    Would have given 5 stars but our son used the gym and said several of the machines were broke. Also, the carpet needs replaced in 119, there are several holes in it and there was a slight urine? odor.

    We booked at the last minute due to flight delays, I thought it was going to be much closer to DFW than it was and also assumed the free shuttle advertised on the Expedia page ran 24/7. It was non refundable and as soon as we booked it we called to ask for the shuttle to pick us up and that’s when they said it’s only 8am-8pm. Uber was $65 at night to the hotel. The room was non smoking but smelled so much like smoke in the entrance and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable large and clean. Breakfast was fine: make your own waffles, there was yogurt, some kind of pastry, English muffin, coffee , scrambled eggs, potatoes. We were just thankful not to sleep at the airport. The lady who drove us to the airport the next morning in her minivan, which is the shuttle, was very nice and friendly

    The staff were all very kind from the man who checked us in at 130am after our flight got cancelled, to the woman who handled the breakfast buffet which was legit, and the manager? who checked us out and drove us to the rental car place at DFW - Carol. We really appreciated the service we got in such a crazy situation. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS we had a pleasant stay at your hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    My room was terrible. There was what looked like pet hair in the sheets. There was a paper wristband on the floor from a previous guest. I did not stay. I felt like something was biting me when I laid on the bed.

    The whole place smells like mold and ammonia. The elevator is shaky and scary and we had a two day reservation but once we saw the rooms the hand towels had a booger and hair on it. The sink had shaving clippings. We left immediately. We did not even attempt to get our money back…. Just left. It was a bummer because the guy at the desk was very nice but we couldn’t do it.

    The Continental breakfast is powdered eggs and pre-made nasty sausage that has no flavor nor taste. When my husband won't eat it and complains, it must be bad. Hotel staff that checked him when was not very friendly nor helpful. The bed was comfortable but the couch was very uncomfortable. I thought maybe we had found a great hotel to use while we're in the DFW area for various things throughout the years, but Not after this visit.

    Hot water wasn't working in my room day 1. Complained to older gentleman who said sorry someone could look at it next day. Next day Hollie helped me and she was very polite and fixed it in 2 seconds. She was the person who also took me to airport. Very nice. Room had do not disturb on it, but someone went into room took towels but did not replace them... was a bit weird. Went down to get some. Older guy says he doesnt think they have any... but did go look and found me some. No lights in parking lot makes it feel unsafe. Had to ask for milk for breakfast as there was none at 830am...Will not be back.

    Dimly lit hotel exterior at night, so dark that it is easy to trip and fall on a step coming in into the hotel. The hotel sign itself is half unlit, so had a sketchy feel from the outset. Room had no hot water ( Room 200), seems like a known issue because when I informed the front desk they mentioned previous guests had issues as well, and asked me to wait 5 minutes for running water to turn hot, but it didn't. The front desk folks were friendly enough to swap to a different room, but still was a headache to move rooms at the middle of night. Room itself was very average, seems like an old building, and not as nice as the photos on Hotels.com

    Very friendly staff team, clean rooms. Building is older so the furnitures and rooms are a bit worn. The complimentary breakfast is limited, but quite nice. Good for the price we paid.

    Although the bed was made, the sheets I slept on were dirty and had stains on them which I took pictures of. When I brought this to the hotel manager's attention he was very rude and told me to come get clean sheets and make the bed myself.

Powdered scrambled eggs, sausage patties and soggy home fries. Coffee was just ok. Saggy beds and lumpy pillows. But it was cheap which was why we booked before an early morning flight

    The room was great, But we had 14 hour flight Australia and was really looking forward to that jacuzzi bath when we got there. The best we could get was Luke warm water at best, and the jets just barely worked on the tub. We were really disappointed. Needless to say we will no be sty here again.

Beds are not the greastest for comfort.The temperature is finiky. Hot water for the shower does take awhile(we were 3rd floor). Overall we would stay here again. The staff was awesome and that makes hiving it a second chance possible.

We can see where the camera should go because the casing and wire is still there. - Small roaches in random areas. - Hotel room has not been vaccumed. - Parking lot is dim. - AC in the room didn't work well and our room was warm through the night.

    Window was open when we first checked in. Pillows were in bad shape but desk service help us out. The front desk is what made this a great stay. We needed a little more time because of one of us not feeling well from a cold and they were extremely accommodating with out check out. There was always someone around at the desk as well.

    Only half the tv channels worked. Some only had sound no picture. Only a floating speaker while the same channel works in the lobby. Ac sounds like a diesel when it came on. Right against bed, froze me out half the night. Door striker latch was missing. Had to push door inwards to latch deadbolt. Shower head ring was not against the tile. Shower knob felt like it was going to come off in my hands. Just an old hotel i guess. Staff was very friendly.

