Excellent hotel except for the room service breakfast which arrived cold and incorrect

My only issue: the "room service" breakfast was terrible, arrived cold, order was wrong, and served in cardboard boxes.

Beautiful hotel with great service and great location, restaurant staff was great and so is the breakfast buffet. The best bet I’ve slept in in a long, long time. However, we booked the executive suite because it said it would sleep for. But as it turns out, we had to call for a rollout bed and one of the kids had to sleep on the sofa. Otherwise great room with one and 1/2 bath and a great view.

The hotel was nice and clean great view the bed felt very amazing and the pillows were very comfy I’m excited about booking again.

After spending almost $800 for my stay I still had to pay $15 a day for parking. If you want wifi access that is another $15 a day. You can stay at a Holiday Inn for a lot cheaper and have free parking, free wifi and free breakfast.

It was really wonderful to stay at Westin 2 times in a row. We were suppose to stay one night at this place and the second night at a different hotel. Since the everything was wonderful and satisfying first time we decided to come back and stay second time. This hotel can use extra help at the front desk but other then that it was superb.

Room and location The staff in the Mexican restaurant were completely awful. We sat there 20 min without as much as a hi. Then when we walked out they had the nerve to say “Have a good night”.

I was attending an event at the Irving Convention Center. The hotel was right across the street which made it very convenient. The hotel was lovely, easy to get to and quiet.

This was great hotel in a wonderful location. Walkable to restaurants and the convention center. Great customer service. The beds are so comfy! And the white tea scent all over is top tier. I will definitely stay here again.

We’re local, but still chose to stay at the Westin for a concert at Toyota Music Factory. There are plenty of restaurants near by and on site to dine at. We valet parked, which was easy and smooth. Everything is truly walkable and close by. It felt safe, clean, welcoming, and it was myself, another adult, and two kiddos. Great experience.

Location is where we needed to be. Comfortable room and bed WiFi was an extra 15$ - not expected for the caliber of this hotel. That’s a necessity now.

This was our first time staying at a Westin hotel and it won't be our last. This hotel specifically was super clean and quiet, given the busy convention and dining area. The staff were always nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back to this location and the Westin name.

I told Aramina I had 1 car in valet and 1 car in parking garage, gave her the license plates & she asked which one was mine and which one was my husbands.. I simply replied they’re both ours. As the valet CLEARLY had my car already. I get to the room and the body wash in the shower falls off the wall. Apparently it was stuck to the wall with some short of adhesive. The room safe was broken. I won’t trash the entire staff because other than the Manager & Aramina others we encountered were great!

The weather outside wasn't the best but the hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely be booking again and recommending this hotel to my family and friends in the future ?.... I have nothing but positive things to say about this wonderful hotel

My wife and I stay here with some frequency. We came for an early 15th anniversary celebration. We've never been disappointed here. Also very convenient location to go out for dinner and drinks at the Music Center complex. Las Colinas is a nice area in general.

Was charged twice, on Expedia and at the hotel. Hotel refused to refund me and it was not a pending authorization, it had posted. First time this has ever happened and very disappointing.

Very clean & the mattress is firm enough for good sleep. Location is good too. There's a big LED screen outside of the building. Although I close the curtain at night, the LED screen still makes the room bright. I cannot sleep well.

My friends and I attended the Labor Day pool party on Sunday, September 1. We intended just to buy the day pool passes, but ended up getting a room and staying the night. We had a blast and the pool party was great. John, the DJ was fun. Music was great. The games and entertainment he provided were both funny and engaging. Ryan the bartender was awesome, His drinks were killer - the good kind. Everyone else on staff from the front desk to the restaurant, were all exceptionally kind, accommodating and courteous. This includes the valet guy, another awesome part of the team.! All in all we had a great night and a fabulous time at the vibe pool. We are definitely coming back next summer!

I liked the location and the place was nice. I didn't like that they couldn't show me were my room was, instead the clerk smiled ironically that I couldn't find it. Cleaning service didn’t come back when I asked her to come later because we weren't ready.

This hotel is in a great location with lots of dining options in walking distance.

Excellent accommodations and amenities. Nice area with plenty of dining. Parking garage easily accessible. Staff was friendly but not involved with much as we came and went. Warmest greeting was from housekeeping staff as we passed in the hallway.

I was very disappointed that I was expected to pay a charge for wi-fi. This will cause me to book at other hotels in the future. Also, my wife had to go down to the front desk to get a shower cap. If the room has a shower, shower caps should be furnished without having to ask for one.

Nice hotel. However, jazz restaurant next door played loud music until 2am. Hard to sleep.

The hotel is beautiful and right next to the Toyota music factory.

It was amazing. The hotel was clean, modern, well-run and the extras they include are so nice.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel, clean and quiet. The restaurant only had one waitress on a Saturday night, leading to a one-hour table wait even though half the tables were empty. Luckily, there are lots of other great restaurants in the immediate area.

An absolutely amazing experience! The hotel has a very understated minimal elegance. The location is excellent for events at the Toyota Music Factory….only a 5 minute walk. Even though the area is busy, the hotel is quiet and spacious.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Westin Hotel. I was attending a concert that was located down the street from the hotel. It was very convenient that I could simply walk over to the venue with no trouble. The staff was very kind and helpful and made it easy to check in/out. If I ever attend another concert at the Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory I will definitely be booking a stay at this hotel.

From the awesome and friendly staff to the cozy and lovely room. It was a very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again. It was a perfect stay to end the night after an amazing concert just a short walk away.

I was charged $18 for parking at the only place parking was offered by the hotel. I did not use the valet service. My previous stay was excellent however this stay left me disappointed and they were only about a month apart.

My stay was enjoyable. I was able to check in early, and was even provided with a Breakfast voucher as I was celebrating my birthday. The only thing I wish would have happened was that i booked a club level room. Not really thinking about it, it wasnt until after that I realized that I had access to the Club Suite. I wish they would have reminded me upon check-in, as I would have enjoyed that breakfast more than the Continental Breakfast in the restaurant which consisted of a mini croissant, muffin, yogurt and fruit. Aja in the restaurant was Great though.

The electricity was out during our stay in the evening for 1.5hours. It came back at night and then again in the morning, it went on and off every 10 minutes. It was a challenge to take a shower in the dark. The TV never came back up after the electricity went out the first time. With the temps being 100+ outside, it got quite warm in the room.

The room was amazing and clean. The hotel over all is perfect!
