Enjoyed our suite, the only issue we had, which we did not mention to the staff, was the TV signal paused every 4 to 5 minutes.

The staff was so friendly and the shuttle was helpful! We loved the suite with kitchen! The bed could have been a bit bigger for two but it was very comfortable. The pool wasn’t open but we hope it can be repaired for the next guests. Thank you for the service and clean modern facility.

He insisted on charging us again for the room, despite us having prepaid on Expedia and me showing him the receipt. Now I have to deal with getting a charge back on our card. Very very annoying.

Was very impressed with the size of the room and the huge shower. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we got some much needed rest after a long travel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was ok.

The staff was pretty friendly. The remotes in the room were very hard to work. The TV kept cutting off by itself but most importantly the beds were terrible. They were too hard and they were a Queen instead of the King that we requested so, our two nights stay for our anniversary was pretty horrible terrible because I was in pain the entire

Rooms were very nice and they allow pets. They took my wife to the airport and I got to go home. Didn’t eat because I left before they started to serve. Coffee was ready and it was good. I don’t have any bad things to say.

The room was spotless and the front desk gentleman was so kind and helpful. He was able to provide emergency toothbrush, toothpaste & lotion when I didn’t make my late night flight connection. My room was quiet and I was able to organize my morning shuttle at check-in.

The place was fine I didn’t like pay & being charged from booking & arriving to hotel not finding my reservation in there system & having to purchase my room from them as well being charged from you!

It is NOT TRUE that airport shuttle can accommodate everyone going TO the airport. We had to use Uber as only 6 per hour can be moved in the morning. Hotels.com is lying if you sell a room and someone cannot get a shuttle in the morning.

False advertising as an “airport hotel & shuttle”.. no shuttle hours advertised but…Don’t stay here for late night arrivals because we called for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and was only 10 mins away from airport but it was 11:50p we were told no shuttle after midnight so Lyft cost and no room on shuttle in morning either “full” so another Lyft expense !!!! This was my first time traveling alone and I got stuck in Dallas after missing my connecting flight. It was easy to book and the shuttle driver was amazing. Get to the hotel and all the staff was so friendly and helpful and apologetic for my travel issues that they had nothing to do with. The room was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Flights cancelled in Dallas. We needed two rooms close to the airport. Townplace suites picked us up at the airport and brought us back the next morning. Great place with breakfast!

Also, the fact that they advertise happy hour and tell you about it when you check-in, yet a beer is $8 tells me that's not really happy hour! A well drink should not be $10! It's a nice place but does not truly meet the needs of the traveler. Sadly, we won't be returning here.

My husband and I stayed there for an event in Tx for Valentines weekend. It was clean and the people were nice. Very close to the airport in which we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The property had everything that we needed and many nice things that we didn’t need this trip. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The woman in the front reception when we checked in, (was her name Danya? Danyita?) was so kind, pleasant, efficient, and with a broad smile she made a long day of traveling much more pleasant! The sofa in the lobby/lounge needs reupholstering.

The woman on the front desk was screaming on the phone, arguing with customers, a total disappointment and a very unusual experience for a hospitality establishment. If staff is unfit to be in hospitality, they should be terminated or moved to a position that best fits their capabilities.

It would really help if there was a restaurant at the property. There is only one small place in the Clarion on Plaza, and its menu fine but limited. It would have been nice to be able to walk to other restaurants, but I guess that isn't really Dallas--it is a car city.

If you are a plane geek you will love this hotel. Staff accommodated my request to put me in a room where I could watch the planes land at DFW. Room was very quiet considering it is so close to the airport. Rooms were very clean. Very nice hotel.

I loved this hotel. I arrived after a long haul flight. The shuttle collected me, the bed was so comfortable, the room tidy, most of all it was quiet and the breakfast was great. I only stayed the one night, however wish I had actually booked for longer to get over jet lag in a really nice and comfortable hotel. I highly recommend.

When I arrived, I saw the hotel had 2 shuttles and one was sitting at the front door of the hotel!! I went in and the clerk told me one shuttle was not operational and the other had a flat tire! I saw no flat tires! One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the free shuttle. So instead of a free shuttle service I spent $56 dollars for Uber! This hotel was dirty, smelled terrible and the service was slow. When we arrived in our room, it was 90 degrees, the hallway smelled like weed and when we went to leave there was no one to check us out. The airport shuttle service worked, but was not well planned and I would not count on its timeliness. Would not recommend.

Shuttle to the airport was awesome!

We had a last minute change in our flight plans and needed to change our booking and the hotel was completely unwilling to accommodate.

Convenient location for a 1 night layover. The 1 bedroom suite allowed us to put the kids to bed and still get things done without worrying about waking anyone.

