In a 2 room suite, I found it disappointing that there was only 1 mirror for more than 3 adults to get ready at.

I had a 2 night stay and it was an amazing experience. It was just what I needed. The room and hotel were very clean, the breakfast was nice, staff was so helpful and the property itself was very incredible. I will be staying here again.

It was a convenient drive to the Irving convention center. Quiet atmosphere It was under construction on the lower floor so it made the elevator unusable. In the shower it was nearly impossible to pull the plug to change it to shower it caused water to wet the floor. Wish the 2nd bedroom had a mirror. The air conditioner was loud.

We had a truly fantastic experience. Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality they were very welcoming. The breakfast was great! Lady in charged stayed on top of her game.

There were rust stains in bathtub that looked like blood spatter. Room did not look like pictures. Some of breakfast was burned, other items were overcooked enough to be difficult to eat. Only 4 towels provided for 5 people. Hotel had ran out of lotion.

I had a dog with me and when I told the from desk person, he just grunted at me. Then asked for my card. I had to ask him how much he was running it for (deposit and pet deposit) he charged me. Gave me my key and then told me it would be 25$. I said for both? He said no. 25$ for the room and 100$ for the dog. I knew I would have to pay, but at least tell someone. It’s not like you got a board on the back wall with pricing. Then when I asked where the room was located, he just grunted and pointed at this map. Like I had been here before. It was just not a cash money time. The room was amazing and the morning workers were awesome. It was just that one guys customer service skills. I get it’s late, but you still need to at least be able to respond and not grunt at me.

This was better than I expected. I had to stay here for the weekend for some classes. I had everything I needed. There is a small kitchen which was perfect because I packed my own food for a diet. There is a pool and breakfast. Free parking which was great. This was about the same price as somewhere that wasn’t so well kept or in such a good neighborhood, so it was a steal for me.

Staff is wonderful, daily breakfast buffet was hot,fresh,and well-stacked. The location was very convenient to the freeways and DFW and was the only hotel I found in the area with two bedroom/ sleep sofa/kitchen. I would have loved to give this hotel 5 stars but my room had a broken window and holes in the curtain that had been there for a while as moss was growing between the panes of glass. The towels and linens are threadbare,and the carpet needed a deep cleaning as did the sofa sleeper. The bathtub drain was so slow that it was impossible to take a shower without the tub filling up with water...and I found two 3" roaches on the bathroom floor- one escaped into the outer hallway and the other into a hole under the sink. The sleeper sofa mattress had springs that could be felt through the fabric,making it impossible to sleep on,so this should not be advertised as an extra sleeping option! The kitchen was missing some plates and utensils and the flooring between the refrigerator and stove was torn up. Definitely was more like a Days Inn or Travelodge than a Marriott, and unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here.

Unfortunately the linens were not as we would have hoped, but the manager was happy to get us more so we could layer. Most concerning was the smoky smell on the ground floor of our building. It did get better as the days passed but first impressions are lasting impressions.

The price was fair I didn't care for the breakfast options, my kiddos wanted waffles they were out. Ice machine was broken down. Rooms outdated bad.

While the property was in a prime location and close to many food options I didn’t feel safe on the property. The send night our door was ajar when we returned to the property. The 3rd night the lock broke and I couldn’t secure it. They loved me to a new room, but they didn’t attempt to verify my ID to ensure I was the patron requesting a room change. While in the new room someone attempted to open or touched the knob of the door several times during the remainder of my stay. I would NOT stay there again.

the location is about 10 minutes from DFW which is important to us as we usually arrive late and leave early. The property is very clean and quiet. Staff are always helpful and pleasant. The rooms are clean and generally comfortable, though this time our mattress seemed to sag toward the middle.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and has a wide variety of foods to choose from. The rooms are fairly spacious and the beds are comfortable. We also like the proximity to DFW, about a 12 minute drive. Room rates are reasonably priced. We always stay at TownPlace Suites when traveling to Dallas because it is the best value that we've found. Not lowest price, but a solid good value for the product they provide. The TV is on a stand that can only be viewed from the sofa/sleeper sofa, not the main bed. Obviously not a deal killer, but sometimes it is nice to lay in bed and watch TV.

Overall TownePlace Suites is a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. It's about a 15 minute drive from DFW which was important to us as we had an early morning departure. The breakfast was varied and quite delicious. Although we didn't use the pool, it looked to be very well maintained. Staff were very friendly and provided recommendations for places to eat nearby. I recommend TownePlace Suites. Nothing, we really like everything.

Check in was prompt and quick. Location is good. Complete kitchen amenities with our room. Fitness Room is excellent. Appears a tad bit run down outside (but it is winter and windy).

Clean, good parking, close to DFW Airport, quiet, comfortable beds. A staff member was on duty and friendly despite our after midnight arrival. Breakfast was ok for continental style.

Its a little older property but in good repair and clean, but could use some updating. This is a very nit picky point, because my overall rating is still a 10.

Room was in such terrible conditions, hairs all over the bed linens and roaches in the restroom. I will not recommend this hotel at all. I have pictures to prove it.

As per the title, the room was very clean and very presentable. The ac worked well, but it made a noticeable clicking sound. Apparently, this will be fixed.

This was my second time staying at this location but this experience was not as great. The door to one of the rooms was stiff and hard to open/close in addition to having an uneven floor. Also, the day we walked into our room, the thermostat read 86 degrees and it was not cooling AT ALL. We tried contacting the front desk via phone but no one answered.

After showing up at the hotel, they told me that my reservation from hotels.com was cancelled and did not provide the room that was reserved. The staffer was rude and unhelpful and suggestion it was my fault for having just made the reservation.

Very nice hotel. Was clean. My last day there, somehow a huge cockroach was in the bathroom. Probably came in thru the shower drain. Make sure you keep the drains covered when not in used. Keep pests and other small animals out

While I have stayed at the hotel before with no issues, this time we were charged room damage fees for something we didn’t even do. The manager, Mr. Patel, was not helpful and didn’t even bother to review cameras to confirm what we said. The customer service we received about this issue was terrible.

Me quedé en el hotel del 12 al 15 de octubre 2023, me hospedé con mi hija. Quedamos encantada, la área se veía segura, la atención fué excelente, todo estaba súper limpio, el desayuno había mucha variedad y todo estaba rico. Me volvería a quedar sin pensarlo
