second room they assigned her that already had someone in it.

On July 5 I rent my usual and was told that no rooms were available I was also told that I should never use hotels.com because they never get things right. The clerk was so rude and dismissive. Last week I stayed in a room that had water damage and mold.

Having to wait for someone to open the front desk window just to simply check in, and the rep not finding my Hotel.com reservation and telling me she can’t do anything about it and for me to call Hotels.com directly, to her randomly finding my reservation already printed and ready for me, was an incredibly slow and painful overall stay. 5 outta 10. Wouldn’t recommend.

    The staff was friendly. But it seemed a bit outdated. The kitchenette area was missing a drawer. The tub has cracks on the side. I will say it was clean so that was a plus. So maybe if your looking for something on the cheaper side this would be it.

    Reception area is either closed or No one at the reception. When it was open, I kept ringing the bell, no one came up. Property is pretty dirty. Room was just okay. Deadlock on the door didn't work, refrigerator was corroded etc. Will never stay at this place again for sure.

    They booked the rooms and my guys that work for me get there and they give them a room with one queen bed in one room and 2 queen beds in the other room. I had four guys that needed a bed and we only had 3 beds. I had to rent another hotel to be able to get two rooms with 4 beds total.

    My stay here was ok. I did have to complain several times about the person above me walking hard all times of night and letting their dog bark off and on from midnight til 5 am. I had a few restless days because all you heard was a dog bark. They did offer to move me rooms but I only had a few days left in my stay. I just don’t like the face that the front desk “closes” at 10pm and opens at 9am, the room gets cleaned once every other week (I had to remind them to come clean the room because I was renewing my reservations through hotels.com), and you have to pay for clean towels if it isn’t your “clean day or week”.

    I stayed here for 7 days in November 2024. There is a registered sex offender that resides here. I got the alert that there was one with the same address as this hotel. In addition, These were my issues: 1. Broken blow dryer, when asked if it could be fixed or replaced they stated “there is nothing we can do about it. 2.They annoyingly woke me up on the first morning of my stay to spray for bugs. Despite this, there was still a huge cockroach and a spider in the room several days later. 3. They DO NOT clean the rooms. 4. They gave me only 2 towels for a 7 day stay. When I asked for new towels on day 5, they stated that they charge $3.25 per day for towel exchange, and even though I didn’t ask until day 5 for a towel exchange, in order to get clean towels, I was going to have to pay the daily fee for every day of my reservation even though I would only be getting fresh towels for 2 out of the 7 days. They refused to charge me only for the 2 days I would actually use this service. 5. The room was not cleaned well. 6. Although there is a kitchen, there are NO PLATES, SPOONS, BOWLS, CUPS, etc. you are required to supply these yourself. 7. Their toilet kept clogging up. When I asked for a plunger; they expected me to come down to the front desk to get the plunger, and then carry it through the hotel and back to the room. 8. The WiFi is very slow. This place is really gross. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY

    Will not stay at this hotel again‼️ you only get one set of towel. Women bath 2 or 3 times a day depending on their situations. It was me and my daughter with 3 day stay.. We used our towel Friday night went back to get some Saturday thought maybe the housekeeper send the sign do not disturb and didn’t the towel, no that was not the case they told us they only do laundry once every 2 weeks!!! I never heard that in my life from a hotel staff.. I will never stay or recommend this hotel not even for a pet!!!

    It usually smells of pot smoke and there are pet deposits on every grassy area because people don’t pick it up. Bags of trash are left in the stairwells so roaches are a problem. Some rooms have flood damage from busted pipes.

    The hotel was a transit spot people where living there long term and they just hung around and it was scary. And the staff was rude as they could possibly be

    Elevator button on the fourth floor didn’t work to go down. Other than that, friendly staff, clean facility, and the price was reasonable.

    All my encounters with staff were positive. The place itself was not as clean as I would prefer. Regularly found dropped food or spilled drinks in common areas as well as dead bugs under my sink. Taking trash out was also very complicated since the dumpster was roughly 8 foot tall and the lid needed to be held open while trying to throw bags over head.

    I stayed one week at this hotel. From outside hotel looks new and the mattress was very comfortable. No room service for the entire week that I stayed there. Overall though the hotel stay was good, the main problem is with roaches. They are everywhere and I am surprised to see so many roaches in a new hotel. I will give 3 stars for overall rating.

    It was dirty, had cockroaches, no towels, we had a kitchenette nothing to use to cook, the beds were fold out beds horrible and so uncomfortable. People lived there like it was their apartment . It didn’t feel safe with the clientele there for two females. It had a urine smell in the room . The air conditioner was leaking outside and had mold growing on it.
