They were having trouble with the internet and the cable due to the thunderstorm but the staff was nice and the room was clean the air conditioner was working.

It did have the name though, so I thought it would be ok. The night clerk was cordial. There is no elevator although there is a second floor. There is old gum on all sidewalks . My room was “furnished “ with Goodwill furniture. The bed was a thin mattress on box springs with thin sheets and a very thin quilt. The room had a deodorizer aroma. I turned on the old/ ancient AC which needed it s filter cleaned . Cooled a bit and helped a bit with the smell. I did not walk on the floors. The few threadbare towels were adequate. I was too appalled to take a shower on with a bathtub where the coating was peeling. Attempts were made with caulk. I slept fitfully . You could see daylight through the one inch at the bottom of a creaky old door. It did have a card lock and I door lock. I’ve stayed in many places throughout the world. This was top two worse. Tear this place down .

Exactly what we needed. It was basic, and shower was a bit crap, but we just needed somewhere to sleep a few hours after a long flight.

The spit where the water comes out in shower fell off when I went to take shower. Water went everywhere, jetted pool only one side of jets work and I have to clean it myself. Stains on wall, shower curtain won't close side to side, falls to the middle of rod. Very cold while taking A BATH, SINCE I COULDNT TAKE A SHOWEER... WOULD GUBE MY DEPOSIT BACK AND THAT WAS THE LAST ANOUNT OF MONEY I OWNED... NEVER EVER AGIN. LADY AT DESK WAS VERY RUDE

People hanging out all around the hotel, didn’t feel safe. We did our laundry and the door was locked so went to front desk and they didn’t have a key, they said. We had to wait until morning to get our clothes out. They only provide one big towel and we were 2 adults so we had to use hand towel.

We were the 3rd group to arrive where the front desk said our reservations were canceled . None of us canceled. And no rooms were available!

The shuttle was out of service, and the location isn't adjacent to useful transit, necessitating $25 Ubers each way.

Close to the airport The staff was rude. Didn’t honor a vet discount. Asked for an additional blanket and he fought us for it (in the middle of the winter storm). The phone in our room didn’t work, there was a bag wrapped around the smoke detector and the lamp didnt work.

The people were very nice however, we chose this hotel due to the Airport Shuttle. After two days of delays and cancellations, I was very dissatisfied when front desk told me they would not be honoring the Free Airport Shuttle as advertised. I would like to be credited the $59 dollars plus $7 tip ($66) for the transportation service I had to pay for this morning.

Everything was exceptional. The absolute best hotel I've stayed at since I've been here. Will definitely be back sooner than later. Would've liked to be in a more quite area. The people next door were really loud and was knocking on the door early in the morning like they worked there. They were letting their kids run and and down the hall knocking on doors, then telling the kids to be quite. All of yall need to be quite. There's other people here. Have some respect.

Needed A last minute room, and we did have a pet with us, but the pet room was not the greatest. It smelt of smoke and was a bit worn. But the bed was comfy and the water was hot with great shower pressure. Was nice and quiet.

Online pictures are deceiving for this location. The room was dirty, nasty, no ironing board cover, no iron, air vent off on the floor for however long because dust hanging out from vent in bathroom, shower head with heavy soap scum and the house keeper gets tissue to wipe it clean in my presence, floors was extra dirty to wipe with a paper towel, refrigerator broke and dirty, no ice bucket or coffee items, drug and prostitute location, over charges after arrival. Had to go buy our own bleach/cleaning supplies and the owner did not care and would not change us to a different room. Only the special guests get to stay on the inside of the hotel and the darker skin or less important stay outside the outer rooms that are run down. Under our circumstances and driving 11-12 hours, we checked out and found a friend in another town to stay with for the remaining of our trip. My 15 year old say he would rate this hotel a zero. Try a different Red Roof location Everything about them and they didn't care how we felt, didn't try to accommodate us better, it was their way, no way or the highway at such a late notice

This hotel is by far thé worst experience I have ever had, and I stay in hotels often. I stayed the first night, checked in about 1am, the next morning extended the reservation and paid, no problem. The third day I did this and was told no I couldn't extend, that o had to check out, even though I had paid $86 already. I was told I had to leave for three hours. On the end, oi had to pay $20 more just to stay, making the total $106, for a room they charge $69.99 for, just to sleep. I've paid over $300 now for 3 nights and I couldve bought a week somewhere better. I feel like they are robbing and disrespecting me. and I need that $20 for gas. I work hard EVERY DAY, and these people are greedy jerks.

