Very friendly staff and the room and property was very nice. Never had any issues. Will stay again.

Everyone at this hotel was SUPER friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the Mark, the bartender at the bar, to the staff in the cafe / shop and even the valet! There was a complimentary glass of wine given out to guests at Happy Hour, as well as, a card for a free coffee or drink at the bar upon check in! Will definitely stay again when the weather cooperates to be able to enjoy the pool. It looked beautiful!

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We travel a lot. This was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Everyone and everything deserves 10+. But their breakfast buffet deserves a few extra points on top of that. It is THE best breakfast we have enjoyed in the U.S. so far, comparable to the greatest breakfast experiences in Italy or France.

My sheets on the bed were stained and there was a noise in the room that maintenance couldn’t find. I wasn’t offered any concessions.

The staff were amazing, especially at LRH where we ate dinner. Excellent reviews for Anthony who was our server and Karuna the manager. Those two should be the standard for how you operate a restaurant and exceed customer expectations. My only complaint was that the wifi wasn't that great on the 22nd floor, and some mysterious charge showed up on my credit card. They agreed to remove it. I highly recommend the Omni at Las Colinas if you're needing a wonderful place to stay, to relax and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We will be back.

Me and another lady literally saw 2 roaches crawling all around by the front door steps on my arrival. The staff and hotel was VERY unorganized and tbh very unprofessional. I simply would never refer this hotel. Then the robes in my room were very worn & looked dirty. I got multiple false charged on my card during my stay. Just an all around a very unpleasant stay. So much i checked out a day early and checked in a different hotel.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the Omni upgraded our room and had a bottle of Champagne and Charcuterie Board for us. We spent our days by the pool and had the best breakfast buffet at Flossey’s.

It was one of the best experiences ever, I’ve stayed different hotels around the world. They were very intentional and accommodating for my birthday stay!! Everything was incredible!! 100/10 recommend this particular Omni

Everything throughout the hotel was well kept, and you could tell they cared about making guests have a good experience. The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely stay here again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, stress-free place to stay.

This is a worth every penny spent. Staff was so patient and attentive regardless of it being super busy on Memorial Day weekend. They kept my room very clean and breakfast was phenomenal.

The check-in experience was somewhat disappointing, as the front desk staff paid little attention to us and seemed to rush through the process. It wasn’t a major issue, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Our only real complaint was the breakfast experience. After being seated by the hostess, we waited quite a while before anyone came to take our drink order, even though the tables around us were being served promptly. In addition, the buffet selection and food quality were underwhelming. I would recommend having breakfast outside the hotel instead. Other than that, everything else about our stay was excellent.

Came for my daughter‘s birthday sleepover.Front desk staff was lovely. Knowing it was a birthday party, the room had a basket of popcorn, candies, and snacks with a card signed by everyone who was on duty for her room. Wonderful restaurant as well. Absolutely would stay again.

Amazing experience!! We noted it was our anniversary and there was champagne on ice with cheesecake when we checked in, we were very pleased. The view was beautiful and the room was spotless, staff were incredibly welcoming. Stephen(Steve?) was so nice at check in! Valet was very efficient and convenient, my truck was too big for the parking garage. The room was very quiet, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We highly recommend, we will stay again!!

The last day our room was not serviced when we return at 3:30 pm. I called the front desk and asked for fresh towels, toilet paper, and facial tissues. When we left for dinner at 5:30 we still had not been serviced. I asked the housekeeper in the hall to service our room. When we returned, I saw a towel under the sink an assumed the towels had been serviced. However, the toilet paper and tissues had not. I went out in the hall and asked the housekeeper for toilet paper and facial tissue. The next morning, as we were preparing to leave, we found only one towel under the sink. I would expect this level of service from a Holiday Inn, but it is unacceptable for an Omni Hotel.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool as I had just come from New Zealand wjeee it was cold and windy. I was very much looking forward to laying at the pool and soaking up the sun, but they closed the pool on the middle of the day for maintenance

We didn't get much of a chance to use the amenities because of our short stay and the event we were in TX to attend, however the time we were there, we loved it. The front desk was so kind and got us checked in early which was so appreciated and much needed. We ate at the lobby bar and restaurant and the bartender (our server) Jamie was amazing, and honest in his recommendations. The room was lovely and spacious. We'd definitely stay again.

