The rooms are clean but the rest of the hotel is dirty. The elevator is scary gross and makes lots of noise. They forget housekeeping when asked.

Everything was pleasant. Just didn't agreed with pool being cleaned and closed on a Saturday. Could have picked a better day to do that. My kids were very disappointed especially after a very long hot day at the baseball field.

Super upset about the pool not being available. We were told it was out of order due to chemicals being put in to clean the water - mind you this was a Saturday. After a long day of baseball we were all looking forward to getting in the pool, wish we would have know ahead of time. Other than that the breakfast was good, elevator needs attention.

I killed 6 roaches very uncomfortable the whole night I took pictures an sent them to manager of this hotel

Room was very nice and even better than I expected. Beds and pillows were extra comfy. I loved having 2 separate bedrooms as I was travelling with a snorer. Best 2 nights sleep I've had in a while. Nice small breakfast, just enough. I will definitely stay here again!

I have not received my refund from my stay. The bed had bed bugs

We were there for a soccer tournament and decided that time we had a tournament in Dallas or Irving. We would stay there. They had a beautiful set up barbecue grill swimming pool basketball court for the boys. It was very nice. Very very nice. I must admit.

My coffee pot was broken, I had no hair dryer and had an ironing board but no iron. There were knives and two spoons but no forks in my kitchen One arm of the office chair was torn to shreds as was one of the curtains in the bedroom. The drain in the bathroom sink was closed and the stopper lever missing so I had to use a knife from the kitchen to open it. The towels at the base of the door to room 225 (there during my entire visit) suggests the room is being treated for something. As a woman business traveler I was alarmed to see one of the rear exterior doors to the hotel propped open one night. There were dogs staying at the hotel who were outside and unleashed. Overall, this property needs cleaning, updating, managing and some TLC. I’d love to know who gave this place an 8.

The roaches took over. There was roaches in the fridge and in the kitchen area of the room. I notified the front desk and they came with a can of roach spray. Unacceptable. Please get the hotel exterminated immediately.

Property was outdated. Could use some freshening up to be more in line with hotels in the area.

The staff was great and everything worked fine but this is definitely an older building

The only reason I booked this property was because the listing stated this was a “NEW” property. This was a flat out lie. The property has new management that was the only thing that was new. Poor advertising. The rooms did not look like a traditional Staybridge room which they used stock pics to advertise. Very old dirty nasty furniture in the living room. I booked the 2 bedroom. The bedroom TV remotes did not work. The curtains and the carpet looked like they had never been updated. I could go on and on. I requested a refund but was told I would have to pay for 1 night. Which, I still think was unfair since I got catfished into thinking the property was NEW. The listing should be updated to give customers the truth about the property. Checked in and out in less than 10 minutes.

The first room I was given someone else was staying in it. The second room was okay, no USB ports anywhere in the room, the sheets felt like sand paper and the commode ran all night. The tv wouldn’t turn on with the remote and you only got very minimal channels. No chair, just a sunk in old nasty couch. The back door by room didn’t work with your key card to get back in. Do not recommend.

2 dead roaches on the floor when I walked in. The sofa was broken as was the lock on the door. The shower sprayed water everywhere. The kitchen sink didn't drain. I won't be staying there again.

Good area. We couldn’t check in till 3, any earlier was a $30 extra fee so after driving 7 hours from corpus to Arlington, I was exhausted and still had to wait 30 mins. I know it’s a suite, kitchenette, so you will have all kinds of guest, but some guest down the hall were making all kinds of sex noises. The ac also don’t work properly from being off and on throughout the night, I was sweating the entire night. The person above room 313 was also up early moving around. Just very uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep, all kinds of noises. Oh and then the shower was leaking from under the tub that it was leaking out the bathroom door to the sink area, around the toilet area. We had to use all the towels to clean up the water, was a mess. The outside trash was over flowing as well. The only good thing I could say was the area was somewhat decent and my car was safe. The breakfast was ok.

It wasn't immediately easy to spot since there isn't a sign at the curb or on the building that we could see. Our room was missing the microwave, dishes & cookware. I had to ask the desk clerk for ice since there isn't a public machine like in all the other hotels we've stayed in. But he was kind enough to bring me a bag from the kitchen. There are 2 ice trays in the freezer but they were empty when we arrived.

Cleanliness, pleasant stay, and at a walkable distance to the Indian stores( food, groceries), it has kitchen. Plenty of natural light. It has a study desk and chair with a table lamp, I mean it has everything which u can usually see in a furnished studio apartment. We liked this place. We liked the breakfast as have options to choose from. I wish they can provide drinking water as part of the room service.

Hallways and especially elevator were shabby. Needs more than repaint. Smelled Marijuana in stair case and corridor.

Not really handicapped accessible bars, not in the right places! The couch bed was really bad!

The hotel king/queen suite was very nice. Really liked the way it was set up. There were not enough towels, tissue, etc for 3 guests.

During our second day, the room had not been cleaned, and we needed to request additional towels from the front desk. However, we were only provided with two more towels, despite there being five of us. Furthermore, the bathtub would flood whenever we took a shower. The hallways consistently had a noticeable odor of cannabis. The elevator appeared to be in a concerning state, lacking an inspection sticker and being rather dimly lit. The stairwells were quite warm, with some lights out, and there was litter on the floor. We also encountered ants, specifically black ones, within our room.

The rooms need to be cleaned out and updated. My room had something bitting us idk if it was fleas or what. I had to go to Walmart and purchase spray to stop the flying insects . Also dogs barked all night. I will never use this location ever again