I did submit a complaint through the agent on Expedia and she was amazing and try her best to help me out with the room and was trying to help me get a refund .and after leaving the hotel for a few hours, I returned to find that clean sheets had been placed in the room, which I really appreciate.

The tv had no tv channels you had to put in your account info for Netflix and others, also I had asked for downstairs for handicap but because we had a dog they wanted to give me a room upstairs when I told them to give me a refund they said they couldn't do that and gave me a downstairs while you could tell he was upset. They should review for accommodations asked for.

Airport shuttle helped - BUT make sure you get in right one (North Red Roof vs South), I had to Uber to correct one as I was exhausted and did not want to play game to go back to hotel and wait again.

I needed a place to stay for a night after my flight got cancelled. It was cheap so I didn't expect much, not the most extravagant or comfortable stay ever but it was clean enough.

Some remodeling work is being done at home and need to stay for one night. It is okay for that purpose. The place was kept cleaned up good and room was cheap. Definitely not a vacation hotel for sure. The pillows and linens could use an upgrade and that would certainly improve the comfort of guests.

I found Cockroaches, bed sheets duty’s, toilet duty’s and sink furniture's no even clean and the biggest issues the heater not working at all my family was frizzing and star get sick I have to my family to another room and the other room was the same thing duty and smell the room a cigarette just carefull with your family to finally was I sat on a chair at night and when I went to the airport they detected me as if I had been spitting on some substance 😡 those guys make my day.

They have tried hard to make this hotel nice, but it was a bandaid fix. They tried to charge us $10 for the airport shuttle the next morning and we showed them the free hotel shuttle posting on Expedia and he backed down. Won’t ever stay there again. The joy of low price is long forgotten after the taste of poor quality is experienced.

Rooms itself newly renovated and clean the bathroom needs renovation to match the newly renovated room and can be a bit more cleaner but other than that it was good for the price. Also there is a 7/11 right outside the door so was very convenient for me when I got hungry at midnight.

The refrigerator didn’t work. One of the windows was missing a curtain so it was really hot in there. The washer and dryer didn’t work either. It was broken so I wasted five dollars on nothing overall terrible experience.

Paid for the reservation and check in time is 2pm. I went to check in at 7:30 pm and went to the room and it was still not cleaned from the previous guests. Had to leave for a concert at 8pm and they wanted us to wait for it to be clean so we left to the concert. Came back and the room was still filthy. The toilet bowl had piss all over it and there was poop stains all over the inside of the toilet as if they never scrubbed the inside EVER. The door where the peep hole was non existent, so anyone could walk by and peep through the room. The pull out bed had stains all over it, no sheets or blankets. Insane, I have never stayed in a hotel like this before in my life. It was completely disgusting. For $200 for a night, unsafe and unsanitary dirty room, no breakfast, noisy all night from people screaming in the next room. DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL. This is not a hotel, more like a motel crackhouse hotel. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Paid for the reservation and check in time is 2pm. I went to check in at 7:30 pm and went to the room and it was still not cleaned from the previous guests. Had to leave for a concert at 8pm and they wanted us to wait for it to be clean so we left to the concert. Came back and the room was still filthy. The toilet bowl had piss all over it and there was poop stains all over the inside of the toilet as if they never scrubbed the inside EVER. The door where the peep hole was non existent, so anyone could walk by and peep through the room. The pull out bed had stains all over it, no sheets or blankets. Insane, I have never stayed in a hotel like this before in my life. It was completely disgusting. Didn't like it the room had a twin bed when I reserved my room I requested a king size bed. The room was dirty and the AC made a loud noise all night long. Wouldn't recommend this place to someone I know.