The location was perfect in proximity to our event and was incredibly convenient. Close to restaurants and the event venue and parking was very convenient. My daughter and I felt safe every time we left and navigated the parking area. Staff was friendly and the room was excellent.

The dining staff on our first night went above and beyond, giving us excellent meal recommendations and helping us settle in perfectly. Additionally, the valet team was incredibly informative about the area and were so efficient—they always had our car waiting and ready to go. The staff’s welcoming attitude made our trip stress-free and our family visit even more special. Highly recommend for a stay where the team truly takes care of you!

Very disappointed in my overall experience. It was my wife’s birthday and I had called to get some things put in the room. I was told I would get a call from the concierge. Didn’t receive a call. The person I spoke to told me I could have flowers delivered and they would put them in the room. They didn’t. Room had beer from previous guest in the fridge and Q-tips on the ground in the bathroom. Plus a couple other issues. Valets were great and most of staff we came across were nice to deal with. Would not return.

This is the only hotel we stay at when we go to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The property is well maintained and is surrounded by plenty of dining options. This is a great place to stay if you’re coming in town to do any of the Irving runs.

I enjoyed my stay at the Omni Las Colinas. The room was amazing, the view of Las Colinas was beautiful. I brought my wife here for valentines and she enjoyed every minute of it. For a suite at an upper end hotel, the bedding, mattress and pillows were horrific! Therefore for two nights neither of us slept. Left exhausted and far from relaxed!!! So very disappointing for our anniversary celebration to have even one thing not perfect!

The Omni is in a great location. The hotel is close enough to Dallas and the surrounding suburbs. The property has been updated and the staff has always been extremely helpful. There are a lot of dining options within walking distance, along with the being close to the dining and entertainment options at the Toyota Music Factory.

I booked a suite and it definitely needs updating. There was still popcorn ceiling and the tile floor of the shower has seen better days. I didn't want to stand on it because it looked so gross so I showered with my flip flops on.

Service was impeccable: staff were friendly, and made every interaction effortless. Amenities hit all the marks they offere spa, lounging/bar area, gym, and fine dining options exceeded expectations. Location couldn’t be better: walking access to music venue, cafés, and restaurants. It was within a 15 minute walk that was peaceful enough to truly relax and enjoy the stroll i would definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Omni Los Colinas very much!! Staff was very friendly & willing to go above & beyond. They upgraded our room since we were celebrating our anniversary that weekend (the room number happened to be the year we were married❤️) We loved the ambiance of the river walk area that the property overlooks. Quick easy walk to restaurants & Just down the street from the Toyota Music Center with even more options & entertainment. We enjoyed spending an afternoon poolside during their Tiki Social. Drinks & Burger were delicious!! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience, from the valet, to front desk, to the bar staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean, and definitely felt like a luxury hotel. Our room was nice and the view was fantastic! We were attending a concert at Toyota Music Factory and it was one a 10-12 minute walk. Several restaurant options in the area. We will definitely come back to stay again when we have more time to explore.

Peaceful stay

Just book it! My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff is very professional and attentive, the pool has a bar with staff walking around taking orders, and the rooms have been completely remodeled with luxurious modern finishes and look beautiful. I will definitely be staying here again.

It was ok but for $350/night expect something a bit nicer. Should have been $200 tops.

Everyone was so accommodating, the view from the room was beautiful, the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I travel alot and am not a fan of other high rated hotels; Marriott or Hilton. When I revisit Dallas, I will absolutely return to the Omni.

I loved the outdoor pool area! It is so cute and the tiki bar adds a special touch. The store in the lobby with the coffee shop is so cute and had great coffee. The bar had a great atmosphere

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at, beds were super comfy, food was delicious, pools were clean. We had a blast and my mom only wants to stay at OMNi chain of hotels from now. They even went above and beyond by adding birthday treat to the room.