The bad: We showed up the night before the eclipse and expected the property to be packed and busy. Surprisingly we were quickly helped. That’s when we found out some unfortunate news. I gave the front desk my name and they told me that my reservation had been cancelled and they could not tell me by whom. It wasn’t by me. Thankfully, 10 minutes prior to our arrival, there was another cancellation which kept us from being homeless that night since most hotels were booked in the area. Even though we weren’t homeless, unfortunately this meant that we wouldn’t get the room we paid for, which turned out to be smaller. I figured we chalk up the night to a “things could always be worse” and decided to just be grateful to have a bed to sleep in. the room was found it to be poorly stocked. The night guy hooked us up. The second day and night was a blur due to traveling for the eclipse. We got back late and noticed the room had not been cleaned. Oh well Day 3: No room cleaning. I asked about it and was told that it should have been done and would be done the next day. Day 4: they finally did the room at some point in the afternoon which I reminded them to do. They took our extra pillows!! Overall the staff acted bothered by any concerns and grossly unapologetic. Food was basic.

Nice if a small room. Cleverly designed, stove and big fridge. Our only complaint was the breakfast was cold. But suspect that is not the norm

Adrianna was so helpful with our return of our rental car and the shuttle ride back to the hotel. Very pleasant lady. Loved her attitude and friendliness.

Great for us because we arrived late and were leaving early the next morning. But not much around except other hotels so probably not the best for a longer term stay. Staff was fabulous and the room was clean and comfortable. Towels and toilet paper were both pretty thin!

Close to DFW. We had a late night flight followed by an early morning connection. We were able to have a great breakfast and ride the shuttle back to the airport.

Stayed here for 1 night. Close to DFW airport. Staff friendly and check in was quick. Room comfortable and quiet.

Due to my flight delay, I had to check in late at around 1 AM. I called the hotel earlier and notified them about my late check in, to which they said it’s ok since their front desk is staffed 24/7. After arriving at the hotel, I had to wait over 40 mins, as there was no one at the front desk. Finally this person name Joseph walks out, all annoyed and appearing to just wake up from sleep. Furthermore, he gave me the attitude and didn’t apologise for even once for making me wait. When I told him about my unreasonable long wait, his reply was “I’m the only one working, I couldn’t do anything, speak to the manager in the morning”. The person at the front desk of the hotels are usually the friendliest, but this person acted in such a way as if I caused him a major inconvenience. Anyways, I checked out after staying for 3 nights, and then saw my credit card statement- they charged me a fee of $13, when I called the hotel to ask about the charge, they were not able to clarify what the charge was about. Overall, I was disappointed with the service of this establishment. I expected better hospitality and service from a Marriot hotel. The suites were good and relatively clean, but the service from the front desk was disappointing.

standard place for a short stay. Staff always busy don’t have time to pay attention to customer and room not clean, did not have room service once.

The room was not very clean.

We stopped at this hotel because we had an overnight connection at Dallas. The staff was very welcoming. However, we had issues with the room. The door locks are very old and we checked in at 10 PM and shortly after left our room to go back outside when we returned a few minutes later, the door would not open. We tried new room keys and it still wouldn’t open. The maintenance staff came to help and they couldn’t open it either. It took about an hour and a half before they could finally get the door open. Needless to say it was frustrating since we had an early flight And just wanted to get back into our things. Staff was nice and gave us another room but until we got our things it wasn’t very helpful. I would like though to shout out to Jasmine at the desk and DeAndre and Derek who finally got the door open for us After using a special tool, but it didn’t appear that this is the first time it has happened there. The management really needs to update the locks on top of it inside our room. It looked like somebody threw coffee against the wall in the bathroom as it was dripping everywhere And dried on with no attempt to clean it off. I am a Marriot member and have stayed many times with this chain. However, our stay was very disappointing. Had it not been for the helpful staff my review would have been one star.

It was great! Staff was on the mark helping with transportation and breakfast was great.

Billy at the bar did a great job customizing our drinks the one night we stayed.

Shower in room 306 was very slow to drain. It’s the stupid drain that’s long a flat with the metal rectangle covering it.

When I got to my room it was filthy. Floor hadn’t been vacuumed, salt and pepper all over counter, drinking glass rings all over the side table, no clean utensils, old used coffee filter in coffee pot I have to run dishwasher to get clean cups etc. so I said to myself ok I’ll make sure house keeping cleans next day. No one ever came to clean it. I asked a house keeper at 4pm if someone would be coming she said oh the girl that had your room scheduled has left already. I was very dissatisfied. Especially for a Marriott property. Won’t ever stay here again. From desk staff was the only pleasant part of my stay

Water pressure for the shower could have been better. It was worse then standing in a drizzle rain.

I wish I stayed longer. This place is set for you to truly check in and forget about the world since you can do everything in your room.

Standard hotel near airport; clean; comfortable. Airport shuttle is not 24 hours (only 4am-12mn).

The location of this hotel was kind of out of the way. There were not any restaurants or shops within a reasonable distance. The facility was tidy and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. They only provided two towels which wasn't adequate, however as soon as I requested extra ones they were brought up to my room. We would stay here again.

The best part, was that is was so close to DFW and it had an early morning shuttle.

I expected the hotel to be nearer the airport

Good shuttle from airport, about 10 minute ride. Building seems new, is clean, excellent condition. Check-in woman is friendly and cute as a button. Room is nice, bed comfortable, no problems.