It was literally just a place to sleep. The amenities were nonexistent, they didn’t even have an elevator. My key card stopped working after the first day. Never again will I stay there.

They didn’t respect the free transportation to the airport advertised in their website. The facilities were not clean and the bed sheets had all kind of stains. AC was broken. Unfortunately they lost of us as a regular client.

2. The room’s tv was not connected to the internet so I couldn’t watch anything or even set the WiFi for the tv to work. 3. I could not review call the reception from my room because the hotel’s phone was not operational.

Good proximity to the airport, which of course meant plane noise overhead which was expected. The room was cool and smelled clean when I entered. There was mold in one spot of the shower liner

The first room wasn’t clean towels stain and the second room was ok but they had to change shower heads cause it was busted.

The TV ans and the internet did not work in the hotel. The swimming pool was very dirty!!! The rooms was not that clean had nasty stuff on the walls of the hotel

I don’t like it ! This is very low class hotel… lots of homeless, prostitutes and people asking for money at the loby entry

Amazing property

I stay here all the time.and have always got.a real clean room. This time the bathroom could have used some more cleaning. I cleaned the pee off the wall next to toilet and the black in the corner where bathrub meets the wall. Everything else was clean it just seemed as if maybe someone forgot to clean rhe bathroom.

Horrible experience, specifically put in airport transfer when booking and I called to arrange transfer. "Van was not working" so $59 on Uber. I could have paid the room price and Uber and stayed at a nicer closer airport hotel. I checked in at 11pm due to flight cancellation and checked out at 5am. Stains on both beds felt dirty and definitely not clean. I've seen other reviews about the bathroom and how dirty and no soap and it was just like that. The airlines lost my bag so I didn't have a change of clothes and I can tell you I felt more dirty then before my "shower" the towels in bathroom looked like they just sprayed freebreez and folded back on rack... Dirty and stained. Oh pubic hair in shower floor and oh yea NO TOILET PAPER EITHER!!! The front desk was nice enough to give me toothpaste but no toothbrush as they were out of stock... 🙏 This place needs to be condemned or corporate needs to step in... Would not recommend, plenty of other options closer to airport.

So many things didnt work well. Requested a move and literally had to fight to accomplish it after the second day. Worst hotel experience in this state ever.

The staff was friendly and the sevice was good. Sorry to see no breakfast service and the property was in need of repairs. But for the most part it was good and the price was nice. We liked that there was a wide variety of places to eat and go around the Area

I plan to return sometime, with another person to help me feel safe, to work on character development for a novel.

Was great! Hotel was clean and smelled great. Hot tub was nice and relaxing and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The man at the front desk opened the hot tub a few minutes early when he saw me waiting and let me know about the gas station 3 feet away!!! Great location as you never have to leave the hotel!

Original room booked had filthy bedding. Stains galore. The secondary room the bathroom had pubes and urine stains under the toilet seat which was broken. The mini fridge was also broken. The gym, which was the only reason I booked the room, was “under renovation”. The clerk the day before said he would let me in, but when I went to work out the next day, the clerk said he couldn’t let me in, the other guy had to. He smiled and basically tried to pass it off on another guy. App said the hotel was 7.2 miles from the Dos Equis, it is 17.2. Also dead bugs in the light fixtures.

What made the property unique was the front desk agent. He was very helpful and extremely mindful. The room was also a lot more clean than the typical one you would expect at this price.

We needed a roof over our head because we missed our connection. The room was very dirty. Things were broken. We felt unsafe. This hotel is poorly cared for.

This is not your ordinary Red Roof, it should be called Hilton or Grand! Extremely friendly service and very nice and clean hotel. Special shout out to their employee Beau who’s an example of excellent customer service and a really nice person in general!