Nice clean hotel was very friendly staff. In a great location to walk around Lake Carolyn, as well as to nearby restaurants and the famous running Mustangs of Los Colinas.

Hotel was great! Enjoyed the water view. Loved the pool area and the bar/restaurant. Felt safe and loved the proximity to Dallas without being downtown.

Quiet and relaxing stay. Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the dj at the pool and the drinks were excellent. Staff were super friendly and went above to make sure we were good. Valet staff were excellent and always had our car ready. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Omni is definitely a top quality hotel.

Incredible stay!

The property is beautiful with many amenities. The staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. The pool and atmosphere are fantastic. The only negative is that you have to pay to park your car ($18/day). I feel that parking should not be an added charge if you are staying overnight in the hotel.

Also experience. Great anniversary weekend staycation pool and tiki bar transported us to a beach Caribbean destination with its music, atmosphere and diverse staff. Will definitely make this a traditional for years to come.

Perfect getaway

The concierge was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and sweet. We had a beautiful view from our room. We did not get to eat because we were in town for a very short amount of time but I am sure we will be back in the near future.

I loved having the convenience of the bar in the lobby. We were able to walk to our event at Toyota Music Factory and felt very safe doing so!!

I love this place,very respectful working people here! my only issue is that they gave us a room near the elevator and is very noisy... They offered us to move to another room...is the only complaint about this visit ...that means the customer service is really good, everyone there is nice and helpful 😊 very clean rooms. For my next visit I'm going to request a "non traffic area" to sleep better... Pd. And the shrimp toast is the best

This was a fabulous hotel. My husband and I just wanted a quick little getaway and relax. The hotel was quiet customer service was on point anything you needed or wanted they were there and available. Pool area was a little crowded but it was crazy. You could still relax and enjoy the pool and the dj was playing so everyone was having a great time. The waiter and waitress were always asking if you need anything. I will definitely be rebooking here.

This hotel has been our go to place for past 10 years or so for staycations and after the renovation, it is even better now. We love the hotel, ambiance, swimming pool with TiKi Bar & surrounding area - all together a perfect place to relax and unwind !

We stayed here when visiting DBU and it was wonderful! The rooms are really nice and the coffee shop was perfect! We will stay here again!

This hotel is not worth the money. There is nothing around it. The decor is nice. The room was large. I had an issue with room service and they quickly made it right. However this hotel is not worth what they are charging

Worst experience ever the elevators were broken only 1 worked it was a hassle trying to get to the 21st floor. The ice machine was broken on our floor with an out of service sign… The valet told us don’t abuse the service unless we’re going to tip. For breakfast I ask for the fresh squeeze drink that had mint in it they told me they had sold out of those premade bottle but yet a worker brung me a cup still upon arrival to my room I started eating my breakfast to realize they had giving me a liquor beverage sunrise something. I had taken it with Tylenol I had just purchased out the RX box in the lobby store because I was having cramps!!! Once I tasted it I was honestly in disbelief and pissed at the same time! This hotel could have killed me from being careless. They can literally rewind the cameras and see this is all true. 0/10 stars only thing good was the host

Breakfast buffet was kind of bleh for the price. Everything else was great. Clean, safe and peaceful.

Although the newly renovated rooms are also great. There were some quirks while we were there- the elevators were broken, with 3 out of 4 of them out of service at the same time. Additionally, the hotel should provide parking vouchers for the parking garage which has been complimentary for the past several decades. But the location, the service, and everything else about the hotel is fantastic.

Overall was a good experience. Property is a little dated but still nice.

It was my third time here in three years. This was the worst experience! The staff at the front desk were not helpful at all… they did not recognize I am a guest select member and when I presented them with my number they said it’s because I booked via expedia although my reservation was there in my Omni account! Yet they said that I have another select number under my reservation!! also the barista at the coffee shop was very rude! She asked me not to use too much half and half in my coffee and asked me to hand me the half and half container!!! I wish I could a refund at least for a night. I don’t think I will ever come back.

Great location and staff were great. When we checked in we didn’t get any instructions on where to find amenities or our room. Other than that our stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful and our room was always clean. Definitely would stay here again while in town for business.