    More importantly, you simply do not get the room you are paying for. The amenities described online are what you get in regards to the space, layout, and things like a sofa-bed. I planned on doing some work during my stay and the desk chair in my room was literally broken--locked all the way down to the ground almost. Needless to say, working is not a possibility in this hotel. Coffee was good and the staff was friendly. The listing itself, however, should not include images of a sofa bed, as this is not included. Likewise, I think they could do the bare minimum and check to see if their desk chairs are not broken, Otherwise the listing is downright fraudulent in its representation of the rooms.

    Easy parking. Clean. Quiet. I use a wheelchair. The door systems (ramps, double doors) were very difficult; I could not have navigated the steep ramps, critical turns, or double doors without help! The adjustable shower head sprayer connection on the rod was broken. The faucet handle was so loose it wouldn’t turn on. And, the room got incredibly moist BUT we found a button on the AC that we found and selected… DRY! Never had we ever seen that selection… and who would want it moist? But, within several hours the dampness in the room diminished. (So glad!).

Not only was the shuttle service from DFW spot on and timely, but ;throughout our stay the kindness and warmth exuded was so greatly appreciated. The hotel building and grounds are kept up beautifully and the charming guest room is spacious, clean, comfortable and well laid out. Every amenity we might need has been thought of and provided. I felt safe, welcomed and appreciated. The breakfast provided was served hot and fresh. The variety of yummy food choices and the incredibly delicious coffee helped make the start of our day ideal.     Free breakfast from 6:30am-9:30am. Room was clean and had all the standard amenities. Blackout Curtains are present just hidden behind false curtains so you still get privacy. Closet is behind the large mirror. Tv has standard cable. No stream apps. We had a slight issue with our first room’s door not locking and the hotel was able to switch rooms very quickly, which we appreciated. Location felt safe, plenty of parking and each one of the staff members was very friendly, helpful and attentive. A Quality stay indeed.

    The manager went out of her way during a very frustrating trip (weather cancellations) and made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed including food and transportation. She was short staffed due to the storm and she stepped up and drove the shuttle to make sure everybody made it to and from the airport.

    When we arrived to the room, the toilet seat had gouges in it and we had to have it replaced immediately. The couch and couch pillows had rips. The sheets and comforter were dirty and we had to have them replaced immediately. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The jetted tub did not hold water and the shower was broken. The TV was going out. The floor was dirty as well. We had to switch rooms, which was a downgrade to what we booked, due to the issues of the room we were booked in. Management offer nothing when we brought them the issues with the room, except for a downgraded room. We were not happy with the stay and we will never be back nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone. It was poor quality and no one should be allowed to stay there. The breakfast was not good as well.

    The staff was friendly. There was trash in the floor of my room and the bathroom floor was dirty. The tub had a small stream of water coming out so I couldn’t use the shower. It took 50 minutes just to get enough water in the tub to use the jacuzzi part of it.

    Our room had a broken safety lock on the door and upon request for a new room the front office guy tried to reassure us that it would be fine and it was a good neighborhood. We ended up getting another one with a lock but that interaction gave us uncomfortable vibes. We payed extra for a hot tub, but the whole bathroom smelled like mildew and the hot tub jets and shower curtains looked orange, moldy and disgusting. The room itself seemed clean except near the couch where the floor felt sticky. Ac was fine, bed seemed clean, although there was a random brown smudge spot on the pillow and someone else's hair on the towels we had in our bathroom. If you have noisy people above your room good luck getting some quality sleep as you can hear the wood creek and people walking. Won’t be staying again.

    But the room and cleanliness however was terrible. My room still had cleaning supplies sitting on the desk. The shower was not clean and had hair on the shower walls from the last guest. Dirt and hair on the bedsheets. Stains on the couches. Dirty used cups stacked next to the ice bucket. Not to mention I could hear every step the people above me made, and my floor creaked and buckled. I picked this location because it was conveniently located next to my office but I will be staying elsewhere when I come to town for future visits.

    I booked this property thinking it was a Comfort Inn. We road around after getting off of a late flight and read to lay down. In order to get ready for a funeral the next morning. Only to find out the name had been chaged to Quality Inn. The property needs a major renovation. The face towels I used both days had holes in them. The only good thing about the stay was house keeping did an excellent job cleaning the room.

    When you first walk into room 307 you smell mold. My husband went to the front desk to let them know and we were told housekeeping would be sent and that we are more than welcome to spray air fresheners to cover the smell not provided of course. There is mold in the air unit, sink, and behind the toilet. Housekeeping came and removed our trash bag that I personally bought and replaced it with a cheap one and replaced our towels. No mold was cleaned. At all. Trash from previous guest were left in the room. The non smoking room had burn holes on the sheets. Just terrible altogether. Won’t return

    Staff was very helpful. However, the condition of the facility does not live up to the Comfort Suites I expected. The closet door didn't stay closed and several things in the hallway were beat up. Some signs were unreadable.
